*************

What was done, was done. Although I grabbed a win, thanks to the wonderful planned setup between Cherry and Damian Angel, they managed to kick the shit out of me. Right, two jealous kids, kicking my ass. Shows you the cowardness they possess. Close call, Greg ... next time homie, your ass is grass, ya heard'?

Right now, here I was, after a night full of coughing up blood, I managed to re-straighten myself back to standards. Thankfully, Desiree' was right there to keep a brotha' in check, from making him lose his goddamn mind. Thanks Greg and Damian, you two managed to push the buttons, and now you two are literally FUCKED!

You had a plan, Juan Ramirez has a plan too ...

Desiree' had begun to massage my shoulder muscles slightly, before a knock was heard on the door. I wasn't in the mood for personal interviews or any kind of shit like that. I needed rest, a short week and I needed all the help I could get. She got up as she walked to the door.

"Who is it?"she asked looking through the small peep-hole.

"It's me, Robert Langley, Juan's agent ... I need to talk to him ..." he replied.

She opened the door slowly, letting him in as he greeted her before coming in my direction, slightly shaking his head.

"Juan ... Juan ... look, what happened tonight. That bastard got away with a cheap shot. I got a plan ..." he said, holding some papers in hand, as he spoke.

"Fuck a plan, Rob ... I got fucking robbed out there, man. I had that shit ..." I said in angry tone of manner.

"I'm getting revenge on that bitch ... he's not getting away with that!" I said, following up.

Desiree' was doing her best to try and calm me down. Muscles bulging out of the skin. Robert continued to try and get the plan through me.

"Look Juan ... Greg Cherry is just pushing himself further in the hole, okay. All you need to do is keep putting it on him, non-stop ... you will take that gold from him in due time ... just listen to me." He said.

"I'm here to talk to you about your upcoming match against, .... Shorty Jr." he said before taking a brief cough.

"What about the prick ...?" I said in quick response to the name.

"If you beat him, you'll be right back on top, getting that shot at gold sometime soon ..." He said.

"Soon? I don't have soon, Robert ... one more show after this until Christmas. I'm coming home with a present, like it or not ..." I responded, slamming my fist down into the plush matress.

Getting up afterwards, I passed by Robert, giving him somewhat of glaring look, heading to the front of the room, looking outside of the hotel window. Robert took a quick peak at his watch to catch time, as he went to clear his throat.

"Yo ... Hey Juan ... it's 11 am, bro. We got exactly 2 hours before we head to the airport. You got the autograph signing in an hour .... we gotta' roll ..." He said in a rushing tone, before patting me lightly on the shoulder.

Nodding my head, time was getting shorter and short-er. Two hours left. Hour for autograph signings, and then last hour, heading to the airport for San Antonio. If I kept thinking about revenge all day, I knew my head would surely explode all over god green's earth, then everybody would be up shit's creek.

Rubbing my hands together, I looked at Desiree' and Robert, before looking at the clock.

"Aight ... I'm on ... I'm set .... Let's go!" I said with as much enthusiasm as I could push out of this body.

Saying so, I grabbed my jacket and bags, which were already packed, opening the door, and departing the room, first Robert, then Desiree', as I exited last, locking the door, before heading down the stairs, handing the key in.

"I'll find a way to get what I want ... even if I have to risk it all ... I'll do it ..."

I mumbled to myself, traveling down the steps that led to the main lobby. Heading to the desk quickly as there was no line. I handed my key in to the lady, as she greeted me.

"Did you enjoy your stay Mr, Ramirez?" She asked.

"Surely I did ... it was a good nights rest ... but for now, I must depart" I said in response.

"Okay Mr. Ramirez ... Thanks for enjoying the Hilton ... We look forward to you rejoining us soon ..." The lady said.

"Thanks!" I said, heading out the door with the two bags. As it was surely a bright, sunny day, I jogged to the limo, before throwing my bags in the trunk. Getting inside the car, in which Desiree' and Robert were already in ... I got in, closing the door, before looking at the two.

"Let's roll ..."

The car pulled off as I gave the words to execute. The limo pulled off, now on it's way to the local convention center, where the fans were surely anticipating the autograph signing period. The scene faded into black momentarily.

"Armed and Dangerous ... such a fitting name to what is going to surely happen when I step through the corridors. Complete fucking mayhem. That's okay, like I previously stated, something is going to happen tommorow night, and when it does .... it'll be something no one ... NO ONE ...expected."

"I will win this match, theres no doubt about it. We may be friends, and we may be enemies. Shorty, I'm sure you laughed your ass off on the entrance ramp. Watching your former partner get his ass beat, and you did nothing, very much hoping that they would fuck me up good so that you could get an easy victory over me. That's what was on your mind ... and pretty much still is."

I may be bruised ... but I'm never beaten.

"You want to face me? You want to talk shit about me, homie? They always said, keep your friends close and your enemies closer, homie. Well you'll be up close and personal with the Dirty Rican, in that ring tommorow night. Don't dare cry or shed a tear when your ass is in the back with a pound of steak on your eye, trying to ease the pain. Don't go like Cherry and become a cheap son of a bitch, a coward, a damn coño ...

Did I hit a spot, Shorty?

If not, I'm sure I will soon enough ... soon enough. I'm kind of sad that, Carrington and Shyne couldn't join in, but it's not easy anymore ... it's a cake-walk. Since you feel like working that mouth of yours, lets see if the "Baby-faced Orange Assassin will be able to put up what he previously said. If you're not fully aware of what I'm talking about, let me blow ... your ... mind."

"didn’t need someone else to carry me"

"The thing is, Shorty ... you will need someone to carry you ... out of the fucking ring. You want to talk about family. You have no damn clue about family. As much as I kept ringing you to see whats up and how you were doing, and this is what happens. You choose to see me get decimated? Wrong move, Shorty ... wrong, wrong, wrong move. I did have respect for you, but if I'm correct, I believe it's all gone to fucking hell now, homeslice. Tommorow night, you're going to need more than the EMT's to carry you. First you'll need to construction team to scrape you off the mat, then the EMT's to try and repair you ..."

"Simply .... Enough is .... Enough!"

To be honest, fuck the autographs and these people right now. I wasn't one to be concentrating on signing autographs for the people. The only thing I felt like signing was my signature tread of my boots into the skull of my opponent. I couldn't sleep, barely eat, fuck, it was even hard to take a shit or piss without wanting to knock a hole through the door or wall. Somehow though, I kept my composure down, thanks mostly to Desiree'.

As the limo had pulled up close range into it's spot, you could hear the crowd chanting loudly, seemingly getting louder by each damn second. A smirk crossed my face, as I looked at Desiree' and Rob.

"Damn, look at all of these people! I'm not doing all of them … hell naw!"  I said, looking at the massive crowd in attendance, waiting for their chance to get their autographs signed.

As the limo had halted, the door opened via the speedy limo driver. Stepping out, followed by Desiree' and my agent Robert Langley, the fans cheered like crazy as if I was their black super hero or something.

"Remember, you only have an hour …"  Robert said, reminding me on the time.

"Yeah, I know … I'll do as many as I can …"  I said. Holding a smile while talking to Robert.

Stepping up onto the small walk-on stage, taking my seat. I welcomed up the first person, as the line moved in closer. A young boy, who was sporting one of my classic jerseys I used to wear in my old company.

"Wassup' lil' fella … Whatcha' got for me to sign …?"  I asked.

"Could you sign my jersey I have on of yours …Please?"  He said in response, asking as he handed me his marker. He signaled to his mother to take the picture. I motioned over in front of the table, kneeling down, as his mother snapped the picture of him and I. I tapped him on the shoulders before giving him an ol'fashioned handshake, before he went back down the ramp on the other side while the next person came up.

The next one came up, who was a surprisingly a grown female, seemingly in her mid 20's .. as she sported a baby-tee with a pair of blue jeans. She handed me a picture, that showed her hugging me at some other event. I looked at her and back at the picture, as I looked up at her again.

"In case you're wondering, I met you in Wisconsin … I was the last one of yours …"  The lady said.

"Oh damn, that's right …. It's been a little while. So what you need this time, dear?"  I asked her.

"Well my baby brother's son is a huge fan of yours and my brother asked me if I could be able to get his son an autograph for Christmas … It was a sweet idea, so I couldn't let him down, you know?"

"I feel ya … well I can do that! "  I said, before smiling.

She handed me a football jersey, seemingly pee-wee football or so. I grabbed it, pulling the cap off my signature marker that used gold ink. Made especially for me. Taking the shirt, I signed it, scribbling my name on his jersey as she smiled bright like a lamp. Finished, I gave it back to her, smiling like crazy.

"Good luck on your match tommorow night!"  She said, continually blushing while exiting off stage.

Grabbing a bottle of water from the mini-cooler that was already set by the side of me, I awaited the next signee. Taking a long swallow, quenching  my thirst, the next person was already up waiiting to get signed. I sat what I had left on the side of me before taking the next one.

"What's up bro … what can I do for ya ..?"  I said asking the guy.

"Hey man, I'm a big big fan of yours … I have one of your caps with me for you to sign …"

Pulling from out of his bag, was a cap with JR in the lettering of the New York Yankees. Black and gold trim. I smiled from seeing that, as I grabbed it, happily to sign it before handing it back to him.

"One day it'll be worth millions, homie. Take Care and Thank You!"  I said, before taking another swig' from out the bottle of water.

Robert had tapped me lightly on the shoulder while the guy went down the other side of the ramp. Robert whispered into my ear.

"We gotta' wrap this up early, Juan ... change of plans ..." he whispered.

"Aight ... will do!" I said, as he headed back behind and off the stage area.

I stood up, amongst the hundreds or so that were here.. I felt bad not signing many, but then again, sudden change of plans.

"Aight folks, unfortunately, the signing period was supposed to last an hour. However change of plans suddenly happened and I must depart, ... earlier than expected. To all who I haven't gotten to ... I've decided to treat you all with tickets to the pay per view. The security guy will hand them out. Be easy ... Peace!"

Saying that, I handed the bunch of tickets to the security guard, as I followed Robert off stage and back towards the limo. A rise of cheers and claps were heard loudly. Waving back and forth, while heading to the limo ... I put my shades on before entering the limo, as the scene went to fade momentarily.

SCW already has it's savior ...

No, I'm not talking about, Cherry, Speed or Gold. It's me, Michael ... I am SCW's savior. Always have been since I came into this damn company. I just never chose to wear the wedgie-tights and the red cape. I didn't need it, unoriginal. I was like Forest Whitaker in Ghost Dog ... kicking ass and taking names, while at the same time, being the name everyone called on when they needed help.

You need help, Michael ...

With your time of seein me do my thing, you should know better that I never had to ride someone elses fucking coat-tail in order to get where I'm currently at. I've been golden before Syndicate, ... hell before you were even allowed to curse in public. I've done everything on my own, and rose to the top like a float. Always on my grind, day in and day out. I didn't need a Shyne, ... I didn't need a Silkk ... I joined for one reason. That reason was to help kick in a boost to the team.

You must do your homework, Michael ...

While you tend to play your XBOX 360 and act like I'm nothing but a senseless dumb blonde, then you have alot to learn. College can't teach you how to protect your ass from getting whipped. I had respect for you. I was glad to see someone like you achieve stardom. However, you are acting like a "kid" again.

I truly wish you the best of luck with the over-whelming confidence that surely came overnight. The whole situation of you hitting me with your All-Star Slam thingy ... I think you better just chill back and go back to your little company across the way and bully the kids there. I'm not one to be bullied. So the little trash you talking, you can trash that to the side for someone else. Now don't take me wrong, you've done alot. You've earned your way to a title shot. Right now, Cherry is locked on sight. You and Damian are just shoe-flies waiting to get your asses smacked down.

Saying you're better than the 'Dirty Rican' is surely a mistake.

I've seen your work before, as we were stable-mates you know ... but like I said, don't press your luck. You may not be Cherry, but I'm going to treat you as if you were that dorky bastard. Simply to say, I'm going to do my best to make your neat comeback, one hell of a mess. Breaking the puzzle into pieces, leaving it to you to put back together.

Good Luck, Junior ...

"Man, I'm glad they shortened it … too much … too much …" I said, shaking my head slightly.

Sitting inside the limo as it began to roll it's way to the airport, I sighed deeply, before stretching a little.

"Yeah, now all you do is just rest it out, man … you got to beat your opponent tomorrow night. I heard he's wanting to beat you down and proving himself to the current owner of the company."

"Man, shit on that … month of chasing that Urkel-looking bitch … I'm not going to let someone else take it, especially not my former stable mate … fuck that!"  I said, in outraging fashion.

"Calm down baby … save the energy for tomorrow night …" Desiree' had said as she patted me on the leg, sitting beside me on the ride to the airport.

“Hey Juan … you know Nike is trying to get with you for a future contract and maybe a commercial in the coming. I talked to the owner the other day and he’s hyped about having you sponsoring them.”

“Oh yea? … Damn … that’s tight!” I said, slightly shrugging my shoulders.

“Tight? Tight? … That’s all you can say? It opens so many doors … signature footwear, clothesline, money in the bank, Juan. You should be happy …” Robert had said.

“Yeah I’m psyched about it, but you should know how I am. I’m not in it for the money, as long as I can influence people and make the world a slightly better place, then I’m good …” I said, as Desiree’ had laid my head onto her shoulder.

“So when you want to try and meet up with them?”  he asked.

“Whenever … soon as next week is over, we can do it …” I said in response with a smile.

As the limo drove slowly but surely on its way closer and closer to the airport … even though responding to the questions from Robert, my mind and mentality was on the upcoming match. I need to win. I needed to not only prove myself again to the doubters who continue to doubt, but to those who feel the need to diss my name and rub it in the dirt.

“Baby, you sure you’re okay …?” Desiree’ had asked me, feeling a bit concerned.

“Yeah, I’m okay, just thinking, strategizing … getting myself prepared. A match where your opponent somewhat knows your moves, you gotta strategize it …” I said.

“Don’t worry, next week, after that, hopefully we can go back to New York to rest up entirely …”  Desiree’ said, rubbing her hands, massaging my neck.

“Yeah, hopefully … but I’m coming home with a title … that’s what’s up!” I quickly said.

“Juan … do not hurt yourself … I know how possessed you are when you want something badly.”

“Oh, don’t worry … If I have to, I’ll kill a bitch to get what I want. It’s how I was raised. When you want something … you get it, however you can. That’s what I’m going to do. If I get fired for it, well I just get fired.” With a serious-tone, I spoke my peace.

As the limo seemingly was at the airport, due to it stopping. You could tell by easily hearing the planes take off into the air. Getting out of the limo after Desiree’, I brushed myself off as all of a sudden my cell phone had chose to ring.

“Ah shit … not now …” I said, looking at the display. It was Chase calling.

“I’ll be there in a minute …” I said.

“Hurry up, man … it’ll be taking off in a bit …” Robert had said as I gave him the “O-K” signal.

Flipping the phone up, I held it to my ear, as the chorus to Jay-Z’s “And The Winner Is” kept going off. I spoke.

“Yo …” I said.

“Yo Juan … man, I need your help man …” He said, seemingly broken down in tears.

“What the hell is going on … I gotta board the flight in a minute. What’s up?”  I spoke, in rushing fashion.

“I’m in trouble man … I need your help. See, I was betting last night in a game of poker, and as usual I ran my mouth. Now I gotta owe up ten grand. Come to find out, the guy I gotta owe to is a loan shark and is part in some mafia shit. I need your help, man …”

Scratching my head, pacing back and forth … I looked up into the sky …
“Shit man … I told you about running your damn mouth off. Now your ass is in deep shit. Fuck, I’ll see what I can do. I gotta roll … I got a flight to catch and I got a lot of shit to do. Just hang on …”

“Aight man, hurry man …” he said.

I hung up the cell, hooking it back to my side as I shook my head down. Already late, I ran inside to catch up with Rob and Desiree’. Doing so as they were waiting, We finally headed onto our destination. Desiree’ looked at me as she saw the grim-looking expression on my face.

“What’s wrong,, baby?” She asked.

“Trouble. I gotta fly back to New York to bail out Chase before he gets his ass eaten alive.”

“WHAT? Not right now, Juan … not right now. You have a match to worry about.” Robert said, interfering in on the convo.

“Yeah, I know. I told him to hang on. I’ll head over there after the show. Him and his mouth equals trouble.” I said as I lead the way, boarding the flight to San Antonio, Texas.

Desiree’ came through after me, followed by Robert. Standing in line, passing the check-zone. We were now soon to aboard the plane, and being that closer to the wonderful invention of ‘Fried Ice Cream’ … yeah, I’ll say it again … Fried ‘fucking’ Ice Cream. I’m not even trying to figure that one out.

“One step closer to the edge …”

Saying that, we walked boarding the plane, “First Class”, as they greeted us on. Finding our way for a good sitting area, the scene began to slowly fade out.

_______________

Michael, Mikell, Michelle … whatever.

You think making fun of my name is going to surpass you through this battle, then you better go now and do yourself the favor of putting the revolver to your head and pulling the trigger. Choosing to take cheap shots will get you nowhere except an easy path six feet below. Now I understand you feel the need to prove yourself to the so-called “owner” but you think he’ll give a damn? Do you? Shit, I’ve been here in this company twice. Came, left, and chose to come back. By far, knowing Cherry … He’s a tricky bastard. Although looking like a chipmunk, he actually slithers his way out of situations. If you do beat me, it’ll do you no good. I’ve taken down his whole crew, and it still took four five months before I finally got that chance last week, only to get screwed.

You’re lucky to be where you at now …

So what if you were some former champ in a lower-cycle. Point is, what you say doesn’t always happen. You’re going to take me to the “extreme”, Michael? Come on man, be serious with yourself here. You should be lucky to face me. If it wasn’t for Cherry, you’d be down back in the lower ranks fighting Grenier and those other fuckers. You said if Cherry ever decides to screw you out of something, you’d stick your foot up his ass. Now as much as I’d like to believe you there, I don’t think you could do that. For me, he’s pissed me off more than a few times. As I said earlier, him and Damian are fucked. That means everywhere they choose to roam, they better watch their back. Every step they make, could be their last. Armed and Dangerous has it’s meaning, and I’m going to live up to it.

You’re not ready for this …

You’re worried more about not losing your shitty rank on XBOX Live.

You’re just not ready …

It’s a shame to see someone like you waste their time playing simple little games instead of putting more time into doing constructive things …

Good Luck, Michael.

NEWSFLASH: Don’t go back home, crying to your mommy because your ass got kicked and received a fat lip. Just warning you.
