An Old Friend

Oh man, I can’t believe that Zero Tolerance came by so quickly. It was the event that I’ve been waiting for ever since I made my return. Even though I wasn’t really too sure about whether or not I was going to be booked, I still wasn’t exactly sure if I was going to be participating in the event. Why did I have such doubts? Well, it all goes back to when I made another slight return, last year, and Bad Medicine was just around the corner. I felt that I was back in time to participate in the event. But it seems that Jonathyn Brown didn’t see me participating in the event. I was very angry about that. I was even more angry with Jon for wasting my time, and actually filling my head up with nonsense about how my return was actually going to be beneficial. What made me feel better about that situation was that, I wasn’t the only person that Jon has lied to before. What also made me feel better was that, I really didn’t have to sit out of the even totally. Incase some of you don’t know, or don’t remember, what happened at that event, just go and pop Bad Medicine 2007 into your player, and watch the end of the first match. I thought what I did was great. Not only was I not suppose to be in the arena that night, but I also managed to end some careers and piss Jon off on top of it all. Just to see him just as angry as I was made it seem all worth the trouble of hurting those four men. Even though it was great, it is now long gone, but that whole month was just a bad time for me in general. And I wasn’t really happy when I was here in the XWF last year. I can honestly say that it was one of the worst periods that I had here in the XWF. And with all of the things that Jon was feeding me, it only made everything worse when it all came to an end. The man was telling me that he has plans for me to be the “best” on Anarchy. Then it turns out he had the same plans for the another man as well. Who was Raziel. As of right now, I have nothing bad to say about that man. I have no personal grudges against that man either, for that has happened either. It was only business, and he made it to the top. He became the best on Anarchy and I was out the door, never to come back again.

But I was wrong, after I received a phone call from out of the blue. No need for me to go into full detail as to what happened, but the only thing I knew was that I was on my way back to XWF the following weeks of Hell on Earth. I wasn’t all that excited about coming back. But I had to. I had to feed my family. Last time I remembered, this company pays very well. And there was no plan for me to do anything. Nick Ryan didn’t know who the hell I was, where I came from, or even my history here in the XWF. Even though it’s very little, still, the man didn’t know shit about me. Which was fine. I wasn’t offended. He was running the show, but he wasn’t running me. And I made that known when I stepped into the face of the former Hart Champion, Hawaiian Hardhead. We all know how that began to escalate. I got in his face that night, which was then followed by an attack on the following Massacre, so on and so fourth. Incase people were paying attention. It led to our match at Zero Tolerance. Which I came out the victor. Now, throughout that whole process, that whole “build up”, I actually thought it would fluke. Like it always does here in the XWF. You always get something built up with a particular person, then someone else gets in your way, or an injury depending on the exact situation, and then the finale is bombed. I know this has happened a lot of times. I’ve seen it with my own two eyes, and it’s actually happened to me. I thought it was going to happen to me this time. But no one else wanted to waste their time on Hawaiian Hardhead. On top of that, now one else was able to stop me. Sure Rage and his goons tried, and QC Thug wasn’t even a idle threat to me, I made it to the end, and I did what I promised to everyone that I was going to do. I was going to take back what I never lost in the first place. And just holding this title again feels great. And what makes things even better, there was no Jonathyn to fill my head up with propaganda. No one telling me that I was going to be the “best” on Impact. And no was going to keep me down either. Hell, I am the best on Impact right now. I truly am a Champion at Hart, and I will prove it to everyone.

But as of right now, I’m back home. Just relaxing for the moment, and letting my victory from Sunday fully kick in. And man, my family is very happy to see me with this belt again. My own brothers called me on Memorial Day to congratulate me. My brother Anthony even told me, that my dad was even proud of me. I was surprise to hear it, because even when I won my first World Championship, he didn’t give two shits about it. I guess he actually sat down and ordered the Pay Per View. He’s still a piece of shit nonetheless, even if he didn’t care, it wouldn’t make a difference. I was still on top of the world that night. And my family is glad with my accomplishment. I heard my son got into a fight in school yesterday as he went around boasting to a group of 8th graders. I just can’t wait to defend this belt now. I was getting so excited the other day, my wife forced me to sit down and drink a beer. Just so that I could ease down a bit. Which is what I’ve been doing for the past three days now. Things are looking up right about now, so I’m just going to sit back and let the good times roll..

The scene now opens up to Maximus sitting on his La-Z-Boy recliner, sitting back watching TV. He’s wearing a regular white t-shirt, and grey sweats. In his right hand, is the remote for the cable. Up on his left shoulder is the Hart Championship. With it on his shoulder, the leather straps are laying across his body. You can tell that Maximus is fully in lazy mode. He continues to sit back, and flick through the channels on the TV. Then his wife Jasmine walks into the living room, while holding Estella in her hand. She then sits on the couch adjacent to the recliner. Maximus pays her no attention, all the while she’s looking over at him.

Jasmine: Um.....hello?

Maximus then looks over to her.

Maximus:Hey gorgeous, what’s up?

Jasmine: Nothing, just here. Wondering why in the hell you’ve been watching TV all day long!?

Maximus looks perplexed.

Maximus: Um....you told me to relax, right?

Jasmine: I didn’t mean all day. Me and Estella do live here to you know.

Maximus: But......you....told me to....re....

Jasmine: I know what I said!!

Maximus and Estella jump up.

Jasmine: We need to talk......

Maximus: ......About?

Jasmine: About you winning the Hart Championship, what else.

Maximus: Oh......I thought...well.....never mind.

Maximus looks relieved. He looks down at his title, and then looks up her again.

Maximus: Well.....what about my belt?

Jasmine looks over at him and smiles.

Jasmine: Oh, nothing really. I just like the way how it looks. It looks great on you too.

Maximus: That’s it?

Jasmine: Well, yea.

Maximus: Then why in the hell were you just pestering me a few seconds ago? All you wanted to say it was it looks good on me? And why in the hell do you want to talk about it now!? I’ve been trying to talk to you ever since I came home. And you told me to relax. Now you have the nerve to interrupt me, and then have nothing really to say when it co- Jasmine cuts him off.

Jasmine: Whoa.... relax.... sorry.

Maximus: That’s what I’m trying to do.....

Jasmine: You how I can get when you don’t pay attention to me.

Maximus: Sorry but, you know how I can get after I win big matches like the one I did.

Jasmine: Yes, it stays on your mind for the next week, and you forget that you actually have a family by just babbling about it constantly. And I know I told you to relax, but it doesn’t mean you have to ignore me.

Maximus: Since my “babbling” was bothering you so much, I was just in deep thought that’s all. I didn’t mean to ignore you. If it makes you feel better, then I’m sorry.

Jasmine: No need to apologize babe. You know how I can get from time to time. Just wanted your attention for few minutes, that’s all. Anyway, Mya and Crystal are coming over to keep me company anyway. You can continue to sit there in “deep thought”, for the rest of the day for all I care.

Maximus then sits up quickly, as if he just heard the worse news in his life.

Maximus: Don’t let those crazy bitches come over and ruin my humble surroundings!!

Jasmine gives him a stern look.

Jasmine: Listen pinchazo, don’t start judging my friends okay!? The only reason why Mya threw that knife at you, was because you kept making fun of her, after her boyfriend dumbed her.

Maximus: I didn’t make fun of her, I was just laughing. Big difference.

Jasmine: No Terry, you know she’s very emotional.

Maximus: And that she doesn’t like me.

Jasmine:....That too, but still. She isn’t crazy. Neither is Crystal.

Maximus: Yea, your right. She’s more of a nympho really.

Jasmine grabs a pillow from the couch and then throws it at him.

Jasmine: Don’t call her that!

Maximus throws the pillow back, and it hits her right in the face.

Maximus: Well, I’m trying to refrain myself from saying hoe, slut, whore, cumbucket, jizz swallower, just to name a few.

Jasmine then throws the pillow back. This time Maximus blocks it.

Maximus: Anyway, those crazy bitches better not disturb me. Okay?

Jasmine: Whatever, asshole. They’ll be here in a few.......

Jasmine then walks out of the living room, with Estella in her arms, who is now sleeping. Maximus continues to sit in his recliner, clicking through the channels, and then all of a sudden, his cell phone begins to ring. He doesn’t look down to see who’s calling him, he just picks up the phone and begins to talk.

Maximus: Hello?

???: Yo Terry, what’s up man!!

Maximus sits up, as he begins to wonder who this is.

Maximus: Who the hell is this?

???: It’s me Justin bro!

Maximus gives a very confusing look. Wondering who he knows with a southern accent, and a lisps. Very similar to Dusty Rhodes.

Maximus: Justin who? I know this isn’t the Justin who I think it is......

Justin: What other Justin do you know?

Maximus: This could be the Justin Jones from XWF, if so, how in the hell did you get my number?

Justin: No, you fucking idiot. It’s Justin Laughlin. Beatstreak man!!

Maximus then gets up, and begins to speak with some excitement.

Maximus: Dude! Justin! What’s going on man!?

Justin: Nothing, I’m here in New York. I thought I would give you a call. I haven’t spoke to you in years!

Maximus: Really? Which part of New York!?

Justin: I’m in Manhattan. I had a business meeting here today. Now that I’m finished, I want to see if you could come out to th city and hang out. We haven’t done so in a while.

Maximus: Yea, not a problem. I’ve just been at home all day, not doing a damn thing.

Justin: Yea man, that’s great. You can meet me out here later on tonight. What’s the name of that place we use to go to with T-Bomber when we would come to the city?

Maximus: Scores?

Justin: Yea, Scores!! Man am I going to score tonight!

Maximus: Uh...there’s a little problem with that.

Justin: What, you’re gay now? What the fuck man......

Maximus: No, incase you haven’t forgotten......

Justin: Incase I haven’t forgotten what?

Maximus then whispers into the phone.

Maximus: I’m married.....to Jasmine...

Justin: Oh yea!! I forgot about that! Man that must suck. But what does that have to do with anything? You’re just hanging out with an old friend.

Maximus: Yea...at a very famous strip club, with an old friend who has a reputation for being a very bad influence on me. And on top of that, very good at attracting the ladies by all of those who surround him.

Justin: You never use to complain about it before. Why now?

Maximus: Because I have a sexy wife, who’s a good wife at that, but incase you haven’t forgotten this also, she’s a crazy Cuban woman.

Justin: Oh, I forgot about that too. But it’s me man! We have a lot to talk about, you and I.....

Maximus: Yes, I know.

Justin: So you gonna meet me at Scores or what man!?

Maximus: Alright....but you have to promise me, that you’re going to be the one going back to the hotel with a gang of strippers.

Justin: Yea, no problem Maxi! All I just need you to do, is meet me at my hotel at around elevenish.

Maximus: I like the way how you talk man. Elevenish, I can do.

Justin: Alright man, I’ll see you there.

Man that fucking Justin. Always so damn persistent. But it’s always great to hear from him again. Now I have to get up and get in the shower. I know it’s pretty disgusting, but I haven’t showered in two days. That’s why Jasmine didn’t want to make love to me last night. Oh well, we have plenty of night to get cosy together. What makes me even more happy is the fact that I don’t get to hear Jasmine and her friends speaking in that bizarre language, at a 1000 miles a minute. Man, those Cubans can just go on and on. And you’ll never understand what the hell they are saying. Even if you speak Spanish. Oh well, I better get ready........

Maximus’s Home

Well, I just got out of the shower. I’m all dressed up, and I’m ready to see my old friend again. It’s a very huge surprise to hear from him again. He’s great speaker. Always has been, and he always will be. I never imagined him being out of the world of wrestling. Not only was he a great speaker, but he was one hell of a wrestler. We both were young, ambitious, determined, and full of testosterone. He was just more talented than I was. I can admit to this very day. He was also very good looking, charming, humorous, and antagonizing. And the ladies loved him. He could work his way in to a stubborn virgin’s pants with just a simple smile. So imagine him around strippers. Back in our AWF days, the orgies would be insane. But those are over. And he decided to retire from wrestling for good. I would love for him to comeback. I tried to get him to come to XWF, but he wasn’t buying it. He went on to become and Investment Banker. So either way, the man is rolling in dough. This should be an interesting night.

Now Maximus can be seen in his bedroom. Very clean, very neat, and very well kept. It just shows that Jasmine really keeps the order around the house. Maximus is wearing a very neat all back button down shirt, black slacks, and Italian leather shoes. Nothing too lavish, just decent enough to head out with his old friend. Knowing he’ll be dressed in similar attire. Maximus then picks up his Hart Title, kisses it and then lays it on his bed. He then picks up his car key and then heads out of his bedroom door. He heads down the hallway, pass his daughters room, who still is sleeping, and Cory’s room, who’s studying. Then walks down the stairs and starts hearing a cacophony of super speed Spanish coming from the kitchen. He then enters through the kitchen door, and sees his wife, Jasmine, and her two best friends, Mya and Crystal. All three of them are sitting around the table, laughing and giggling. Then Maximus, walks through the door, and silence hits the room and all eyes are on Max. Jasmine speaks first.

Jasmine: I know I said I wanted attention papi, but damn....looking sexy....

They all start giggling. Then Maximus looks on the table to see that there are two bottles of wine. One is already finished, while the other is half empty. Crystal begins to speak, who has a ver heavy accent.

Crystal: So where are you going? Hm.....no time hang out wit us?

Maximus: That’s none of your damn business.....and no. I don’t have time to hang out with you guys.

Then Mya starts to talk, who has a more Americanized accent.

Mya: Seems like you going out on a date. But your woman is with us “Maximus”. No get the fuck out of here.

Maximus: Alright, I’m not going to respond to you, because you’re drunk, and crazy above all else.

Mya: And don’t you forget it idiota....

She picks up a knife and holds it up. She begins moving her hand in a throwing motion. Maximus then looks over to Jasmine.

Maximus: Right.....well, listen babe. I’m just going to head out to the city tonight. Justin came into town, we’re just going to be hanging out for the night. That’s all. Love ya, I’ll see you later on tonight.

Maximus begins to walk away, but Jasmine stops him.

Jasmine: No, no, you sexy Italian. You not go nowhere papi. You gonna give me some of that.....

Maximus: Oh...now you want to fuck me. No, wait until I get back home. And you two aren’t driving back to Queens like this. And who the hell get’s drunk off of wine anyway?

The three of them apparently ignore him.

Mya: Wait, did you just say Justin? That cute white boy you use to be friends with?

Maximus: Yes, I did.

Mya: Can I come too?

Jasmine: No, Terry isn’t going anywhere anyway....

Maximus: What are you....

All of a sudden, Maximus feels a hand rubbing around his crotch. Jasmine is the one doing so. Maximus feels a little embarrassed by this, since her friends are watching. Maximus, then pulls himself away.

Maximus: Okay, where are your car keys?

Jasmine, reaches for his crotch again, and is successful.

Jasmine: You not getting it without fucking me first.......

Maximus: Okay..... I really have to go now.

Maximus then walks towards the table and takes up Mya’s and Crystal’s car keys. Then he takes Jasmines as well.

Jasmine: What are you doing?

Maximus: Making sure these drunk bitches are safe. Keep them off our bed, or they sleep with the raccoons outside. Love you, bye.

He gives Jasmine a kiss and then walks out of the kitchen door. He walks into the living room and puts the keys behind the TV. He then walks out of the house. And hits the alarm for his all BMW 650i. He then starts the ignition, and Iron Maiden begins to blast throughout the car. He then begins to speed off into the night.

Crazy bitches......

Man, the Long Island Expressway is a fucking bitch. I don’t why there’s always traffic on it. Especially at this time of night. On a weekday at that. Oh well....I’m here, and I’m ready to finally see my old friend once again.

Maximus then picks up the phone, and begins to dial Justin’s number. He calls him and then he picks up.

Justin: Hey! You outside man!?

Maximus: Yes I am. You said elevenish right?

Justin: Sure did man, I’m at the bar anyway, and I’m walking out of the lobby, right about now.

Maximus: Well hurry up. The NYPD loves giving out tickets. And besides, the gas wasn’t cheap either.

Justin: Yea, yea, whatever. What car are you in?

Maximus: The BMW.

Justin: Okay....I see you. I’m right out front.

Maximus: Cool.

Maximus then gets out of the car and he see’s a man walking towards his car. Waling over towards him with a grin on his face. He’s about 6'2, medium length black hair, and a goatee. He’s wearing a crisp suit, and Gator shoes. He walks over towards Maximus and starts smiling, and puts his hand out as he gets closer to Maximus. Maximus then puts his hand out also and they begin to shake hands. Justin then pulls his friend closer and gives him a hug. Then he let’s go and begins to talk, with his southern accent.

Justin: Oh man, Terry, you looking good baby! Looks like you cleaned yourself up. No more Metallica t-shirts, ripped jeans, and nike’s. Looking like a millionaire.

Maximus: I am a millionaire. But I still where, my the old get-up. Nothing has really changed. Scores don’t let you in with sneakers and ripped jeans.

Justin: So you only gonna look nice for your old boy Beatstreak? Man that’s very sweet of you.

Maximus begins to laugh.

Maximus: Shut up and get in the car man. I told you, I don’t want to get a ticket out here.

Justin: Man shut up, and let’s go look at some titties!!

Maximus: Same old Justin.

Justin: Don’t you forget it baby......let’s go.

They both hop in the car, and then they begin to drive off into the city streets.

Scores

Finally, here at Scores. This guy really is the same. He can just talk his ass off. He can go on and on for hours. He’s been that way ever since the first day I met him. Well, ever since the first day they booked us as a tag team. I actually met him the first day I came into the AWF, but we didn’t really talk much. Then I began to notice how unfair the “politicians” were treating him, and they were treating me the same way, then I decided to get to know this person more. And when they finally booked us together as a team, this just took off from there. We became for than partners, we actually became friends. And man do I miss hanging around this guy. So much fun.

The scene then opens back up to the city lights around Manhattan. Maximus and Justin are now seen walking down the street walking towards the club. They’re both seen laughing, and joking around as they continue to head towards the club. They finally get to the door. And a 6'7, 300 lb bouncer steps in front of them, asking for their ID’s. they both show him their ID’s simultaneously. They both get patted down, Justin looking more uncomfortable than Maximus did. Then they walk right into the bar, and music is blasting, and women are on the poles dancing. It’s a very good night for the women working in the club, because everyman in there is throwing money at these women’s feet as they take off their tops. Justin and Maximus immediately find a spot at a pole, and a young petite woman is already working her stuff. She’s very pretty, with long black hair, and a very well endowed bust. Justin begins to pull out his money and begins throwing the dollars at her. Then she begins to pay attention to Maximus and Justin. Justin more than Maximus actually.

Stripper: You boys having a good time?

Justin: Hell yea, you got some of them big ol Yankee titties girl. What’s yo name!?

Stripper: Cindy.....you wanna go somewhere more private cutie?

Justin: Maybe later sweet thang, but you gonna have to give me a minute to get a few mo drinks in my system.

Cindy: Alright, hope to see you soon...

Cindy then continues to dance on the pole, as more men begin to gather around her stage, and throw money at her. Justin looks over towards Maximus, and begins to talk.

Justin: What’s the matter man? You act like you never been in a strip club before.

Maximus: No, just thinking a little bit.

Justin: About what? Don’t tell me that you thinking about your wife? It’s okay if you don’t want to do anything. I understand that your married playboy! I’m just glad that your around, and I have some big ol’ titties all in my face!

Maximus just doesn’t look too enthused by the whole scene, but shows no signs of resentment towards it. Then a waitress comes over, who really catches Justin’s attention. She’s just as pretty and busty as Cindy, but more curvy.

Waitress: Good evening gentlemen, what can I get for you this evening.

Justin automatically begins to hit on her.

Justin: I’ll tell you what you can do for me. Go call your momma and thank for giving birth to your fine self! Coming around here looking finer than 10 stripers!

The waitress begins to blush, she then looks over to Maximus.

Waitress: You sir?

Maximus: I’ll have a Lime Whiskey.

Justin: Get me a shot of Absolute, and a Heineken. With your number on the side too sweetie.

The waitress looks over at Justin as she continues to write down the orders, and then she smiles and walks off.

Justin: At least I have a better chance knowing that I don’t catch VD from this girl, rather than Cindy. So what’s up man!? I’ve been watching you on the XWF since you made your comeback last month. I must say man, you got a whole lot better than what you were 5 years ago.

Maximus: Yea, I’ve just been training. Learning new things, honing my craft, making sure I get better as I go along.

Justin: That’s great to hear man. Your almost as good as I use to be back when I use to wrestle.

Maximus: Almost? I am better that what you use to be.

Justin starts laughing.

Justin: Well from what I’ve seen, it looks like you aren’t really doing the best you can do in the ring.

Maximus: That’s only because I’m not going against anyone good enough. No one good enough to make me put out all than I can do.

Justin: I know that goes man. I’ve been there. I mean that Deathmatch was brutal. Looks like that could’ve been career ending for you.

Maximus: I know. But I held my own in that one. I won the match obviously. It actually led to me get my shot to become the Hart Champion.

Justin: I seen it man! I’ve been watching Impact every week. We get Impact down in Greensboro now. I’m just lucky that I get to see that you’re there. Get to see my old friend continue doing what he loves to do. One of the only times I actually see you smile, would be when you before you would walk out to the ring. Especially if you were going to be facing someone good.

Maximus: Well, it actually hasn’t been like that ever since I came back.

The waitress then comes over, and hands Justin and Maximus their drinks. The waitress also slips a little piece of paper in Justin’s shirt pocket. Maximus begins to drink his Lime Whiskey. While Justin quickly takes his shot, and begins to chase it down slowly with his beer. He looks back up as the waitress and smiles as she walks away.

Justin: I told you man. I’m gonna hit that tonight.

Maximus: I never said you weren’t going to. You’ll give me the details about it tomorrow.

Justin: Tomorrow, I have a flight heading back home baby. That’s what makes it all the better. Now back to the topic at hand.

Maximus: I haven’t been totally satisfied with the “competition” that I’ve been getting from the XWF. Sure these guys who I’m going up against aren’t bad at all, but they just don’t really do it for me in ring 100 percent of the time.

Justin: Yea man. I seen you and that boy Hawaiian Hardhead. He isn’t really that good in the ring. But man, can he antagonize a crowd! Just wish I was the one kicking him the face instead you.

Maximus: Why?

Justin: Just because man. I just love doing that sort of thing. You were doing exactly everything you use to do. Go after what you want, no matter who the person is. Whether he’s young, old, face, heel, black, white, good looking, ugly, you getting my point Maxi?

Maximus: Yea, loud and clear.

Justin: Alright man, because you did a great job building yourself up this month. I’m just letting you know that. You didn’t let anybody stand in your way of getting what you wanted. And that’s what always brought us together. Ambition and determination. And in the wrestling business, that’s what you have to do. Too bad I had to leave. I would’ve joined you in the XWF. And man, that place would’ve been turned upside down by The Streak.

Maximus continues to take sips of his drink, and so does Justin.

Maximus: You were great in the ring. I still can’t believe that you had retired so early. It would’ve been great to see you continue moving one and become a legend.

Justin: Well, in the wrestling business, you have to have the heart, soul, and drive to continue pushing on, until your body just can’t take it anymore. My body was in it. But my heart, soul, and drive wasn’t. I didn’t love it anymore. It wasn’t fun for me. I didn’t really love it as much as I thought I did. Even though I knew I was great, I knew it was time for me to call it quits after the IWF closed down.

Maximus: Great place, too bad Zac went bankrupt.

Justin: Really does suck. But there was nothing for me to do. I had a bachelor’s degree. So I just decided to continue and make money else where. But you wanted to stick with the business. You wanted to get better at doing what it is you loved. You were good back then, and now you’ve gotten better. I may have lost all of my heart and soul for the love of wrestling, you man. That shit just got a whole stronger. That is something that I don’t see in wrestling anymore. You got it now Max. You got what it takes to make it to the top. And what makes it all better, is that you have the Hart Championship to prove it. Things can only go up from here my friend. All you need is to make sure that you stick with your guns and make sure that you do what you need to do. Because can’t nobody hold you down, but you. Never forget that man. I never lied to you before.

Maximus takes another sip of his Lime Whiskey, and then he looks at Justin once again.

Maximus: You’re absolutely right man. And I have nothing to say to you about that. Sure there might be times when there will be more obstacles for me to overcome. They seem impossible to break through, in the end it’s up to me to attempt, or sit back and let it run over me. And if I just sit back, , then I’m only just holding myself back. And I don’t think I’m going to be doing that anytime soon.

Justin: Spoken like a true Hart Champion.......

Maximus: ......And a Champion at Hart truly am.

Justin: Now that’s what I like to hear.

Justin holds up his bottle to salute Maximus, and Maximus holds up his cup. They make them cling together, and they both begin to gulp down their drinks. They both start laughing and they both continue to enjoy the night at Scores. Maximus especially. Sitting back, and enjoying the evening with An Old Friend...............

Buried in Oblivion

It came and it went by, very fast. Zero Tolerance that is. With all the anticipation, and all of the build up that was going on with all of the different feuds, it all just went by very fast. Zero Tolerance is over and done with, now all of the men and women on the XWF roster have to move on pass that and continue to advance or flop their careers. It’s surprising as to what happened at that event. The matches that were taking place that night were great. I was a little disappointed with what happened with the World Championship match, but other than that, everything else pretty much exceeded my expectations. We all know what happened that night. Ashley Divine retained her True Violence Championship, Bigg Rigg and Chad put on a great match, Fuzz mauled Centurion with a lead pipe, Jack Nation won the Xtreme Championship, Boondock Saint regained the Universal Championship, and Nick Ryan shows up drunk and manages to get pinned by James Raven. But most importantly, well what’s most important to me is that, I managed to take back what was mine. That’s right folks, I won the Hart Championship that night. And a glorious night it truly was. Not only me, but for everyone who won that night. Even though I did win back my Hart Championship I was in fact very disappointed in a way. I was disappointed by the fact that my opponent for the night didn’t put up much of a challenge that night. Even though I knew great or spectacular was going to come out on his behalf, I was at least expecting more of a decent challenge. Like I said, Hawaiian Hardhead is nothing more than just mediocre wrestler, and an XWF entertainer. Throughout my career I’ve been facing men like that, no matter where I go. They really think a gimmick is going to get them far, and that it sets them apart from the rest of the roster. And while half of the roster is filled with guys who rely on their primarily on their skills and talents, you have guys like Hawaiian Hardhead, who have their gimmicks, and their entertainment. Then when they get in the ring, they have nothing else to show. And that was exactly what I got this past Sunday. I felt great after the victory, don’t get me wrong. So I don’t really feel like the victory was totally worthless. It just makes me happy knowing that I’ve took back what was mine, but also, took back something that another had no right holding onto for me. Even if Hardhead did put on a great challenge, I still would’ve came out the victor. I gave my all, but I guess Hardhead couldn’t even handle the warm-up phase. It’s a shame, but there’s nothing I can do about it now. The match is over and I’m the Hart Champion. I’m the best wrestler on Impact, and I will have no problem proving it to everyman who steps in my way. So I welcome all challengers. Just so that they know, I’m not Hawaiian Hardhead. So if you plan on coming after me, be prepared to take on a very great wrestler. And you’ll get the best out of me, and I will expect nothing less from you. But that’s not the situation I need to address right now.

What I need to address right now is that this little “feud” between Hawaiian Hardhead and I isn’t over yet. But also, I have Eric Anderson being added into the equation also. He’s more of a problem to Hardhead than me. Because during my match this past Sunday, if he had any quarrels with me, I guess he would’ve let it be known when I was in many vulnerable states. But he didn’t so that means he had nothing against me. He called the match down the middle, in my opinion, and he did what he was suppose to do. Which meant, he stood out of my way and allowed me to take care of business. Now it seems that our business endeavors are not over. Now I have a match this Saturday with Hawaiian Hardhead ,and this time, Eric Anderson is taking part in this match. Making it a Triple Threat match. I can go back to about two weeks ago, remembering the last time I was in a Triple Threat match. I just automatically assumed that it was going to be just a normal, Xtreme Rules, Triple Threat match, and my victory was going to be secure to go to Zero Tolerance and challenge the Hart Champion. I still won the match, but everything had changed once the Impact show had begun. Rage decided he wanted to prove to everyone how much of a hard ass he was, and he persuaded Fran Damage to change the match to a Deathmatch. We all know the outcome of that match. Even though I was attacked before the match took place, I still, which is all that really matters. All I’m saying is, I hope that I’m going straight into this match with there having to be any changes going on, the moment I step into the arena. I plan on walking in the arena, with my Hart title, then leaving the arena, becoming a full active roster member on Massacre. With my Hart Title as well.

I know that they said if I win the match, when I win the match, that I will have to drop the Hart Championship. Then next week, Eric Anderson and Hawaiian Hardhead will face-off for the belt. Well I guess it’s going to be too bad for them. Because this championship belt isn’t going anywhere until someone manages to beat me. I don’t know if it’s possible, but my strap stays with me after I win the match. I don’t know if it was Fran or Smitty’s idea. Whoever it was, it’s not a very smart. And they can say whatever they want and get the lawyers on the phone if they must. The fact remains, that this title stays with me. Do those idiots really think that I’m just going to sit back and let them give the opportunity for the worst Hart Champions to hold this precious, and prestigious, piece of gold once again, and continue to make a mockery of it? I really don’t think so. I would feel more comfortable knowing that Eric Anderson would be the one to take the championship after I go to Massacre, but I’m not too sure about his abilities in the ring. Either way, watching Hawaiian Hardhead parade around Impact thinking he is the best, is just utterly ridiculous. And I refuse to see it take place. Obviously I won’t be able to do anything about it since I will be on Massacre doing facing better opponents. So I have no other choice but to take the belt with me. Smitty and Fran will just have to deal with that.

It really does suck though. Being newly crowned the Hart Champion, thus being dubbed as the best wrestler on Impact. Not even being able to enjoy my time as the best, I have to get up, back my bags, and head to the bigger show where the competition will not disappoint me. I know a few guys who wouldn’t want to give up being the best on a “second rate” show. But then that wouldn’t really mean much to the top guys who are on the better show, having the better matches, and being respected by everyman on the roster. I’m willing to drop my title as the best on Impact in order to go onto become the best in the XWF in general. Doesn’t mean I’m dropping the Hart title, just leaving Impact means that Grappling Gary is the best on Impact. I have my belt, he has his two. Massacre just seems to have more to offer. And I have no problem taking full advantage of those opportunities. I’ll go on and prove myself the weeks go by. Hell, who knows? Maybe the months, and year might go by as I go on to prove that I am the best. I started off by winning the Hart championship. Now there’s nowhere else to go but to the top. I plan on taking what everyone else plans on taking. And that’s the ultimate prize in this company. Eventually that will happen. As of right now, continuing to prove myself is all that I need to focused on.

My first step, will be by defeating both Eric Anderson and Hawaiian Hardhead. We already know that these men have their own issues with each other. And everyone knows that Hardhead and I aren’t the best of friends either. So it only seems to make sense that booking us in this match will actually bring this feud from ember, into an inferno. Well, this is where everyone is going to proven wrong. Now that I have what I want, I no longer care about Hawaiian Hardhead. I did what I had to do, and he was the only person who was in the way. Lucky that Anderson wasn’t the man holding the title, he would’ve in Hardhead’s place if he was the one holding the Hart Championship. I was actually really hoping that I wasn’t going to see Hardhead in the ring again. Just to save him the embarrassment. Not like he already isn’t a walking embarrassment, it would just suit him better if he just stays away from the ring, as long as I’m near it. But then again, I don’t think he’s very smart either. Usually after a champion loses his title, he automatically wants a rematch against the man he lost to. Even so, when I move on to Massacre, he’s still going to want his rematch against me. Being that I defeated him with ease this past Sunday, he also might want to prove himself that he’s better than that. So that’s a double negative already. So most likely, this man is going to be seriously gunning for me in this match. I have no problem with that. I can honestly say that I’ll be prepared. I’m always prepared. I assume that he was ready on Sunday too. Just that he wasn’t good enough to last in the ring with me. I really hope that we don’t see a repeat this Saturday. I don’t want my victory to be another waste of time. I really don’t want to waste my time on Hardhead now. I can’t do anything about it, because I don’t get paid to walk away from my matches. Besides, how will that Hardhead look in front of his rival Eric? I mean, he already saw you lose fair and square in the ring against me. Hell, he was the one who counted to three. So just for him to be a first hand witness in our second encounter, will actually make him think even less of you, if he doesn’t already. I just have to make sure that all goes well on my part and take down the both of you the best and only way I can.

I know that Hardhead is going to want his “Black” Hart championship back. I also know that Eric wants a shot at the Hart Championship too. So then why have me in this match. This is actually one of the most incredibly stupid matches I’ve ever been in. Why have the both of them in this match in the first place? They already think that they’re going to be facing off against each other next week if they lose, when they lose I should say. So Fran is a complete genius for this one. Too bad they’re all going to be disappointed after I take my belt over with me. Since I already am the best on Impact, who in the hell is going to stop me? I guess there should be no need for me to worry, because regardless, I’m going to Massacre. I hope that Hardhead is ready for another lost, and even more humiliation. I also hope that Eric Anderson is ready for me. I’m always ready, and I’m always prepared. My return isn’t going to be in vain, and I’ve been proving it thus far. I have no other choice but to keep moving on, as I continue to make my way over to Massacre. Believe me when I tell you this........
