Did I choke? Did I die? It sure as hell felt like it. I did what I said I was gonna do in winning my match with Gust and Nirvana, but I choked on the big one. Thomas and Dryden beat me, so what. The Universal title was my dream and was almost my reality, but sometimes dreams are meant to be dreams and reality is meant to seem like a dream. The only thing that you can do is to sit back and let it flow around you. I got the biggest bonus and enough money to support my family. I over came fears and am back to my old self. I might not have walked away with the title, but I walked away with so much more.

Carson Residents
He sat on his front porch, shirtless and a patch over his left pectoral. He has some very huge bruises on his ribs and stitches above his right eye. Carmen walked out and smiled down at him. “Need anything baby?”
“No hun.” He groaned. “Nothing but your sweet little ass.” He reached up and grabbed her, he pulled her down onto his lap and kissed her. “Where is Alex?”
“Sleeping.”
“Ah.” He kissed her again. “So what did you get me for valentine day?”
“You‘ll have to wait now won‘t you.” Carmen replied with a sly grin.
“What if I don‘t want to wait?” Cody asked pushing his nose to hers.
“Well, you might not have too.” She replied as she kissed his lips. “What did you get me?”
“Well…” Cody started in a girlish voice. “You‘ll have to wait now won‘t you?” He replied with a laugh. Carmen shook her head and then pulled the patch off his pectoral. He yelped as the hair came with it.
“Looks good.” Carmen admired.
“Really?”
“Yeah.” She smiled.
“She looks so cute eh?” Cody replied admiring the portrait of his daughter and his fiancé on his pec.
“Yeah she does.”
“I was talking about you.” He smiled up at her.
“That tattoo artist did a damn good job.” She exclaimed as she looked down at the detail in the tattoo.
“Yeah, se looked at me a little funny when I walked in.”
“Why?”
“I was all beaten up. Don‘t forget I did it a day after the show.”
“True, I would have looked at you the same way.”
Cody pushed himself up and grabbed her hips, he pulled her up against him and the two started to kiss. Carmen wrapped her arms around his neck and he lifted her off the ground. She brought her feet up and kicked herself in the butt. “I love you.” He said when they finally broke apart.
“I love you too.” Carmen smiled. “I‘m goin in to check on Alex.” She smiled and turned to walk away, Cody smacked her ass and she turned around shocked. “Excuse me mister.”
Cody pointed to a garden gnome. “It was him.” Carmen smirked and walked into the house. Cody turned and sat down on the stairs. His ribs ached and his back was sore but he was okay. ‘God’ he whispered to himself. Well maybe not even whisper more like thought. ‘I know I have said this enough to you but thank you for my family. My miracle is complete man, and I owe you one. I know my grandfather was watching over me and grandma was standing at his side. Thanks you two watch over your granddaughter. Amen. ’ He’s thoughts finished and he opened his eyes, the large blue globes of a little girl in front of him. He jumped and then looked at her. “Can I help you little girl?”
“I‘m lost.” She said with a smile. She held her hands behind her back and rocked on her feet. “Can you help me.”
“Sure.” Cody said with a smile. “Do you know your last name?”
“Nope.”
“What about your address?”
“Nope.”
“Do you live around here?” She nodded. “Do you know anything big around where you live?”
“Booger king.”
“Burger king?”
“Yeah.” She nodded. “Mommy and Sammy where at da park. Then they went away. ”
“Oh.”
“Mommy told me not to talk to strangers but…” She dropped her head.
“You‘re really scared?” She nodded and Cody moved over so that she could sit down. She turned and sat beside him and he smiled at her. “What’s your name?”
“Natasha.”
“Well Natasha, I’m Cody.” Cody extended his hand and she shook it.
“What happened?” She asked as she seen his ribs.
“Oh, I‘m a wrestler.” Cody smiled. “Perks of the job.”
“Does it hurt?”
“Sometimes.” Cody replied and then he spit onto the grass. “So what does your mommy look like?”
“She is purty.” She replied.
Cody shook his head and smiled. “Well, she can’t be as pretty as you.” Natasha blushed.
“So, can you help me?”
“Yeah, just let me run inside and get a shirt on.” Cody stood up and walked inside. Natasha followed him. Cody walked up the stairs and Carmen gave him a strange look.
“You got a shadow.”
Cody turned and smiled at Natasha. “Natasha, this is Carmen, she is my…”
“Wife.” Natasha said and smiled. “I‘m Natasha.” She said extending her hand. Carmen took it and smiled.
“Well aren‘t you just a cutie. You want some cookies.”
“Yes please.” Natasha said as her eyes brightened.
“Come with me.” Carmen took her hand and the two went down the stairs. Cody continued into his and Carmen’s room. He pulled out an old Harley Davidson t-shirt and pulled it on. He looked down into the crib at his baby girl and smiled. HE leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek. He then headed down the stairs Carmen was talking to a woman at the front door who was holding Natasha. Cody smiled widely and walked up to the door.
“Hello, you must me Natasha mom.” Cody said extending his hand to the woman. She looked very rich and looked to have more plastic in her then a coke bottle.
“I‘m sorry for the inconvenience.” The woman replied, “this one was adopted.” She glared down at Natasha who looked like she was about to cry.
Cody rested his hand on Carmen’s shoulder and it calmed her. “no inconvenience, she was just a little scared.” He said to her mother. “She‘s okay.”
“For now.” he mother said as she looked up at Cody who returned her stare. “Now, I think its about time we get going.” She jerked Natasha’s arm hard and Cody could feel the pain that the little girl must have felt.
“Maybe you should , you know comfort her, she was really scared.”
“Oh, don‘t you worry she will get something.”
“Bye Cody, bye Carmen. ”Natasha waved back at then with pale eyes. Cody’s heart sank as a solid smack caught her in the back of the head.
“I told you not to talk to strangers.” The woman said and she pushed Natasha into the back seat of the car she smacked her again and it was all Cody could do not to say something. Natasha looked at him through the window of the car and smiled. She waved at him again and he waved back. The car sped away.
“Fuckin bitch.” Carmen said as she walked out to cody and kissed his shoulder.
“I‘m scared for that little girl.”
“She was so sweet.”
Cody stared at the setting sun. ‘God, I know I just talked to you but please look after Natasha, she needs you more then we do.’ He smiled and turned to Carmen. He kissed her on the lips and then hugged her tight.
Well, well, well, boys and girls, looks like I will become a five time RWA TV champion. I mean all I got to do is beat some little bitches and I get handed the title. Piece of cake. Who the hell are these guys anyway? The only one that rings a bell is Eric Badger and he’s nothing but a washed up disgrace to Canada.

This guy makes me smile because he thinks his little win at the Pay per view meant something. It meant nothing you imbecile. Me, I may not have walked out with the universal title but you know that match was rigged against me anyway. First I had to fight Nathan Gust and Nirvana, two main eveners. While Seth and Seth had “walk in the park” matches. Thomas didn’t even break a sweet and Dryden only broke a sweet because he felt like it. Well then again Gust is just the RWA bitch and Nirvana is…Well Nirvana so really, My match was kinda easy. I would have finished it quick too if it wasn’t for a seven foot monster coming down and busting me up. Hell, I shaved a couple years on his career later on, but hey what do you care right? You got your win at the Pay Per view and you’re gonna say something about me choking right? Classic rookie, see I didn’t choke, I was beaten a battered before I got into the ring, Dryden and Thomas where still fresh where I was stitched and broken up. Who the hell are you, and more importantly why the hell are you in my TV title match. You haven’t even had a match yet and you get tossed into the shark pit, boy you must have done something to Shawn Walsh in a previous life because boy, what an initiation. Think about this kid, I have held the TV title four times, and had more other chances at it when I was inexperienced, but now I am the best. I am the only one in this fucking world that matters, I am Cody Carson, my name strikes fear into people. They see me coming and they move aside. You know why? Because I don’t care who you are, how big your are or what the fuck your problem is, if you’re in my way, your going down. Just take a look at Manifest Destiny if you want some reinsurance on that. You and I go way back eh bro. I mean back to the original RWA when it first opened. You have stopped me twice from winning what was mine. You crushed my dreams when I was just cutting my teeth into the business and then you destroyed everything I had build when I was in the gauntlet match with you. I eliminated five guys and then you get a lucky shot in and pin me. I was so close to the end that you only had one more person to fight. My tag partner TYO. You ruined my RWA career Badger and now Its my turn. I am better then you and I will always be better then you. There is nothing you can do to stop me now. It is my destiny to become the five time TV champion. Maybe that’s why I lost the Universal title, to make sure that I had the TV title in my grasps so that some punk ass bitch like you wouldn’t get the chance to hold it ever again. Badger when you and I get to face each other again, you will get hurt and I will make you bleed. If it’s the last thing I do I will make sure you do not win this match.
