Everyone had thought on Fusion Sara Calaway and Lana Starr Mcmahon would be stepping into the ring for the first time, and quite possibly the last time. Everyone was eagerly awaiting one of the two biggest names on the WiW roster to square off in the ring with their companions Ariel and Jazz. Everyone in the arena waited the time to come and when it had come disappointment echoed through the arena at Lana’s words before the matchup that she couldn’t possibly get into the ring with Sara that evening, due to the fact that Sara Calaway herself was unstable, and it would have been a death sentence to do so.
But such facts didn’t stop Lana from coming in after the matchup to try and gain the advantage, without hesitation of Sara’s mental stability Lana had come into the ring and tried to beat down Sara. But ultimately it came down to a chokeslam delivered to Lana from Sara herself. But it hadn’t been enough, the thirst for redemption and pay back was far too great and Sara wanted more. She had grabbed a chair, and just before she had the ability to strike down on Lana’s skull a referee from behind took it away from her. Lana took such an opportunity to run out of the ring and out of the path of Sara, who if she really wanted to could have come after her for more. But Lana recently set her fate in stone, when she asked her husband Shane Mcmahon for the opportunity to face Sara Calaway at Heatwave…one on one…with no help on either side. It was exactly what Sara wanted…but all there was now was to wait.
The scene slowly opens to the backstage setting of Fusion. The area is relatively quiet at that point and it remains so as none other than Sara Calaway appears from around the corner. She holds a water bottle in her hand and her face is bright with pride, as she strolls through the hall. A few people wave slightly to her, seeing what she did to Lana Starr Mcmahona good twenty minutes ago. They were proud of her for doing so, even if they were risking possibly their job for siding with Sara over Lana. Sara walked with a little kick to her step and she took a swig of water only to stop to see a few referees in a corner talking with one another.
Referee\\Chad Patton//: You did good out there Jeff, you did what was right…hell you saved Lana from a possible concussion.
The referee who was getting the attention from the others was obviously the ref who had taken the chair from Sara when she had the opportunity to finally knock the holy hell out of Lana. Sara stopped for a moment, not wanting to bother but listened to the conversation as she tried to make herself invisible.
Referee\\Charles Robinson//: Really man, it was one of your first big moves, out there you’re the referee and the one who matters. You’re the one that keeps thing in line and moving smoothly, don’t let any blonde bimbo push you around.
The younger referee, obviously new to the trade sighed and shrugged his shoulders.
Referee Jeff\\New To The Game//: I just don’t know guys…
Sara cleared her throat and all three referees turned to face her, Robinson being particularly embarrassed over calling her a blonde bimbo. Sara eyed him with an evil look before stepping up to Jeff.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//:It was a good match out there, you did your job…handicap matches are difficult to keep in control…
He nodded and was silent but spoke up.
Referee Jeff\\New To The Game//: Thank you I appreciate it… Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Even if you did take that chair from me at the end of the match…and allowed Lana to get away…you did your job which is important. You made the right decision, because now, I just want to knock her lights out even more.
He didn’t know what to say to that and Sara put her hand out and they shook hands briefly. She took a swig of her drink and turned away from them, giving another look to Robinson in the process before continuing on down the hallway. The group of referees disappear behind her as she finds herself at Shane McMahon’s office moments afterward. His name is written in bold as day hung from the door and Sara drummed on it a few times before hearing his voice beckoning her to come in. Sara opened the door and pushed it open to see Shane typing on his computer after looking down on a piece of paper. He looks up to see Sara and straightens his tie before standing up.
Shane Mcmahon\\The Boss of The World//: Sara Calaway… Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Mr. Mcmahon…how are you?
Sara closes the door behind her and smirks. Shane bit his lip slightly and leaned his head to the left and then the right causing his neck to crack from standing so still for so long.
Shane Mcmahon\\The Boss of The World//: I’m okay…lots of business going on however. Things I need to get back to and I don’t have much time …how can I help you Sara? Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Well honestly I just came to thank you for giving me the match against Lana at Heatwave, I’m going to enjoy it, you have no idea.
Shane looks at Sara in a suspicious manner, not sure if he really was happy about the decision he had made about the woman before him going into a match with his wife.
Shane Mcmahon\\The Boss of The World//: Well it was something that she wanted, plus with the history you two have, it should be a good match. Both of you are great competitors, two of the best on the roster. Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Yea our history…of Lana… ‘creating’ me right?
Shane didn’t respond and cocked his head slightly.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: I mean she did make Sara Calaway. I mean…without Lana there would be no Sara Calaway, right? Shane Mcmahon\\The Boss of The World//: I wouldn’t say that…
Sara smirked slightly and nodded.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Well at least she hasn’t poisoned your mind about me. Soon she’ll be saying that she created Shane Mcmahon. But I know you’re busy Shane so I’m just going to head out of here… Shane Mcmahon\\The Boss of The World//: Okay Sara…pleasure talking to you.
Sara turns to leave only to look back and puts her hand on the knob before sighing. It appeared to her that Shane was a good guy, what could be so pleasing about Lana?
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: I don’t get what you see in her Shane…she’s a horrible woman.
Shane gently hits a few bottoms of papers to align them together on the desk, looking up at Sara with a stern face as he lays them back down.
Shane Mcmahon\\The Boss of The World//: It was nice talking to you Sara.
He said this with a more stern tone in his voice and she nodded, exiting the office and shutting the door behind her.

The scene slowly opens to the view of Tracy Heck, evidently waiting impatiently in the lobby of the nearby hotel close to the arena. She rubs her hands together and licks her lips as she looks out the lobby doors that soon slide open to reveal Sara Calaway, pulling her luggage bags towards the front lobby, still smiling from ear to ear from the announcement that she was going to be facing Lana at Heatwave. Slowly she walked into the lobby and Tracy came bounding toward Sara, bringing her into a hug and screaming in a girly way. Taker walked behind them and stopped abruptly as he didn’t see Sara greeting Tracy. He ran into her slightly and she turned around to give him an aggressive look and he gave the same back. Tracy and Taker had had a few of their own small feuding but they were friends nonetheless. Tracy and Taker met eyes and Taker picked up Sara’s bags.
The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: I’ll go up to the room, meet you up there.
He kissed her lightly on her head and moved to the front desk, only to head to the elevators and disappear out of sight. Tracy gave a loud scream and hugged Sara again.
Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: OH MY GOD SARA! I SAW EVERYTHING!
Tracy squealed again smiling brightly and clapped a few times, Sara showing her enthusiasm with a bright smile.
Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: You finally got her hands on her…and MAN to think that she got out of that matchup…what were you thinking? Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: I was so pissed when she came out there to say she wasn’t going to be in the match! But I knew she’d try to do something afterward, I was ready…and DAMN it felt good to get my hands on her FINALLY you know? Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: I can so imagine, OH MY GOD, I was screaming so loud watching, you should have heard me…
Sara smirked and settled on the main lobby couch next to Tracy, a few superstars from the show coming in from the night of work.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: It felt so good to finally knock the shit out of her, and I would have knocked her completely out of that ref hadn’t taken the chair from me… Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: The bastard….we’re gonna have to jump him….
They share a brief moment of laughter together before Sara speaks up.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Well he was doing his job, I talked to him about it actually…before I came back here… Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: Really? Did you like yell in his face? Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: No I actually told him how good of a job he did. Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: WHAT?
Sara smiled and crossed her legs.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Think Trace…I want to get my hands on Lana so much, destroy her, do all I can to break her apart right?
Tracy nodded, not sure Sara was going with this.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: That chair shot would have satisfied some of that want to get my revenge, when now, the little bit that I got wasn’t enough. I want more, want to be able to inflict more pain. To get a victory over her is something, but being able to make her scream out in pain is something else completely, that I want more than anything. Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: And she deserves it all for putting you through all she has!
Sara nodded and smiled.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: But Heatwave is coming soon enough. I’m going to be getting in the ring with Lana…one on one…no one else… Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: Are you nervous that she might throw out something? That she might get some help from someone?
Sara paused for a moment and then finally nodded in response.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Yea, I just want this to be one on one, I want it so bad. I want to be able to beat her so bad that she won’t even think twice about me being me, about me creating me, and I want her to think twice next time when she thinks about messing with me. Tracy Heck\\A Promising Future//: I don’t know if Lana will admit anything Sara…I mean really, she’s determined to the fact that she made you and no one else did. You think you can knock that into her? Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: I don’t think I can, I frickin’ know I can.
Tracy nodded in enthusiasm as the scene slowly fades to darkness, Sara obviously confident in her words and prepared for upcoming battle against Lana Starr.
The scene slowly opens to the sounds of an awake and alive beach. The calling of seagulls and the yells of hot dog, burger, and ice cream vendors call your name. Just the look of the sand and the people who were foolish enough not to wear sandals jumping along could make any foot sole burn. Most of the beach is full of regulars, people visiting nearly every day and knowing the other regulars. But two oddballs that stuck out on such a hot and clear day was none other than Sara Calaway and her extremely tall husband known as The Undertaker. He had an especially aggravated expression on his face.
The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: I don’t understand how you got me to come here…I’m Irish for gods sakes I burn…I don’t have your tanning skin.
Sunscreen is clearly dabbed on most portions of his face, awkwardly, he carries the chairs and the umbrella case slung over his arm while Sara walks easily on the sand with the cooler in hand.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: You need some relaxation before your big King of The Mountain match…and I need the time to not think of Lana. Plus I need to come back to the beach sometime, you like the beach right?
He opens his mouth to respond but she cuts him off.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Of course you do.
He rolls his eyes and proceeds in the sand, slipping and sliding as he walks, thankful that he was wearing shoes to prevent his feet from frying. Sara watches in amusement and stops at a good point to overlook the ocean.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Okay…you can set up the umbrella here… The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: Me?
Sara nods and grabs the two chairs from him, setting them down in the sand and sitting down on one, letting the cooler rest next to her seated position. He stares at her for a few moments aggressively before she shakes a hand at him and laughs.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Go ahead, I’m sure The Deadman can put up an umbrella.
He mocks her underneath his breath and picks up the umbrella case, sliding it off with difficulty and flicking it off the end when it got stuck. Sara crossed her legs in her interest of the situation as he stuck the umbrella in the sand, let it go and watched it fall over. Sara put a hand over her mouth to stop herself from laughing and he bent over to pick it up, only to have it fall a consecutive amount of times. Until finally when it got into place, he settled on the other chair, in result it sinking into the sand. The ocean breeze pushed against the umbrella and it pushed it right over, only to result in an angry growl from Sara’s husband. To spare him further humiliation from the people around watching him she got up out of her chair and rocked it into place before settling down and bringing out a beer in the cooler and settling it to her lips. After a short swig she looked over to him and then back to the ocean.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: We need to do this more often you know? The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: No, I don’t know.
She laughed at his expense before setting a rolling flier rolling in the wind at their direction, slapping her husband in the face as it came by. He grabbed it and looked down to it, smiling and then handing it to her. There it was, a flier for Heatwave staring back at her, Lana on one side and her on the other, one of the bigger matches of the evening or at least the most heated.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: I just can’t avoid the bitch… The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: Come on Sara, it’s just a coincidence…
Sara stared at it for a few more moments before tearing it right down the line of Lana’s face. Crumbling it into little pieces and looking out into the ocean, the waves bobbing up and down.
Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Yea, and come Heatwave…little Lana Starr Mcmahon won’t be giving me trouble at all…
She allows her beer to meet her lips again before letting it slide down her throat, smirking from ear to ear and only envisioning Lana Starr Mcmahon through the entire day.
