Team Name: Wolves of the Sea

Entrance Theme: “Wolves of the Sea” by Alestorm

Entrance: A Jolly Roger appears on the screen as Alestorm’s “Wolves of the Sea” starts up. When the verse starts, a spotlight scans from the centre of the ring, quickly up to the top of the big screen, where the Wolves stand, each holding a rope, with Syd holding it in both hands and Jameson swinging his cutlass. When chorus starts to play, they swing back and then they’re off, swinging down low over the ramp way. The rope swings them a couple of feet over the top rope and they land, Syd coming to a stop and Jameson rolling forward, drawing his cutlass again in time to shout “pirates are all we can be!” They then mount opposing corners to lead the crowd in the next part of the chorus, before Syd leaves the ring to give a necklace to a little child in the audience.

Team Members: Syd Morgan and Jameson Murdock

Tag Team History: They’ve been sailing since they were knee high to a parrot. They’ve sailed the seven seas, fought the fiercest of sea monsters, and sought the greatest treasures known to man. They sailed to A1E, gaining a lot of support despite coming up just short against the behemoths, Thunder and Rayne. Now, they've sailed to Empire Pro Wrestling, looking for more treasure, wenches, mead, and GOLD!

Tag Team Finisher(s):
#1: Walk the Plank – a Shining Impact. Syd hoists an opponent up onto his shoulders in an Electric Chair Drop position, and Jameson flies off to hit them in the face with a Shining Wizard, either from the top rope or by via a springboard

#2: Keelhaul: Syd sends the opponent off the ropes with an Irish whip, dropping them with a hiptoss. As the opponent lands and rolls forward, he’s squashed between Jameson coming in with a springboard dropkick to the face, and Syd hitting a running knee to the back of the head

#3: Die Ye Scurvy Dog: On incredibly large opponents that Syd can’t move. The set up sees Jameson come in and take the opponent down with a dropkick to the back of the knee. As the opponent rises, Jameson hits a somersault cutter as Syd drags the opponent down with a Code Breaker

-----------------
-----------------

Name: Syd Morgan
Alignment: Face

Height: 6’3”
Weight: 235lbs

Personality: He’s the more stoic of the two, but that’s not saying much. He’s fiercely loyal to his crewmates, his captain, and to finding treasure, but he’s very fun loving as well. He won’t suffer fools the same way as Jameson, but he’s not above a bit of fun. Often found frequenting taverns, he’s got designs above his station and loves to annoy his captain by wearing a captain’s hat.

Appearance: Very well built with explosive power, you’d never know it to look at him. He dresses in loose clothing, the sort you need when you’re at sea and need freedom of movement and some comfort. He tends to wear a captain’s hat despite his rank, although he does have a headscarf beneath it. In those times when we do see him without any head covering, we see his hair is black and cut short, and he’s got a scar over one eye – perhaps from dealings with mangy scoundrels on the high seas!

Entrance: As above. His tag team partner will stand outside the ring during a singles match.

Style: Because of his explosive power, he’s very well positioned to suplex people quite a bit larger than himself. He’s also capable from the top rope and with some quicker moves, but he’s more comfortable with a grounded approach, wearing a foe down with strikes, suplexes and the like.

Finisher:
Cap’ns Honour – implant DDT
Barnicle Bay – Akin to a camel clutch having a child with a full nelson. Syd is sat on his opponent’s lower back with their arms locked in a full nelson.

Typical moves:
Tilt-a-whirl back breaker
Various suplexes
Hurricanrana
Russian leg sweep
Straight jacket
Moonsault (seldom)

Name: Jameson Murdock
Alignment: Face

Height: 6’1”
Weight: 200lbs

Personality: He’s been known to be locked in irons to stop him bouncing round the ship. And from getting himself in trouble. He’s a very happy-go-lucky guy with a fierce and fiery temper, prone to losing his cool and drawing his sword. He is, however, fiercely loyal to those he holds dear: his fellow crewmates, his captain, and Syd Morgan in particular, and if you want to raise his ire, the surest way is to do wrong by his fellows.

Appearance: Shorter and less muscular than his partner, he’s built more for speed and acrobatics than brute strength. He always wears a headscarf if he has the choice, and his clothes are baggy for a life at sea. His hair is actually red and tied in a pony tail though. He wears boots that go up half his calves, and before a match wears his cutlass at his side with pride.

Entrance: As above. His tag team partner will stand outside the ring during a singles match.

Style: He’s not a powerful man. He’s not a technician. He’s an acrobat, and a lot of what he does is aerial and acrobatic. He’s been climbing the rigging from a very young age so although he’s not the lightest wrestler in the world, he’s by far one of the quickest at getting to, and leaping from, the top rope. He does have some technical skills, but he’s more likely to fly around or brawl first.

Finisher: Two Doubloons – dragonrana
Typical Moves:
Anything acrobatic or aerial
Kicks and punches
