What's NFW? ;)

Best Segment: Snow White going down on Lana in mid-announcement. I laughed my ass off for some reason.

Storyline Thoughts: BAD HORNET~! NO SOUP FOR YOU~!

Hottest Feud: NFW East vs. Good Taste

Wrestler of the Night: Manson, because jumping off an elephant is just plain cool.

FEEDBACK: Woo whooo! This card had a little bit of eveything. From an advertisement of a Shane Southern porno, to the insanity that is the NFW East.

Best Segment: Geeze, I guess the NFW East thing was too weird to be the best. :) I'd have to say the Eddy Love "Karnak the Magnificent" bit. Funny. I loved the Shane Southern exploding boot thing too.

Storyline Thoughts: Seemed kinda of weird to have the SDS thing be so big, then leave them basically off the card for week 10.

I'm interested to see where the Hornet thing goes.

Hottest Feud:Eddy Love/Aaron Douglas/Shawn Mathews/Shane Southern seems to be heating up.

Wrestler of the Night: Manson.

The only complaint I have is that there's not enough full matches. I realize that Katz can't do it all, and it's hard to get help right now (me included), but what made the NFW great was its AWESOME matches that kept you on the edge of your seat. Somehow, we need to find a way to include that back in our cards.

But regardless, it was a great card, with some good, developing storylines. As usual, you guys really impress me.

Best Segment: Manson chasing Not Craig Miles around on stilts and going through the crowd before Rayne trips up NOT Miles. LOL... classic.

Storyline: I agree about the SDS stuff.. I was surprised that they were left off the card.

Hottest Feud: Snow White v Rayne for the love of Lana.

Wrestler of the Night: Manson lol...

my own category:

BEST LINE: "HATTER: You know, a PANDA MASK always used to beat me at online trivia." --- we all know his pain. :p

THOUGHTS:

Great card .. the short form matches were still fun to read, and the card was great ... and the NFW East thing ... all I have to say is WOW. I had three or four orgasms reading it :)

Just some responses to some of the feedback:

Thanks for all the kind words, I extend a hearty applaud to Mike McNichols who really busted his butt this week and saved the show due to all the shortforms.

-RE: Shortforms being really short, part of it is to speed up things...and as you know, Jason - those old NFW matches are great, but they kill the league if we try and do too many of 'em. This card got out in 2 weeks, rather than a month....or 6 months like Futureshock.

However, if people are willing to write their own matches in full - I'd have no problem with that...hell, I'd love for anyone to write any match in full. I'm pretty sure everyone knows that. ;)

All I can say is that once the playoffs hit, you'll be getting what you want. Which is kinda cool, I guess...since it makes those matches stand out more.

-RE: SDS-free Well, this was a decision on my part due to a number of factors. Primarily, next week's show will play off of the 'ban'...plus we know what happens when NPCs oversaturate things. ;)

I mean the amount of death threats from Brunk and Bolich...just staggering. hehe :p

Keep the feedback coming peeps, and thanks for reading!

week 10

First off let me give credit where credit is due. In the past in other feds I have often requested someone to help me with a bit by using their character and letting them edit the piece while I do most of the work. On the Eddy Love Show I sent my idea outline to Mad Dog and he took it and sent me back pure gold that all I had to do was pop in a few Eddy lines. I’ve always marked for Joe’s work, but I like it even more when he makes me look good.

The show was great. The short form, while not preferred, is certainly OK by me if it means I get to read yall’s RP at a more frequent pace.

Best Segment: I’ll take out the Edseff the magnificent part of the Eddy Love Show and give Joe segment of the night for Aaron Douglas. (Hey Joe I went to backdoor bunnies.com and they didn’t have the Shane Southern video, what’s up with that??) Close second was the Snow White bit which was hilarious. “Here use this” got my vote for line of the night.

Storyline: Hornet admitting to being run out of NFW by Eddy Love has me enthralled.

The NFW East is excellent

I was also surprised the SDS honored their one card ban.

Hottest feud: Douglas/Mathews/Southern

Wrestler of the night: Manson has to get the nod.

Another fine product by you gentlemen. The card is a fun read and the story lines are for the most part headed to making the good stuff even better. I reappeared in NFW because I knew a Katz/Jamar product would have no equal and I have not been disappointed.
