::Forward::

So once again I fall to the mat and once again I lose, really it doesn’t matter, living the life of luxury doesn’t mean shit to me. I don’t care about the titles in the RWA I care about the respect and the pay check. Every time I step into that ring I know that win or lose I will have the money to feed my family. Isn’t that all a man needs? Many people think that you need all this money to be happy, and that if you don’t have money then you will never be happy? Those people are fucked. Money does help me put food onto the table for my child and my wife, but I don’t need it. I like having it and being able to give my family a good life, they deserve it but many people don’t even have enough money to live. So why do I get to have the lap of luxury and so many others get to die of starvation? All I need is my family. Pain hurts, glory fades, and all we’re left with is the memories made. Its the truth. So those men out there trying for glory and fame, I ask you at what cost is it to you? Is it worth losing your family over it?

::Chapter 8::

Sweet Cherry Pie

Tuesday.February.20.2007
2:49 pm
Carson Residents

The sweet smell of cherry pie flooded the Carson home and tortured his senesces. How long had he been sleeping. He sat up and the room spun. He fell back down onto the couch and grabbed his head. ‘fuck that hurt.’ He had been getting flash back from when he broke his neck. Badger must have fucked something up in his brain. “Honey pie…”

“Its Cherry.” Carmen yelled back with a chuckle in her voice.

“Can you get me another ice pack?”

“Yeah, one second.” A few seconds passed and Carmen came in with an ice pack in hand. “How’s your neck?”

“Tender.”

“Awww.” Carmen sympathized, she sat down on the couch and set the ice pack on his head. “I told you not to do that match.”

“I know.” Cody sighed. “But look at the pay check I got.”

“You, but you mean more to us them money.”

“I know.” He kissed her on the lips and sat up.

“The pie is almost ready.”

Cody smiled. “Where’s my baby?”

“She was watching her mother cook.”

Cody stood up and a loud crack his heard from his knee. “Oh, damn that stung.” He staggers and few steps and then started to walk fine. He moves out to the kitchen and picks Ally up out of her chair seat. “Grrr.” He growled at her and she started to giggle. “Oh boy, you‘re getting big.” He bounces her in his arms. “Yes you do.” Cody smells. “Wow… Someone needs to be changed.” He stares at his daughter and she smiles.

“I‘m cooking can you do it?” Carmen asked with a smile on her face that Cody could not see.

“Sure, how hard could it be?” He walks her up stairs at an arms length away and takes her into the bedroom. He lays her down on the change table and smirks down at her. “Woman make a big fuse about this. It‘s nothing.” He undoes the tabs and opens it. His lunch came up on him and he rushed to the bathroom across the hall. “Jesus Christ.” A few minutes pass and Alexandria starts to fuss. Then Cody Coems walking in with a gas mask, rubber gloves, a apron, and tongs. “Damn girl, you do stink.” Cody chuckled under the mask. Alexandria starts to giggle and Cody grabs her legs lifting her up onto her shoulder and wiping her bottom with a baby wipe. He grabs a diaper and puts it on her, buckling it up and smiling under the mask. He fold up the old diaper gingerly with the tongs and picks it up with them. He picked up Alex and propped he up on his shoulders, Holding her with one hand and carrying the diaper in the tongs with the other he headed down stairs and quickly outside. He dropped the diaper in the garbage and took off the gas mask. He walked back it and glared at Carmen who was giggling. “Ha Ha.”

“What?”

“I am never doing that again.” He said with a glare. He pulled Alexandria off his shoulder and into his arms. “And you, you never poop that much again.” He started to tickle her belly with his finger.

“Oh god, it couldn‘t have been that bad.”

“Oh, you do it next time then.”

“Cody, I have been doing it all the time. That was the first time you ever did it.”

“And the last.”

“Why?”

“Have you seen what comes out of her?” Cody asked as he put Alex into the car seat again.

“Yeah.”

“We gotta potty train her.”

“Cody, she 22 days old.”

“How the hell do you remember that?”

Carmen again him a look of death. “I delivered her.”

“Well technically.” She glared at him again. “Technically I think I’m gonna go work out a little.”

“Yeah you do that.”

Cody leans over and kisses her on the cheek. He then walks down the stairs into their basement. Its colder down here and there is very little light. In the far off corner there is a second hand bench press with band new weights, next to that there are dumbbells and skipping ropes. There is a mirror to the left of that a swinging from a floor joist is a 48” black punching bag with the words Gold Gym written on it. They have been worn hard but are still visible. He sighed and looked around the room. ‘What is all this for?’ he questioned himself. He moved to the bench press and sat on the bench. He stared at the floor and sighed.

“Honey.” Carmen yelled.

“Yo.”

“Pies ready.”

“Sweet Cherry pie.” Cody whispered to himself. He walked back toward the stairs and looked back at the room. “Huh, I might need this shit still.”

::Conclusion::

Screwed job, cheated out of it, everything you can think of happened in that match. I have the footage and you can clearly see Eric badgers feet hitting the ground first. He was underneath me, he had to hit first. My shoulder hit before his feet but the rule was that both FEET must hit. His did and on shockwave I will show you all what I mean. Eric Badger got lucky in that match. Luckiness can only get you so far and in this match on Sunday, you can’t get lucky. Why? Because you have to pin me. One, two, three and that’s never gonna happen. Why you ask, because the ref is gonna be looking at us not down at us. What the hell was with that ref anyway, It was obvious that badger had to hit first if he was under me. Jesus, Shawn Walsh wants the RWA to be better, hire new staff.

Go ahead badger, say I’m bitching and moaning because I lost to you, the truth of the matter is I didn’t lose to you, I got screwed and you know it. You know that your feet hit first and you know that that TV title should be mine. But know you just sat there and let it happen with a smile on your face, then you had the nerve to reach over and show me respect you low down cheat. Go fuck yourself you stupid prick and take your respect with you.

That’s match was brutal I will admit, but its in the past and now Badgers title is my future. But what the hell, I’m going for the Universal title as well. I plan on holding every fucking title in the RWA this year. No one can stop me from doing that. Not Seth Dryden, Seth Thomas, Johnny and Brett Fagus, and definitely not Eric Badger.

The only saying is pay backs a bitch badger, and trust me you will feel my wrath. I will not rest until you are under my foot and begging for mercy. I think your should live for the moment, but after that I doubt I’ll think that, you know why, because this is the only moment in your life that you will hold the tv title. Once again you and Foley couldn’t pull out the Tag team title win, god man are you that bad. You talk so much about becoming the RWA double champion but in reality, you couldn’t get it done in the main event.

See, at least I had a shot at the Universal title, you, you haven’t even had a chance to get it. The closest thing you ever came to it was the Tv title and that’s as far as you are going. Because after I win the title off of Dryden, I will make sure that you ever even come close to winning it. I will still make your life a living hell, just because you are Eric badger.

This is my RWA, I boast about being the best around here because I can. I’m the best in this fucking business and there is nothing anyone can do about it. People seem to think that by beating me everything will come true for them, their hopes and dreams are fulfilled. It just makes you look like a fluke artist. Seth Dryden beat me after I had one of the Hardest matches in my career, understandable. I got screwed over when I faced badger so he never really beat me. Don’t you see that its all be controversial when I lose?

Not this week, this week nothing is gonna stop me from taking Eric Badger to the woodshed, because Eric Badger is a loser. He Has to win his matches by paying off the ref. He knows that he lost that match to me and he knows that in a singles match he has no chance against the pure talent of Mr. RWA himself. Badger had the fear placed inside him when his feet hit the mat, I could see it in his face when we were sitting on the stretchers. He knew he had lost to the best thing in wrestling history and he looked so shocked when he won the title. Why do you think he hit my chest? It wasn’t a sign of respect it was a sign of, ha, I got a lucky call and I know you won.

Badger you know that this week will be different and you know that this week will end your winning streak. You are afraid of it, and you fear me. But then again, who doesn’t fear greatness.
