[Wrist taped knuckles connect with a palm, bringing us the first sounds. The visual isn’t anything fancy. Nothing too out of the ordinary, just a man waiting for a fight. His shoulder length brown hair, neatly pulled back, tucked into a ponytail. Kept out of his face for almost every fight. He really should cut it but he’s seen pictures of his great whatever grandfather, and the flow was most certainly dope. He’s letting it grow as a result.]
[He can hear the crowd, screaming and yelling. Their reactions telling him what’s going on inside the ring as he waits. Waits for his chance on tonight’s bill. It’s a small show but it’s some gas in the tank and then it’s ANOTHER ONE, as the DJ would say.]
[This time the other hand connects to the palm, as he’s beginning to get nervous, starting to fidget. Last show didn’t go so well. His opponent ended up in the hospital after taking a hard shot to the head. The lights went out.]
[People say he hit too hard. Worked him too stiff. But isn’t that the business? Isn’t that the industry? Aren’t people supposed to hit people? Van didn’t understand the big deal. He saw it as a football player complaining about getting hit on a play. Wrestling is a FULL CONTACT sport. No two ways about it.]
Van: I’m ready to get out of here. I’m ready for some place bigger, some place better.
He says the words to no one in particular. He isn’t addressing the mysterious camera filming him currently.
Van: I’m ready for more.
[He hears the crowd roar. Hears the one, the two, and the three. He swallows hard.]
Van: Well I’m up next.
[And he’s off.]
Ring Name: “The Murder Machine” Van Carver
Height: 6’2
Weight: 270 lbs.
Hailing from: Boston, Massachusetts.
Alignment: Heel
Gimmick: Not heavily gimmicked. Van is a young kid, looking to use a hard hitting style to make a name for himself. He’s a bit green to the game, yet to really find himself. He’s a direct descendant of the governor of the Mayflower ship, John Carver, and his wife Kathleen.
Wrestling Style: Strong Style. As his moniker suggests he hits hard. Too hard for some. Maybe for most. He doesn’t leave anything off his strikes, something he should probably learn how to do. This can often cause him to gas early in a match. Endurance is something he might need to work on. He’s trying to knock his opponent out, no two ways about it.
Three Weakness: No endurance, he’ll get gassed easy. Green to the game, can be outsmarted and overmatched. Not a whole lot quickness.
Three strengths: Size. Brutality of some of his strikes and moves. Opportunist.
Moveset
Ten Regular Moves
2-5 Trademark Moves
Finishing Move: Murder Bomb - Tiger Bomb
