Anarchy in the UK! Huge NFW Announcement!
The wait is over, the buzzing beehive of questions still are awaiting answers and with a rumored roster expansion of 20 wrestlers, New Frontier Wrestling announced this morning that it has scheduled a trip to the United Kingdom to kick off what's been labeled as the v.3 era.
The BBC Sport reported that Craig Miles had been seen in London and Liverpool, schmoozing with local promoters and television affiliates late Monday evening. In complete contrast to superstar David Beckham's arrival in the USA, several venues and even Wembley Stadium have been contacted by thousands of fans inquiring about possible future dates for New Frontier Wrestling's first wrestling event in the United Kingdom since 2003. Rumors swirled throughout the week about Miles' party-crashing activities, as well as attending a local Joe Campbell and The Brock Estell Chocolate Thunder Destroyers punk rock rave. Miles was also seen headbutting Amy Winehouse in the face after she drunkenly kneed him in the balls, after accusing him of never calling her back.
...they were also seen leaving in the same cab that night...
This morning, ESEN Sports released a statement to BBC confirming that this Saturday, Craig Miles would hold a press conference announcing that New Frontier Wrestling will be holding at least three intimate house shows and possibly the first Crash Television of the v.3 era on this side of the Atlantic Ocean.
Furthermore, The Star, The Sun and The Guardian Sports sections all possessed full page ads for an impending "British Invasion," altering several famous British 60's and 70's era rock band album covers with their own legends as well as newcomers.
Currently, New Frontier Wrestling's talent and scouting department over clocking has resulted in a formidable cast of diversified newcomers, superstars and legends. What remains to be seen is WHO will be seen in the U.K., as all wrestlers are required to pass their medical examinations (not hard in NFW, obviously) as well as get an on-air promotional piece.
Tomorrow, the future comes, but for now. . . the wait is even more intensely speculated.
