Been a week since I left to attend my grandfather's funeral. I know only DBrunk knew, but I made it through okay (he was the closest thing I had to a father). I'm back and ready to rp... whats the status on the PPV?

Sorry to hear about your grandfather, Josh.

We're in the process of matchwriting and segment writing for the PPV. If you want to write a match, PM Brunk and see if he has any available ones. If you want to do a segment for the show you can write one up and send one in, or shoot someone a PM and see if they want to do one with you.

On that note...XANDOR YOU NEED TO ANSWER MY PM :p

Wow...I lost my Grandpa earlier this year as well. Almost the same kinda situation too so I believe I know how ya feel. I keep a little "In Memory..." thing on my desk. ^_^

I guess I really should get around to being more social with peeps here outside the forums. I can't get on AIM uninvisible without being bombarded by messages though. That and I've been on AIM all of two times since I joined. >.> I'm so antisocial. ^^;

No doubt, man... haha... I'm in Monterey, Cali right now. I'll be here until at least August for school and work.

Josh
On a couple of personal notes, I'm here in Merced, Cali....at least so long as I have a place to live, :)

Also...for those wondering about my folks both are doing well. My father is slowly but surely gaining his strength back (He had undergone Gastric Bypass Surgery, the same type of surgery that took away our FW friend and for those who know him personally, Chad Dupree), and has thus far lost a total of FIFTY pounds!! For those wondering what happens with this, it more or less shrinks the stomach to about the size of your fist. Thus, my father tried having a banana for dinner the other night and quit halfway through.

My mothter is also doing well and recovering fast from having a Hysterectomy, but still is off work.

Just thought I'd let everyone know.

Glad to hear your dad is doing well, Tom.

And Josh, obviously being from the South gives you a bigger push around here.

I MEAN...

WHAT? Where am I? I think I was sleepwalking.....

Haha! Hear what? I didn't hear you say anything!

I'm glad to get to know everyone here cause I think that's what this is all about... have fun... meet new people... win a fantasy wrestling championship... ya know?

Hope everyone with family issues are helping their family's cope. That's what I did in Missouri this past week... trying to give back to a family that gave so much to me growing up. My grandfather achieved fully military honors at his funeral... he served in WW2 and Korea and retired a Chief Warrant Officer. Part of the reason I do what I do...
