Board Problems: Extend RP deadline?

Putting up a poll on this.

How many of you have been affected enough by the board problems that you would like an across the board RP extension.

Keep in mind, normally I will NEVER do this unless real life makes it necessary. In this case, I'd like fed opinion.

Typing out opinions in a post reply would be fine as well. I'll take it all into consideration.

I'd say move the deadline to Thursday, 48 more hours is plenty.

Agreed on the 48 hour extension. I'm not gonna say the forums problems completely stopped me from RPing; I could have just put my RP into a word document and waited until the forums were up. However, there were at least 3 separate occassions where I was ready to write and the forums were down, causing me to say "F*ck this, I'm doing something else."

48 hours would be nice. No need to extend it to a week or anything, but that's just my opinion.

It makes sense to extend it. Even though one could write an RP in Word and wait for the board to come back up, that still doesn't allow one to look at his opponent's RPs, which I would assume is a big help for most of us.

I'm down with the extension... I thought 7 days was short-ish for a big PPV as it is, and have since had trouble posting the RP I did a few days back a couple different times.

I think he's the one who sabotaged the forums. He knew Brunk would extend the deadline! Either that or it was Chad trying to f*ck with his opponents in NFW.

I was gonna say the same thing about Barry but hey...I'm not getting bad vibes before tonites game so blah.

Yes on the extension btw...coupled with the fact that I've been without a computer for a week until today, the only real way I was able to receive msgs or check the boards (when they were working) was through my cell so...
