I don't know how many people will be able to respond to this before FISH FUND goes up (hopefully late Saturday night or Sunday afternoon at the latest)... but, any predictions on any of the FISH FUND matches?

Any different combinations you would have booked for FF13?

Any predictions on which way some of the talent are 'leaning?' (Like Wicked Sight, Hornet, etc.)

Anyway, talk it up here. Hopefully that'll make the time go by faster until the card is posted. ;)

FISH FUND PREDICTIONS:

(OORP: This is in no way meant to offend anyone. Just my opinion on who I think will win the matches)

MATCH 1: "Strongest Arms In The World" GUNS vs. "Wicked Sight" Mike Plett (Greensboro Title)

Guns has been on a roll since his loss to Shane Southern. On the contrary, Wicked Sight has not. He's got too many distractions to take the belt off Guns, even if Guns doesn't want it.

WINNER: Guns.

MATCH 2: Men of Adventure vs. Hip Hop Express (Top Contenders Tag Match)

Two teams looking to make a name for themselves step up against each other. The Hip Hop Express looking to restate their claim on tag team dominance while the comedic MOA are looking to take that first step. In the end however, it'll be experience winning out as the HH Express take the tag title shot.

WINNER: Hip Hop Express.

MATCH 3: Tom Adler vs. Cameron Cruise vs. Lawrence Stanley (Pres. Title on a Pole)

Tom Adler and Cameron Cruise really don't like each other. Throw in the talented Englishman and you've got yourself one hell of a match. Although the match doesn't favor him, the experience and ring savvy of Adler will win out and he'll retain the title.

WINNER: Tom Adler

MATCH 4: Kevin Powers and Nate Logan vs. Eddy Love and Steve Radder (Tag Elimination Match)

Conspicuous by his absence from cutting promos Eddy Love must have a plan up his sleeve. While Powers and Radder has jawed for weeks, Love sits in wait. Whatever it is though, it won't be enough and Kevin Powers will emerge as the sole survivor.

WINNER: Kevin Powers

MATCH 5: Simply Stunning vs. The Professionals (Exit to Edit Steel Cage - Tag Titles)

Simply Stunning has fended off the Professionals time and time again. This time though, Mayfield and Miles win out and FINALLY take the straps off the champs.

WINNER: Professionals (New Tag team Champions)

MATCH 6: Hornet vs. Shane Southern vs. Triple X vs. Dan Ryan (4-way, US. Title)

The wildcard here is Southern, but he's yet to prove he can take that next step on the CSWA ladder. Dan Ryan should be beat down early. In a surprise upset of sorts, Triple X wins it and takes home the US Title.

WINNER: Triple X (New US Champion)

MATCH 7: Evan Aho versus Mark Windham (CSWA World Title)

Windam looks poised to take the belt off Aho and make a good run. I think he's got too much on his mind however, and will make that one mistake Aho needs to win the match.

WINNER: Evan Aho (Aho retains World Title)

OTHER PREDICTIONS:

Wicked Sight proves he's CSWA
Hornet somehow gets involved in the World Title match
A defection to the GXW will occur

FISH FUND PREDICTIONS:
(OORP: This is in no way meant to offend anyone. Just my opinion on who I think will win the matches)

I totally agree. Call it constructive critiscism, call it a mark's day dream, or even the reason why EZ's getting drunk tonite, it's a fair opinion, and everyone is entitled to it.

MATCH 1: "Strongest Arms In The World" GUNS vs. "Wicked Sight" Mike Plett (Greensboro Title)

I'd like to agree and say the same, however, I'd like to imput my 2 cents on the match as Wicked Sight finally getting over, and then getting screwed over as he proves himself CSWA after all.

WINNER: Wicked Sight by DQ, GUNS retains.

MATCH 2: Men of Adventure vs. Hip Hop Express (Top Contenders Tag Match)

Two words: Commanding dominance.

WINNER: Hip Hop Express.

MATCH 3: Tom Adler vs. Cameron Cruise vs. Lawrence Stanley (Pres. Title on a Pole)

While I'd like to toot my own horn and pull for Cruise, the fact that it's a 3-way dance changes everything, especially with Lawrence Stanley involved, being a former tag champion with Cruise. Cruise and Adler don't like each other, that's true, and while Cruise has been on a slight winning streak as of late, Tom Adler does have the ability and skill to pull one out of nowhere.

WINNER: Tom Adler

MATCH 4: Kevin Powers and Nate Logan vs. Eddy Love and Steve Radder (Tag Elimination Match)

While I do want to say that silent partners prove deadly and take Logan as my pick, it's my intuition that says that Powers has quite the hatred to take out Radder, and put the big hurt on Mr. Love.

WINNER: Kevin Powers, sole survivor.

MATCH 5: Simply Stunning vs. The Professionals (Exit to Edit Steel Cage - Tag Titles)

Though I have to agree, the Professionals are due, I have to balance it out with Hardy and Wilcox having quite the Pay-per-view record.

WINNER: Simply Stunning (retain Tag team titles)

MATCH 6: Hornet vs. Shane Southern vs. Triple X vs. Dan Ryan (4-way, US. Title)

Ryan has more or less literally backed himself into a corner. Hornet seems to have something bothering him, Shane doesn't seem 100% ready to jump the next level. Sean Stevens has paid his dues with 5 bucks to spare. Even if I think Cruise should still be the Presidential champion at the moment <G>. Triple X may be able to locate the back door in this one.

My thoughts exactly.

WINNER: Evan Aho (Aho retains World Title)

OTHER PREDICTIONS:

Hornet will somehow manage to screw Cruise (j/k).
Sammy Benson will become accustomed to Hot August nights.
Cornette will come back as the mystery valet, swerving EVERYONE and taking Timmy Windham as his new charge.
GUNS will manage to find about 15 more different ways to disrespect the Greensboro title
More GXW may arrive

MATCH 1: "Strongest Arms In The World" GUNS vs. "Wicked Sight" Mike Plett (Greensboro Title)

Sight proves he's with CSWA, but interference by GXW parties costs him his belt.

WINNER: Wicked Sight by DQ

MATCH 2: Men of Adventure vs. Hip Hop Express (Top Contenders Tag Match)

I love both these teams, but MoA's new manager has them refocused. HO!

WINNER: Men of Adventure

MATCH 3: Tom Adler vs. Cameron Cruise vs. Lawrence Stanley (Presidential Title on a Pole)

Cruise and Adler are ready for this match, I don't think Stanley is. I'm picking the cagey vet to retain.

WINNER: Tom Adler (retains Presidential Title)

MATCH 4: Kevin Powers and Nate Logan vs. Eddy Love and Steve Radder (Tag Elimination Match)

Somehow, Eddy will find a way. :)

WINNER: Eddy Love and Steve Radder

MATCH 5: Simply Stunning vs. The Professionals (Exit to Edit Steel Cage - Tag Titles)

The Pros are hungry, angry and...ummm...nothing else ends in ngry does it?

WINNER: Professionals (New Tag team Champions)

MATCH 6: Hornet vs. Shane Southern vs. Triple X vs. Dan Ryan (4-way, US. Title)

No one will allow Ryan to get any sort of advantage. Hornet has a separate agenda from the title. Triple X is too wrapped up in Ivy to be ready for this match. Southern is poised for this one.

WINNER: Shane Southern (New US Champion)

MATCH 7: Evan Aho versus Mark Windham (CSWA World Title)

I don't like the way Hornet's been showing up for Aho's matches to "ensure fair play". The payoff's tonight.

WINNER: Mark Windham (New CSWA World Champion)
