CSWA World Heavyweight Championship
(since ANNIVERSARY 1998)

From its return after Merritt's 'unfortunate incarceration,' the CSWA immediately looked to crown a new World Champion. Unfortunately, every opportunity was met with interference. From the ANNIVERSARY 1998 match between Hornet and GUNS for the title; to the later four-way between Troy and Mark Windham, and Hornet and GUNS, no one could claim the title. CSWA officials finally announced a tournament, with the Final Four commencing at FISH FUND XII.
