Shouldn't this just be a thread to rehash the glory of Vivi? I mean that was the biggest moment of the year for the forums.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches:

I absolutely hate that I have to shortform matches. I wish I had the time and energy to write out everything out longform again in a timely manner. I do think shortform though can have better psychology than longer matches when it comes to the match and story of the match. You have to becare shoftforming a match though because while you want it to have a good length, since it is basically a summary, if you go too long, every match in reality would play out to be an hour with the commentators and such. I think though that people appreciate have the results quicker, although I think if you turn out cards too quickly that over the long term, you risk burning out older RPers. Having less matches on shows does help with that though because you can give someone a show off here and there.

As for LVW & FMLL: I think both have a lot of unique characters and concepts, it something that hasn't been around for a long, long time and hopefully people realize what they have in these leagues.

1. NFW: No idea. Go JTP!

2. WFW:NE: Starting, we'll see what happens

3. EPW: Going well, only problem is Brunk's foolish desire to have anyone but me write matches.

4. TEAM: Besides the early no-shows and the questionable decisions, the later rounds have been good times, I expect the final 4 to be awesome, and if it's Doc/Ryan, for The First to suffer a career/life ending injury in EPW.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: How you all let him get away with this blog is beyond me.

6. Holzerman's Blog: Needs more interviews.

7. Stanton's Blog: A wasteland.

8. Stables in E-fedding: I think they work if they serve a purpose. I think Anthology is great, and while the Stevens/First Vs Cruise/Copycat match worked out great for me personally, I'd have wanted to see Cruise/Stevens, a stable making as big an impact on a company like Anthlogy in EPW needs to be going for the big gold.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: Set a deadline for a show to be up and post what you got, short form the rest.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: I think everyone wants to be 'the man' as it were, so it's hard to find people who want to fit into the tag scene. I had fun in The Forsaken, but in the end, that just became a means to an end. So I see it as a stepping stone kind of deal.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: Anthology has the main event heat for now in EPW, I kind of hope that it gets moved more towards Westscott to build for the PPV. I have no idea if JTP will ever defend his title or get his belt (If Mayfield hates him so much, why not just strip him of the title?). WFW:NE we'll have to see what happens.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: Stevens wins Wrestleverse III. Sean Stevens Vs The First.

13. Favorite Characters this year: Impulse, Stevens, the tea party ruining Layne Winters, JTP, and a few other guys I can't name at this moment for the security of future angles.

14. Favorite Angles this year: If Ice Tre had made good on his comeback I'd have said his big return at Wrestleverse III...But right now I'm just sorta lost.

15. Favorite Moments this year: Covered that in 12.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: Isn't every day but God's mocking laughter upon Tom Siegel's ears?

17. Favorite Show This Year: Wrestleverse III

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands?

I don't care why Billy is, I stood to win over 200 bucks if Mir got a sub. Bah...What *really* ticks me off is that I didn't bet Henderson big, even after I had Greenie declare him a pipe...Ugh...

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES?

Just another plot by the OWG to take all our guns.

1. NFW: You know what I really love about NFW right now? It probably has the most unique roster in FW at the moment. I'm seeing more and more handlers join from random PTC/Internet leagues, and many of them have pretty unique writing styles. High Flyer is the champion over in FWO and has some really good stuff, American Panda just joined and I'm already impressed with him, plus Leary has Dos Equis/FutureEquis. Then you have JTP and Impulse who are NFW exclusives, along with a bunch of others. I'd have to say NFW looks a lot different now than it ever did at any point in it's history.

As for constructive criticism, we just need to get these cards out a little faster. I understand people are busy, but if you volunteer for a match it shouldn't take any longer than a week and a half/two weeks to finish it. Plus, if we all finish our matches on time, that means we get to drunkenly harrass Katz via IM, and really there's no greater pleasure in life...

2. WFW:NE: Still too new to judge. I love the idea of having two brands within a greater league, but there needs to be more exclusivity. NEW and WFW should have distinct rosters, I think that would really help things along. Other than that, Miller and Edmunds really brought back a lot of retired handlers, and that's a good thing for the forums. The league has a lot of potential.

3. EPW: Brunk really runs a tight ship. I love that the cards are usually out in a reasonable time frame, and that's really helped progress storylines, etc. The league has an exceptionally strong roster. Wrestleverse III had an awesome RP turnout, which was cool. Aggression is weird, because some cards get a great turnout, and then others are plagued with no-shows, but such is the nature of FW.

4. TEAM: Just refer to my blog post on the matter! No, actually, please don't. OK, obviously I've been through some of the changes I feel TEAM needs to make in the future, but it is what it is. For the most part, they've had great turnout, the results just need to be posted much quicker.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: Total e-rag.

6. Holzerman's Blog: Nice to see him updating more, now that he's sort of in semi-retirement or something? I'm definitely a fan.

7. Stanton's Blog: Probably the most interesting read out of all the blogs when it comes to e-fedding issues, what works/what doesn't, etc. There's all kinds of info there that could help handlers and Fedheads alike. People always mark for threads on FWC that spark good debate on stuff like this...well, go and comment on Stanton's blog, cause there's a ****load of that.

8. Stables in E-fedding: Eh, depends. Stables need to have an expiration date. The problem with stables in both pro wrestling and e-fedding is that nobody knows when to say when. There needs to be an end result, a payoff. Stables shouldn't get too big, otherwise they wind up swallowing the leagues they're in. Each member should have a distinct reason as to why they've joined, and if being in the stable doesn't benefit them they need to leave. Otherwise, it's all "all for one" and "none for all."

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: Obviously I prefer longforming, but shortforming is one of those necessary evils. I'd rather read a shortformed match than be forced to wait months for a longform. True, match psychology suffers when shortform is used, but it just gets to a point where the league's momentum has to be considered. I don't care how "epic" of a match you wrote, if it takes a couple months to write it you've hurt the league, end of story. Moral of the story: just force yourself to sit down and write, pace yourself, and you'll get that longform epic out on time so that shortform won't be necessary. Also, matches that aren't main event don't need to be 20 pages long. Just a thought.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: I'd like to see more of them. Brunk's call for tag teams seemed to work for EPW, and NFW has a nice handful.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: As always, NFW has some superb main event writing. Mayfield/JTP is the show right now, and there's more to be written, so I won't bother speculating. However, I hope that either Mayfield steps into the ring and faces JTP in a blowoff match by year's end, or he finds himself a heel to back against Joe. The two characters have some really good chemistry, but Joe is still champion and a champion needs a challenger.

In EPW, I'd like to see the inevitable Stevens/Westcott feud start to play out. Also, don't sleep on First/Stevens. There's unfinished business there, and I'd love to see a second match.

WFW: NE is still too new right now, but the potential for main event gold is there.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: The emergence of Vivi.

13. Favorite Characters this year: JTP, Impulse, The First,

14. Favorite Angles this year: Um, I guess I kinda liked them all?

15. Favorite Moments this year: See 12.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: His birth.

17. Favorite Show This Year: Wrestleverse III, although Crash 50 is gonna be off the wall when it happens.

18. Why is Billy Ferraro making such reasonable arguments about Brock Lesnar being overrated? Probably because he's readying all the Brocktards out there for his inevitable death at the hands of Emlianenko Fedor.

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES? Oh I DON'T KNOW.

1. NFW: Katz is still a mad scientist.

2. WFW:NE: I like the idea, and I'm glad both Paul and Sean have the energy and time. Hopefully, if one slacks, the other can pick up and vice versa. FW.com is richer for having that corner strong.

3. EPW: I'm biased, but this is the best fed on the 'Net, and probably would be perfect if not for the long lead times on matchwriting :)

4. TEAM: I'm even more biased with this one for obvious reasons, but I'm glad that it has turned out the way it is now instead of my original vision. Hopefully, Adam keeps the ball rolling and keeps people interested.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: Verbose :)

6. Holzerman's Blog: I swear, I'll update it again soon.

7. Stanton's Blog: Stanton's always a good read.

8. Stables in E-fedding: Underused but tough to utilize actually. With the different people getting together and then having different schedules to write, it can be hard to have a good, cohesive unit. The Anthology is lucky so far in that everyone's aboard and everyone's pulling their weight, but there are some stables that look good on paper but just flame out because people flake or whatever, like **** YOU! in PRIME for example.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: Shortforming is the best :) However, longforms are absolutely needed for big matches, I think.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: Taking a cue from the tag team scene in the WWE... i.e. kinda dull right now.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: Diverse, talented and surprisingly exclusive to each fed. The best thing that could have happened for the interfederational mythos was J-Short leaving NFW, since now there's a real "dream matchup" scenario in play with Trip X and JTP.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: I'll pass on this for now

13. Favorite Characters this year: Pass

14. Favorite Angles this year: Pass

15. FMLL/LVW: I love the ideas for both feds, and I hope both succeed.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: VIVI~!

17. Favorite Show This Year: Pass

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands? Because Brock's a douchebag and no one wants to see a douchebag win, outside of us Internet trolls who root for The Miz

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES?[/QUOTE] Because math sucks. Hahahaha, get it? I made a pun.

1. NFW: Holzer beat me to it....though I must admit, everytime I think of that...all I can envision is "Mad Scientist" from "Mystery Science Theatre 3000".

2. WFW:NE: I agree with Holzer again, this is rather genius, mixing two feds together the way they did.

3. EPW: Don't really have much to say about it that hasn't already been said. Brunk does run a pretty good production.

4. TEAM: I dig it. No problems with what Holzer brought forth, nor what Adam's continued. Good sh*t sir.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: Pass

6. Holzerman's Blog: Pass

7. Stanton's Blog: Pass

8. Stables in E-fedding: Scheduling is an issue sometimes, but it's just a matter of how things are done. Real life obviously takes presence, but depending on how close it is to the matchwriting/Card posting deadline, I don't think that things couldn't be taken care of, angle-wise. Anthology has worked well because of the obvious fact that we all dig each other's work, and the result is just plain enjoyable.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: Shortforming is pretty sweet, though I second the motion on the fact that matches that blow off feuds or are in high demand/popularity oughta at least get a shot at long-forming.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: Could be better.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: Can't really say much other than what's already been said.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: I'll pass

13. Favorite Characters this year: 2009?? Jeez....Impulse, Troy Douglas, Cross, Jeffrey Roberts, Rocko Daymon, Fusenshoff, Big Wreck, Ken Cloverleaf...Tact/Wells/Copycat/Edmunds...quite afew more.

14. Favorite Angles this year: Pass

15. FMLL/LVW: Wish I had more time, I'd re-enter Erik Mateo into LVW, having a fed like that is pretty cool, kudos for Stanton for holding the ball on that. FMLL is a rather genius move by Aston, not just because it's a Spanish/Mexican/Hispanic league, but it's also completely original. I haven't gotten a chance to read much, but I'll be definately keeping an eye out.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: You ****ers keep it up, by all means...after all...the last time this happened....Cruise won a World title, :)

17. Favorite Show This Year: Pass

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands?

All I'm saying is Brock is a ***** and I hope either Fedor Emlienenko or Shane Carwin rips him to shreds.

1. NFW: Dead to me. Eh, not really, but I don't follow it but I hear they're doing great things with fetuses these days.

2. WFW:NE: We'll see how they're doing six months from now. Great for now, as long as everyone agrees. Lotta potential in the league.

3. EPW: Good stuff. I like it there and there's a ton of great talent. I'd love to see a bit more effort from some guys who have great stuff, but hey, that's FW for ya.

4. TEAM: Like most inter-league feds, they do like to cause controversy. Don't know much else.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: He wins because he updates it the most. Good stuff.

6. Holzerman's Blog: Pretty good, needs to be updated slightly more and I don't know a lot of the PRIME/A1E stuff he talks about sometimes.

7. Stanton's Blog: I only follow his blog for the occasional WoW references.

8. Stables in E-fedding: Good if they have a purpose other than just ganging up on people. Plus they contribute a lot of angles to feds, which can sometimes be running short on them.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: I prefer to wait a little longer for longform, but if you didn't RP, f*ck you, shortform that sh*t. Or if it'll take forever and isn't a PPV.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: What can ya say. It's a nice idea, would be good if people cared, but generally they don't, so.. yeah.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: I hear good things about Joe the Plumber? Stevens has done quite well for himself.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: I missed a lot of stuff, so how about, uh... Stevens beating ja/Daymon clean to retain the EPW Title.

13. Favorite Characters this year: First, Stevens, Winters, Tact (WHEN HE RP's)

14. Favorite Angles this year: No clue... a lot of them seem to putter out halfway through.

15. FMLL/LVW: I wish them the best but have no new character content to bring to them. And effort.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: Why is he wearing a backwards cap and sunglasses inside on his Facebook page?

17. Favorite Show This Year: Wrestleverse III

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands? Because Brock promised him sweet mega-lovin' if he won... and a massive beating if he didn't. That or he lost his house on a bad bet.

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES? Because hundreds of years of mathematical proofs and axiomatic theories, it's much easier to use this knowledge, along with basic understanding of discrete math, multivariable calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra, to begin making more complex assumptions and proofs.

Also, I'm pretty sure Euclid was a vampire.

Alright, guess I'll do my own poll...

1. NFW: Original and lots of talent there, and Katz is the best. Everyone knows they're the absolute best at what they do over there. Great stories, great matches, great shows. What else is there?

2. WFW:NE: I'm very curious about how this is gonna work out. Historically two very very good feds with deep ties in the community, so it should be good. Looking forward to them sticking around.

3. EPW: God this fed rocks.

4. TEAM: Fantastic fun as long as whoever is running it at the time has a thick enough skin to weather the inevitable malcontents that running anything interfed brings.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: Billy's very honest. :) I like opinions like Billy's that aren't sugarcoated. It's a good outspoken type of blog, the kind we needed.

6. Holzerman's Blog: Tom seems to feel more free to not necessarily be as political with his opinions as he used to, which is good. But I'm TOO blunt so my opinion is colored in that direction. Tom's at his best when he's unfiltered and unafraid to hurt feelings if needed.

7. Stanton's Blog: I like reading Mike's take on the technical aspects of writing matches and cards. These are things I'm well familiar with, but it gives some good insight on this process to someone who may not be. It's also good to get some solid, honest and blunt feedback on shows and matches. As I've said before, I'm a fan of 'honest/blunt'.

8. Stables in E-fedding: I love stables. I like to have a long term plan for them though. Don't like a "see how it goes" stable.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: shortforming is necessary sometimes - I still like longforming for main events and PPVs.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: Love tag teams too, but as someone else said it's hard to get someone to focus on a tag team when there's more competition/challenge it seems in singles.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: It seems to be really solid. I haven't read JTP since I left NFW, but he was well on his way even then. Even had a match with him, with a RP period that was... unique. LOL. Strong familiar faces in WFW:NE at the top, so that's solid, and I'm happy with the EPW scene. I have a lot of great talent to work with in the main event scene. Not too familiar with the FMLL or LVW guys yet.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: Oh God. Vivi made me have to get up from my chair at work and leave the office to prevent me from disturbing my co-workers.

13. Favorite Characters this year: Answering this might give away some EPW booking tendencies, so I'll leave this one alone.

14. Favorite Angles this year: Ice Tre's angle before he left was phenomenal

15. FMLL/LVW: Not familiar with the inner workings, but I believe they cater to important niches in the fanbase. I like that the feds here compliment each other moreso than compete.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: looking like Styles from Teen Wolf in his Facebook photo.

17. Favorite Show This Year: Don't really know.

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands? Pork intolerant.

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES? Math has always been an agent of the undead, if you ask me.

1. NFW: Apparently, I made Levinson a sad panda. Of course, he'll be happy to know that our radioactive fetus became a right-wing republican heel that renounced his whole fetus storyline. Obviously, I like where we are. A good cross of wrestling storylines and storylines you don't see anywhere else. Glad to see we haven't offended every old-school handler around here as well.

2. WFW:NE: Good to see Paul and Sean back, good to see they're bringing old names back too. I think with a few more months and new names (not necessarily handlers, but characters) and the fed will completely stand on its own. Still not sure about the fed name, but its only a name.

3. EPW: Long ago took over as the most popular fed on FWCentral and its easy to see why. Brunk runs a great ship, puts out well-received results and has alot of dedication from himself and the handlers towards the fed. Wish I had more time for participation/reading of it.

4. TEAM: I've always thought it was run fairly...so I never got the whole controversy stuff that came up. If people wanted it judged to a certain criteria, that'd force Holzerman/Shinder/theBOSS to have the same judges for every match. ...this would also go against the original concept of having it be an inter-COMMUNITY fed vs. just being an interfed.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: Funny and honest. I think the honest part gets lost in the "How in the hell is Billy not on drugs to think this stuff up?" shuffle, but its there and if anything...might make it stand out than other blogs that are a little more sugarcoated.

6. Holzerman's Blog: The trendsetter, which can never be taken away from it. I've sort of lost interest in it as its gotten further away from what I care about reading in relation to the game. Sometimes Holzerman brings up a topic I like and I always check out anything new posted.

7. Stanton's Blog: I recently checked it out...and apparently, some things I've done have influenced some topics. I like the EPW articles since you can tell he's more invested/paying complete attention to what's going on, it also helps catch me up on what I'm not reading.

In terms of why Mayfield doesn't just "strip" JTP: We're trying to "entertain" whoever's reading NFW. Typically, our audience isn't exactly looking for some strict, sensical, straightforward resolution. Why try to find that much sense in FWrestling storylines? We're pretending/writing about a pretend sport. Although, this is why you probably think we're still a shi*hole. ;)

8. Stables in E-fedding: NFW's building a couple, I know Anthology is getting big. It'd be cool to see a SUPERFACE stable.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: I think short-forming more in the future will help keep the feds going.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: NFW's been doing fine with this for awhile. I think if you start dedicating yourself to selling the tag title in a fed, you start selling your roster on the fun of writing tag teams. EPW's been working hard at this and I hope they're seeing some dividends.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: I think its in a new place. We don't have nearly as many Main Event players as we used to since alot of people are moving onto newer characters...I think Dan Ryan's 3/4 retirement closed the book on the 1995-2005 Main Event stalwarts and we're now looking for the next generation of them.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: The story of Dorchester Stratton.

13. Favorite Characters this year: I love everyone in NFW, even Billy. :)

14. Favorite Angles this year: Dorchester Stratton, Mayfield/JTP

15. FMLL/LVW: Haven't read anything to have an opinion. Both are original concepts and I hope that they stay true to those concepts 'cause they're cool.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: None really. Vivi was great, but I feel outside of that...it's jumped the shark.

17. Favorite Show This Year: CRASH 50

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands?

He's not a fan of horseshoes or the artist formerly known as Mrs. Mero?

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES?

So, they could control the blood banks. HEY-OHHHHHHHHH!

1. NFW:

It's produced some unique characters. Admittedly, I don't really follow it.

2. WFW:NE:

I remember what I missed about both federations, and now they're together. I'm interested in a lot of the returning WFW and NE veterans, and how they interact with newcomers. The big match right now is Hart vs. Tact to unify the NEW World Heavyweight Title. Either of these guys against Felix Red as the WFW World Heavyweight Champ is gold. My only concern is that I definitely realized, after the first RP session, that I brought the wrong character back to this fed. Otherwise, I think we should keep watching and see how it develops.

3. EPW:

The First is taking off as a face star. The Anthology are ever growing. Sean Stevens is the most badass heel talent in wrestling history. I don't have a negative thing to say about Empire Pro at the moment.

4. TEAM:

Every year, I bring in Rocko thinking he'll do well, then I always come back the following year and go beyond him with... Olvir. This federation brought me to realize that I'm probably better suited at writing a comical character than a serious one. Every show is a learning experience in some aspect, and every big event typically brings out some of my best work. Olvir's third round ToC RP had to have been one of personal favorites of that year.

5. Billy F.'s Blog:

I've tuned in on occassion, but lately, a lot of posts have been over my head or dealing with situations/events/characters/ideas that I just don't follow. When he does write about something that aparks my interest, though, he usually has a really good take on it. He's honest and blunt, as others have pointed out, and I commend him for that much. The Money Shot's probably one of the best e-fed blogs out there right now, if you catch the apparent inside humor.

6. Holzerman's Blog:

I always loved reading Holzerman's reviews and monthly wrestler praises. His perspective on e-fedding really helped shape my understanding of this game and helped me to personally evolve as a writer. I just wish he'd update it more often, but then, I haven't checked in a while.

7. Stanton's Blog:

Stanton's blog is this year's Holzerman blog. Like Holzerman's blog, I also wish he'd update it more often.

8. Stables in E-fedding:

They can be good if used for the right purpose. Currently, there isn't any ideal stable in the FW scene. The main stable I can think of right now is Anthology. It started off pretty well, as four main event potential stars basically banding together with an idea to stake their claim. Eventually, though, they rolled out a red carpet for new members, and I think the stable is getting too big on itself. Every character should feed off the heat, and right now, it feels like it's only going to two or three people at a time. Thankfully, they've done a good job at keeping everything together with a joint backstage interview at every show. A stable really can't be judged until its reached its end, though, cause only then will we know if there was a point to it all.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches:

Years ago, I was a longforming purist. I've grown to shortforming, however, when it's done right. What I mean by "done right" is akin to TEAM's highlight reel, or Edmunds' short-formed matches in the new WFW:NE. You can get away without having to write a full match, but at least expand it a bit to give the reader an idea of what the match psychology was and how the two worked against each other. Most people don't even read long-forms these days, so it should be kept interesting.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding:

Every revival has seemingly fallen inward on itself. I've even recently ended the tag-team partnership of the CHRONIC COLLIZION!! in favor of pushing either character as a singles talent. The problem is that there are never enough people willing to participate in one federation alone, so new teams usually don't last long. I think the only way one could possibly boost the tag scene in e-fedding at this point is to simply make a tag-team exclusive federation.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com:

Rocko Daymon is out of it, and that's seemingly kept people happy up to this point. I don't think it can fail.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year:

Ice Tre's return, HAL's return, Stevens retaining the EPW Title, the outcome of main event of the last RAUCOUS... just to name a few.

13. Favorite Characters this year:

EPW: The First and Sean Stevens. "7-10" Jack Hudgins, Born Again, and J1D. Larry Tact (in WFW:NE) and Felix Red. JA would be in there, but he retired, and wasn't active for the early part of the year. I think in the near future, Layne Winters, Fusenshoff, and Cameron Cruise will go places.

14. Favorite Angles this year:

Not really an angle, but Sean Stevens standing up every time the prestige of EPW came into question is a character storyline with a lot of potential. His feud with The First will hopefully reach its peak and create a blow-off on the level of last year's JA/Stevens. Jack Hudgins fighting with himself is pretty hilarious in and of itself.

15. FMLL/LVW:

Love them. I think the spirit of e-fedding lies in these federations, cause in order to be a part of them, you have to dig deep and get creative. It doesn't matter whether or not you're GOOD, as long as you're within the frame of their respective boundaries, you can't fail. I'm still completely on board with LVW, and its return has given Olvir new life. The only thing that's kept me out of FMLL, other than an uncertainty of whether or not I could dedicate the time, is the indecision to repackage a preexisting character of mine or making a completely new one.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel:

He really does look like Styles on his Facebook...

17. Favorite Show This Year:

Wrestleverse III, hands down.

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands?

Brock Lesnar can go **** himself. He's this year's Tim Silvia: big ape with heavy punches, no brain to go with it.

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES?

Count Chocula handled breakfast cereal and Twilight handled young adult literature. It's their plan to take over.

OH SH*T! I completely forgot, but Katz's answers reminded me: my favorite angle this year, by far, was the Dorchester Stratton turn. Wow, I feel bad, it just slipped my mind. Right now, Triple X, JTP, Mayfield, Westcott, Felix, etc. get a lot of the praise on the forums, and they've earned it...but Gregg wrote one of the best segments and post-event promos I've ever read. It sort of branched off into it's own thing from the Hollywood Wrecking Crew/New Dawn Rising feud, which also was one of the better feuds in FW all year.

Also, Kooter Johnson needs a mention here, because as I've told Barry in IM, I think he did an outstanding job with Kooter's turn and transformation.

Sorry to those I forgot!

1. NFW:

I haven't read anything of NFW this year, which is my bad. I enjoyed my time there with Michaels, and I always thought that it was a great league. Moving out of the season format disappointed me, but obviously the league has still thrived. Maybe when I have time after the bar in less than 2 weeks I will try to catch up a bit.

2. WFW:NE:

I'm excited to get things back on track. The first rotation of shows was RPed well and so far Unplugged has been RPed nicely as well. Things are moving and hopefully everything will continue to work out. After I take the bar and then the MPRE in August I have months before I find out the results (and whether or not I'll have to retake it ...) so I'm not expecting any delays.

3. EPW:

I tried bringing Michaels in a while ago, but at that point I was just hitting that point where I was getting disillusioned w/ FW. But bringing in Edmunds will spur me to be more active. I like what I've read the past few months and always expect good things from Brunk.

4. TEAM:

Adam is doing a good job. It's still a great idea and people who complain about it should realize its a;ways going to be difficult to do something of that caliber.

5. Billy F.'s Blog:

I love it. It's hilarious. Sometimes I don't know how he comes up with some of his stuff but it's always enjoyable.

6. Holzerman's Blog:

I miss it tons. Tom's done so much for the community and the blog was one of the best. I would be lying if I said I didn't look forward to see what he thought of storylines or angles that New ERA was doing. I always took his suggestions / comments to heart and tried to integrate them.

7. Stanton's Blog:

It's great to see what he thinks. Update it more, dammit!

8. Stables in E-fedding:

I think that when they're done right they're fantastic. A lot of them fizzle out. Edmunds joined Anthology in EPW because it seems to be very well run and everything is on the same or very similar pages. I look forward to seeing how everything pans out.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches:

I absolutely hated shortform way back when. I don't consider it a necessary evil, though. I don't consider it evil at all. I think shortforming is a fantastic way to keep a league on track. What do you lose really besides the witty commentary of your color people?

I would never shortform pay per view matches because it's a "major" event. But "television" matches? Sure. When New ERA switched over to shortforming all of RAPTURE and everything but the main event of RAUCOUS we kept up a brisk pace. It was just the longform of BitUS that dragged us down; mostly my fault for taking on too much ... but there were others who had offered to write matches that never got them into me which made me even more overwhelmed.

If people don't think shortforming is beneficial, then they're going to get in a funk and sputter into obscurity. If they try to do everything on their own, it doesn't matter how loyal your handler base is; they have no way to RP because they're waiting on a show to be written. All in all, I'm a huge proponent of shortforming results if it's done correctly.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding:

Tag teams are difficult to get. I absolutely LOVE tag teams. I love writing the matches. I wish there were more and that I could kidnap them and make them wrestle in WFW:NE. ;)

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com:

It's there. I think each promotion has its own set up that will work nicely for them. Of course you'll sometimes see the same characters .. but I think there's always room for growth.

One of the things that I was pushing for back before New ERA went on hiatus was placing Daymon in the position to lead the league. I had been so impressed w/ Strawsma that I moved Daymon into the main event scene to see if he would perform. He did. Now obviously things hit a snag, but my original main event at Destrucity II was going to be Tact / Daymon for the unification of the New ERA titles.

Over the past two years Strawsma's feeligns about Daymon have apparently changed and he's not as comfortable using Daymon it seems. But I always thought that Daymon would have been one of the strongest New ERA champions ever, possibly since Tact's first run with the belt

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year:

13. Favorite Characters this year:

14. Favorite Angles this year:

I'm skipping these three because I haven't read enough to actually answer them to the best of my ability.

15. FMLL/LVW:

LVW is a great little concept. FMLL is as well. One of the hardest things about leagues is sticking it out through the light RP periods. If you keep plugging away, eventually you'll find that people will come.

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel:

The Vivi thing was funny.

17. Favorite Show This Year:

No clue yet.

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands?

I'm confused about the question... I don't know what you're talking about so I'll pass :)

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES?

Because Edward Cullen charmed math into submission with his dashing good looks and irresistible charm?

Favorite Characters this year:

My favorite three characters outside of WFW besides the obvious previous WFW World Champs...

J1D (LVW), Olvir Arsvinnar (LVW), and The First (Empire)

When you run a league, you have to read a lot of RP and you appreciate characters like those a lot more.

1. NFW: Best fed on FW Central for my money. It had a few years there where it was up and down as far as activity goes, but it's been going STRONG for a long while now. Another big thing about NFW is that it isn't exclusive to this community. It's being discussed on EW Torch, EWZine, and all over the place. More feds here should branch out like that. Props to Katz and crew for keeping it fresh and thinking outside the box.

2. WFW:NE: I'm in the ME there, so I LOVE IT. :p ...Alot of people seem to be taking a wait-and-see approach with this, but what they probably don't realize is that Mr. Edmunds and Mr. Miller have miraculously been able to bring back like 95% of their respective rosters, and all the guys are clearly ready to go. Heck, they've even brought a few back from the dead (see Krusher, King.) I may be biased because of my man-love for Sean Paul, as well as the fact that 5 or 6 years ago when I was about to stop doing this stuff for good, WFW and NEW is what kept me on board, but I really think WFW:NE can rise to the top and do so alot quicker than many think. Stay tuned.

3. EPW: The longest-running fed on FW as far as a consistent level of activity. EPW's been my main focus for the last year because of its stability and good roster. I'd like to see a couple guys step up and solidify themselves as main eventers to keep the top programs fresh (that means you, Brisbin!!!) but as it stands, this fed would probably survive the Apocalypse. Brunk's a man with a plan.

4. TEAM: I LOVE interfed stuff, I've participated in many TEAM events, and I know alot of you are really into it right now, but I think TEAM has stumbled a bit over the least year+. It just moves alot slower than it did a couple years back.. and participation has been on a steady decline (look at the number of participants in each TIT, as well as what the first round RP turnout was for each tourney.) TEAM fills a need that none of the other feds can with its tourneys and Supershows, so I'd like to see it rise back up. Tom handed off the keys to a perfectly capable driver, so hopefully it'll pick up. I know this isn't always something we can control, but I'd like to see more involvement with PRIME, LoC, FWO, ACW, etc.

5. Billy F.'s Blog: Best. Blog. Ever. I know alot of this was fueled by one particularly disgruntled TEAM RP'er, but the fact remains that something Billy posted generated like 70 comments!! 70 comments for a blog post about fantasy wrestling.... just think about that for a moment. WTF?! It's slowed down a bit as of late, but if Billy can continue with frequent updates, nobody can touch him.

6. Holzerman's Blog: The OG EW/FW blog. I've been reading this (and all of Tom's other blogs) consistently since its inception and am pleased as punch that Holzerman is still rocking it. I hold his opinion on things in high esteem, as I'm sure most everyone else does too.

7. Stanton's Blog: I like how Mike breaks down the X's and O's of booking. He's got a great mind for the stuff, and all of his posts on the subject are well thought out and well written. I think the blog flies under the radar a bit, which is unfortunate.

8. Stables in E-fedding: Love 'em if they're well-developed and have interesting dynamics.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches: Eh, I hate shortforms, but if they'll get a card out quicker... you've got to use them. I have no gripe when a fed head uses shortforming to keep things moving.... unless he shortforms my match. :)

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding: Love 'em. Need more of 'em. Alot of other people seem to feel this way too.... let's put our money where are mouths are!

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com: Hard to say. It's different in each fed. I guess as a vague generalization I would say that there are alot of main event caliber characters in the community, but only some of them are being used that way in their feds.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year: WFW:NE returning.

13. Favorite Characters this year: Ice Tre (yeah, I know he hasn't been around as much... but whatever.), The First, Doc Silver, Fusenshoff, Cruise, Olvir, Winters.

14. Favorite Angles this year: The emergence and initial rampage of Anthology. :)

15. FMLL/LVW: BEST FEDS EVER!! W00T! JOIN THEM NOW!

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel: O hai!

17. Favorite Show This Year: LoC Violence 44. HAH!

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands? Mir sucks.... get over it.

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES? 14.

1. NFW:

Most creative handlers, RPs, matches, match ideas, angles, and drug addled fedhead.

2. WFW:NE:

Haven't had a chance to check it out but another place to handle is always a good thing.

3. EPW:

I can't say anything negative about a place where Triple X is World Champion. I've read a lot of the stuff and I don't know if it's quite my speed as a member but the entire roster has some really nice chemistry and it shows.

4. TEAM:

We'll see when the next round goes up.

5. Billy F.'s Blog:

JK handles everyone!

6. Holzerman's Blog:

One of the first and best.

7. Stanton's Blog:

Its frequency is counterbalanced by its insight

8. Stables in E-fedding:

Done well (see: BND), they can be an awesome addition to any story. Done poorly (see: The Elimination Squad) and they're godawfully atrocious to slog through.

9. Shortforming vs. Longforming matches:

I prefer long form, but shortforming keeps the circle spinning.

10. Tag Teams in e-fedding

They seem to be experiencing a renaissance, and I think HWC vs. SK has a lot to do with it.

11. The State of the Main Event Scene across FW.com:

We're all awesome.

12. Favorite Moments in FW.com Feds This Year:

I have to be selfish here and say Impulse's win of the NFW TV Title.

13. Favorite Characters this year:

Joe the Plumber, Castor V. Strife, Triple X, The First, Cameron Cruise (really!), Dos Equis, and Dirk Dickwood

14. Favorite Angles this year:

President Mayfield refuses to give Joe the Plumber the NFW Title belt

15. FMLL/LVW:

Different

16: Favorite insult of Tom Siegel:

Simply calling him Tom Siegel.

17. Favorite Show This Year:

Crash 47 for the reasons above.

18. Why is Billy Ferraro being such a big baby about Brock Lesnar killing his boyfriend Frank Mir in the face with his massive ham hands?

Because Billy wants to be Siegel

19. Why was math taken over by VAMPIRES?

Because there's no cure for cancer.
