Since Merritt is still on the lam after killing those hookers, I've sort of taken over the administrative part of this thing for the time being.

First off, good job to everyone - six of the eight threads maxed out or more.

Second, I've left the Castor vs. Anarky thread unlocked because Castor Strife posted four instead of the allowed three. If Nark wants to fire one back, he is more than welcome to do so.

I am going to be on vacation with no access to computers from Sunday afternoon until Thursday evening; I intend on getting judging and writing assignments out tonight. In my absence - judges and writers should still be sending things to me and Merritt but I've asked Steve Thomas (who has no objectivity problems since it's obvious he won) and Ford to help coordinate things, so please send to them as well. That way, if everything is in before Thursday the show can go up when it's done, and if not, I can pick up the slack when I get back.

Judges - if you want to go in-depth, go in depth, but please get your picks to us ASAP.

Writers - one paragraph. In the interest of getting to the finish line, this round and next will be one paragraph short form results with the Final Four being long form.

Hasta la Pasta,
pete

Unfortunately, I was on a 3 day camping trip this weekend and completely off the grid, and today I am traveling to California for a week for work, and will probably be super busy, so I won't get a chance to respond.

Billy had actually asked me not to stack him, but unfortunately, I was simply out of time before I had to travel so I posted another one. It seems people were not a huge fan of it, but eh, I had to do something. ;-)

If it makes you feel any better, the first two of those last three RPs are actually one long promo that I split into two parts. The third (illegal) one is a complete throwaway, good for a laugh or two. If anybody is swayed by that one, they should kill themselves.

I'm back in the saddle after dealing with vacation during which I developed bronchitis and now getting caught back up at work. The intent is to have the card and possibly a podcast this weekend to keep things moving along. Thanks to everybody for all your roleplays and especially to Pete and Ford for keeping things moving!

Merritt,

Steve told me he sent an idea your way wherein we just get thru this round with literal one line results.

"Wrestler A pinned Wrestler B with the finisher at 25:25."

We can then go into details of how everyone did on a podcast with judges notes.

Since, from what I can tell, I'd have a lot of catch up to do on getting the rest of the matches written this week/end, time that I definitely do not have, I'm leaning toward that.

Public opinion? Let your voice be heard.

I'm fine with that as long as I win. Otherwise I'll be crushed.

But probably I'd be crushed either way, so whatever. Listening to a podcast result would be weird.

I agree. Here, I'll even help out with results!!

"Sean Edmunds pinned Eli Flair after hitting the Northern Lights Suplex at 29:59."

Perfect.

One line results work for me. This is a tournament, I could give a crap about reading a show until maybe the final four.

I'm inclined to agree with Billy on this. Unless there's overwhelming support for a card, the results will be posted when I get home from work.

Will the judges mind if I include who voted for whom/the reasoning behind the votes? (And yes, that means I would appreciate some rationale from judge #3 if you have time.)

Sitting in a hospital room, so I don't have the means to type that all out. I'm using my Kindle Fire to post this. I can give thoughts sometime next week.
