Eye Color: Green

Bio:
Brock got involved with wrestling not by choice, believe it or not when he was 15 years old. After his parents died, he was forced to move in with his uncle Tom Alyas who was an independent promoter in the city of Detroit. Brock’s uncle was sort of hidden from him his entire life and without anywhere else to go or any other direct family – Brock got the opportunity to judge his uncle’s character for himself.

Although an alcoholic throughout the better part of his life, Tom Alyas turned his life around when Brock showed up on his door-step. Since that day Tom Alyas vowed to himself he would not abuse alcohol because he now had a responsibility for something. Brock was Tom’s sort of wake-up call in life.

So time went on, Brock grew up in the wrestling ring, vicariously through the wrestlers of the late 90’s.

When Brock was 16 he was the main attraction in a local federation named Detroit No Mercy Wrestling. He was known for his ability in the hardcore spectrum of wrestling at first, doing spots nobody else even imagined possible. Brock would go into something knowingly he was going to come out with a serious injury. But it was necessary because once he felt the buzz in an arena and he was centre stage – it became like a drug. A high he’d chase and do ANYTHING for.

So when it came down to somebody have to get thrown off a 25 foot stage and through a couple tables stacked on top of each other – you didn’t have to look any further.

It got to the point where promoters wouldn’t even ask Brock if he wanted to do something crazy – they knew the crazier idea they’d get… the more Brock would be willing.

Brock realized that if he didn’t do something about the value of his entertainment on the company, he would crumble along with the hardcore wrestling scene early millennium.

And he was right, to an extent – hardcore wrestling was not the same anymore.

Thankfully, Brock took a 6-month vacation to New York to study with some of the best technical mat wrestlers from around the world. The Peter Senerchia School of Wrestling is where Brock learned to be well, Brock in the ring.

Direct study on the art of putting on an entertaining match as well as making your maneuvers look stiffer than your mother’s Tuesday night cocktail is what sent Brock to the promise land.

His adventure from out of the Midwest attracted promoters and sponsers of all sorts and Brock eventually signed on to be a competitor in his favourite wrestling promotion – Pinnacle of Insane Wrestling.

Brock signed a tentative contract with the company for three shows – but everybody knew that Brock had the talent, skill and ability to become a shining star within the company. It was only time before he’d have blown up.

Unfortunately, time was of the essence and eventually PIW folded into the company we all know and miss today.

So while on the up and up, a couple different jail-bids and a career that’s been bouncing in between independent and bush-leagues – Brock’s found his home here in the NFW.

…and he’s willing to do whatever it takes to make some gwap.

Personality:
Despite the common opinion, Brock’s a pretty laid-back guy who just happens to bump into trouble. Better yet, Brock’s got an issue with avoiding trouble. He just can’t seem to.

He’s very opinionated, he tells it how it is and he’s actually quite intellectual.

His moods are often altered and adjusted through the use of clinical prescribed marijuana… he’s doesn’t necessarily need it – his dealer just happens to get the whipple snap.

So when he’s often in the midst of a rant of how he’s going to kick the teeth in of the entire world… a few chronic tokes puts him on cloud nine wondering what he was saying earlier.

He’s easy to get along with when the conversation is about money, hip-hop or wrestling.

Those are his three main staples in life and he does his absolute best to connect them to each and every aspect of his life and job.

Style:
Brock performs with a style in and of it’s own.

He’s a complex mixture of power and technical wrestling with the ring awareness of many other types in certain situations. He doesn’t rely on a specific strength within his style instead “goes with the flow” throughout the match doing what is necessary to gain a physical and psychological edge.

He’s a powerful innovator whose fluent in all technical aspects of wrestling… to keep it simple stupid.

Brock’s size allows him to intimidate the small guys, his strength allows him to throw the big boys and his awareness is the x-factor each and every time he enters the ring. You may out wrestle Brock, you may beat the living **** out of him but what you’ll nearly never do is out smart him in the ring. Even in boughs that Brock has no business in being in – he’ll still have an edge in the match-up that would’ve secured victory had it been properly executed.

Brock keeps most fights on his feet where he can use his size advantage, he’s been known to preach in some of his wrestling classes that – everybody is the same size on the ground. He practices keeping the fight on the feet and making opponents beat him pound for pound.

His mean streak is also a feature that can be considered an x-factor in the terms that once he’s reached his boiling point – throw all the tape study out the window because you’re no longer wrestling Brock Alyas. It’s more like trying to compete with the Incredible Hulk – comic book version. It seems like no matter what you do, he’ll continue to get up quicker and he’ll continue to pound on you until you can’t wrestle anymore.

At this point in the match, Brock’s ring awareness becomes his kryptonite.

STRIKING – Stiff Punches, Boots, Elbows, Knees (especially through the clinch).

GRAPPLING – Brainbuster Suplex, Fisherman’s Suplex, Falcon Arrow, German Suplex, Dragon Suplex, favours the T-Bone suplex in terms of setting his opponent up. Most specifically catches opponents in them while counter-attacking clothesline or knee attempts. **** yeah. Anything on to put ya on ya neck! BOOM!

HIGHLIGHT REEL MANEUVERS – Back Neck Drops, Clothesline from Hell, Death Valley Driver (often regular and variations used as finisher) as well as a high-impact spear that he will use prior to finishing them off as well as a high-impact side step and kick to the face of an opponent. Brock loves to make his opponents land akwardly on their necks… it’s some weird fetish or something that he has.

Primary Finishers:

Wrist Clutch EXPLOOODAGGGHH~! - http://youtube.com/watch?v=Nw-gtqdqGjw&feature=related (this does a pretty damn good job of explaining it) aka THE EXTRA MILE EXPLODAHHHHH!

Explodjah Plex – a bridging rendition of the exploder suplex.

The whole site's like that, you can't edit anything you've posted after about a day or two.

Really annoys me, particularly since I have the tendency to edit my bio every five seconds. XD
