WELCOME to the F-Wrestling Super Showcase!

For those who are taking part in the event, THANK YOU for your participation. It is much appreciated, and is what will make this event something special.

Now, let's get right to it. The rules for the FWSS are as follows:

1) There will be a 14 day RP period. When the time comes, I will post a note about the deadline drawing near.

2) There will be NO HARD RP CAP for this event. However, there WILL BE a 24 hour rule in affect. An example of how this will work, for those who aren't already aware:

"Larry Tact cuts a promo at midnight on June 28th. If his opponent does not respond by midnight on the 29th, Tact may cut another promo."

There will also be a strong request against mass stacking. I won't disallow it, but I would request that you all try to keep away from being 2 RPs ahead of your opponent. For example, try not to have 3 RPs when your opponent has only 1. Again, you CAN stack as much as you want, but I'd strongly request that you keep from doing so.

3) RPs will be judged based on QUALITY, NOT QUANTITY. This ties in with the previous note on stacking. If you finish the RP session with 3 RPs, to your opponent's 1 RP, DO NOT believe you're automatically going to win. You are still susceptible to losing the match, and may in fact lose it. QUALITY wins over QUANTITY.

4) I'll need a copy of your wrestler's Bio (= Profile) for the show. I posted a note about this, specifically, already. Please get those in ASAP, as they will be required for BOTH the judging and writing of the FWSS. It would also be a courtesy to your opponent to let them get an idea of who they're going up against. The wrestler Bios are a good source of information.

5) Angles are allowed for submission. If you have a promo, match strat, or other angle that you'd like to submit for the FWSS, feel free to do so. This includes backstage attacks, but I would strongly request that you please keep within reason when submitting angles. I will do my best to fit all submissions into the show.

6) JUDGING OF MATCHES will be done by a committee of people I have selected. The idea of having a committee is to provide as unbiased judging as possible for each match. I trust all of my committee members will do a fair and honest job of judging each of the matches.

There will be two committees, each one getting half the card for judging. I will be the only judge who has a vote for all matches.

The only exclusion to this rule is the FMLL match. That will be graciously handled by the Co-Owners of the FMLL-- Ryan Aston and Angel Castillo, who have a spectacular match waiting in the wings for the FWSS.

I will post a separate note about the Judging System being used for the FWSS.

7) NO BREAKING KAYFABE. I want all RP for this show to be in character. There is absolutely no reason why anyone should be meta-gaming, RPing OOC IC, or otherwise breaking kayfabe and speaking out of the realm of knowledge that their wrestler possesses. I don't want to hear any reasons for WHY your character might have knowledge of something that is clearly out of game. For example....

TACT: Jeff Pena is a bastard because he wouldn't give me a spot on the FWSS card. Well that's fine, though, cuz when I find you, Jeff....I'm going to HUMBLE your (BLEEP) all the way to LONG (BLEEP)ING ISLAND! And (blah blah blah) tactilizing!

I hope everyone is clear on this rule. If not, then please use your best judgment to decide whether you are breaking kayfabe or not, or contact me on AIM.

I will be looking over every RP done for this show before I submit it to judges. If I find any instance where a wrestler is breaking kayfabe, I may exclude that part of the RP from judging. In addition, the RP will be penalized in final judging.

I know I'm being a hardass about this, but I think it's for the best. So PLEASE, don't break kayfabe.

8) Profanity or lewd actions/scenes/sequences in RP may be dealt with in one of two ways.

a) Place a disclaimer at the top of the promo, warning readers of the impending material.

b) Censor out the profane/lewd material.

I will not penalize anyone for not following this rule, but I would appreciate if everyone could follow it.

I won't bar any content specifically from being used in RP. But remember that if you aren't tasteful, to some extent, it may negatively affect you when judging time comes. Use your own discretion.

9) Flaming and personal attacks will not be tolerated. If I see it in RP, I will automatically disqualify that RP from judging. I may also disqualify ALL of the wrestler's RPs for the match. This would result in an automatic job for that wrestler on the show, whether or not the opponent RPs.

10) Do not ask me about when judging and results will be complete. I will try to get judging completed and collected, and the card written as quickly as time allows. It may take two weeks, it may take two months (though I would sincerely HOPE not the latter). I won't put a definite timetable on when the show will be out in its entirety. However, once the RP period is over, I will provide periodic updates on the judging and writing of the show.

If you constantly ask and/or whine to me about the judging and/or writing of the show, your wrestler may be on the bad end of an automatic job, come showtime.

It might look like a lot, but these are really just fundamental rules I feel everyone will have no trouble abiding by. Still, I feel they should be voiced, just the same, in case something does come up. Do your best and have lots of fun!

If you have any questions about the rules, you may contact me at "translucentsight" on AIM.

Thank you for your time.
