Aggression 17 sees kidnapping, Third Dis

Aggression 17 blew the roof off the New Orleans Arena, following a strong pay-per-view showing with Russian Roulette. Among the happenings on Empire's television show were the debuting of yet another Dis, Beast and Dan Ryan issuing ultimata to each other, the in-ring debut of Troy Windham's Entourage and the kidnapping of JA's girlfriend Lollipop.

The show kicked off with the new World's Heavyweight Champion Lindsay Troy coming down to the ring, ranting and raving about everything from Beast to the Second Dis masquerading around and tormenting Cross.

It was also revealed that #1 contender to the Intercontinental Championship Karl Brown would have to take some time off to rehabilitate his knee. Brown reluctantly took Dan Ryan's orders to take time off, and in his stead, Cameron Cruise will get a shot at the Intercontinental Championship at the next Aggression against Champion Sebastian Dodd, who had the week off.

Beast came out before the main event and demanded a rematch agaisnt Troy for the World Championship, to which owner Dan Ryan granted under one condition: that Beast wrestle a series of matches before he can get that rematch in order to "prove himself worthy" to the owner.

And in one of the weirdest developments of the night, Steve Savoy, Ron Artest and Ricky Williams orchestrated a kidnapping of JA's girlfriend Lollipop, revealing to him that they had her bound and gagged during an interview segment. JA went back to Savoy's locker room and instigated a brawl which turned into an impromptu start to their match for the evening, which ended in double disqualification after Artest and Bill Laimbeer interfered.

In other match action, Vladimir Vlachinko's first and last match in Empire Pro ended in defeat at the hands of Priest. Notable during the match was the appearance of a dark character who seemed to have cost Vlachinko the match. Also, Karl Brown defeated Isaac Byrne in Byrne's last Empire match for the time being, and the Cameron Cruise Project eked out a victory over the debuting Entourage of Troy Windham.

In the main event, Cross took on Dis 2. During the match, yet another combatant dressed in the Dis garb came out and interfered, luring Lindsay Troy out from the back as well. The third Dis scored the pinfall over Cross much to the ref's ignorance.
