Our scene slowly brings us to an encounter of Sara Calaway. Our view of her first goes to her bare feet, toes perfectly manicured to travel up her legs to expose the fact that she’s in a perfectly fitting bikini…
SNAP
A snap and a flash of light follows and Sara looks enthused at the snap shot that is taking place. The photographer looks overly pleased with it too but shakes his head afterwards.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: I’m going to have to take a few more of these, I’m not sure what they’re going to want to use.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Sounds good, I don’t have to be anywhere…do you know what the pictures are for. A Pay Per View poster?
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: Nah, I’m not sure what they’re doing for World War, that’s in a few weeks, but this is for an interview for the magazine that’s going to be out a bit before then.
Sara nodded and shifted her arms just slightly.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: Okay now I’d like to get a few pictures with you and your belt, but we can take a few minute break.
Sara nodded and went over to where her belt was laying, a small table with two chairs situated next to it. Jim came over after a few moments after securing his camera equipment and took a seat with her. He was a professional without a doubt, a grayed layer of stubble on his face gave him the father look that Sara felt comfortable with along with brown eyes that seemed to have seen everything. His hands were worn and experienced in the terms of labor and hard work and he felt fortunate to be having a job that he could enjoy, especially days like these when he was in the presence of a beautiful young woman, Sara Calaway.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: I hear you’re going against the rookie, Trinity, on Fusion next week?
He said this by cleaning his hands off with a rag and then flinging it over his shoulder before crossing his arms that were abnormally large for a man of his occupation.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Yes sir, I haven’t even seen her before I don’t think. Looking forward to it actually, I’ve heard great things.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: I’ve been out by the ring on occasion for the dark matches to get pictures for the internet profiles. What you’ve heard is right, she’s developed and is something out of the training grounds like we haven’t seen in awhile.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Really now, I haven’t heard all that.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: Yes Ms. Calaway she’s going to be something big, and I assume one day she’s going to be going after that title of yours. Sooner than you expect too.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Well, we’ll see what happens in the ring, I have bigger fish at the moment to fry who’ve been taking an interest in this.
She slapped the gold once and felt her hand tingle for a few moments, as if the tingling meant something, as if it were part of her soul.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: Lana?
Sara nodded and pulled her hair back behind her right ear looking to the ceiling of the studio and shrugging slightly.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Beating Lana would mean a lot, but that’ll come down the road.
Jim\\WiW Photographer//: I think so too…get back to shooting?
Sara nodded in agreement and stood up, walking back to the backdrop in which had a summer setting full of ocean, sand, and beach. She raised her title above her head which Jim was pleased with. The snapping of the camera echoed throughout the studio which was very silent, more quiet than she was used to. But she did her best to look absolutely fabulous for the pictures in which she was posing for. She was posing for all of the fans to show her beauty, she was posing for the divas in the back and proving to them that with hard work there came rewards, and posing for her enemies to show her dominance and how she was worth something, how she was worth being in the pages of a WIW magazine and having an interview to herself. The scene slowly fades as Sara brings her title belt around her waist and takes a few more pictures before Jim claps and decides that is enough for the day.
S C E N E TWO- So Which One??-
The next scene opens to Sara Calaway sitting backstage at Fusion crossing her arms and sitting on an empty cargo piece backstage, appearing to be waiting for someone. Her hooded sweatshirt covers her figure as well as her head, the hood covering her treasured hair and her feet sway from left to right as they can’t reach the floor from her current position. Her belongings wait in her locker room and it appears that she too is awaiting an accomplice. Before long a familiar figure walked to her side and Sara hopped off the cardboard box.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: So what does she look like Tracy?
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: I’ll be able to spot her out for you no worries.
Sara nods slowly and makes eye contact with a backstage worker and she gives him a ruthless look back forcing him to look away.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: I hate it when people stare at me…
Tracy gives a long everlasting stare before Sara pipes up.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: STOP THAT!
Tracy laughs and turns her head to hear someone else approaching behind her but only shakes her head no and leans up against the wall.
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: I swear this might take awhile.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Well what the hell do you have to run off to?
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: I may have a date…
Sara was silent for a few moments before shaking her head and jumping up and down in anticipation. She had wanted to get a glimpse of her opponent before ever stepping into the ring but it appeared that she wasn’t going to be able to get an opportunity to do that. She crossed her arms slowly and Tracy cleared out her throat in hope of Sara getting the hint and Sara slowly, and of course, unnoticeably turned her head slightly to see her opponent in the corner, appearing to quite frankly be in the zone, readying herself for the competition of stepping into the ring with Sara Calaway that evening. Sara’s next actions she hadn’t planned, sure she wanted to see her opponent but it was one thing to speak, it was another thing to speak to them and quite possibly get into their head which was something that helped her in victory. Her very own husband had proved such methods to be successful at many levels. But Tracy put a hand on Sara’s shoulder, stopping her from going over as it appeared that Trinity was making her way over there at that point. Slowly Sara’s opponent approached and looked briefly at Sara before continuing on her way down the hallway. Sara tilted her head slightly in her confusion and then looked back up at Tracy.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Why’d you stop me from going over there?
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: Well, I don’t think it would be very Sara like….
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Sara like? I think I know what Sara…ME…would do!
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: You were just going to get into your head right? Rough her up a little bit for the match?
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Well yea…but that’s not-
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: The hell it isn’t unfair, she hasn’t learned to block that stuff yet, I have, I’m actually learning about it right now.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: What are you talking about?
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: It would get into your head, and you wouldn’t want an unfair fight would you?
Sara shrugged her shoulders and Tracy smiled, shaking her head.
Tracy Heck\\Promising Future//: Of course not, now, I think you better go get ready for your match?
Sara nodded and headed in the direction Trinity had gone, which happened to be in the direction of her husband’s locker room in which she chose to be in other than the diva’s locker room. As she walks she is suddenly run into from her side from a person who just wasn’t paying attention. Sara gathers her footing again and looks in the direction at which it came. There she was, like it was meant to be, Trinity looking at her right in the face. Sara smirked slightly and removed her hood and Trinity slowly starts to realize what she had just done. Sara’s opponent stands there completely and utterly silent and Sara thought back to the words spoken by her true friend. She wanted a fair fight, she wanted a good match. Sara stuck out her hand and her opponent took it slowly and a small handshake took place.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Good luck tonight.
With that Sara turned her back away from her opponent and headed towards her locker room, without saying another word, just like she should have. She behaved like a true champion, a champion in which didn’t try to get an unfair advantage, and she closed the door to her locker room not feeling a bit of guilt because there was no reason to feel it.
S C E N E THREE- Update From Sarap>The scene slowly opens to what appears to be a completely dark room, and not a sound is made in such a room. Not even the breathing of the camera man is heard as suddenly a light switches on to fit directly on the face of none other than Sara Calaway. If such a promo had indeed been expressed to a live crowd, it would have been without a doubt that the cheers would ring and flutter over the arena traveling at rates that couldn’t possibly be stopped. At the sight of the Woman’s Champion, they would cheer and applaud her on and only wait for what she had to say. The spotlight grew to show her whole body, including the coveted piece of gold that was situated on her waist.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Even if I had an interview with Josh Matthews on Fusion last week, I think the fans deserved an update on me.
Sara slowly inhales and adjusts her title belt to let it shine in the spotlight that glistens on her just perfectly.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: At Boiling Point I fought Shantelle Taylor. At Boiling Point, I was put into a cage with a woman that everyone thought had the thirst, that everyone thought had more passion than me. Everyone thought that Shantelle Taylor was going to do it, that she was going to knock me off my pedestal that I’ve been on ever since I won this title at Mania nearly three short months ago. But the fact is, she didn’t. She didn’t have that thirst, she didn’t have that passion, she didn’t knock me off my pedestal because I’m still here.
Sara for a brief moment lifts her title belt just a tad more for the camera to see it.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Get a good look divas in the back, that nameplate still reads, Sara. Not Shantelle Taylor who said she was going to put her name on that nameplate. I’m sure one day, someone’s going to do it, but for now, I’m at the top of the pile and next week on Fusion I’m going to show it! I’m going to show my dominance against the newcomer known as Trinity. New to the business, I’m not going to have any mercy, I’m going to show her exactly what she’s getting into.
Sara adjusts her seated position on the hard stool that she’s sitting on, causing her belt to be displayed on her right shoulder, appearing to be her left to anyone viewing such a scene.
Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Everyone that enters that squared circle has a desire to be successful. Being successful is not stepping in and being cheered or loved, instead, it’s being a champion, and a winner, and that’s what this title represents. I go out there and I’m cheered, I love my fans, I love the people, I go out there because I love going out there, and entertaining and wrestling is what I love. But I’m successful because of this title that I hold, I’m successful because of the hard work I put in, and Trinity next week will see all the hard work I’ve put in. Trinity will see my abilities first hand, and she’ll understand who I am. I am Sara Calaway, WIW WOMAN’S CHAMPION and I plan on staying champion as long as I possibly can.
The scene slowly fades with Sara’s eyes piercing into the camera a small smile coming over her lips as she pats her belt, stands from the stool and proceeds of camera.
