Last Man Standing - Three days to go``xChris``xHCWF has endured a tough past month, with numerous events unfolding before our very eyes.
The "Rising Star" Chris Ramus will finally recieve his shot at the HCWF World Heavyweight Championship after performing well in the company over the past two years, taking on champion Aussie Crippler.
Aussie has always been seen as the indefinate World Champion of the promotion, being at the peak of his success at the official debut of Chris Ramus two years ago. With the pair meeting in competition twice in the past couple of weeks, both men hold wins over each other.
To add insult to injury, a returning GhOsTDre will act as the match official. GhOsTDre was forced to retire as HCWF World Champion due to personal problems, but has now returned. With Aussie causing him many grievences during GhOsTDre's span as champion, it is uncertain how this match will go.
"The Thunder From Down Under" Barra will defend his commissionership against GhOsTDre at Last Man Standing. Barra was also forced to retire due to neck problems, wrestling his last match as one half of the "Global Assualt" tag team. With GhOsTDre's reappearance proving a potential threat to Barra's power, Barra has realised that it is a 'now or never' situation.
The newly established HCWF Australian Championship will also be on the line, as the vacant belt will be put on the line for eight debuting competitors.

More Former WWE Stars Being Signed``xWill Towns``xSeveral wrestlers and employees of the RFoW questioned whether A-Train, Rodney Mack, and Jazz should be signed following their sudden release from the WWE. Most of those that questioned the decision, felt like the RFoW was better suited for homegrown talent or indy stars. However, in the two weeks they've been signed, most of those that questioned the decision have accepted the three as their own.
A-Train was accepted almost immediately as he was apparantely "hazed" the night he arrived at the show, as all of his clothes were "hidden" by several wrestlers, and he took the joke and ran with it, finding it as funny as those that did it.
Rodney Mack and Jazz, who have been married for under a year, have been accepted a little less, because, for the most part, they keep to themselves, wanting to spend their spare moments with each other, rather than with the rest of the roster. Most people cannot blame them, as the travel schedule of wrestlers does not allow for much alone time. However, nobody has found either wrestler as standoffish. Quite the opposite, both have been thought of as friendly.
With the acceptance in the lockerroom of these former WWE stars, Jordan Caldwell, right hand woman of owner Evan Reddick, has been in talks with several former WWE wrestlers, but none that have been confirmed signed. One such talent that she has talked to is Jamie Noble, however, he was released from the WWE due to testing positive for steroid use and he has, as of yet, not undergone treatment. Much like the WWE, the RFoW hopes to stay clear of steroid or drug related news stories, so he will most likely not be hired.
Other names have not been released as of yet, but as they are, we will keep you posted on the outcome of the talks.``xEEpEpEkVVlFnUyEVPQ``x1101016158``xnews``x``xWill Towns``xhttp://www.phoenix13designs.com/rfow``xJust a week after signing recently fired WWE superstars, A-Train, Rodney Mack, and Jazz, the RFoW considers hiring more non-homegrown talent for the RFoW.``x66.156.32.100;;Will Towns;;cphoenix77@hotmail.com``x``x``x``xRFoW``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
Priest injured at Aggression, walks out``xtholzerman``xEmpire Pro Wrestling star Priest injured his triceps against his Russian Roulette opponent Dis at this past Aggression in Tulsa, Okla., and he has reportedly walked out on his contract with EPW.
Sources say that Priest was visibly upset after the match and refused medical attention from Empire trainers. He walked out of the arena before the event was over. Sources also say just as cameras went off the air, Empire Pro chairman Dan Ryan received a phone call from a payphone at a Tulsa area hospital from Priest saying that he wished to be released from his Empire contract.
"His heart was never in wrestling," close friend and Empire Pro Intercontinental Champion JA said. "He wanted to be The Rock, but he didn't want to work the way The Rock did."
Priest was notorious for being unhappy and haphazard everywhere he went. Sources say Priest was never unhappy with the people around him, but with the business himself.
"I never had any problems with any of the guys in the locker room," the former Empire star said. "It's just wrestling was never for me."
Priest was fined half of his guaranteed earnings for breaching his Empire contract despite his injury. A spokesman from Empire said that the company would have gladly paid for his medical fees had he gone about things the right way.
Hans "Eisenkreuz" Gluck, who had an on-screen role as Priest's bodyguard, has not left the company, but will not continue as an on-air personality. He has accepted a job on the training staff and on security.``xEEpEpEkEkktmAPvXws``x1101015722``xnews``x11691091823717``xEPW Informer``xhttp://www.fwrestling.com/host/EmpirePro/main.htm``xEmpire Pro Wrestling star Priest injured his triceps against his Russian Roulette opponent Dis at this past Aggression in Tulsa, Okla., and he has reportedly walked out on his contract with EPW.``x``xfw85x85.gif``x``x``xEPW``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
The Rise of UWC Wrestling!!!!``xMatthew Haas``xUWC is finally on the rise and has opened it's doors to the world of professional Wrestling!!!! We heard rumors and talks of this new and exciting company on the rise in rescent months. Now the time has come and it's official! the press room of New York City's newspapers has been very busy lately trying to catch a glimpse of the excitement and put the rumors to the test. I jim Burrows had taken the liberty of purchasing a ticket to a UWC event. A non-televised event coined UWC 'Rampage Tour'
It was held at the ESL Sports Center in Rochester New York. Not a huge arena but it filled up quickly in the first hour at the start of the show. I was front row and let me tell you UWC might only have a small band of Wrestlers on their roster but very talented ones might I add. They put on a hell of a debut show! It was awesome, a stellar debut by UWC and Tom Clark, the UWC owner. clark came out and introduced himself with much oblidged hospitality. What a great bunch of guys to meet.
I was invited backstage to do a small report for our Newspaper and they welcomed me with oepn arms and I got a bunch of autographs from the wrestlers who performed that night without any harassment from the security that was there.I give this company props! Two thumbs up from Jim Burrows via from the New York Post! they also asked of me to announce that UWC is now accepting applications from any free agents out there looking for work or young talent that are looking to get their chance! If I were you, I would get in on the action... It would be a night you will never forget!
Sincerely Yours

Update on FWrestling``xChad``xMy apologies to those of you who had trouble with the site while I was away. Unfortunately, I've been traveling for work for the last month solid, some of which was planned in advance, some of which was last-minute. At the same time, one of our admins (who shall remain nameless) lost his log-in info and thus was unable to do some updates as well.
We've also had two hackings which, thankfully, I was able to correct while I was on the road. Unfortunately, I had to use an old backup which left the right side of the pages partly non-functional. I'll be working to correct that by the Thanksgiving break. The Top 10s and Latest FW Central Posts will be fixed, and I'm hopeful that we'll get the Weekly Wire back underway as well.
As always, if you have any suggestions or ways that you could help, please let me know at chad@fwrestling.com.

Payne signs with EPW``xJason Payne``xLOUSIVILLE, KENTUCKY
- This morning at a press conference, Jason Payne announced that he had signed a contract with Empire Pro Wrestling ending months of speculation as to where the former "Dog of War" was going to next. Dressed in a dark business suit, Payne spoke to a group of about 20 reporters and a crowd of 150 about recent events, and his future in the world of professional wrestling.
"I feel really good about the relationship between myself and Empire Pro. We both end up as winners in this deal."
Payne, a 12 year veteran of the ring, was last seen in a wrestling ring late last year participating in New Frontier Wrestling's (NFW) tournament to crown a new Ultra Champion. During week 5 of that tournament, Payne was seriously injured at the hands of Chris "The Wolf" McMillan. Wrestling in a "Dog Collar Match", McMillan pulled Payne from the top turnbuckle to the concrete floor as Payne was attempting a high risk move. Payne's neck was severely injured during the match. Remarkably, he was able to not only finish the match, he came out on the winning end. Doctors gave Payne a grim prognosis on a possible return to the ring.
"The doctors all told me that I should prepare myself for the possibility that I might never wrestle again. I never prepared for that. My plan was just to get back to wrestling as fast as I could. This is my life. Without this, I have nothing."
That statement couldn't be more true for Payne. A former member of the U.S. Navy, he was dishonorably discharged after striking an officer. Payne has never denied that occured and admits it adds to his in-ring persona as a roughousing tough guy. "This is probablly the only business in the world where something like that can happen to you, yet it works to your advantage."
Payne teased a return in NFW over the summer as he resurfaced after almost a year of being absent. However, with NFW's Ultratitle tournament winding down, Payne decided against actively participating on the active roster and instead opted to appear in a few gimmick matches. When asked about NFW's thoughts on his signing with EPW, Payne did not flinch.
"Like I said before. It's a good relationship. NFW is finishing up their Ultratitle tournament over there, so there isn't really any reason for me to wrestle over there until the next season starts. I have no intentions of leaving NFW. But I'm a competitor. If I want to have a chance at winning the Ultratitle next season, I need to start working towards it now. NFW understands this, and Empire Pro is fully aware of my contractual obligations with NFW."
Payne was quick to note however that this did not mean he would leave EPW at the drop of a hat.
"I'm in this thing for the long haul. Like I said, this is a chance for me to get back to doing what I do best. And this is a chance for EPW to be able to push itself even further by adding someone like me to their roster."
Payne's wrestling career started in 1992. In that time he has wrestled throughout the South and the Northeast. He has held several titles including the NWA, ACF/NAWA Hardcore Titles, and the MSWF and ACF/NAWA Tag-Team titles.``xEpAAZlEEEybPVMYMMm``x1099784716``xnews``x``xBill Baxter``x``xThis morning at a press conference, Jason Payne announced that he had signed a contract with Empire Pro Wrestling ending months of speculation as to where the former "Dog of War" was going to next. ``x68.10.185.15;;Jason Payne;;pingsteal@hotmail.com``xnews.jpg``x``x``xEPW``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x

10/12 Tuesday Night Warfare Report``xtholzerman``xA1E's TNW almost tore down Osaka, Japan, as Ken Cloverleaf successfully defended his A1E World Heavyweight Championship on the second leg of the fed's Japanese tour.
Cloverleaf's victory over former tag partner "Sensational" Stephen Shane wasn't squeaky clean though, as he needed the help of his Highland Park Social Club comrades to come away with the submission victory. At the end of the night though, an outgunned and outmanned Shane received help in the form of Mr. Incredible, and Cross as Torment looked on, not showing what side he would take.
Incredible's beef with the HPSC escalated as he lost his Survivor Championship to Chip Friendly via the Smiley Face. Friendly didnt' stop there, as he beat down Incredible after the match. This is an issue that is far from resolved.
Cross and Slambo the Clown also did battle, and battle was the opportune word. In a match many hailed as being the best on the card, the two warriors duked it out to a double count out draw.
Torment maybe didn't get involved in the fracas at the end because he has interests on both sides. Everyone knows there's no love lost between Torment and Cloverleaf as referenced by Torment's brutal chair attack on Cloverleaf to earn himself a disqualification loss in Yokohama. However, Torment may have earned the HPSC's begrudging respect after seamlessly tagging with Richard Farnswirth in their contest with Beast and Big Dog. Torment also has no love lost for Stephen Shane either.
Speaking of that tag match, Beast and Big Dog pulled out a win after Beast blind-tagged Big Dog, who was in control, to gain the pinfall victory. There were tensions before the match as to why Beast didn't help former tag partner Kanna Kirishima after she was beaten down by AJ Cirrus and Kid Canada after she lost a non-title match to Triple Star Champion Roderick McRatrick. Beast claimed to have tried to be the hero in the tag match despite Big Dog's control on teh match. Stay tuned here.
Speaking of Kirishima, her savage attack might ahve been prevented had AJ Cirrus and Kid Canada not locked James Irish in a cage beforehand. Expect severe ramifications from the former Fredonia DJ against the Canadians.
In the Cyber Title match, Duchess and Damon Blackburn also fought to a draw. After the match, Damon and his valet Kira Kai viciously attacked Duchess until James Irish came onto the scene to ward them off. Thankfully for Kanna though, the Weston Outlaws surprisingly made the save. Speaking of the Outlaws, they scored a non-title victory over BC Steele and AJ Cirrus.
In the continuing saga of Haven and Gladiator, Gladiator sneak-attacked Haven before their match to open the show. Haven absorbed massive punishment, and dished some out on his own, before falling to Gladiator. However, after the match, Haven nailed Gladiator with an RTD after Gladiator tried to get Housefly to come out of the stands and fight him. However, Haven got some revenge exacted on him by Justin Evitable, who repayed Haven's attack on him last week with one this week.
Speaking of Mr. Evitable, he and James Irish scored an impressive tag team victory over Jack Blade and Micheal James. Blade and James both will miss time due to personal matters. The Informer and the A1E Staff wish them the best and a speedy return.
The Oct. 25 edition of TNW will come to you from Hiroshima. The card features Duchess battling Ken CLoverleaf in a dual non-title match, James Irish battling Damon Blackburn for Number One Contendership of the Cyber Title and a handicap match with Gladiator and Drifter taking on Haven.``xEpAZlykAkpwkgvNEBF``x1097866520``xnews``x11691091823717``xThe A1E Informer``xhttp://www.a1e.ca``xA1E's TNW almost tore down Osaka, Japan, as Ken Cloverleaf successfully defended his A1E World Heavyweight Championship on the second leg of the fed's Japanese tour.``x``xdefault.jpg``x``x``xA1E``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x

While their intentions are yet to be known, most fans are speculating that this most certainly means trouble for L.O.V.E. and President Sean Edmunds.
Maelstrom and Dan Ryan are set to make their debuts at WFW's first live show in Mexico, Guerra Interminable. Maelstrom will face the current BAD World Heavyweight Champion Jared Wells in a non title match while Dan Ryan will tag with the man who he faced at the Superbowl of Wrestling and current number #1 contender, Copycat against the WFW North American Champion Psycho and Scotty Michaels.

20 Man Blood Bath Match Approaches``xKMAJackson``xFor years it has been a tradition in the EUWC! Every October, 20 men climb into a steel cage with one thing in mind. A shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. This year is no different as the 20 Man Blood Bath Match will make it's fifth appearance at EUWC Blood Bath.
The idea; which is similar to the Royal Rumble match; is commonly referred to as one of the most brutal matches in professional wrestling. A steel cage surrounds the ring. Twenty men draw numbers between one and twenty and then enter the cage according to the number they drew, at equally timed intervals. Elimination occurs by pinfall, submission or failure to continue. The last man remaining in the cage receives the all important chance at the World Heavyweight Title.
In previous years, the Blood Bath match has seen new stars arise and many memorable moments. In 1996; the Blood Bath Match debut year; Don "Heart Throb" Hall shocked the world and earned the moniker of "Human Highlight Reel" when he ascended to the top of the cage and exceuted a moonsault back into the ring onto a standing RAGE. In that year, STEALTH would be the man to survive all the odds and win the match, last eliminating Hall. In 1996, the prize would also crown the EUWC's very first North American Champion.
In 1997, the world witnessed a truly titanic struggle in the final four. Don "Heart Throb" Hall, HICAL, YAHOO and "The Russian Bear" Dan Sokolov battled it out for the number one spot. HICAL would take care of Sokolov while Hall eliminated YAHOO. And in the end, the world witnessed HICAL and Hall in a double pin, crowning co-winners to the ultimate annual Blood Bath. Both men would go on to receive a shot at the World Heavyweight Title, but HICAL would make the most of it, by defeating STEALTH for the title in January of 1998.
Fast forward to the year 2000 and we arive at the first time the Blood Bath match was contested with only sixteen men. The year's event saw the young up and coming superstar, Kritical Kondition emerge as the winner after having to take on former World Tag Team Champions Joe "The Hardcore Event" Johnson and "The Hitman" Tony DeLucci in the end of the match. After single-handedly eliminating the Tag team specialists, Kritical Kondition would ascend to the World Heavyweight title shot; which he would never receive due to contract negotiations failing to re-sign the superstar.
2003 marks the most controversial finish to the Blood Bath match in the history of the event. With five men remaining in the match, fans anticipation grew to a fever pitch as they awaited a winner to be declared. Sean taylor, HICAL and Angel of Death were all brawling at the top of the cage wall. Meanwhile, down below, Lynch Garrisson picked up the gigantic Paul Doom and hurled him into that same cage wall. In a moment that will never be forgotten, the force of the blow and the weight on the cage wall, forced the wall to break free of the rest of the ring and fall over, crashing to the ground. Garrisson would leave the ring and sort through the rubble, pinning all four of the remaining opponents. However due to the controversial nature of the finish, Garrisson wasn't awarded the World Title shot. Instead, all five men were awarded the shot at the title in an Elimination Chamber match with Lord Alucard the following month.
This year, with a new field of twenty men, anything can happen. Certainly any man could walk into Blood Bath as a lower contender and leave the event as the number one contender. With the list of superstars like Damian Stone, Paul Doom, Holocaust, Lord Alucard, Ray Santana and others, this year's Blood Bath match could be one of the most highly contested matches in EUWC history. With all the uncertainties that the Blood Bath match holds, several things are certain. Blood will be shed, bodies will be battered, and twenty men will never be the same again after entering the most dangerous match in the EUWC.
EUWC Blood Bath 2004 takes place on October 31, 2004; LIVE from the Tokyo Egg Dome in Tokyo, Japan. The event is available only on Pay Per View.``xEpAZlVpFFkkvxosItt``x1097853932``xnews``x11691091823717``xKeith Jackson``xhttp://fwrestling.com/host/euwc``xFor years it has been a tradition in the EUWC! Phenomenon I airs; Phenomenon II card annouced``xRobbie``xOn Sunday night 22,000 fans packed into the Gund Arena to view the return of the Fantasy Wrestling Alliance.
The show opened up with the arrival of World Heavyweight Champion, The Dealer, in his limo. This opening match of the night was Five versus Trent Black. The match lasted for six and half minutes and resulted with Five wining with the Fivebomb.

President Robbie Styles came on air a few moments later and announced that the North American and World Xtreme titles will merge into the Genesis Championship.
Third match of the night was newly crowned Genesis champion versus number one contender Ken Wild and former champion, Jay-Dee. The long hard battle between the three lasted over twenty-five and resulted with Bluewolf retaining his title. Bluewolf’s win was courtesy of the Lunar Drop and a variety of innovative moves
The Main Event of the Night was number one contender Kevin Johnson versus The dealer, the FWA champ. The match went back and forth until The Dealer got and advantage and nailed The Shortest Straw.

Introducing... The Informer``xtholzerman``xSo here I am. Yet another wire reporter, shoving his opinion in places where it might not noticed, recognized or even wanted in some cases. Whoopdy-doo, right?
Well, you can say whatever, but really as I liken myself, I am an informer. And informers inform. This place seems to be a little disinformed when it comes to Empire Pro or New ERA, and especially when it comes to A1E.
Oooh, A1E. A bad word (acronym?) in some parts around here. Yeah, some folks around here don't like the way things are done in A1E. Some people have a bad taste in their mouths from experiences there. The fact is though, in this reporter's opinion, A1E is one of the best. Even if you don't agree with the way things are done, you have to admit, the guys who run the place make the trains run on time. Of course, Mussolini could claim the same thing, but then again, blind squirrels find a nut from time to time. The folks over at A1E aren't exactly blind, nor are they squirrels.
A lot of the backlash against A1E is that a lot of times, it seems secretive and cliquish. No one seems to want to give a public opinion, because when that happens, bad things tend to happen.
Still, there needs to be public opinion on A1E. And I'm the guy to give it. Maybe I'll be the guy who brings detente between the majorities here at FW and those over at A1E. Or maybe I'll just be ignored. Either way, you can't say I didn't try.
Anyway, probably the biggest deal that happened on A1E TV this week was that longtime color commentator Iron Duke was replaced by Sal Scantlin. I know there was some backlash on the sites, especially at hearing the word "fairy" every other sentence, but the guy is at the very least attention grabbing. By the way, what's the over/under on when Kayla Wilson is going to slap this guy in the face for making a sexist remark? I'm gonna go with three weeks.
Of course, there's going to be disappointment when an old mainstay leaves. Imagine how the WWF felt when they had to replace Bobby Heenan, or if they ever have to replace Jerry Lawler for good? I know him shouting "Puppies" isn't exactly riveting TV to us, but to the mouf-breavers, it's classic stuff. Wait, my snob is showing. Gotta tuck it back in.
I'd say give Wilson and Scantlin some time to gel. Who knows, maybe they'll develop a charisma all their own. And maybe Damon Blackburn will develop a personality all his own now that Scantlin's not in his corner anymore.
As I said previously, I'll be covering Empire Pro and New ERA as well, seeing as though they're both feds I watch and know. And the first rule of journalism is to comment only on what you know.
So expect more from me. Especially with DREDD on the horizon and with the EPW tag division heating up.``xEpAyZZkFlVSXDrxPDK``x1096775985``xwire``x56481091824871``xThe Informer``xhttp://www.a1e.ca``x``x``x``xweekendwire.gif``x``xA1E/EPW/NEW``xLike the title says, an introduction``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
Having a look at ruahh~.``xpants``xFwo stchuff.
Don’t Look Now, I’m Just A Friendly Reminder
Xias is returning. That’ll be … something.
Oh how the mighty have stooped.
Milo Samus gets his match to earn his contract and gets clobberized by Brand Frontier, who in spite of being a good guy is never too good to participate in a scheme to crush someone’s dreams.
Don’t give up, Milo!
Not Just An Interpromotional Whore Anymore
Chris Sheffield (Alias) is a slut. Now only does he have a tomato in every promotion, but probably a wife in every state with eight or nine in Utah.
And Then There Were Eight
Wrestler of the year status as of this show.
Last week we got:
Ric Chronos
The Flying Frenchie
Vince Jacobs
Deacon
This week we got:
Gianni
Flair
High Flyer
Brand
This kind of says something about the Soldiers of the Fifth Seal-- the supposedly dominant stable right now-- having just one member in there.
What? That’s It?
And that’s really about it for new developments (if you can call anything we see on tv anymore “new”) as we’re looking at a holding pattern around the wrestler of the year stuff, with all the match action being an aborted tag team match, and Brand working for the man keeping Milo down in his place.
Without a doubt the most interesting stuff at the moment is the saga of poor ole Milo Samus. Everyone on the roster is supposedly struggling with the current fWo management, but we’re really only seeing Milo actually struggling here, which gives his particular story a lot of life.
The S5S are protected under the heel academy thing supposedly.
The Mighty Heroes are being somewhat cooperative with alleged reluctance. (Outraged at a stable trying to get over I guess)
Everyone else is kind of swept under a bit.
Perhaps a flow chart would be helpful.
Another odd little tidbit is that we didn’t see the World Champ in action, and yet Brand had to double up tonight. Though I suppose if BQ crushed Milo’s dreams instead of the Mighty Hero it wouldn’t be as tastefully ironic.
That’s all the lies you need for this we-
Oh, I suppose I should address all the anger.
Paul Heyman’s Feminine Side Has Words For Me
If Ivy says she tried as hard as she could, and that she’s given up from now on trying to help lead her company away from the influence of its corporate fiends, she’s justified. If she couldn’t do it, we can trust the fact that she’s given it her best, and there’s nothing to be done about it. If she’s too tired and exhausted to be the only person left that’s willing to stand up to them, then we should let her off the hook and allow her to focus her energy on managing someone who is already over and coasting through the next few months until she gets her second wind and tries to care again.
;)
This is Joe Black, and you’ve been reading lies.
And with one note of truth, I’ll conclude.
Who the hell is “Poison Ivy” to rip on me for having a name that was appropriated by a movie company?
Drew Barrymore Versus Family Values
And I know I’ve heard of Poison Ivy someplace else…
Uma Thurman Versus Family Values With Latex Fetish
Now I’ll be first to admit that my stupid movie sucked ass, as I haven’t been able to sit through watching it. But I have learned something. Movies with bad acting do well in foreign markets. It’s a simple process. If people are reading subtitles, they’re not listening to someone’s lousy delivery rendering actors and actresses as important as clothing store mannequins. Meet Joe Black DVD sales continue to do well in South Korea, which gives me hope for the end of the year check from the foreign markets, as opposed to the monthly check from US rentals that sometimes rise as high as thirty cents.

WrestleVerse rocks Denver; EPW Tag Division blows up``xtholzerman``xBig things happened at Empire's latest pay-per-view event, WrestleVerse I, which took place in Denver, Colo. Beast and JA retained their titles, while the Tag Team division took on a whole new dynamic with new champions and new and familiar faces breaking into the forefront.
In the main event, Beast retained his World Championship in a hard fought match against Boogie Smallz and Adam Benjamin. Smallz wasn't much of a factor, as the last claimant of the GXW World Championship was savagely attacked by the Dark Carnival. Beast and Benjamin reprised their war from a few weeks ago on Aggression in front of the PPV stage though. It's safe to say they tore down the house.
The Dark Carnival wasn't the only tag team that made a shocking debut or return to Empire Pro. Blitz and the first ever EPW Tag Champs Crimson Calling returned, making their marks with attacks on various wrestlers during the night. Add them to an already deep tag team pool of The Cameron Cruise Project, Sands and Troy, Second Coming and Golem and Executioner, and EPW's tag division looks the strongest it's ever been.
Speaking of the tag division, new Tag Champions were crowned as Christian Sands and Lindsay Troy defeated the Cruise Project (Joey Melton and Cruise) to capture the belts.
In what might have been the match of the night, JA legitimized his claim to the Intercontinental Championship when he pinned Jonathan Marx cleanly in the middle of the ring in a three way match also featuring Sebastian Dodd.
In other results, Pulsar dismantled X in record time. Second Coming defeated Golem and Executioner, but after that match, both teams were assailed by Crimson Calling and Blitz.
Cross, making his Empire debut, battled former number one contender Troy Douglas to a draw. Douglas went from former number one contender to current number one contender after Dan Ryan took up his ultimatum to make him the number one contender to Beast or else face litgation. Douglas will face Beast at Aggression 13.
Karl Brown defeated John Doe with the Dragon's Bite. In other Doe happenings, his relationship with Troy Douglas might be hitting the rocks sooner than expected, seeing that he think eh doesn't need Douglas anymore. Doe is trying to get his memory back, and he thinks he will be able to.
Also, things might have heated up between Sebastian Dodd and Adam Benjamin. Both men taunted each other after each's failed attempts at winning EPW gold. WrestleVerse concluded with Benjamin and Dodd staring each other down. What could this mean? We shall see in the coming days.``xEpAyZVlkkptWVlLVSy``x1096761820``xnews``x11691091823717``xThe Empire Informer``xhttp://fwrestling.com/content/coranto.cgi?session=caokdjdutdsIevSDnW&x=449&profname=11691091823717&action=xms-submit``xBig things happened at Empire's latest pay-per-view event, WrestleVerse I, which took place in Denver, Colo. 9/28/04 Tuesday Night Warfare Results from Yokohama``xtholzerman``xA1E's Tuesday Night Warfare stepped into Asia for the first time in the show's almost four year history with a landmark broadcast from Yokohama, Japan.
In the main event, Torment challenged newly crowned A1E World Champion Ken Cloverleaf in a non-title match and lost it. Cloverleaf won by disqualification, but he paid a big price when Torment leveled him with a steel chair to cause that DQ.
In other happenings, former XWF superstar Haven made his debut, viciously attacking Gladiator and aligning himself with ousted Empire leader Housefly. Another notable return was Justin Evitable, former MBE Extreme Champion. Evitable's comeback is impressive since he suffered career-threatening injuries from a car accident a few months back.
Also, Sal Scantlin made a big splash, replacing the Iron Duke as TNW's color commentator alongside Kayla Wilson. Scantlin retired as Damon Blackburn's manager to take the position.
In the results of the other matches, El Pantera and X-Rated battled to a draw. El Pantera also has injured his left patella tendon and will miss substantial time. We wish him a speedy recovery.
Cross defeated Suicidal Killer in a First Blood match. It was both men's first match back after extended hiatuses.
Mr. Incredible's mystery partner turned out to be two mystery partners, as Sensational Stephen Shane and Cross, who pulled double duty, helped the new Survivor Champion pull off a victory over the Highland Park Social Club team of Chip Friendly and Slambo the Clown.
Roderick McRatrick fended off the fiesty B.C. Steele in a match where a snapmare had to be executed before you could pin your opponent to retain his Triple Star Championship.
The Weston Outlaws retained their Tag Team Championships over Micheal James and JAck Blade, while AJ Cirrus defeated Gladiator and Kanna Kirishima in a three way match. The paths of thsoe winners would cross, as AJ Cirrus viciously attacked the Tag Champs later on in the show.
James Irish and Duchess defeated Damon Blackburn and Drifter in a tag team match, which was the second match from the end.
The next edition of Tuesday Night Warfare comes to you from Osaka, where Cloverleaf will defend the World Championship against his former tag team partner, Shane.``xEpAyZVyVZENcXMxEke``x1096760171``xnews``x11691091823717``xThe A1E Informer``xhttp://www.a1e.ca``xA1E's Tuesday Night Warfare stepped into Asia for the first time in the show's almost four year history with a landmark broadcast from Yokohama, Japan.``x``xdefault.jpg``x``x``xA1E``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
FWA Phenomenon I to premier Sunday night.``xRobbie Styles ``xFWA enters a new era under Robbie Styles, starting this Sunday with Phenomenon I. The last time anyone viewed a FWA event was back in August at Quest for Glory where FWA’s money problems were supposed to end. But even after a record setting PPV, FWA was forced to file for bankruptcy.
The future of the FWA looked bad, but then good things began to happen. After less than a week, Robbie Styles (CEO of Zxstudios) purchased the FWA and named himself President a few days later. The first card for the new weekly show, Sunday Night Phenomenon was announced on the eighteenth and just last week FWA superstars got television time at the WWA PPV, Rise to Fame, on September twenty-sixth. At the PPV, Jay-Dee defended his North American title against World Xtreme Champion, Bluewolf, unsuccessfully.
Phenomenon I will be live at 8pm at the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
Starting off the festivities will be Five versus Trent Black. Five has been rising up the ranks, at a moderate pace, but Trent Black has been on a skid. Second match of the night will be Kash taking on Bloodsik. So far Kash has put out one promo to Bloodsik's zero. If Bloodsik doesn’t step up, then Kash will be taking home a win.
Match number three will be North American and Xtreme Champion, Bluewolf, taking on Jay-Dee and Ken Wild in a unification match. just last week Bluewolf defeated Jay-Dee to capture his North American title in a brutal match the ended in confusion. Ken Wild the 'wildcard' of the match gets a chance to take one or both of Bluewolf's titles.
And finally what everyone has been waiting for, FWA World Heavyweight Champion, The Dealer, taking on number on contender, Kevin Johnson in a one-on-one match up with the title on the line. The Dealer won the Championship on twenty-ninth of August at Quest for Glory, before Kevin Johnson was even in the FWA.
Will The Dealer cruise to victory, or will Kevin Johnson defy the odds and become the new FWA champion? The Ivy League: Meet Joe Black``xhexedangel``xLive and let live has served me well through most of my life. If someone doesn't like what I'm doing, that's their right. That's the beauty of this country, the freedom to choose. In that same feeling, I'm not one to comment on things that the other writers throw up on here.
That's such a lie.
But still, I have to ask Joe Black what he meant, when he said that I went with Eli and dodged my responsibility to the rest of the promotion as a check against Disney and Dudley. I have to wonder just how horrible it was that I decided it was no longer worth it to be a martyr for free speech for the fWo, that I'm betraying some imagined sense of duty by going back to basics. I have to wonder what Joe Black - what anyone else would've done, what they would've thought.
Let me remind you that I was never supposed to be in charge, and never wanted to be in charge. Let me remind you that the scope of my job was supposed to be helping Silver Fox plan creative directions for the fWo. Let me remind you, that the first thing I ever did as a 'mother figure' to the fWo was to let the roster know what the memorial arrangements would be for six of our brothers. The second, was to begin one of the most condescending working relationships of my life with Teri F'king Melton's clone.
How willing are you, Joe Black, to continue to fight for a cause that nobody else cares about? Oh, sure, it's a noble sentiment, the Psycho Bitch trying to do the right thing amidst a hostile front office, a sudden loss of her best friend, her lover, her closest family, and her mentor. It's so amusing to see every attempt to make things a little better for the fWo roster is shoved back in her face. No, don't dare try to stand up and help her out - you don't want to risk your job by standing next to someone you claim is doing the right thing, because then it's not someone else putting their ass on the line.
I'm used to it, though. I'm the matriarch of Team Extreme, the Family, the Alliance of Defiance, whatever. The red - headed stepchildren of the professional wrestling world, always counted on to do what nobody else wants. Eli and I were part of the Hardcore Revolution a decade ago and managed to survive its birth, life, and death without losing a step, but there always seemed to be someone doing it not quite as well, making a hell of a lot more money. Eli and I have made a career out of making someone else look like a million bucks, be it Eli in the ring or myself writing a glowing column about them.
Wait, someone did stand by me once, albeit a week too late. And what exactly happened to Craig Miles and the rest of the fWo? He's apparently so horrible and bad for the fWo that his mere presence and plans are sufficient enough to make Brand Frontier and Vic Creed team up. I mean, what the fuck? Creed and Brand? Am I the only one who remembers the last six months of 2003?
Yes, two lines from a second rate writer is enough to send me into this spiral. Ain't it cool?
I'm tired of this same old slop every few months. I'm tired of having to listen to people talk about how they're sick of seeing me all over the arena. Sick of seeing me on television. Overexposure, time is passed me by, whatever whatever. There's a one hundred and three thousand seat arena in sweetwater Texas that only about thirty people in history have sold out, and none of them are saying shit about me and what I do.
Eli referred to the two of us as 'human sacrifices' during one of our late night bull sessions. I wrote it off as him trying to be poetic like his wife, but he's right. No matter how much we give to the wrestling business, no matter how much we give to the fans or to the boys, it's never enough. How do I know this? Columns are censored, creative input is slagged off, and everything I've tried to accomplish from a physical or verbal standpoint is stopped in its tracks. Ivy's ego? Everything I've done in this business in the past decade has made money, most have benefitted multiple people.
Politics, politics, politics. Almost none of the things I've been responsible for have been designed for my benefit. Why would they? I'm not a wrestler, I'm not a politician. My entire purpose as a manager is to get the match currently happening over with the fans. And, pardon my ego, but I'm pretty fucking good at it.
Two lines prompted all this. Two fucking lines from a guy that a bad Brad Pitt movie was named after. There's only so much abuse and venom that I can be expected to swallow with a smile before I vomit up some bile. I think the whole deal is that the wrestling world has never quite forgiven me for staying relevant this long. The wrestling world has never forgiven Eli Flair for kicking the ass out of all these newfangled Disposable Heroes. Kind of like the way all these Emo bands must feel toward Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, and Deep Purple.
Fuck.
I can't believe y'all have gotten so much venom outta me. All from two goddamn lines. But the patience I've got for people that thrive on taking shots at me and Eli is rapidly coming to an end. It's been years now, since the Psycho Bitch was truly unleashed on the wrestling world.
Anyone else feeling nostalgic?

The Informer: Wrestleverse-EPW``xThe Informer``xWith the times closing, the promotions comming to an end, all we have to do is sit and wait for our good 'ol wrestlers at EPW to put us up a wonderful show, well, my job as usual is to throw in my unneeded two cents. So as the unoffical writter of EPw, or any fed I plan on doing here is....
THE INFORMERS PICKS OF EPW WRESTLEVERSE!
Nothing better than big print to state it all.
So first we call attention to the two morons who were so narrowminded on themselves taht NEITHER had anything to say, it was one of those silent wars. It truly was one of the best promoting jobs I EVER saw.
-C4 vs Paolo the giant-
So just cause I have seen waht C-4 does to opponents in the ring, and I think Paolo is a quite odd name, I give the match to C-4
So we move on down to a man that has a long nail, with a partner that I don't even want to start ranting on. And their opponents the infamous team the Second Coming!
-Golem & X-Ecutioner vs. Second Coming-
Ok, so I don't like short midgets, and honestly, when ever Second Coming is on I just have this thing for cheering for them. So I pick The Second Coming!
Well, this was quite ammusing to see these two promote against each other
-Pulsar vs. X-
After all X doesn'y always mark the spot now does it? Pulsar dominates X
Now, this is the match I wanted to type all about! This my friends is going to be a great match, and honestly I see everything going into play. Joey Melton, a CSWA superstar with Cameron Cruise vs. Former EPW Heavyweight Champ...and Lindsay Troy.
The first of two triple threats for a title. This one a bit more intense. But hell JA has been on a roll lately steam rolling opponents left and right.
-JA vs. Sebastian Dodd vs. Jonathan Marx-
BUT....Jonathan Marx has been hitting high, and as an ex champ I have total faith that he can pull it all together and come out with that six pounds of gold aroudn his waist.
-Cameron Cruise Project vs. Sands and Troy-
Sorry Cameron Cruise project, but when you got a dominating force liek Christian Sands in the ring well, that about says it all. Troy and Sands take it all the way for the win.
So, we move on to a match that was one week in the making, the promotional jobs that went back and forth were top of the line, honestly I haven't seen a lot of work like that since Beast and Sands faced off for the championship.
-Brown vs Doe-
Well, I have to handed it over to the Protégé of Troy Douglas, after he picked up the win on Adam Benjamin, well that about explains it all!
I am just going to hope to this one because I have to go nappy poo in a bit. So hat's off to these men, cause honestly, Cross...hold on to your butt. If I was Troy and got screwed froma title shot, well the next man in teh ring would just be my squshy anger ball, and Cross may God help you.
-Troy Douglas vs. Cross-
Troy Douglas picks the win, lots of anger, lots of aggression, and if I was in his shoes, well, I would be on a rampage.
OH HERE IT GOES!!!!! The match we have all been waiting for me to preach on, the match with El title on the line. So ready for my ensight....
-Beast vs Boogie Smallz vs. Adam Benjamin-
Benjamin takes the win! One, cause I think Beast has been slowing down his dominating pace. Boogie Smallz, well he has not been going above and beyond, finally adam Benjamin. First he goes into a Falls Count Anywhere match BEFORE Wrestleverse got beat by Doe, but all in all he is coming out the new champ.

the friggin fWo report``xpants``xLies Joe Black Told You
It’s time for some fWo reporting I guess.
We’ll be looking at Unleashed here in a moment.
I said I am the one, but the kid is not my son.
Right off the bat, the programming directors at fWo have hit upon a fundamental truth in the business.
No one remembers shit from one moment to the next.
The basic spill from this brilliant concept is that in order to present us with Temerio/Nameless’s story, they flashed back to the previous information. Smart smart move. It comes to a head on this show as Temerio dodges public humiliation by getting a paternity test on the down low, and revealing that he’s not the father of Yukio’s baby.
SCORE ONE FOR THE DEADBEATS~! RUAHH~!
Tired of helping everybody, from now on I’m just supporting my friends… friend.
Ivy has returned to fWo as Flair’s manager. Effectively dodging the overall responsibility of being a check against Disney suits and Jim Dudley and decided to exclusively take care of the people she cares about which would be Eli and no one else.
Hmmmph.
Who’s the man?
The Wrestler of the Year Tournament proceeds as follows.
Ric Chronos goes over Nameless and Wippit Guud.
The Flying Frenchie (my close personal friend (lie)) advances over Lance Knight and some other guy who isn’t Lance Knight.
Chelsea Vice and Alias are put away by Vince Jacobs
Deacon advances over Miles and Dynamo.
Weird, I’d have chosen Miles to take it all. Shows what I know.
The easiest way to stop a revolutionary movement is to give into their demands on the surface, and undermine their success as soon as the wind’s no longer in their sails.
Milo Samus campaign and protests have had the rug cut out from underneath Milo by Disney and Dudley giving him what he thinks he wants. Poor Milo. Poor Dunce. He never knew what hit him.
I have a feeling the tag division might be returning… according the magic 8 ball anyway.
The Legion of Dairy returns to the fWo roster with a victory over Fatal Attraction and Kodane Otaku pull off a similar deal. I could be wrong but this might potentially mean an attempt to return the tag division to something that it was before it sucked ass.
If it does start, I’ll devote some time to looking at the division.
Titles Shmitles, where the hell is Eternity AT?
Lindsay Troy, whose HC title had been kidnapped by Sphere/Balaam, was reunited with her lost love through a successful defense.
High Flyer retains the I-net strap against Flair.
This could be the beginning of the ugliest friendship I’ve ever seen. One of you stab the other please.
Brand Frontier and Vic Creed tag against… heh. Look at that. Those two. Anyway, they take on Gianni, who’s been a lot of fun to watch the crazy kook, and Brandish who gives me nightmares. The winner is who’d expect.
“The Bitch Stays In The Match,” says BQ, while smacking undercard workers around demanding to be called “stinky”
Rana and Death face BQ and Aimz, the girly wins by cheating.
I’ll have a rant about Venenosa in a few weeks or so, as it’s something I feel qualified to bitch about since my school was responsible for training the kid. But since that’s close to home and throws any of my objectivity out the window (I do have a little bit of it, which is why it’s so precious (lie)), I’ll save it for a filler edition of this crap.
This edition of lies has been rather light in the lying (true) and heavy with the smartassery, but that would also make me a liar about it being all lies so nyeah nyeah nyeah. Bleepity bleepity boo boo, whatcha gonna do when the crabbiest old fart in the business makes smartass remarks ON YOU!?

The Huge Report``xdillon``xThe Huge Report
First Times For All
9/23/04
I love professional wrestling. I can't rationalize my love for the business, but I'm there. I'm hooked for life. Been that way since I was watching WM III and was watching Hogan body slam Andre and Steamboat upsetting Savage in perhaps the single most idolized (and, IMO, overrated) match since the days of Prodigy servers. Hell, back then, IWC was just a baby thorn in Vince's ass. I was about five back then and I don't know what it was that just took my attention.
Might have been the marketing ploy, because at that age you really can't rationalize the gripping stories of feuds and that sort of stuff.
But I'm not still hear because of the cartoonish "Sportz Entertainment". No, I was one of the first kid on my block back in North Carolina to turn away from the hype machine that was the WWF and turn my attention towards the NWA. Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Arn Anderson, Ron Garvin, the Midnight Express, and Tully Blanchard were the kinds of guys I really liked. They were different. Flair wasn't the larger than life steroid boy that Hogan was, but Flair had a better ability to keep me on the edge of my seat. You see, NWA didn't need to be cartoony to get me to watch.
I started going to the Greensboro Coliseum every other week watching wrestling shows, even if it wasn't Crockett's NWA promotion. And then, sometime between 1988 and 1992, I started getting into this new promotion. NWA had become WCW, and WCW sucked. It was like WWF Lite, with even less believable stunts and such pulled off to asses in seats. And people wonder why they closed down. The only time I remember WCW being any color but red was the time NWO was around, before Austin Attitude took over. It's called bad management.
But, as I was writing, this other place grabbed my attention. And you kids know it today as CSWA. For the span of a while, I got more into the technical aspects of wrestling before I really took a liking to Bret Hart. This would be when I started rooting for the guys like Mike Randalls, Hornet, Mark Windham, Joey Melton. And I still like some CSWA guys after. Mickey Benedict could be thrown in there even with a little early Eli Flair. But meh, whatever. That's me mixing up time periods and me not giving a crap. It was about the in ring action, even more than the spectacle. You kids would call it Old School. I call it "the way it outta be".
After then, my love affair for wrestling found other avenues until now. I've got a rather large tape collection. I dug up as much footage of "Golden" Glen Miller as I could. And even after that, we are talking about some earlier CWL stuff, even the stuff in the early 90's when the underground hardcore movement started. Damn Douglas and Funk. Stuff was somewhat addicting. It was a lot better than what those mutants in Philly were doing, let me tell you that. Until Malenko, Guerrero, and Benoit saved the day...I tell ya.
I've got plenty of FWO, though I highlighted most of the stuff involving the guy they've ever had, Ruben Ross. And Chronos is pretty bitchin' too. But, most of the stuff in FWO, WWF, WCW, CSWA, and even IWO left me a bit disenchanted. I watched some people, and went with what the Torch and other smarks said. But I was waiting for something to capture my attention beyond one guy.
My love affair for Action rekindled my love for wrestling. I love watching Joey Malone, and some of the earlier stuff with LLB wasn't that bad. Fission was on his last legs, as his knees were obviously catching up to him, but he somewhat reinvented himself before his unexpected death. Wow, almost been a year. Anyway, they were great and all, but there was a great undercard there, high lighted by the likes of Jeff Garvin, Coral Avalon, Max Danger, even Airborn Tyler. But when KSZ came into town, BAM, everything changed. Workrate went through the roof, and Action started really pushing wrestling out into the forefront. And those guys rose up the cards, with KSZ, with Frank Heimdal, with Daniel Phillips. It was like the old school ways of wrestling we coming back. Then, BAM! It died.
That's my wrestling love affair.
But I cover wrestling events, and now, I get paid a little to do it. HOORAY! I'm going be covering the Squared Circle and Orlando Championship Wrestling (aka, OCW) for this here site.
Now, the Squared Circle is somewhat like Action, but not. See, while politics killed Action, while a lot of the guys fired by Action went to tSC, it's a totally different ball game. New ownership, some new staff members were brought in, and some really raw talent was also brought in, like Sonny Silver and David Morey. The Squared Circle is completely about wrestling, with it's style impacted by what you do in the ring. Rules such as the two referees, three rope breaks, and other such things were put in place to remove elements of Sports Entertainment. Now, on the heels of a rather nice profit margin, this young promotion seems to be rising steadly. It's doing it with some unknowns. Sonny Silver has a reputation of being a cancer, but he's been one of the elite heels in wrestling since the inception of tSC. Alias, while being known, really made a huge impact in tSC. And the list goes on and on.
You can catch tSC every Tuesday night, on FX. I think it's on at 8. Then again, I just TiVo it anyway.
Then, there is the OCW. While I don't know much about OCW, I do know it's basically a renegade organization from the remnants of the FWO and its Survivor 4 contest. Most of the organization is raw, but has some talent. Guys like Kellen Kinkade and Rush come from FWO. And while I think it's all just a work anyway, the group is pretty tight lipped about it's role as it pretains to FWO and all else. Hey, don't want us dirt sheeters ripping it apart like we've been doing to FWO for a good while.
My only problem with OCW is that it's an organization that is trying to do it old school, but doesn't seem to have the talent to do it. But, I guess with guys this raw, they can mold them into something.
I'll be covering the organizations shows, and then do a weekly round up of my HUGE OPINIONS and the future of the organizations, even their pasts. At least, that's the plan. Don't ride me if I don't get something out on time. I'm still finishing up degree at NC State along with working forty hours a week.
Anyway, that's it. Just keep watching. Because, hey, I'm the only guy who can tell it like it is.
This is Robert Gibson.

Dear Craig,
Ah, dude, I did mushrooms on saturday night, i swear, it felt like my cock would melt in my hands when I'd touch it.
-Deft
This is why I don’t return your messages.
Dear Craig,
When using the character Capt. Britanica, did you obtain the creative rights to this personality? Where did you come up with this BRILLIANT! idea?
Is Big Bobby Bowman gay?
Why does Rana Venensoa;sdifos's look so retarded when he smokes?
How come you always smile or put a cigarette in your mouth when talking to somebody? Is it a nervous tick?
Sincerely,
Bantam Dia -- er, Gloomy Tuesday
Well, Mister Diaper…
The story of Captain Britannica actually stretches back to a time when men were men, women were women and you could get a double cheeseburger for a dollar. 2003 wasn’t special, but on one of my escapades around the world – I actually got blitzed this one time in London and got lost at night.
Walking in a back alley, I spotted some of Scotland Yard’s finest having an issue with some insane homeless bum. The wild red hair, the beard, the screaming and ranting about how David Beckham came from the sperm of the Devil and his child with the hot Spice Girl was proof the apocalypse was 16 years away.
Naturally, the police didn’t know what to do. I told him I’d take care of the guy. Now he’s making millions, which is genius…but I’ll be damned if he hasn’t started some underground organization plotting to kill Anthony Hopkins.
As for Bobby, I actually asked. Scotty told me HELL NO! Venensoa;sdifos's might know the truth, he’s a rookie smoker. Give him time.
And concerning the last two questions…
Just asking those means you should be considering a course at the Craig Miles Professional Heel Academy.
Dear Craig,
We all know about the brand-spankin’ new, state-of-the art Academy campus in Oakland, California but for the uninformed – maybe you should let them know where all FIVE locations are.
-Brother in Arms, KSZ
Ah yes, I love convenience. Well, Keith it looks like you’re helping out the bedwetter. Each campus of the Heel Academy really has its own special niche.
Key West, Florida – the original. Not used as much since Disney went on tour. And well, Chronos doesn’t exactly lend out credit cards to me either, anymore.
Oakland, California – the high-tech, state-of-the art advanced campus where you can become a web designer, rant columnist, or be taught by Keith over here on how not to suck like Max Danger. That’s in the bedroom and out folks. We’re also building an arena complex in the projects.
Seattle, Washington – D&D Campus. Depressing and Dark. Dean Death is doing a great fall lecture series on “How to Light Someone on Fire” Very informative…and yes, we are making fun of the fact that most of these students like Dungeons and Dragons.
Huntsville, Alabama – Our tag team training facilty, where you don’t get out alive until you break Bobby Eaton’s record for wife beatings and whiskey shots. Currently, Calvin Carlton oversees the financials, while Frankie Fargo instructs a “how to spot jailbait’ freshman course that I recommend for every student.
The Jungle – You’re gonna die! Well, only 3 students so far. Only two people know the location. Myself and the lone instructor, the Dean of our Wrestling program - Mike Randalls. All seniors must last 5 days in this place to graduate. We figure if you can last in his house of torture, you’re probably better than myself.
Hey Mr. C,
You might not remember me but I was the bellhop at Hilton in Frisco, where I think you stayed at a few days/almost a week before Ruaah, the dude you tipped fifty bucks after I got you four monkeys, a shit load a smokes and those two really ugly women. Thanks for the fifty man, but what where you up to that night, anywho? I mean it's gotta be a funny story... cause it looked like Mitch Wilson (Such a Mitch Mark. WOOO!) was teaching you the Headliner. I could have sworn I saw a few flasks of whiskey lying around. There where like a dozen hookers, Nick Brandish, Matthew Wakeman there too. Plus what a couple broken balloons, those monkeys and smokes I gotcha, a bitchin' smell of weed in the air, a Yugo, a donkey, those two ugly women and Scotty Bowman... if my memory serves me right. Then again, it was all a blur being in your presence man.
Anyway, and I don't want to be all poking around... but what did happen in that hotel room, anyway?
Later days man,
Rusty Knuckles aka Rick the bellhop
Ummm…Rusty, your boss called.
He wants you to stay off the drugs.
Ok, first of all – there’s an end to this that may make you take the man’s advice..
We had four flasks of whiskey for off the night. We made Mitch drink two since he didn’t really teach the Headliner as much as let all of us take turns doing the move ourselves off the bed onto a full length mirror that as the night went on…turned into a puddle of blood and glass. The 11 hookers were mainly for Nick and Scotty to keep their energy going. Things got interesting when Scotty got offered head, but just pissed in their mouths instead. Nick is the first man I’ve ever seen puncture a cervix and abdomen at the same time from trying to attain drainage.
Matthew Wakeman bought the balloons at the convenience store…cause well, that’s Matthew.
The 4 monkeys were actually part of the hooker package, I finished the other two flasks with them as well as 232 cigarettes and an 1/8 of weed. I didn’t actually have money for the weed, so Nick beat up some crazy Mexican, ripping him out of his Yugo, us not knowing it possessed a donkey and 2 tranvestites en route to the gay district.
We also met some weird bellhop with an afro that kept wanting to try this acid Nick got back home. 4 hours later and all of a sudden, the donkey and transvestites were gone…
…and so was little Ricky the bellhop.``xEpAVlkkZEEQgGgyyyj``x1095826311``xwire``x56481091824871``xCraig Miles``x``x``x``x``xmileswire.gif``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x

The Year's Biggest Main Frame This Friday``xKMAJackson``xAfter what was the most hellacious Pay Per View Event of 2004 thus far, the EUWC has gone even farther to blow the roof off of General Motor's Place in Vancouver, British Columbia for Main Frame. What is being dubbed as the Celebration of Champions will witness each and every EUWC Championship on the line...
No match is bigger than the Main Event for the EUWC World Heavyweight Championship. The new Champion Holocaust will make his very first title defense since regaining his title at Ultra Brawl VI. However, "The Definitive" Danny Collins has his sights set on winning the one title that has eluded him for so long. And these two have more history than one would think.
At EUWC eXile on May 25 2004, Holocaust was able to turn away the challenge of Danny Collins in a triple threat match! However Holocaust needed the help of STEALTH in order to retain his title. However just one month later, Collins received his rematch with Holocaust on an edition of Main Frame. On this night, Collins was screwed once again as Sean Taylor acted as the special referee and turned on Collins to join the Dominion. This allowed Holocaust to once again retain his World Heavyweight Championship.
Now as this week's Main Frame gets closer, the story is very different. Holocaust no longer has the Dominion to back him up. Meanwhile Danny Collins has just scored the biggest win of his career at Ultra Brawl, when he forced STEALTH to resign after winning their Hell in a Cell Match. This Friday's match will not be for the weak of heart as these two men will battle to settle the score once and for all; and with the EUWC's biggest prize at stake.
Also on this Friday's show, the Undisputed Greatest EUWC International Champion of All Time, Sean Taylor will put his lwinning streak and title up for grabs when he battles his old nemesis Damian Stone. These two men have a lot of history that dates back to the Summer of 2003 and will explode this Friday night.
Last May at EUWC eXile 2003, Sean Taylor was supposed to challenge for the EUWC International Title against then-Champion Nick Marshall. However due to injury, Nick Marshall was forced to forfeit the title and a tournament took place. At Onslaught Damian Stone defeated Cole Justice in the finals of the tournament to be crowned the new International Champion. Later in the evening, Sean Taylor received his title shot. The first meeting between Taylor and Damian Stone went in Stone's favor as he pinned Taylor with the Judge, Jury, Execution.
However, after the match was over, Sean Taylor tried to attack Stone, but inadvertantly knocked out Stone's wife and manager Echo. This prompted Stone to challenge Taylor to what would turn out to be the most horrific match of last year. At Summer Sizzler 2003, Stone and Taylor battled in the very first House of Horrors Match! The winner of the match would become the new International Champion. After a long and bloody battle, Sean Taylor miraculously emerged with the victory and the Championship.
Over one year later, these two will cross paths once again inside the Main Frame ring. DDS has vowed to end Taylor's reign as Champion. While Sean Taylor seems so focussed on a victory that he has vowed to leave his rulebook with EUWC Official Kandi Reed until the match is finished. These two men will have their rubber match for the International Title this Friday, and neither man will be the same after it is over.
All this and much more action will take place this Friday on Main Frame...``xEpAVlElFEVGgFXcvVI``x1095821915``xnews``x11691091823717``xKeith Jackson``xhttp://fwrestling.com/host/euwc``xAfter what was the most hellacious Pay Per View Event of 2004 thus far, the EUWC has gone even farther to blow the roof off of General Motor's Place in Vancouver, British Columbia for Main Frame. New Talent Rumours``xZezu``xWith the recent closure of LoC, and the demise of most of ACWs roster, it is widely rumoured that many new faces will be appearing on the newest edition of Courage due out the end of the this week.
Rumoured names that are due to appear range from tag teams such as The Normans, singles stars such as Broken, Token Weed and former LoC Champion Donnie Daze, along with rumours that both Kasper Sky and Seymour Almasy will be in attendance.
Add that to the fact that Pandora will be making an appearance, along with the brand new ACW Champion Vince Jacobs...it's going to be quite an interesting show.

The Friggin RPW Report``xpants``xThe Friggin RPW report.
Jebus Scheebus. You look away for thirty seconds and a promotion vanishes.
Xavier Kannon isn’t returning my phone calls. Well, that’s a lie, my phone call to a number that might’ve been his. In 1994.
Anyway. Rush Pro Wrestling has closed. The details remain elusive. I’m not really sure what happened, and the only thing that I’ve gathered from the RPW superstars are grumblings and resumes.
It’s disappointing to me for a number of reasons. I felt a nice compare contrast with the fWo would work nicely. As I got more familiar with the shows and what was happening all over the place, I’d be able to make comparisons and on different company philosophies, who would get pushed where and why, that sort of good stuff.
Which has led me to a significant conclusion.
The evil powers behind the fWo must have heard of my column plans over here and made a decision. To close RPW at whatever the cost. With OCW now threatening fWo with prejudice and spite, the Disney goons decided to make an example of someone.
So they bought off that lousy dork Xavier Kannon. Oh, excuse me, “Christian Alexander Poopoohead” Kannon. Set him a nice check, and that was that. The bottom had been ripped out from under their superstars.
Though maybe it wasn’t my column. Maybe it was Aimz. She went to work on the side for RPW apart from her fWo obligations, and perhaps they couldn’t or didn’t want to discipline her. So they closed RPW. Superstars lining the highways in West Virginia with signs that say, “Will Wrestle For Food” with Food striked out and replaced by “Sex”.
It’s miserable. How many dreams have been destroyed? How many people have been buried, all because of a greedy corporation?
Why the hell couldn’t they have tried to bribe me?
I’m an evil person. I’m a notorious liar. I probably wouldn’t have haggled too much either. I could’ve been bought, but no. They went for the shut down, ruining so many talented people’s shot at a decent career.
Were they a real wrestling company, the fWo would have followed up by at least hiring the homeless wrestlers. And of course they’d job them to death until they all quit and/or were fired. Now someone else will do it. But still. Boooooo.
Boooooo!
Boooooo! I say.
Shame on you Disney fiends behind fWo. You’ve ruined everything. Again.
This is Joe Black.
You’ve been reading a bunch of lies.

-Captain Suleimon b. Prisoner 187
-BC Steele b. El Pantera and Micheal James
-Chip Friendly b. Kid Canada and Freakshow
-Mr. Incredible b. Damon Blackburn (c) to win the A1E Survivor Championship
-Richard Farnswirth and Slambo the Clown b. Drifter and Gladiator

-Ken Cloverleaf b. Steven Shane (1st elimination), Torment (c, 2nd elimination), and James Irish (final elimination) to win the A1E World Heavyweight Championship
Also, some notes:
-X-Rated made his first A1E appearance with a rap on top of the Golden Dreams stage
-Former A1E Champion Cross made his return, attacking Eddie Weston while he was making an apology for attacking a fan. Cross went on to make the ultimatum that he wants a shot at the World Champion or else his reign of terror will continue.
-Housefly was apparently booted out of the Empire by Gladiator, who assumed control, and Drifter for losing his match against Beast.
-The Highland Park Social Club ruled the day, winning all three of their matches.
Finally, in some less upbeat news, Iron Duke has not renewed his contract with A1E and Golden Dreams was his last event. There will be a new color commentator debuting at the next Tuesday Night Warfare in Yokohama, Japan, but that announcement has been under tight wraps and will be announced at the show.``xEpAVuklEpEEYYAfuGD``x1095431701``xnews``x11691091823717``xTom Holzerman``xhttp://www.a1wrestling.com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=10&topic_id=5888&mesg_id=5888&page=``xLatest news from the world of A1E!``x``xdefault.jpg``x``x``xA1E``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
The TNW #25 Quick Hit``xNFW``xMatch results:
Chiaki Kuriyama over S.D. Chambers (laws of physics): So you mean to say Deft's never going to get to hold the Mexican Championship? That ain't right...
Santos Salvatore over Psychosis (pinfall, wtf): Did that loser just use the Bossman slam into a back suplex elbow driver for the win? Jeez, next you'll tell me Sonny's...oh, right.
the Premier of France over Russa (pinfall, Loire/Guillotine): And thus all is right in the universe. You know, every time the announcers use Loire Valley Driver I make $3.43 thanks to Pierre? True story. Lean back.
Son of Daniel's Bitch over How Coldplay Got Famous (submission, triangle choke): Face v. face? You KNOW how I feel about thse things! Did that masked little bastard steal my Perfectplex? I am so going to destroy him for that.
{non-title} the Joy of Silence over the Upper Midcard Express (submission, cross-armbreaker): Wow, you losers just got your asses all the way kicked, didn't you? Shame.
1986 Called, It Wants Its Monster Back over Oh, Suck This (pinfall, Tommyhawk): Ir's great we did this match in Philadelphia because I'm sure everyone else gave a rat's ass about this. The ending sequence was nice, but other than that...
{non-title} the Pride of Memphis over Your Humble Scribe (pinfall, super Original Slam): So, there you go: everyone on the roster has now hit me during the course of 10 days.
[MY TITLE] X-Pac '04 over the Hamburglar (submission, dragon sleeper STF): That's it, I'm outta here.
Angle developments:
I Always Used To Think Nothing Mattered, Now I Know For Sure: I hope the irony of Sonny deriding Chiaki for winning a rumble to contendership wasn't lost on anyone, as he beat two rookies (cheating to do so in one instance) and fucking Rook. But, you know, having the most pinfall victories in the federation is a ludicrous way to judge who should be #1 contender. LUDICROUS.
He's Hardcore! No, HE'S Hardc...ah, who cares...: Osyrus vs. Razor Blade. And the fast-forward button was complaining I wasn't giving it enough sweet loving lately.
Philly Cream Cheese: Who taught you idiots how to do a promo, Sonny? And you two barely survived Team Ruben Ross. You can flash tin all you want, but the nickname stays.
New Orleans Jazz: You know, only an idiot like Morey would think an idiot like Coral would just roll over. He's Steamboat without the genius baggage, that one.
Got Some Dirt Off My Shoulder, Would You Brush It Off For Me?: And now, you are forgiven for showing up to the rematch. Heh. In-jokes RULE.
Red Alert: There's some has-been spot fest on Line 1, Michelle. Billy somebody?

NFW North Wire: Playoffs Begin``xNFW``xWith Michael Manson winning the sole playoff bid for the NFW East, therefore becoming the #6 seeded wrestler in the NFW North Roster due to Christian Sands' departure, Quentin Sullivan announced the official Wild Card Round matches.
Kin Hiroshi captured the 3 seed and will take on Manson, while 4th seed Cameron Cruise will face off against mortal enemy, Steel Viper who got the fifth seed.
So far, the common thread in both playoff matches are whether injuries will affect the outcome. Kin Hiroshi has been diagnosed with a sprained knee suffered at the hands of Jonathan Marx.
Meanwhile, reports are vague, but it doesn't look like Cameron Cruise survived his own shipwreck of a Random Rumble. Possibly putting on the guttiest performance of the night, but with a trail of blood left on the mat plus several punishing moves (including an Elevator Drop off the cage) - one can only wonder if Cruise's body will be ready to go at 100% against Steel Viper.
And let's not kid ourselves, Manson and Viper are known for spotting a weakness and exploiting it. Certainly considering the battles Viper and Cruise have fought during the regular season, the man of Steel must be licking his chops right now.
Kazuo Shizaki and Jonathan Marx have to be smiling to themselves, as Manson, Cruise and Hiroshi all have had a gutting week and won't be nearly as rested or healed.``xEpAVkZuFZyBnddGbTq``x1095277976``xwire``x56481091824871``xFiona Love``xhttp://nfw.fwrestling.com``x``x``x``xwednesdaywire.gif``x``xNFW``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x

From The Informer``xThe Informer``xEPW Aggression 12 came with a load of great matches, thus we are all in a bit of wondering why Dan Ryan has denied Troy Douglas his chance at the gold.
Douglas, who has fought hard since Empire opened it's doors was denied his shoot at the title. The question is could he defeat Beast even if he was given the shot.
Now, my idea on the whole situation is that, Douglas would be able to beat Beast. There are many reasons for this.
First, look at his performance in the ring. Troy's ring presance is always on A-game. But we know Douglas is good due to his training style.
Troy took John Doe under his wing to learn the "Way's of the Path". Now, let us seriously put this in perspective. Doe is not a...how can we put it...grand wrestler. He doesn't think in the ring.
Now, we all heard of Yours Truly Adam Benjamin, came within inches....seconds...of of beating EPW World Champ Beast.
Douglas trains Doe, and Doe defeats Benjamin in a falls count anywhere match? Dear God almighty Troy Douglas must be doing something right!
So, if we think hard about it, Douglas in the near future WILL be the EPW Champ, Time and Date undecided, all I can say is, watch out Beast that name plate will be changing soon. ``xEpAVpAAFEAyoblipvW``x1095102919``xnews``x``xThe Informer``x``xEPW Aggression 12 came with a load of great matches, thus we are all in a bit of wondering why Dan Ryan has denied Troy Douglas his chance at the gold.

Livin' La Vida LoC'a with the Man of War``xShawnHartXXX``xIn this business, the word “champion” gets tossed around like Joey Melton’s baby mama. At every corner of the globe, some third-rate promotion or another has their greasy, sniveling horse-thief of a promoter shilling their top dog as the future of the industry.
In the case of “Black” Tom Williams and the Legacy of Champions, they just may be right.
Alexander Jerusalem is no greenback in the wrestling business. He burst onto the national scene in 2001 with promotions like the WWL and the CWWF, going so far as to capture the Thompson clan’s tag team titles twice. Still only 29 years old, the “Man of War” has since been focusing solely on his singles career, snarling and spitting and carving his way straight to LoC’s highest honor, the Legacy Championship. Now, this may be a biased opinion, seeing as how AJ and I have gone to the same synagogue since before the Phenom felt his first booty, but his dimensions are undeniable. 7 feet tall. 368 lbs. Long, HARD, throbbing.... left hook.
Armed with his cannon arms and a cuss mouth, Alexander’s road to glory in LoC had but one speed bump. One man who could potentially derail the Man of War locomotive. The Legacy’s last defense against Jerusalem in his pursuit of ass-kicking supremacy was the man formerly known as Rage, five-time RMWF champion Scott Riktor. Riktor was the people’s choice, the choice of Black Tom’s other half, Mr. Franklin Pierce, and by far the toughest, most enduring superstar on the Legacy’s roster.
Or so we thought.
Not only did AJ take Mr. 5-time down, but he punked his woman and dropped like 137 F-Bombs along the way. Then, quite miraculously, he worked up more of a sweat in a post-match party at the LANDING STRIP with our girl Trixie than he had earlier that night in the actual title bout! I dare not mention where he put the championship belt during our private show. Funny thing that female anatomy, but I digress. The bottom line of this whole sordid tale is that Alexander Jerusalem is in a class all his own, and you can catch him each week on VIOLENCE, the Legacy’s flagship program.
Check it out, and maybe you’ll see what a TRUE champion actually looks like.
Next week, we pull ourselves from the muck of introductory pieces and get down to the nitty gritty. Be prepared for plenty of jiggy, some incoherent ramblings, and nude locker room photos of Dan Ryan. I am the Phenom... and you are not.

NFW North Finishes Regular Season!``xNFW``xIn a wild and certainly crazy night, NFW's North Conference finished off its regular season with a number of surprises as well as a significant departure with Christian Sands announcing his resignation from the federation only minutes before the Random Rumble match took place.
Not to be outdone, Avery Prosser - the hated conference commissioner used the already opened forum by Sands to not only respond to some accusations from the departing Canadian, but also inform the infamous Tsongas crowd that this would be their last NFW televised event under the North Conference banner.
Fans nearly revolted, but a heartfelt speech from one of Boston's own as well as a 40 minute epic Random Rumble drove back the outrage, everything culminating with Kazuo Shizaki outlasting Cameron Cruise - with a little unexpected and somewhat unidentified help late in the match against the Seven Deadly Sins lumberjacks.
Shizaki managed to secure 30 points in the evening, but Jonathan Marx's elimination of Kin Hiroshi ended up being enough for the 'Gentleman' to clinch the North Conference Regular Season Championship.
With Sands' departure, New Frontier has decided to waive the play-in match of the NFW East conference - instead announcing right away in a press release that the winner of the East Conference Random Rumble will receive the #6 position in the North Playoffs.
Here are the current playoff contenders in the North:
1) Jonathan Marx (1st round bye)
2) Kazuo Shizaki (1st round bye)
3) Kin Hiroshi

The fWo RPW report``xpants``xZoobity doo wab bah doo, it’s JOE BLACK here with lots of wonderful LIES to tell making you all feel really good about yourselves! Hoooooray~!
First up, we’re going to see what’s happening in that fine fine institution of RPW.
The latest developments that I can access are RPW’s Adrenaline 36.
I like the numbering of events for an easy idea of sequence. Not like the fWo.
“Hey, did you see that one Ruahh~!?”
“Which one?”
“The one where the guy in the mask and the other guy without a mask fought?”
Dates are too complicated for the average wrestling fan to understand. But the numbers make it pretty easy to keep track of.
The 36th Adrenaline show featured Magnum Wolf declaring stipulations that leaned towards his friends, and against his enemies. It’s a perfect example of your government at work. Just imagine yourself and anybody that doesn’t buy off the president with campaign contributions to be the enemy. Tah-dah. Political satire, and I’m sexier than both Maureen Dowd and Ann Coultier, but not sexier than the both of them having sex with each other. Though perhaps they would require muzzles. Anyway, it’s the gist of the Wolf invitational. It’s not necessarily RPW sanctioned, but it’s Wolf making a mini tournament, awarding the winner with a shot for the title or something.
In other events, Clyde, who was/is a demon from hell is now aping Spider-Man with calling himself Clyder-Man. I meant, I guess one thing aint more ridiculous than the other really. But still.
The Eclipse title, not named after fabled scientologist and fWo behemoth Total Eclipse, is the RPW secondary title held by Gideon Poe. Aimz of fWo is apparently in RPW now, which came as some surprise to me. I guess I should pay better attention and drink less.
Anyway, Aimz and …
Hold on here. This one is difficult.
Vengellus Oxius.
WTF?
That name is just too hard.
Anyway, difficult name battled both Aimz and Poe and managed to come out ahead and won the eclipse title. So booyaka for him.
Angelo Deville apparently presents some kind of threat to Magz with regard to Magnum’s master plan. No details are revealed, but you could perhaps guess that Angelo is playing wild card in Magnum’s deck.
Lord Skywolf won the RPW mid-south title from Dawn McFarlane.
Invincible Gabe apparently stole Ken War’s gimmick.
And some other nonsense goes on that I can’t understand, like Skywolf, and Steven Silver and the like.
There’s some good wrestling following that but the real storyline point of the night is that Angelo Deville has actually been the Dread Pirate Roberts all along. His on the RPW payroll and contracted, which gives him a big ole “neener neener” in Kannon’s face.
And that monkeys, is the end of that. The man for the night has to be Angelo Deville who in spite of not having a match puts one over on Kannon. The runner up would be Oxius as he captured the Eclipse title.
Next we take a look at Ruahh~! of the unnumbered wrestling company.
It opens with some nonsense and Brand Frontier popping on the scene to hassle Craig Miles. Brand Frontier is apparently driven by lunacy as he’s confident in himself and his vision to the point of negating anything that defies it.
You Christians freak me out like that.
Black Quicksilver the current champ, and Death, the current … guy named Death have a bit of a spat in front of the commish. Jim Dudley, said commish, is a certifiable ass, and that means a lot coming from me.
Eli Flair has a title shot against High Flyer, but can lose it against any opponent who whups him apparently.
In a bit of a shocking upset, Brand loses to newcomer Gianni. Heh. Lunatics don’t wrestle well when their ideals are trampled on.
And in the only title defense on the card, the New and Improved Pretty Fly apparently retain their titles in spite of their own desires to lose them.
In storyline mode, KVC’s son Alex is hassled at the hospital by Dr. John Gianni.
The man for the night definitely is Dr. Gianni having pinned Frontier. No runner up, he holds the stage solo.
Reviewing.
RPW is in a nebulous state as we’re still trying to figure out precisely what Magnum Wolf’s reign means for the fed as a whole. He’s devoid of contenders which explains the invitational thing to keep interest. One of his strongest rivals is probably El Spiffy so in the coming weeks we’ll keep an eye on that guy.
fWo is also in a weird state, with the post meltdown lines being drawn between the Soldiers of the Fifth Seal and the opposition. Something hopefully soon will come of this, as I want to see more Rana Venenosa as his meltdown victory has made him the single most money generating individual in the Black and Black school’s history.
Lies:
Magnum Wolf is exactly what you think he is.
Lord Skywolf’s ability is precisely what you see.
Aimz is a whore.
Craig Miles is all talk.
Black Quicksilver is to blame for waning interest.
The snowboarder has no future.
Jim Dudley is not a bitter son of a bitch.
Alias is not sleepy.
Clyde isn’t helping his own future by engaging in this particular “gimmick”.
Xavier Kannon is a beaten and broken man.
Simon Cowl isn’t that bad of a guy once you get to know him.
You like reading my columns.
Enough~!
I’m done with this for now.
Your Benevolent Dictator, Legendary Joe Black.

Should Jean Rabesque Fear DREDD?``xThe Informer``xWell, with a cool promotion, and a threat to "Destroy the enemy", Should Jean Rabesque fear the stable DREDD (Directors of Radical Evil Doers Destruction). DREDD consits of two members [so far], John Doe and FWI Rookie of the Year Jonathan Marx. the two seem to embark on elminating the New Era World Heavyweight Champion Jean Rabesque. Jean, who won the title in a brutal ladder match against Larry Tact in New Era's first Pay Per View Destrucity had nothing to say about the warnings. Since the promotion hit New Era waves the talk has been going around, Should Jean fear DREDD?
Informer's Opinion on John Doe:
Jean Rabesque defeated John Doe, twice, both for the New Era TV Title, honestly John Doe is a hit or miss athlete, one day he is over the top and is perfect on every move he makes. The we have the egotistcal "I am Greatness...I Am God" John Doe, who seems to be sloppy and not think before each move.
Informer's Opinion on Jonathan Marx:
Although Jean Rabesuq never faced off with Jonathan Marx, it does raise a bit of a fear that the FWI Rookie of the Year want's Rabesque's head on a stick. But The Informer has faith in the CSWA Greensboro Champ, but can he take on Jonatahn Marx, especially with the mentally distressed John Doe is in Marx's corner? Only time will tell.
Informer's Overall Thoughts:
You never know what will happen when DREDD is lurking in New Era's locker rooms, the French Activist certinally want to elminate the [Quote]"Virus that infects the New Era World Heavyweight Championship." [End quote] So godo luck to you Jean Rabesque. ``xEpAuyllllEBJOPPYvd``x1094692481``xwire``x56481091824871``xThe Informer``x``x``x66.2.46.76;;The Informer;;deadman_walking15_2002@yahoo.com``x``xwednesdaywire.gif``x``xNew Era``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x

Evolution cannot be ignored.
Certainly, not in THIS match as age-old issues of equality, morality, honesty, integrity and infamy lead to an epic struggle that supercedes gender, religions, cultures, the cosmos and monkeys with sticks.
And all because of a f'n Zippo on some island in Asia.
Talk about PETTY.``xSpinning into the road, the fWo's most recent challenge has finally come to light in the form of the OCW, whose first show will finally hit airwaves this Thursday night. Keith Scott Zimmerman's This Is Review Clash``xNFW``xThe king is dead.
Long live the fuckface.
In an evening that saw makeovers, upsets and another pair of great performances from yours truly, the big news is the title change: Sonny Silver overcame 15 years of professional wrestling and 5,000 of evolution to win the Championship. Of course, that should be MY title, but he paid off Mark to double countout instead of letting me roll over for the academic pin. I'd ask how many more of my sloppy seconds the Shill-O-Matic could take, but Liz is dating Deft.
Sort of.
Oh, yes, I went there.
Anyway, this is what happened from the city so nice they named it twice and the whores charged quadruple...
Russa beat the School Girl. tSG jumped him from behind and immediately made with the violence via superkick and super Santana. But when she missed a tornillo to the floor, Russa jumped on her and worked over her ribs and back due to the Silver assault Tuesday. The match went to the floor, though, and she proceeded to kick him. A LOT. In painful places, too. She locked on a guillotine choke but he finagled a rope. Russa then went back on offense but hurt his leg on a pescado and that gave the momentum back to the Girl, who in short order locked in a hizajujigatame. When she followed up and hit a super flying tornado DDT, she thought she'd ended it but Russa got his foot on the ropes. Russa used her offense to get nearfalls off of flash pins, then stepped up to a bridging German, fishbuster, and Sharpshooter. She caught him with a DDT out of nowhere and Sliced Bread #2 followed in short order by the Sky Twister Press. Nope. Again showing her impatience, she walked into a Exploder '98 and Russa locked in the Plum Stretch. To the surprise of most, she tapped out. [Probably the biggest win of Russa's career, though he's pulled off big wins before and sucked the heat out of any momentum he'd get with mispushes and whatnot. You'd think this would be the start of a downward slide of the School Girl, and yet...]
the Silent Bunny Assassins beat DragOn. Funny stuff as Akage pulled the fake ¡FOUUUUUUUUL TERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE! against Leigh and Monet actually bought it. Leigh then quickly played Ricky Morton, as she is wont to do. The Drags took turns having their way with her and got rid of the Jolly Green Jobber with a spike piledriver to the floor. They even busted out the assissted abdominal stretch. However, Hiro ignored Heel Rule #5: Don't ever, EVER pull the face up after you hit your finisher if they're not a jobber. Sure enough, Duncan got the hot tag shortly thereafter and they killed the new Orient Express DED with a legsweep/lariat combination that was named despite me never having seen it before, so you know it was lights out guerilla radio. [Decent match; the heels showed their evil heel tactics, and with evil tag champions you have a face team waiting in the wings to get after them. Easy.]
Brandon Youngblood beat Longshot. Youngblood came out aping Mr. Stephanie in lieu of Orton and had a new female manager, thus tipping off those of us in the know he would be victorious. Brandon controlled early with mat work, and Longshot countered with some lucha libre goodness. Once he got control Longshot beat him down, took out BY & the manager (Michelle something) with a baseball slide, and pogoed him on the outside culminating in a overhead belly to belly on the floor. He went back into the ring to seal the deal but Youngblood backdropped him over and out onto--but not through--the announce table. OW. Remarkably, Longshot rallied from this to lock the triangle choke and hit the Neil Hart Attack. Youngblood got a foot on the ropes, and you knew 'Shot was screwed: sure enough, Youngblood reeled off a Wild Bomb, superplex, and Arnbuster in short order to take the match. [A well-paced match that leaves Shot looking strong while Youngblood 2.0 shows a more calculated viciousness--shades of Malenko at times. No Greatness Slam, though. Hmmm...]
Deft beat David Morey to go ahead 2-1 in their series. Deft got a good pop early for busting Caleb in the face when Davey sent him to the floor. The normal big man-little man battle broke out as expected, and Deft ended up taking Caleb out wholly with a tornillo to the floor. tSG could learn something from him. Eddy hit an EstradaNamedMoveGoesHere, went to the Lucha Chinlock of Doom, and Dave tapped almost before it got on. [Obviously just a tease considering this has to go to five. Short and energetic, what bit of it there was.]
Quinton May, version 1 beat Quinton May, version 2. Rather than reach for the stupid Q button all the livelong day, 2 is the evil, 1 is the good. S'all right? 2 gets in my good side right off the bat with an early Inciter III. Outside of a missed missile dropkick it was all 2 in the opening moments; he worked over the arm with a series of manuevers and hit the Savage elbow onto it for an obstenible but not literal 3. The next few minutes was all 1, who eventually TC of the B with an not-quite TD '91 for the win. 2 pretty much coup d'etated the whole angle by saying 1 was real and everything had been a lie. But he was a part of QM's life, from somewhere. POOF! [Look! I've gone crosseyed! Hopefully this just becomes a sidebar to Quin-Ton vs. Security Guy...Osyrus? That's his name, Ally? OK, Osyrus in the next arc to come.]
Sabotage beat Thunderstruck to retain the Squared Circle Tag Team Championships. Tim started off with the Steamboat goodness. With Michelle starting off she drew the heat, and the Upper Midcard Express hit the double backbreaker in the opening moments. Mrs. T responded with some offense, allowing the challengers to bust out the Midnight Express in retaliation. The theme firmly established, they traded tandem moves: Vegomatic from the faces, Defuser from the champs. Champs with a double suplex, faces with a Hart Attack, champs with a souped-up Problem Solver, etc. Rob took some more punishment in the extended R'n'R formula, as Logan/Pulaski hit a wannabe La Deluge at one point and a Harlem Hangover for nearfalls. Tim cut off a near fall and hit the running version of the AJ Death Drop, but went up again and of course died died died. Rob hit the super spinning Michinoku Driver and tagged out to the Missus who floored Logan with another consecutive f'n Ruben Ross tribute via shooting star frog splash. (Did I mention I avoided that move? Me > Tim. But you knew that.) NEW CHAMPS! Except the part where his leg was on the ropes and he quickly schoolboyed her. To paraphase a wise cartoon, YOINK! [Sabotage retains. I like the suddenness of the ending, as it played into Michelle's relative inexperience. I also like the fact it was clean: if Thunderstruck wants to press the issue, they can point to the dubious nature of the pinfall; the champs can say "Hey, we beat you clean. Piss off. Next." Good match with a bonus check for the endgame...]
Yours Truly beat Mike Randalls to retain the Evolutionary Title. Here's what happened: I almost died. Then after that, the story became Randalls' semi-controlled psychotic outbursts vs. my move strings, which stepped up in nature as the match went on, .8 Eddie and everything. Mike tried to close out, but I got out of the way of the 450°. Communication Breakdown, markOUT, and markOUT 2½ was the final insult, as even the Wolf got run down by the Purple & Black Express. [Everybody wins: I bleed profusely--what IS it with me and PPVs and me having to blade like this is the Bingo Hall?--the opponent looks s p e c t a c u l a r, and I win. It's a celebration, bitches! But I won't be there, everything's hurt. Plus you're out living it up today, and I still got dues to pay...]
the Flying Frenchie of course beat Rook Black. Rook wrestled viciously right out of the gate like someone had just told him his win-loss record right before the match or something. Pierre got off the Time Bomb but Rook wouldn't be deterred from serving him a free pass to the headbutt buffet. Rook was finally talked into being calm by Hart--and then Pierre proceeded to reveal his clever rope-a-dope, Because, After All, Rook's A Dope. Loire Valley Driver, Guillotine, garcon, le cheque. [Heh. Rook's a dope. I really wish they would've said something on commentary about this being the building where Pierre injured the leg Rook was working on early, but alas. Remember, kids: evil will always triumph over good, because good is dumb.]
David Morey squashed Deft to tie their series at 2 and force a fifth and final match. Powerbomb. The End. No, really. [What in the name of Kamala was THAT!?]
Razor Blade beat Jesse Ramey. Immediate quasi-brawl, which I like and wonder why the Clones match didn't start this way if it's all blood fued. Ramey rolled through a Razor superplex for 2. Ramey couldn't buy any offense early on, new girlfriend or not. Eventually he had the presence of mind to slip a DDT and in short order hit the Rolling Midcarder. It set up the Rameysault but Razor got the knees up. Blade disposed of Nicky temporarily and then they fought over a figure 4. Razor got the best of Ramey again but whiffed on the Savage elbow, allowing a split-legged moonsault to come out of the Jesse arsenal. Razor then went after Santiago again and in the brief Pier 4 chaos locked in a ringpost figure 4. When both men hit the floor off of another brawl, Neil Hart kicked out both of the seconds. Razor then took control of the match, hitting pretty much every signature move in his arsenal but Ramey kicking out. Finally, Razor put him away with the Tommyhawk for 3. [Perfectly acceptable midcard wrestling. I would've thought Ramey going over with all the kickouts and new girlfriend but obviously that did not come to pass.]
Coral Avalon and Max Danger went to a no-contest. Nothing much really happened: they started with the normal face/face tactics and Mandatory ECW Standoff. Max foolishly tried to skin the cat, hit the apron, and went down quicker than you can say "Kellen Kinkade's push". Trish called for the X, and that was that. [Can't review an incomplete. Worse things could happen than Max coming back and turning heel to beat down the Hamburglar, though. I's just saying.]
the School Girl won the Clash Royale, finally beating Rook Black (of course) to earn a shot at the Championship come Players & Pawns. So it started off with of course me at #1, and Coral at #2. One of us almost wrestled a has-been cripple and the other one of us faced Mike Randalls. No conspiraces my big Oklahoma behind. Yellow got #3 but Avalon got rid of him in short order, and then bring forth the Frenchie at #4. IWC shows you why we're the best tag team in the world as Hamburglar quickly falls prey to the STIWC and Internet Star Press. Deft's in at #5, surely not angered by me having made him tap out Tuesday. Leigh's #6, and Rook's #7. Rook of course cheap shots me from behind with the Italian Legitimate Businessman's Kick from behind, and Pierre drops the Zoloft Princess out mid-Icky Shuffle. Good for him! Charlie Vi--Charlie Victory's still alive at 8? MURDERDEATHKEITH THAT SHIT DOWN! Now he's not. Bye! Rob in at #9 to Pearl Harbor me with a Blue Thunder, and then Coral cheats so that I MDK Frenchie out of it. But no conspiracies! Chiaki comes down at the midpoint and bounces Rob & Deft before Michelle comes in at 11. Chain spot where she 619s tSG, I hit her with the Shoryuken, and Coral hits me with the Diamond Dust. Lester Gatts comes off the milk box at 12 while I get double teamed for about the sixth time. Nicky Santiago in at 13, he cleans house. Jesse Ramey at 14 but SG eliminates any boyfriend v. girlfriend possibilites by eliminating the girlfriend. Michelle & Coral hit Poetry In Motion on her. I hit Mrs. T with the BEST GODDAMN FUCK YOU JASON CROSS BRAINBUSTER IN THE BUSINESS while SG dives and takes out Avalon on the floor, not eliminating either. 15? Russa. Who jumps me. And then Rook goes after me. Another double-team on my wrecked body as Lester gets sent to the back to realign his cojones. I fall victim to one last double team and in my FOURTYSIXTH minute of wrestling ¾ of the fucking roster, get eliminated. So fuck the rest of this shit, except for the returning Jeff Garvin! (So I guess the spinebuster's Brandon's finisher again.) SG bounces Avalon, leading to part 2: School Girl v. Rook. He hit the fishbuster, Blackplex, and the counterbomb, but SG came through with a hard kick to his face whilst he was on his ass. GP went nuts yelling "Strike Of Death!", and with a name like that it's here to end the match and chew gum. We have no more gum. The School Girl gets the title shot for the October PPV, Sinners & Saints. [The REAL Winner: Russa, who just tapped out the #1 contender to the championship. Didn't I beat her? Didn't she lose to start the show? Didn't she get 9 spots of me and NOT get the Tarantino beat out of her by Mike f'n Randalls? The whole fucking world's against me, dude, I swear to god...]
Deft beat David Morey by knockout to win the series 3-2. It started off as a brawl. Then there was more brawling. The commentary and audio guys didn't quite catch everything but apparently at some point David either slept with Liz or decided that's how he wanted to go down Taunt Road in game 5. (Probably the first one. Just saying.) Anyway, it eventually got back in the ring, where Deft no-sold the Orange Terror Alert he'd suffered to unmask. That being done, he went on offense but quickly got derailed. Triple powerbomb but a lax cover. Outside of the occassional chop flurry Morey went on offense for what seemed like 48 years but I am informed was closer to six to eight minutes. Either/or, Deft kept showing the Resilient Persistence, mask or not. Finally, he got the CFCW to stop the offensive flow, then started doing all sorts of flying with Frenchie legdrops and Lionsaults, lastly hitting the MURDERDEATHKILL powerbomb but having Morey kick out of that. All the Morey offense had made him the defacto face so there was even a small BS chant when that happened. After throwing siggies at each other for a couple of minutes, the match seemed to end with the Chokeslam From Hell, but Mark restarted the match. Deft seemed to be going back on offense, but Dave crotched Trish and hit the UberVindication. Dave didn't recover, Deft did (barely). [So Dave wins the match twice but doesn't win the match. The hell? It'll be interesting to see if they try using this audience as a fulcrum to spring a Deft face turn on us a la Orton or if this is going to have to be written off as the usual New York smarts going away from the "expected" that the company puts out. Anyway, considering the Royale it now makes sense in retrospect to have 3 & 4 be as fast as they were. 3 was average, 4 was a dud, and 5 was slightly above average. So it delivered, and seeing Morey lose is never a bad thing.]
Sonny Silver beat Alias by pinfall/Hebner job to win the Squared Circle Championship. Alias worked the arm to start, and the requisite Main Event Brawling took place. Sonny got the upper hand by working the leg and locking in the Meltzer Clutch. He then hits the triple verts and the Garvin Will Now Be Taking His Stomp Back before locking on a Boston crab. 1986 called, S2, it wants it's hold back. Alias came back with his own Street Fighter move and the Pulped, but Sonny hit the Loire Valley Driver, thus now ripping off 2 101 members in this match. Alias came back by hitting the Electric Chair Driver into the corner and the Hooligan Lipsmacker (THREE 101 members in the match, and whoever jobs will be Chambers, so that's it.) for near falls. Sonny hit the fucking Mark Of Excellence and a cobra clutch suplex, Alias came back with a Diamond Dust. Then it moved into the finish: Sonny hit the inverted brainbuster. Nope. Desperate, Alias almost immediately countered via Hiroshima Bitchslap. That ain't doing it. Sonny went for the belt, Alias locked in the Sharpshooter. Sonny, who was out of rope breaks, made the ropes, but Mark made Alias break it. This brought Monet to the apron, but she was quasi-accidentally taken out. Alias dropped Sonny and went to finish with the SSP, but Sonny put the belt in the way in full sight of Shields and hit a second inverted brainbuster to win the title. [So it wraps up the one evil referee angle, and the match was all right if you're into these losers. Watch things go from bad to worse. X-Pac '04 with the title? Hell, if you wanted to make me nauseous, let's put one on Bradsh--oh, right.]
I think this is probably leading to a School Girl/Alias/Silver match at SnS: a straight heel-on-heel thing isn't going to fly, and sacrificing one of the better built heels for a short-term face run isn't going to do anybody any favors. Plus, you got to figure she's got to get Russa off her back at some point before going onto her Championship match. It of course, is pointless, as I have defeated all 3 of them in some form or another.
The SBA & Thunderstruck are in a race for the top contendership, and that's got to be settled once and for all as well.
With Max injuring himself, I think I see another round of Avalon/Garvin on the horizon.
What's left for me? I beat the most highly decorated wrestler in the place. What the hell's could be next or compare to such a moment? YAWN.
Anyway, despite the horrible ending, **** from me.``xEpAuuVuFpuOZmouiWc``x1094457904``xwire``x56481091824871``xKeith Scott Zimmerman``xhttp://keithscottzimmerman.blogspot.com/``x``x``x``xKSZwire.gif``x``xtSC``x(reprinted with permission from keithscottzimmerman.blogspot.com)``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
A CS Renaissance?``xShawnHartXXX``xI was a tuba player in the high school marching band.
I know, it’s hard to believe... but there was a time before the Phenom. A time when the pinnacle of my existence was the latest episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Heck, a time when the only romantic experience I had to speak of involved a Carpenters record, some laundry of my sister’s that had somehow become intermingled with mine, and a tube of Colgate toothpaste.
All of that changed at the hands of a man named Merritt.
One day, about 10 years ago, and at the behest of Momma and Mother, I put my weekly dose of Jean-Luc Picard on hold in order to attend my first ever ‘rasslin show. Mr. Chad Merritt and the CSWA were in town and apparently I needed to “have a social life.” So, not wanting to brave the torrent that inevitably comes when refuting an all-estrogen parental unit, I hunkered down and emerged from the basement. Little did I know that my life thereafter would never quite carry the same tune again.
Simply put, I was awe-struck. The artistry, the athleticism, the downright audacious personas... it was the grandest form of sports or theatre I had ever seen. I was mesmerized by the way guys like Mike Randalls or Hornet could take total control of an arena just by uttering a few words or slapping each other’s chests a bit. Needless to say, I was inspired to get out and take charge of my situation. Those men had a power over all the people they performed before. I think it goes without saying that I wasn’t the only one who was affected.
Fast forward to the present. The CSWA is still here, but Mr. Merritt is not. Years of mismanagement and bad bookkeeping have finally caught up to the CS juggernaut in the form of insurance fraud. With nary a hope of sanctuary in sight, the Phenom and his Fun Bus feared the worst for the company that motivated him to become a B-level SUPAH-STAH in a cutthroat industry.
Enter Stephen Thomas.
This blast from the past is apparently back from the dead and, along with his recently betrothed, one Hortense McRae, is the one ultimately responsible for the undoing of Chad Merritt. That being said, it has become painfully obvious to yours truly that Stephen Thomas is a cranky old bastard from Hell. In other words, he’s just the man the CSWA needs.
Well-intentioned as he may have been, Merritt has allowed a once mighty establishment to hit its lowest low. The CSWA hasn’t run a show in months and a once exuberant talent roster has surrendered itself to apathy. Thomas, on the other hand, is already exerting his authority. "Alleged" doper Dan Ryan has been given the boot, Joey Melton once again holds the company’s top title, the tag division is kaput, and we’re all set and ready to go for a Labor Day re-launch of EPIC proportions! Glory, glory hallelujah.
While one can only hope that Thomas maintains this momentum and carries the CSWA back to prominence, the end result has yet to be seen. For the sake of grease-faced Trekkies everywhere, I hope he succeeds.
Next week, an intro into the terrible and zany world of LoC. I'm Shawn Hart... and I’m not wearing any underwear.

Rush Pro To Hit The Road?``xguestfw``xTaking a look at Rush Pro Wrestling, there are certain things that aren't adding up. For instance, each show has been sold out a few days in advance, securing a large gate revenue. The average buy rate for Adrenaline in the markets it airs is somewhere near .2, which means nearly fifty thousand homes across fifteen markets are purchasing Adrenaline each Sunday Night.
Why then, has Christian Kannon enacted a hiring freeze in Rush Pro Wrestling? 'I can tell you that Kannon is upset that a few of the members of the roster seem to take 'open booking' for granted, instead thinking of it as 'show up, and get paid'.' said RPW Public Relations Dictator Matt Jay. 'There are still a few people that were hired before this current freeze, a former OSW and fWo wrestler that's a friend of Eclipse Title Challenger Aimz, as well as a former fWo Tag Team. But, beyond that, there's really no place in the organization for anyone.'
Christian Kannon was less than kind with his words. 'I'm tired of being taken advantage of. I inherited a monsterous pay scale, as well as quite a few horrendous contracts, thanks to Rush Mason and Little Al. Not only that, but UNCC needs to be paid for it's time and arena space, and security. We nearly hired a private security firm, but the owner decided not to show up the week that Angelo Deville started poking his head around.
'I'm really not happy with the current situation. You look at Rush Pro Wrestling and think we're making money hand over fist. The truth is, people around us are getting rich, and we're sitting here, barely able to pay our referees, and production people, thanks to the fat contract UNCC 'negotiated', and I use that term VERY loosely. While I thank UNCC for it's use of the Halton Arena these past few weeks, there's a HUGE market through the Carolinas for RPW. Eventually, we'll go on tour. Right now, we don't even have the means to negotiate with other arenas for a deposit. We're against the wall.'
UNCC Dean of the College of Communications and RPW Vice President of Media Relations, William J. St. Clair offered the following to RPW viewers. 'It's true that RPW isn't exactly a cash cow for both sides. With increased security, as well as most of the wrestlers living within 20 minutes of UNCC, it's been difficult to provide a safe environment for all members involved. Eventually, we'll have that. RPW's only a baby in terms of longevity. Soon enough, there'll be a structure in place to provide RPW not only time to visit other markets, but also ensure that UNCC is safe and secure.'
The question is, when will RPW start touring? One wrestler, speaking anonomously to this reporter offered the following: 'I've got a friend in town that does truck rental. Rumor has it that each weekend in October, there's been a fleet of trucks rented to the name 'K.A. Non.' I dunno if it's real or not, but, they've rented some of the big ones. Ones that could fit ring stuff and equipment.'

The K-Wolf In The Dog House?``xguestfw``xDespite her immense popularity with the RPW fans, it appears that Karina Wolfenden has found herself in the management's bad books. Since finding out that her successful shot for the RPW Championship at The Kannon Effect was rigged to rile Magnum Wolf, the young superstar has had few good things to say about the RUSH Pro figurehead, and her approach to the federation is drawing her even more heat.
"Since losing the belt to Magnum Wolf, she's dropped off the radar," Kannon addressed the situation with. "She's dropped out of the singles divisions, forming the Golden Touch with Poe, despite not asking prior permission. We've received reports that she's being even more curt than usual with other wrestlers, and she appears to just be clocking in, doing her minimal bit, then clocking back out again."
When RPW was formed, part of it's backstage etiquette was for all the wrestlers to stay until the last bell... something which Karina has violated 2 weeks straight, one either-side of her impromptu week off.
"In RPW, we're meant to respect the efforts of others," Kannon hit out. "When a former RPW, and former 2 time Eclipse Champion rides off into the night with matches still to go, it sets a bad example... and one I don't want others to follow. If she starts infecting Poe with her increasingly selfish ways, then I might not be able to avoid taking action."
After The Kannon Effect, there was a noticeable change in Karina. During her war with Magnum Wolf, she was focussed for every minute of every show, always waiting to react to his next move. Now, it appears that with the weight off her shoulders, she refuses to be held down by rules and etiquette.
"To be fair, she's done just about everything that's been asked of her," Matt Jay chipped in with, offering a balancing view. "Her style helped found the Eclipse division, she's wrestled injured, stood up to Magnum Wolf, helped out on the tag scene... she's just... well, Karina. She's never going to be friendly and talkative with people she barely knows, and she's not a fan of hanging around backstage when she's finished for the night. That, and she's as good as told her boss she'll kick his head off of his shoulders if he comes anywhere near her."
In a short and sweet answer to some of the criticisms levelled at her, Karina simply said, "I've been busy."
Knowing that Karina Wolfenden has every reason in the world to hate him, will Christian Alexander Kannon have to take action against his stubborn star? Or with Angelo Deville and Magnum Wolf to worry about, will he have to leave the K-Wolf to her own devises? And how will he take to the news that she's agreed to what could end up being months of bookings in PTC's annual tournament?
It will remain to be seen.``xEpAuukZyppzgxRYcfe``x1094431200``xnews``x``xCaroline North``xhttp://www.rushpro.net``xDespite her immense popularity with the RPW fans, it appears that Karina Wolfenden has found herself in the management's bad books. ``x195.92.67.71;;guest;;noemail``xdefault.jpg``x``x``xRPW``x``x``x``x``x``x``x``x

Return Event Card Announced``xChad``xComing off a three-month long hiatus due to legal problems and a change in ownership that saw former co-founder Stephen Thomas return to power, the CSWA announced the card for its Labor Day Layout event to be offered free on NCN.
The ninety-minute card features Joey Melton making his first defense of his current reign as CSWA World Champion, a title which was given to him in the boardroom after it was taken away from Dan Ryan. Former four-time champion Hornet was announced as Melton's opponent for the special event, setting up a rematch for the title between two men who know each other well.
Timmy Windham, who has claimed responsibility for his 'brother' Mark's retirement will face off against former Unified Champion and the "Posterboy of Hardcore" Tsunami in a match that could just as easily feature flaming goo from the head of a small muppet as it could a shooting star press through a table.
In a match to determine the top contender to the CSWA World Championship, former US Champion Shane Southern faces off against current Presidential Champion Eddie Mayfield. Southern was formerly named the top contender via a win over Hornet at the last CSWA SHOWTIME event, but with the change in ownership apparently came a change in how the championship committee viewed the standings.

Ultra Brawl Returns To Sky Dome!``xKMAJackson``xThe EUWC has many homes... Over the years, several arenas have been called the EUWC's Home... The EUWC Extreme Arena in New York City... The EUWC Brawl Arena in Toronto, and Madison Square Garden in New York City. But the arena that will always feel like home to the EUWC Superstars is the Sky Dome in Toronto Ontario Canada! On September 12 the EUWC will be returning to Sky Dome for the annual Pay Per View Event, Ultra Brawl...
This will be the sixth installment of the EUWC's main Pay Per View event, and the first time the EUWC will be in Sky Dome since October 24, 1999 when EUWC Ultra Brawl III was held there... And this year's Ultra Brawl will not dissappoint.
The Main Event will see two of the biggest EUWC Superstars battle it out for the EUWC World Heavyweight Championship. The Champion, Damian Stone will defend the title against Holocaust in a match for the ages. These two men have been feuding since April and will bring their feud to a culmination at EUWC Ultra Brawl VI in Toronto.
It all began whenHolocaust was crowned the World Heavyweight Champion at EUWC Aftershock on April 25, 2004. The following week on Main Frame, Damian Stone (DDS) made it known that the EUW World Heavyweight title was his next goal. Over the next few weeks, Holocaust would attack DDS and his wife, Echo; fuelling thetemper of DDS. At EUWC eXile on May 30, Holocaust was able to defeat both DDS and Danny Collins in a triple threat match to retain the title.
However, DDS was not finished with the leader of the Dominion... DDS went on a rampage attacking Holocaust and challenging him to a title match at EUWC Summer Sizzler. Holocaust accepted, but soon found out that this match would not be any normal encounter. This match would be a House of Horrors Match and if DDS lost he would retire. Over the following weeks, Holocaust did the unthinkable and drove his car into DDS' car which held Echo. Echo was horribly injured and Holocaust was subsequently suspended.
At Summer Sizzler, DDS fulfilled his dream and defeated Holocaust in the House of Horrors Match to win the EUWC World Heavyweight Championship. That match is being label;ed as the Match of the Year by many critics. However, DDS and Holocaust were not finished. On the Main Frame following Sizzler, Holocaust won a triple threat match over Danny Collins and DDS to earn a shot at DDS and the World Heavyweight Title at Ultra Brawl VI.
Since then, these two have been at each other's throats trying to one-up each other. Holocaust has attacked DDS on several occasions and most recently, DDS attacked Holocaust and sent Holocaust and himself crashing through the Main Frame Stage.
On September 12, these two will hook it up one more time to try and settle the score once and for all. DDS looks to retain his World Heavyweight Title, while Holocaust looks to put the Dominion back on top of the EUWC... At Ultra Brawl all these questions will be answered...
Who will win in this final clash of two titans?! Sean Taylor Poised To Break Record``xKMAJackson``xIn the past year, the EUWC has seen many great Superstars do battle in the ring. However, many critics would argue that one man stands out above the rest. That man is current EUWC International Champion Sean Taylor. What Sean Taylor is most known for is the fact that wherever he goes, he is always carrying a copy of the EUWC Rulebook. Some sources claim that this is the secret to Sean's success. Some of the accolades Taylor has earned: 2 Time EUWC International Champion & Co-Winner 2003 Superstar of the Year.
In his short career (spanning just around 18 months) Sean Taylor is ready to break the record for longest reigning International Champion in EUWC History. The current record holding reign is 96 days. Who holds the record you ask?! Sean Taylor!
On July 27 2003, Sean Taylor defeated Damian Stone in a House of Horrors Match at Summer Sizzler to be crowned the new EUWC International Champion. After several successful feuds against the likes of Samuel Roundtree and Cole Justice, Sean Taylor broke the record for longest reigning International Champion before losing the title on the 96th day.
Just one year later, Sean Taylor is poised and ready to break that record once again. On June 11 2004, Sean Taylor defeated long-time nemesis Lynch Garrisson to recapture the International Title! Since that time the 2003 Superstar of the Year has been back in the saddle again, blowing by opponents like Texas Lightning, Marcus Slayton and once again Lynch Garrisson.
On September 16 2004 Sean Taylor will officially surpass his previous reign as International Champion, and cement his spot as the Undisputed Greatest EUWC International Champion of All Time.
Only one thing stands in Sean's way... That being the challenge of former EUWC World Heavyweight Champion and the man that Sean Taylor shared the 2003 Superstar of the Year award with - Lord Alucard. On September 12 at EUWC Ultra Brawl VI these two men will square off in what will be Taylor's last title defense before surpassing his goal. However if Taylor is unsuccessful at Ultra Brawl, his run at the record will be destroyed.
However, a victory isn't the only thing on Taylor's mind at Ultra Brawl. He and Lord Alucard have had quite a history over the past 18 months. Despite being named Co-Winners of the Superstar of the Year award, these two men have ruled the EUWC, having only met one on one twice before. In both of those encounters, a clear winner was never determined.
At EUWC Ultra Brawl VI, these two will finally battle it out to prove who is the best in the EUWC! If Alucard gets the victory, Sean Taylor could fade into obscurity. Howevr if Taylor manages to gain the victory, it would be the biggest win of his short career; and could sky-rocket him towards the one prize he has never held...
The EUWC World Heavyweight Championship.

Flagship PPV Looks To Tear Down Frozen Tundra``xChad``xGolden Dreams, A1E's centerpiece pay-per-view event, will be coming live from legendary Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisc.
This year's event has two big main-event caliber matches, including a four-way match over the World Championship. The World title has been mired in contraversy the last few weeks. The former champ, Euclid, had to retire suddenly from competition, but he still defended and lost the title to Torment on a recent edition of Tuesday Night Warfare. There was some outcry over this, but the solution was to have a four-way double elimination match featuring the new champion Torment, co-number one contenders James Irish and Ken Cloverleaf and the most recent PPV challenger to the title, "Sensational" Steven Shane.
The rules of the double elimination match are simple. Two men wrestle in the ring at all times, while the other two watch the action on the outside. Once there is a fall in hte ring, the loser exits and another wrestler steps in. This continues until three men have been eliminated twice. The winner of this match will claim the A1E Championship with pride beyond any shadow of a doubt.
In another huge match, Housefly and Beast will finally settle their long running issue in a best two of three falls match. For anyone who hasn't followed A1E for the last two or three years, their feud has dominated the fed, and this match ought to bring closure to the enmity between the former friends.
Also on the card is a match between former World Champion Big Dog and "The Queen of the Ring" Lindsay Troy. This match has been brewing for quite awhile, ever since Troy joined the Empire and Big Dog returned to active competition at Vengeance in the War Games match between Beast's faction and the Empire.

Bids Farewell To One Of Their Own``xKeith Jackson``xYesterday morning (August 27, 2004) former EUWC World Heavyweight Champion "Mr. Main Event" Rob Sampson passed away. Sampson (whose real name is Chad Dupree) suffered a heart attack following complications during a surgery he underwent earlier in the week. The EUWC and all of it's superstars are saddened by this news, and wish to express our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of such an incredible person and talent.
"Mr. Main Event" Rob Sampson made his EUWC debut in November of 2001. In his short career with the EUWC, Rob Sampson made incredible waves. In just a few short weeks, on November 30, 2001, Rob Sampson was able to defeat Larry Serson to win his first title; the EUWC United States Championship. Sampson wasn't finished there... On December 18, 2001 "Mr. Main Event" won an eight man one night tournament to be crowned the EUWC's King of the Ring.
On January 20, 2002 Rob Sampson continued his ascension to the top by defeating 29 other men to win the EUWC Royal Rumble Match at Maximum Carnage 2002. On March 24, 2002 Rob Sampson achieved his greatest goal by defeating Crimson and Buck Naked to become the EUWC World Heavyweight Champion at EUWC Battle of the Weights IV. Just one month later, Rob Sampson added another great victory to his resume by pinning STEALTH at EUWC Aftershock.
In 2003, Rob Sampson made a brief return to the EUWC to feud with long time friend Jordan Lockhart.
While Chad Dupree's (Rob Sampson) time in the EUWC was short, his impact will be remembered forever as a good friend and one of the greatest competitors to ever enter an EUWC ring. Chad will be sorely missed...
In Loving Memory of

Possible Return For Dragon?``xJames Cornett``xCairo Championship Wrestling has recently learned that CEO Jecht Cronqvist and Neona Dragon have been meeting in C2W's Egypt offices for a possible contract negotiation.
According to rumor sites, Dragon, upon seeing that someone was imitating her in Hellcore Wrestling Federation, wanted to get back in the game to prove who the REAL Neona Dragon is. Noticing that Cronqvist was IN that federation, Dragon contacted him first to see if he knew any federations that were accepting applications.
As it turned out, Cronqvist had just restarted his old fed, High-Impact Wrestling Entertainment. Talks have been going on since before the legal battle that took place in mid-July, forcing Cronqvist to chance HWE's name to C2W. If accepted, Dragon will likely recruit her partner Luke as well.
This would be the first wrestler signed to C2W since the legal battle began, as well as a huge deal for Cronqvist--Dragon has not wrestled in a major federation since early 1999.``xEpAFllpkVAjuuhUYCD``x1093883859``xnews``x``xC2W Legal Representative Drake Askari``xhttp://fwrestling.com/host/highimpact``xNeona Dragon, a top wrestler back in the late 1990s, is planning a return to the ring. Random Rumble Finale Approaches``xNFW``xThis weekend, New Frontier Wrestling will close out their regular season with 3 Random Rumbles in 3 different cities.
Not to mention with points a-plenty to be doled out, its still anybody's ballgame.
The conference looking the most stable at the top right now is the NFW North, where its all but a sure thing that Jonathan Marx will clinch the #1 seed with a decent showing in the Rumble.
The only cause for concern for himself and Kazuo Shizaki, the other North Division leader - would be the chance of injury as Conference Commissioner, Avery Prosser has instituted quite an anomaly of a stipulation on the North Event.
The Rumble will be held in a double cage with Prosser hired lumberjacks, at the top - where the final two combatants will have to climb out and escape. Prosser's push to expedite his whole roster and destroy NFW from within has been quite successful, but look for Cameron Cruise, Marx, Shizaki and Shawn Douglas to do their best in fighting against their oppressors.
The 'wild' card definitely will be Steel Viper, as last week - the Las Vegas native attacked his OWN parents in an effort to prove just how far off the deep end he's gone.
And that's just where, the chaos starts. I could go into the NFW East and how Castor Strife has basically announced that the winner of the East Rumble garners EVERYONE's points in an Ultimate Jeopardy/Sudden Death environment that could prevent Michael Manson from making the playoffs, now that his one-time compatriots have turned on him; led by NOT Jonathan Marx.
But the real questions loom in the NFW South, where in one division - only 10 points separate Jean Rabesque, Joey Melton and Dan Ryan. While in the other division, Hornet and Shane Southern are a mere 5 points apart. One indication so far for this Bunkhouse Brawl Rumble has come from the Shane Southern camp in a recent promo, where he basically promises a whole lotta hell; which isn't like the fan-favorite. With Eddy Love and Deacon out of the contest from their draw; the Highwayman and Lone Wolf (no doubt Calvin Carlton hires) will take their place.
The rules as explained for the North and South Rumbles will be that every pinfall/submission will be worth 5 points, while the winner receives 20. Therefore, the standings as we know them may change in a hurry if a wrestler catches a hot streak.
...after all, stranger things have happened here...
...I'll point to the Beau Michaels/Cameron and Mercedes Cruise partnership as my lead example this week.``xEpAFlVyAZlsuCOWYkT``x1093860578``xnews``x11691091823717``xNatrone Rice``xhttp://nfw.fwrestling.com``xThis weekend, New Frontier Wrestling will close out their regular season with 3 Random Rumbles in 3 different cities.

CSWA: Merritt OUT!``xChad``xIn a shocking press conference held Sunday evening, the CSWA announced that owner Chad Merritt has been stripped of his legal authority of the company by a District Court judge, apparently in the midst of a corporate scandal that has rocked CS Enterprises. A lawsuit brought against Merritt and the company in June was kept under wraps by virtue of a gag order, until now.
In a decision released Friday and announced by the company today, the judge rules that enough preliminary evidence had been brought against Merritt to substantiate the charges of insurance fraud. He immediately signed the order stripping Merritt of his authority as requested by a group representing 38% of the company’s stakeholders, an amount equal to Merritt’s own stock holdings in the company.
Reporters were ready to dig in with questions as CSWA spokeswoman Teri Melton relayed the news, but she was removed from the podium as the acting chairman was introduced, and the questions were replaced by gasps when former CSWA co-owner Stephen Thomas stepped up, with long-time CSWA employee (and apparently his new wife) Hortense McRae at his side.
Thomas was reported lost and presumed dead when his private jet went down in the Pacific over four years ago. Along with him, Lyle Tallman (aka the Red Midget) and the pilot were also reported missing.
In papers released at the press conference, Thomas was revealed behind the lawsuit against Merritt and the company. He was appointed as the interim chairman by the stockholder group requesting Merritt’s ouster. A new chairman will be elected by a full stockholders’ meeting held in November.
Thomas wasted no time making major announcements regarding his immediate plans for the CSWA. He announced that he and the CSWA Board of Directors met with CSWA World Champion Dan Ryan earlier in the day and stripped him of the title, citing ‘morality clause’ issues.
“From what I’ve reviewed, I believe that under my predecessor’s tenure, drug testing had become so lax that it is obvious to me he just didn’t care. Come on, all you have to do is look at Ryan’s promo shot to know that there have been some needles where the sun don’t shine. It’s time that we crack down, just like the President has asked us to,” said Thomas.
Thomas also announced that he had stripped the Diamond Cutters of the Unified World Tag Team Championships and, in fact, disbanded the entire CSWA tag division, stating that Merritt “had ignored tag team wrestling for so long that the division has become a joke.” He continued: “We might as well scrap it and start again. But first things first.”
Thomas immediately moved into what was obviously set as his cornerstone of the conference, announcing that he had decided to forego a tournament for the vacated CSWA World Championship. Instead, he introduced long time Thomas-supporter and the first CSWA World Champion, Joey Melton, and presented him with the big gold belt.
“I always knew this day would come again,” Melton said, close to tears. “All the hard work, all the determination, all the wrestling on cruise ships and in ports of call, it’s all paid off. It’s even better than the Olympics.”
“Joey represents the best in this sport, a global superstar who can launch us back onto the international scene again,” Thomas said as Melton cradled the title belt. “In fact, from the catching up I’ve done, it looks to me like this company started going downhill when Chad Merritt decided to try and keep Joey down by making him some sort of sideshow.”
Thomas made it clear that there were other “injustices” he wanted to correct as he announced that the card for Labor Day Layout, the CSWA’s return to live TV, would be released on Tuesday. He strongly hinted that the CSWA's top three championships would be defended in the special ninety-minute live broadcast.``xEpAFlFluyESnTlFqNd``x1093842061``xmain``x53481091834249``xRudy Seitzer``xhttp://www.cswawrestling.com``xIn a shocking press conference held Sunday evening, the CSWA announced that owner Chad Merritt has been stripped of his legal authority of the company by a District Court judge, apparently in the midst of a corporate scandal that has rocked CS Enterprises. The Ivy League``xhexedangel``xI just reread a book that I purchased earlier this year, by one of my favorite authors: 'Liquor' by Poppy Z. Brite. It was a strange followup to her third book, 'Exquisite Corpse.' That one was a graphic depiction of two sociopathic mass murderers and their attempts to seduce, decapitate, and murder a young, naive Asian named Tran. The only person who could save Tran was his former lover, an HIV Positive author/DJ/heroin addict. Poppy was not really known for her happy endings. But this book, 'Liquor' was different. There was no mass murderer, no essence of the supernatural. Almost no mention of death, destruction, or the corruption of humanity. It was about two chefs from New Orleans who, after working for a number of different restaurants through the years, luck into a situation where a wealthy owner is willing to finance their original idea - a theme restaurant where they use alcohol in every recipe.
If I may quote a passage near the beginning...
'Liquor: his thoughts seized on that idea and would not leave it alone. A restaurant based on liquor, but not too gimmicky. A really good menu, so people would keep coming back after the novelty wore off. Rickey had spent nearly half his life observing the New Orleans restaurant scene, and he felt certain that the place would be a hit.'
The book itself details that character - Rickey - and his partner Gary putting everything together, getting a crew set up, getting the location set up, and dealing with Rickey's former boss who has a personal stake in seeing the business fail. It's an interesting look at the ins and outs of cooking, of working in a fairly unique setting, and about how important it is to love what you do. I thought about this for a long time, and realized that this is true of any type of job where the nightly goal is the entertainment or enjoyment of a paying populace. The best people to run such a venture are the people who have worked for years in the field. A cook knows how to handle a cook, an athlete knows how to handle an athlete, and a wrestler or wrestling type knows how to handle a wrestler.
That was the crux of the problem with Disney and the fWo, and I finally figured it out. Travis Beaven started the fWo on a lark and somehow, his business decisions were solid. A man like that comes along once, maybe twice in a lifetime, where a combination of sense, luck, and patience makes a wrestling promotion work. By the time I had come to the fWo, Chris Universal was running things. Another wrestler, he knew how to run a wrestling company and did it well - because it was his money tied up in it. From the business sense, he wanted things to go well because when things went well, he made money, we all made money. From the locker room sense, he knew what he liked and disliked in promoters, as an athlete, and he adjusted his management style to match.
Things shut down. Jim Dudley and company took over, and they didn't give a flying crap about the fWo - that's been established. They wanted to destroy the legacy and run the company into the ground. Beaven and Terry brought things back and sold the company to a small group of investors who swore they'd keep their hands off - and they did. As long as we turned a profit, the Board of Directors would be content to let us on our way - one of the smartest decisions they made. One of, and not the smartest, for the simple reason that to help us shape the product, they brought in four trainers from the fWo's developmental territories to act as product managers. You know these men as well as I do. Silver Fox, Samuel Smooth, Thumper, and Twitch.
It was the most utopian that a wrestling promotion has ever been. The company was paid for, and all the cooks had to do was keep things simmerin' perfectly.
Since January, when Disney started to run things, they ran the company like a business, like a tourist attraction. The only people who have ever been able to successfully run a wrestling promition like a business and a tourist attraction has been CS Enterprises, because with the collection of misfits that've somehow kept our roster afloat, and Fish Fund Park... the CSWA really is a tourist attraction.
I digress. Disney threw a bunch of people at the fWo for lack of anything constructive that they could think to do with us, and the product suffered. There was nobody in a decision - making position that knew what it took to run a wrestling promotion, and anyone who knew how to run one was never listened to. I don't blame them specifically for that, they had no way of knowing that the prima donnas in the locker room weren't actually prima donnas, they just needed simple - albeit specific - handling. Do you all want to know why I clashed so much with F'king Melton and Simon Cowl? Why none of the roster cared what any of them tried to do? They didn't know how to run a wrestling promotion, simple as that. The half - assed main events that went hand in hand with the shoddy TV production were the fault of a company that didn't know what it had. Every decent program that's come down the pike has been the result of the roster taking matters into its own hands. Even now, with this apparent interest that Disney has in putting a wrestling mind in charge of the day to days, it's doomed to failure.
A company that has been embarassed by one of its sponsored projects is an irrational, overreaching one. And in their mad rush to find that mind, they found the man that nearly destroyed the company two years ago. Jim Dudley. Pardon me while I jump for joy.
There are only about a dozen others in this company who have firsthand experience with what happened the last time Dudley ran the fWo. And while I don't expect Disney executives to take my warning seriously or even read it, trust me when I say, Jim Dudley is not the solution. I don't know what kind of agenda he has in his head, but I can tell you he does not have the best interest of the fWo or Disney at heart.
Maybe Disney - the Mouse still pays the bills. But the Mouse can't sell out a twenty thousand seat arena.
This is Ivy.
-------------
He told me, but I didn't believe him. He told me and I stood there and laughed. But Jim Dudley has taken away my most powerful weapon - my mind.
I've posted this column to the fWo website twice now, and twice, it's been deleted on the spot. The bastard really has me gagged. It's just as likely to have been a directive from Cowl as it is a piece of vindictive ruling by Dudley himself. But whoever it was who made the call to take away my keyboard forgot one very important detail.
I'm Poison Ivy McGinnis. And I have a lot of friends in the wrestling business. And Chad Merritt, entertainment mogul, knows better than to censor or edit me. An unrestrained Poison Ivy makes him money. An unrestrained Poison Ivy has historically made the fWo money, but if that's not in the 'best interest' of the company anymore, then screw 'em. From this moment on, Ivy writes for Merritt and that's all. And there's no subject I can broach that he'll tell me to quiet down on.
You didn't listen to me when I tried to tell you about Miles, Dudley... well guess what? You made y'self another enemy.
This is Ivy too.``xEpAFlFVAyZxHacKnza``x1093839567``xwire``x56481091824871``xPoison Ivy``x``x``x``x``xivywire.gif``x``xThe Ivy League``xRevelations``x``x``x``x``x``x``x
Meet Joe Black``xChad``xMy name is Joe Black.
I am the owner and operator of the Black and Black School of Technical Wrestling which has been in operation since 1991.
Of course, my brother Ron does all the real work at the school. But that’s what little brothers do. Get back to work, Ron.
I serve as a road agent for tSC in an official capacity. Mostly I yell and scream at Harvard Avalon or Rosemary Avalon and they occasionally laugh at me.
But they pay well enough I guess. Generally, I make business contacts though tSC and create opportunities for Ron and I to make money.
Rana Venenosa the Survivor IV Champion is a product of the Black and Black school. Since his victory, which can be attributed to his technical prowess, came around, we’ve received a great deal of interest from everybody whose anybody regarding using our fascilities and techniques.
Which makes me laugh really long and hard.
Anyway, I’m going to write stuff, which you may or may not care to read, which I don’t really give a crap about since well, I get paid anyway. So, bleah.
Fuckity fuckity boo boo.
How you like that?
Anyway, what I’ll be covering here is the fWo and RPW.
But not today.
Well, okay, maybe a little bit.
The fWo is a company with a lot of weight and sway. Which is part of its trouble. It produces successful competition to the WWE, and is said to share the top of the mountain in terms of successful promotions.
The trouble is that fWo is now property of Walt Disney. And it’s this uncomfortable pattern that really has that promotion by the balls. They’ve been successful for a number of years now, and fWo has a significant amount of easily perceived value. Whether or not fWo belongs to Disney forever, it’ll only ever belong to millionaires or corporations that want a part of it. No one in the fWo is going to own it. Which is why Vince sits so pretty in New York. His promotion belongs to him. It’s his from the beginning, and will be his until he’s dead.
The fWo is other people’s playthings. And there’s no sign of that situation ever stopping, until every hand that takes a turn at driving that particular federation brings it a little closer to its grave, to the point where there’s nothing left of value anymore.
Except perhaps memories. But y’all don’t remember much of the AWA do you? And what can you tell me about Kurt Hennig except for the fact that he’s dead?
So the fWo is in a desperate mad scramble, trying not to kill itself accidentally as new “genius” after new “genius” tries to “save it”. You know the drill. It’s a drama type of place.
Anyway, Rush Pro Wrestling is named after the first operator Rush Mason. At the time, and this might have been a secret I guess, but I really don’t care, the monetary power behind RPW was actually Xavier Kannon back then. Then the time came where Rush Mason was murdered by some … oh wait, that’s a lie. I lie a lot. You’ll have to forgive me about that, since I don’t care much. But for the first column from me, I’ll try and refrain from lying too much. Anyway, Rush Mason made a series of poor decisions, including an unauthorized sale of the promotion while it was still technically Kannon’s. So it was a confusing time I guess. Kannon reluctantly assumed more and more of a role in it’s direction once he took the promotion back from the hands of a sixteen year old, who is probably at least seventeen by now.
Anyway, Kannon’s nemesis is that funny guy and fantastic wrestler, Magnum Wolf, who through multiple attempts of Kannon to prevent his success, decimated his figurehead of a champion in Karina Wolfendorf, or something like that. Wolf now reigns as the champion, and apparently seems to have catalys… cata… whatever that word is … the roster into a new level of activity. Wolf’s success has only continued to break Kannon’s spirit, even though he still retains all administrative power. Without the confidence necessary to carry through on your decisions, you’re powerless. Wolf has acted on that vacuum and things are going places. Of course, someone named Angelo showed up, and apparently that’s opening up a whole new can of worms.
I figure that’s plenty of stuff to get everyone started on the places that I’m covering. Also from this point forward, I refuse to take responsibility for any information that I have poorly researched, simply got wrong, or just plain made up.

Press Conference Scheduled``xChad``xA major press conference has been scheduled by CSWA officials for 10:00 pm EDT Sunday evening. Rumors have swirled about the CSWA's apparent legal woes that have completely stopped production and tours for the past two months.
The storied league has been famous for its share of legal woes over its sixteen-year history, most notably when CSWA owner Chad Merritt was accused of murdering Lyle Tallman, aka the Red Midget, in 1997. He later pled no-contest to a lesser charge when no body could be found, apparently because Tallman wasn't dead at all. The conviction was later overturned.
Word on the street is that the CSWA has taken a major financial hit, especially after cancelling three months worth of tour stops and practically all future on-sale events. More importantly, the stock price of the public company has fallen dramatically since there has been no public word about what is behind the work stoppage.
Rumors are flying that the press conference will announce those reasons and address them in one of two ways: either with a plan to move forward, or in the final closing of the Greensboro, NC based league.
