Foreword :

It was obvious by this time, at least to most of the people of the WiW fan nation, that the Woman’s Championship had changed hands at the recent Pay-Per-View, World War. The title in which all WiW divas work hard to retrieve now had a new owner and Sara Calaway had thought that since she didn’t have her WiW Gold around her waist any longer that the spotlight would shift, that the attention would fade and no one would think twice to look at her or admire her due to the fact that it was slightly proven that there was someone better than her, that was able to overcome her that she would be pushed onto the side and out of the main event altogether. Sara had had this idea concocted up in her head so long that if she lost the title everything would leave along with it, but she didn’t realize how wrong that was. Now…days after losing her championship due to the unforgettable event performed by Lana Starr Mcmahon, it wasn’t that people were falling away from her, but instead clinging to her perhaps more than before. She noticed more and more recognition from the others around her. Now, with her belt around the waist of Jazz it is sure that this coming Fusion, Sara Calaway will do her best that she deserves an opportunity to take back her title that she never fairly lost.

S C E N E O N E – I t W a s F o r Y o u

It was a fact that winning the championship was Sara Calaway’s first burst out into the open and it had meant big things, but now that she was on her path for the title yet again, it appeared to be that the belt had formed her into a superstar of her own, that even without the belt she was a popular diva among the rest, and not just another face in the crowd anymore but still a powerful force nonetheless. These facts that people still loved her, was surely an uplifting feeling and Sara needed such a feeling more than anything. The feeling that dampened her usual positive personality was not the fact that she had lost her title but more of the fact that she had let her fans down, specifically her mother who she had dedicated such the match to. Sara had figured the evening following World War was too much of an emotional time for herself to be talking to her mother about it, that, and she had figured it would have been too late in the evening anyway. But the day after in the hotel Sara Calaway sat in the lobby due to the fact she knew her husband hadn’t had a good night of sleep and could do with some. She sat in the main lobby, one of her good friends and newly acquired managers Tracy Heck sitting beside her and sipping on a cup of orange juice. With a cell phone stuck to her ear Sara did her best to listen to the other end of the phone that was ringing heavily, just waiting to be answered. Within a quick second the phone was picked up and the weak voice of Sara’s mother could be heard on the other side.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: Hello?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Hey ma.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: Sara..darlin’ how are you doing baby?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Just fine mom…

There was a slight pause as if Sara was anticipating the match to be brought up, but it wasn’t.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: How are you feeling ma?

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: A bit stronger actually, but having these muscular doctors taking care of me with the occasional nice nurse isn’t so bad. I’m due to go home next week.

Sara nodded and smiled to show her happiness to hear that she was doing good.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: I’m glad to hear that mom….really glad.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: I saw your match…

Sara snapped her mouth shut as her mother said such words and Tracy gave her a slight look of worry as she took another sip of her juice.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: I’m sorry mom.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: For what?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: For letting you down, for not keeping my title like I said I would…

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: Honey you did your best, and things happened that were out of your control entirely! Not your fault that that….excuse my French…bitch…came down and took my baby’s title!

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Yea…I guess not.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: No guessing, honey you know you would have won that match if she hadn’t came down and I’m sure your opponents that night do too.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Doubt it, Jazz is probably celebrating her ass off that she won a title over me…

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: Watch your mouth Sara, not on the telephone with me now…on tv you can cuss all you want.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Yes mother…but honestly, I doubt Jazz realizes that she got a lucky shot at me, that she got lucky altogether. But…I’m facing her on Fusion so…

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: For your title back?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: No, no, just a match. But it’ll be a good opportunity to show that I should get a title shot later on.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: Well that’s good, I’ll watch it darling if I’m not in the middle of a nap or something or other.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Don’t’ worry about that mom…I love you…and I’ll see you as soon as I can.

Mom\\Responsible For The Creation//: Okay love, I look forward to it…buh bye.

With that Sara shut her cell phone off and stuck it in her pocket to look at Tracy who was flirting with some guy who had caught her attention. Sara cleared her throat and had to kick her in the shin to get her attention.

Tracy\\Promising Future//: Ouch!

The man she had been talking to saw the opportunity and crouched down, placing a hand on her shin and smiling up at her with a thousand dollar smile that made Tracy melt on the spot.

Robert\\Sexy Hunk//: Can I help you out…?

Tracy smirked as she nodded but Sara, not impressed, rolled her eyes, getting to her feet and going to the computer desk that was situated at the far end of the lobby. Sara clicked with the mouse on the screen, bringing up Jazz’s credentials which Sara found to be plenty to her name. Sara tilted her head and nodding in her surprise and her astonishment, impressed with her abilities. But Sara herself had been in the ring with five star and top performers so she wasn’t intimidated, she was trained by a top performer The Undertaker for heaven’s sake, one little competitor wasn’t going to get her trembling. Even if it was Jazz. She typed heavily on the computer, bringing up pictures of her opponent for Fusion only to feel a knock on the back of her chair.

???\\To Be Named//: Hey baby girl, you gonna be done with that computer soon? We have to look up some important business here…

Sara, not recognizing the voice, turned her head around to see two blonde men standing behind her, smiling brightly as she turned around. She recognized the two men then as Billy and Chuck WiW’s newest tag team.

Chuck\\Straight or Gay?//: Hey wait you’re Sara Calaway right?

Sara smirked and put out her hand to shake both of their hands, they seemed nice enough.

Billy\\Straight or Gay?//: Yea you fought Melina in that triple threat match…

The two of them looked at each other in question as if they should be speaking with Sara due to such a fact but continued on with the conversation anyway, eyeing her considerably. Sara caught the two of them catching glances at her and only shook her head.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Yea well I’m looking up some information too right now, so, I’ll let you guys know when I’m finished.

Billy leaned over the back of the chair and looked on the screen.

Billy\\Straight or Gay?//: Why are you looking up men in bikini’s?

Chuck\\Straight or Gay?//: That’s not a man Billy…I think it’s Jazz…right?

Sara nodded and smiled.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: I’m going to be fighting her this week in the semi main event. Looking forward to it.

Chuck\\Straight or Gay?//: I wouldn’t be…

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Well it’s not like I’m looking forward to being with Jazz…I just want to show Jazz just how lucky she was at the Pay Per View to win that title…

Billy\\Straight or Gay?//: Yea, lucky Melina didn’t take it instead…

Chuck\\Straight or Gay?//: Well Billy, it was Melina who got pinned…Lana Starr Mcmahon came down and blindsided Sara…

Billy\\Straight or Gay?//: Don’t tell Melina that…

The two nodded in agreement and agreed to never say such a thing again, especially in front of their manager.

Sara shook her head at the two of them and both men admired her sitting there until they heard someone clear their throat from behind them.

The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: Excuse me boys…

The two of them stepped aside and watched as Taker moved forward bringing his arms around Sara’s neck and she laughed in surprise to see him there.

The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: I’ve done some searching and I think that we need to go have some fun…

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: What kind of fun?

He brought his hand to the screen and shut it off.

The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: Just some fun, come on…where’s Tracy?

Sara looked over to see Tracy sitting on the lap of the man that had come over when she had kicked her.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Tracy! Come on!

She looked up and gave a confused look, as if not to bug her but Sara moved over to her anyway, in result Billy and Chuck swarming the computer.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: Leave me alone…Sara…don’t you see we got something here?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Tracy…get your ass out of the chair!

And she listened and got out of the seat, following Sara and her husband out of the main lobby to the rental car in the front…to a land of fun?

S C E N E T W O- P u t t - P u t t

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: You drug me off of that GORGEOUS man’s lap…for this? FOR THIS?

All three WiW superstars, two in reality or television time and one in training stood on the mini golf course in the mid afternoon, the hills rising and falling and all three of them looking ridiculous. Each one had mini clubs in their hand and their own picked out colored balls to maneuver into the holes. Sara giggled loudly, putt-putt golf had been a particular fun game that Sara enjoyed and to lean back and be able to do it again like she did when she was younger was fun. Not knowing the course she looked out ahead to the holes and did her best to get there.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Tracy, you can’t say this isn’t fun…

Tracy gave her a sinister look and hit her ball to slowly roll towards the hole and to round away from it, refusing to go in. Mark moved forward, grinning from ear to ear and gently hitting it in to make it under par by one. Tracy gave an aggravated tone as Sara and her husband watched in humor as Tracy went over par a good three or four strokes.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: That’s it, I’m about to throw this ball across the course and head back to that hotel! I’m sick of this! Sara…either you’re a really good friend of mine or I’m just flat out crazy for coming here.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: You know you love my Trace.

Tracy rolled her eyes and followed obediently to the next hole which she failed at miserably and the married couple seemed to excel at.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: You guys had to have been here before!

They both shook their heads no and Tracy huffed in annoyance.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: Now explain to me, how this is helping you AT ALL, with your match coming up? You know if you lose this it means that Jazz does deserve the title, and you might not be able to get another opportunity.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Well honestly Trace, I’m not worried over Jazz, she’s not my concern right now.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: Not your concern? This match might be the difference between a title shot or not Sara how can you not be worried about it?

Mark moved forward and with ease his black mini golf ball sunk into the hole…a hole in one. Tracy watched in admiration as he moved onto the next hole.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Tracy, I just had that title, I have Lana Starr Mcmahon to worry about, she’s the one that I’m focused on. More of me wants to get revenge on Lana before I even think about getting that title again.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: So even if you had the opportunity you wouldn’t go after the title?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: I didn’t say that, but as soon as I get Lana out of the way, then I’ll go after Jazz with ALL of my energy. If Lana thinks she’s so great, I’m sure she won’t have a problem taking me on whenever.

Tracy nodded, not extremely enthused as she was getting further and further behind in the game ahead.

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: So you’re not going to worry about this match?

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Well this match like you said is important because supposedly Jazz is the best right now, so beating her would just prove that I am better, which I think is true,…but until I get what I want which is Lana, which is my focus at this moment, I’m not going to worry if I lose or not…

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: You don’t make sense…

Sara looked up at Tracy as she slowly took a small swipe at the ball, slowly moving and dropping in the hole…a hole in one.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Makes sense to me…

But through the sounds of the small pond with a fountain Sara could make out one of her most recent favorite songs pounding on the speakers…

Living just isn't hard enough Burn me alive, inside Living my life's not hard enough Take everything away

Sara moved forward, sliding a bit in a dancing fashion, clapping her hands together and singing to herself as Tracy took her put and nearly made it in on her first shot. Who would think that the former Woman’s Champion that had just lost her title would be so positive?v

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Tracy here…just don’t be so tense…don’t worry about making it so much…

Tracy rolled her eyes but tried to do what her new put-put mentor told her, loosening up just slightly and hitting it awkwardly to have it slowly ease towards the hole, miss again however, and roll towards the pond, maneuvering its way through the rocks and clunking in the water. Sara laughed hysterically and looked to not even be able to see the water through the horribly maintenance water.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Better get that Tracy…

Tracy\\A Promising Future//: Me? No you!

Sara peered over the water, seeing it out of reach.

Sara\\The Center of This Story//: Not me…Mark…

She gave a bright smile in the direction of her husband who had been waiting for them at the next hole.

The Undertaker\\This Is His Yard//: Me?

Both women nodded as he walked over, going on his knees to dig in the water with his hand, Tracy seeing the perfect opportunity to get back at them for making her come out of the hotel. With one quick push in he went…water splashing everywhere, Sara with resistance had anticipated the push but her foot got caught on one of the rocks and fell in too. There was a brief moment of only laughter from Tracy as Mark and Sara sat, drenched in the horrible feeling water. They moaned and got up; smirking too at seeing themselves completely drenched and the scene slowly fades both of them shaking their head and splashing Tracy.

S C E N E T H R E E– S o Y o u ’r e T h e N e w W I W W o m a n ’ s C h a m p I o n ?

Our scene slowly fades from black to reveal a carnival down below us, completely empty and motionless. The rides are not buzzing, the shop stands are not open and no music is playing. Not a single person is walking on this lot except for one lone figure walking along over the rides, her eyes gazing over each individual ride, her hands stuff in her jeans pockets as she strolls over the grounds, people coming here every year when it comes in town, but at that point it is not opening for another few hours. The woman approaches one of the rides, a light hooded sweatshirt covering her upper half while shorts tighten around her legs. She looks up, and her face is to be revealed as Sara Calaway, smirking slightly as she approaches one of her favorite rides; The Zipper. Slowly she moves to it, one of the most dangerous situations most likely a person could put themselves in, entering a small little cart to only flip numerous amounts of times and quite possibly fall out if the cage wasn’t tightened enough. Sara slowly approaches, pressing down on one of the buttons in control of the ride and watches it move, the carts spinning and spinning even with no passengers to frighten inside.

Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: Congratulations Jazz…you’ve won the big prize….

She points over to one of the water gun races and strolls over, hitting gently one of the big swinging merchandise pieces and smiles.

Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: You’ve got the big one, the Woman’s Gold that everyone is going after, all in little over a month in the company. Impressive…really impressive stuff there.

As she says this she strolls back to the Zipper…looking up to it as it moves and brings a much needed wind in her direction which makes her hood fall off of her head.

Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: You managed to get the match first of all; you had to be noticed first. Then heck you went into that ring at World War, and you did what you said you were gonna do, you were gonna bring home the Gold to your family, eating your macaroni and cheese and having family barbeques, and most important Jazz you were going to show your family how you can dominate in the ring! How you’re the best! Well the fact is Jazz, you may have been able to get two wins over Melina Perez…but you haven’t been able to get one over me, you’ve never pinned me hun.

Sara chuckled slightly and pulled a lever on The Zipper to make it go the other direction, the speed raising just a tad too.

Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: But enough about me Jazz, let’s focus on you for JUST a second? Okay? You’ve just won the title…I know that feeling. When you were the underdog, when not many people believed in you and NOW you’ve proved them all wrong! Feels great to be on the top of the mountain now doesn’t it? Doesn’t it feel great for your name to be in lights, and your popularity rising because of that title belt sitting on your shoulder? Doesn’t it feel great for all those eyes looking to you? But let me REMIND you of something Jazz…you may have gotten that win, that unexpected win, but there’s more things to come, probably harder things that you’ve never overcome before. You have to continue to keep the people’s respect, you have to CONTINUE to fight as hard as you possibly can, you have to smile for the cameras and you have to clear out your opponents as if they were nothing and ALL of this while more and more divas are coming at you, wanting YOUR title and wanting to do ANYTHING to get it!

Sara leans back and crosses her arms, grinning from ear to ear.

Sara Calaway\\The Center of This Story//: And then you have divas like me, who want revenge. I’m the diva that you took the belt off of, and I will ALWAYS remember that YOU were the one who took it from me. Even my friendship with Trish Stratus was ruined because of that title coming off of her waist and around mine. It’s nothing personal Jazz, but for the first time we’re going to be stepping in the ring together one on one. And sure you may say that you’re not scared of little ole’ Sara Calaway, that you’re not afraid of the ‘Deadman’s Wife,’ but I really could care less about what you say Jazz because…really…words mean nothing when you’re in the ring. But I hope you enjoy your title now while you still have it, because after I prove that I can take you out, and after I take Lana out…it’s back on the title hunt for me, after you…enjoy your championship roller coaster…

The camera slowly zooms out to the Zipper, flipping and spinning through the air an emotional roller coaster.
