Character Development?

I was wondering what the character development forum was. I can see that there are roleplays, so I was guessing it was in character outside the matches for Mainframe and PPVs. Like, what is our character up to.... Is this it? Correct? Close to it?

Just for developing your character. If you want to make him more bad ass outside of the "ring" persay, you try and do it through words on that forum

Does it count for anything, or can promos and roleplays for matches work too? Because my character development is much more in my promos on shows than they would be there.... I guess if I'm bored though, I'll throw something together..... ok I'm bored.
