xCW: Open Doors!
xCore Wrestling is owned by Davey Decay (or you can call him Double D); who recently just got lucky and won the Jackpot over at The Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He has invested his newly found fortune into xCore Wrestling… and now with the recent announcement that xCW has finally opened it's doors, Davey can finally live his dream of running a successful Wrestling Federation.
"xCore Wrestling is a Wrestling company based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. We hold our weekly shows at the MGM Grand and hold our Pay Per Views at either the MGM Grand, or at the Orleans. The concept behind xCore Wrestling is provide a small-time Wrestling Company that will expand across the United States over the course of time, and then head across the seas. We will be starting from the ground up to become a successful company." Davey said to reporters during the opening ceremony, he also talked about the new concept behind xCW, such as Rankings playing a huge part in how the talent earns title shots.
Others, such as General Manager, Courtney Dodge, have been heard talking to the press as well, with thoughts of pure excitement!
"Everyone backstage is excited, we're new, we're fresh, and we're in need of talent, we're in talks with some hot stars, but we also know we're only regional right now, with shows at the MGM Grand and The Orleans out here in Las Vegas... but still, we're excited and looking forward to who we can get to the top!" says the new General Manager. "No doubt xCW is going to be big, but how fast it does depends on who has the stones to take the chance with signing with us. It takes real talent to give another company a shot, I've seen it done, but, we will have to wait and see who will actually do it."
With rumors flying of strong competitors joining alongside xCW, it shouldn't be long till they produce their first ever Card for their weekly syndicated show, Cult, which airs every Sunday Night on Fox Sports Net.
On a final note, Davey Decay stated "We're looking to change the way wrestling is viewed, how every process is done. We need support from the communities to bring this business to a whole new level. I know what I want, and I am confident that with this concept, nothing will ever be the same again!"
