To Rocko Daymon, and EPW in general, for the half-assed effort I put out for KOTC. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my henchmen were unable to reach Rocko Daymon's handler in time, and forcing a no show by use of violence and such.

That is all.

For the record, Indiana? Seriously, I have no contacts up there. Had to get my Illinois people to take care of it, and they failed.
