Demon of the Fall

IV. Demon of the Fall: The Mirror Stage 5

Well, well, well....someone finally decided to comeback and pay homage to an old friend. Where the hell have you been Terry?

In prison.....

That must’ve been fun! For how long?

Eh...for about a month. Not that long.

But before you went into prison, who probably had time to come and talk to me for just a little bit. When was the last time we spoke?

In June....

So basically, it’s been 2 months of neglect from you. Some kind of fucking friend you are.

Quit bitching about it. I’m here now, and now I need to talk to you.

About?

About the things that have been going on in my life. The reasons why I haven’t had the free time to come down and share all of the things that have been going on since Mega Massacre.

Fine then.....enlighten me.

Gladly. First of all, my match at Mega Massacre was a huge disappointment.

How so?

Can I continue?

Oh, sorry. Continue.

My match in the Fatal Four Way match didn’t turn out the way how I expected it to go. It was too quick, and none of the wrestlers in that match put out that great of an effort in my opinion. It seems like everyone was just rushing to get the match over with instead of proving their worthiness as talented athletes in the ring. I was highly disappointed.

So who won the match?

Centurion did. Then to make matters worse, the man lost the title a week afterwards. It just pissed me off even more.

Did you kick his ass? Usually you would when someone get’s you upset.

There was no need to. I just issued a challenge to Centurion, and the newly crowned Canadian Champion, to a 30 Minute Iron Man Match.

Who was the newly crowned Champion?

Drake Komodo. He was one the reasons why I had went away to prison. Either way, we had our match and it ended in a Draw, but the decision was still in Drake’s favor. He remained the champion, and yet I was the only man still standing after the bell rang.

So you still didn’t answer my question, why were you in prison?

Because I kicked the shit out of Drake and his friends. He got a restraining order against me. I let my anger get in the way of my logic and rationality. Then I attacked him and his friends again. So there.....

All because you didn’t win the Canadian Championship....that sounds very childish.

That wasn’t my reason. Which brings me to another reason as to why I haven’t been around for two months. I joined a stable.

Oh! Just fucking great. You deserted me when you found yourself some real friends!

Not really friends, more like business partners. Very good business partners. We had a lot of things in common personally and professionally. It’s not like they consumed my whole life, playing dress-up, and having late night conversations. We had a common agenda, thus creating common enemies, which resulted into me doing what I did.

Hm...what was the name of this stable?

The Vigilantes.....

Oh, awesome, you joined a bunch of crime fighters.

No, we weren’t crime fighters. Basically we didn’t make a big fuss as to what we were going to do, when our morality came into question. All we cared about was being the best wrestlers in the company and showing everyone that were. While we came about, other stables came too. Thus creating a stable “war”. We somehow ended up getting beat down every single week by these other stables, which only just built up my frustration. As well as being robbed of what should’ve been mine.

So these other stables did have names right?

Yes they did....and there own agendas as well. They didn’t agree with ours and we didn’t agree with theirs. I’ll start with The Black Oder. These guys basically wanted, and still want, to take over the XWF. All the members had a superiority complex, that was just unmatchable. They felt that it would be necessary to beat down members of my stable whenever they felt like it. The there was The Tribe. Drake was apart of that one, and they had a superiority complex too. Just that they actually had championship gold to back up there disorder with. Then where was the Bloodhounds and Genesis Omega, who I really didn’t have any encounters with.

Interesting....sounds like you and your partners had your hands full. I guess it’s all over now huh?

As far as I’m concerned it is. All stables are gone, except one. Either way, The Tribe were starting to get on my nerves, and I decided to get a few good hits on them in, on the counts of aggression and anger, before I started to focus on getting myself on where I wanted to be again.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Was it?

No, I was sent to prison for violating a restraining order. It was nothing though. I had time to rethink my actions, and come to terms that I was an idiot for letting my emotions getting the way of business. I regret doing it, only because it took me away from my family, and my career. Whenever I see that Drake Komodo again, revenge will be mine. Until then, I have to keep focus on what’s important, and that’s becoming th best wrestler in the XWF.

How is that? My guess is that you have been dropped to the bottom of the ladder, starting over on Impact once again. Only to get yourself where you were before you got sent away.

Nope, that wasn’t the case. Apparently my return was being anticipated. It wasn’t much of a return though, as my return wasn’t even put on the air of the actual show. Then my return match itself, wasn’t as great as I thought it would’ve been, or was going to be.

So what makes your return so fucking special now?

I actually get to become the best wrestler in the XWF for the third time.

Oh great, another shot at the Canadian championship. How many times are you going to chase after that damn belt?

As many times as I fucking feel like. I have something to prove to the world, and a statement to make as well.

What’s that?

That being the Canadian Champion shows everyone that I am the best wrestler in the company, and that no matter what championship belt I hold, I will show everyone that I can bring honor and prestige to the belt itself.

What did you just say? There is no way that you can prove to people that you are the best wrestler by winning the Canadian Championship. It doesn’t prove that you are the number 1 guy in the company. The Canadian Championship isn’t the richest prize in the XWF.

You don’t think I know that? That’s what makes my goal to become the Canadian Champion so great. You see, I’ve been watching this championship title get crapped on ever since it’s been reactivated. Centurion just drops the belt in one week of winning it, and the Drake Komod claimed that he hated it, and now the recent champion, Cyren, just threw the fucking title like it was garbage. I can’t stand to watch ANY championship title get thrown around like a piece of garbage. Just like how I was seeing the Hart championship being treated.

Yeah, I remember that saga. You basically were going hold that title and make it look like the greatest championship title that XWF has.

Indeed I was, and I plan on doing the same thing once I win the Canadian championship. Which brings me back to explaining why I’ll be the best wrestler in the XWF after I win the Canadian Championship.

Please explain this to me, because this really isn’t making sense to me right now.

You see, even though the Universal, and the World title are the richest prizes in the company, both titles can be held by men who have no real skills and talent in the ring. You can be as big as a whale, as tall as the fucking sky, and could make everybody in an arena have an orgasm by just saying the word “the”. That doesn’t mean shit when you’re a worthless, non-talented, piece of shit wrestler, who doesn’t know the difference between a wristlock from a wrist-watch.

It seems like the XWF has had plenty of those kind of guys walk step in and out of there company.

Yes they have, that much is definitely true. And yet those kind of wrestlers, or should I say sports entertainers, can go ahead and become the Universal and World Champions of the XWF. The only reason why I got interested in the Canadian Championship in the first place, was that I was told that the Canadian rules matches, only served the purpose of the wrestlers showcasing their skills and talent in the ring. I was never the one to really get into the real Xtreme side of the company. So getting in a match that allowed me to show-off my talents to it’s fullest extent really intrigued me. On top of it all, there was a title that you would be awarded for in doing so. Being the Canadian Champion means that you’re the one who’s going out into the arena and having the greatest matches of the night, without having to take out not one single steel chair, or a barbed wire bat. Being able to show everyone that you’re the best wrestler in the company is by holding the Canadian Champion. Any sports entertainer can get lucky and hold the Universal and World Championship, but their skills would never really make up for it. So for the Canadian Championship to be treated like crap just really pisses me off, and shows that the previous two holders weren’t worthy of holding a great title, with such a great background and history, that the Canadian title possess. Need I say more?

No, not at all, you’ve said what you had to say. Even though I don’t fully agree with you. You have your point, so go ahead and become the Canadian champion prove to everyone that you are the best wrestler.

Don’t worry, I will. When my match comes, there will be no doubt that I am the best wrestler in the XWF right now.

Yea, you do that. So who’s your opponent?

Chad....

Chad? Dude, he’s not really considered to be a wrestler who would normally be in the Canadian division.

I know. That’s what get’s me a little upset at the way how the XWF is throwing sports entertainers in this division. They’re not meant to be apart of anything that they have no business being apart of. These sports entertainers are classified as mediocre when it comes to their skills already. So Chad being put in this match is simply an atrocity. In only just a mere two weeks, I’ll show him what it’s like to face a great wrestler like myself. He and his Black Order friends will realize what it’s like to step in the ring with me.

His Black Order friends?

Yea, this douchebag went ahead and joined the Order.

Okay.....now things have gotten a whole lot more interesting. You did say the Black Order was still around......

Oh yea, and he just added himself to group of mediocre, worthless, undeserving, and pathetic, sports entertainers. I really have no clue as to why he did it. I actually had some respect for him. No it’s all gone, lost in the shuffle, never to be found again. It just makes me beating him much easier on my conscience. But this Monday, I have another member of the Black Order to take care of.....

That member is?

Another piece of shit, who really isn’t worth my time. His name is Sam Hain.

Doesn’t sound like an interesting character.

From what I’ve seen from him, he really isn’t. There isn’t much to expect from this match except an victory from me. That much is a promise, and it will only be done the best way I know how to, and that’s showcasing the self-proficiency that is on a much higher caliber than his own. Everyone in the Black Order for that matter.

Cocky aren’t we?

Not at all, just extremely confident. It seem overbearing, but that’s just the way how I am. Not even when the Black Order was the a threat, the best men that they had in their ranking couldn’t take me on. So how much of a chance does Sam Hain has against me?

I don’t think that he stands that much of a chance at all.

Too right you are. That will all be proven when Monday comes around, I’ll show Sam what it’s like to step in the ring with me. He can go and ask Cyren and Raziel themselves. Surely they can give him tips, and few pointers on what he will need to actually give me a decent run for my money. Most likely it will be to no avail, since he would be taking advice from other mediocre wrestlers, just like him.

I guess you have something to look forward to this Monday......

....And I should be getting myself prepared for it, regardless of the level of competition. I have to stay on top of my game. Only best will thrive in the XWF, and I plan on being the best.

In two weeks you will....

....Make no mistake about it. I’ll be seeing you later.......

With that said, a tall figure can now be seen standing in the dark. As this figure begins to come into the light, the man known as Terry Mortale, XWF superstar Maximus, can be seen walking out of the darkness and into the light. Maximus leaves the location, and begins to wonder about. In the room itself lies an old wooden chair, and standing in front of it, a tall mirror. With the chair just sitting there, staring at it’s own reflection.

V. The Vigilant Departure

August 19th, 2008
1:29 AM
Detroit, Michigan
Marriot Hotel Bar

The Vigilantes. It seems like yesterday when I first got the phone call from Lee Stone join up with him. At first he didn’t tell me that I was going to be joining there legendary stable. He just told me that he just wanted me to join up with him. He said to me “Max, you have a lot of potential. Never seen a guy you mate.” Yeah, that fucking Kiwi. At first, I wasn’t really interested in joining any stables. I was just going to do things on my own like I always do. Lee Stone told me that he knew I had what it took to be the top guy in the XWF. The wrestling skills were there, I just needed that extra push, and he was going to help me get there faster than I expected. I wasn’t going to join up with him just because he was a legend. I told him that, and he respected that. I genuinely believed that he was going to do right by me, and that he did. For him doing that, I will always be loyal to him.

I wasn’t expecting anything to big to happen when I joined up with the Vigilantes. All I thought that we were going to do is just go out to the ring, and win our matches. But no, the Black Order, and The Tribe had to show up and start a war. I got fed up about the way how we were getting treated by everyone else. Especially the way how the Black Order would always attack Christian Connolly. He was another man I respected.....well I grew to respect him. It started out a mutual thing, because of Lee Stone, but as time went on, I began to have respect for C2 and all of the things that he has accomplished in the XWF .I also enjoy watching him perform in the ring. If I wasn’t going to join the Vigilantes, I would’ve looked forward to facing Christian. That’s not going to happen now, as that both Lee and Christian have both officially retired from wrestling. It sucks because I wasn’t there to see them off, as I was still in prison when this took place. But regardless, they both have done right by me, including C2. So for that, my loyalty is to him as well, even though the Vigilantes are no more.

The scene opens up to a bar, in a hotel. Where people are running in and out of it. People are running around with there small suitcases, grabbing drinks and going up stairs to their rooms. There are some people sitting around the pleasant environment that the bar has provided for it’s guess. Some people laughing, joking, having a good time getting drunk. All the people in the bar look like business men, and women, who just want to sit back and relax from their hard days work. Everyone in that bar looks business oriented, except for two people, and that’s the bartender, and Maximus. Maximus is sitting at the bar, just drinking by himself casually, watching the TV that the bar has. The bartender, a very short and husky man, walks over to Maximus, and offers more of his services.

Bartender: Anything else I can get you sir.

Maximus: Another Heineken will do, thank you.

Bartender: Alright, here you go.

The Bartender then reaches under the bar, and pulls out a bottle of Heineken for Maximus. He opens it for him, and then hands it to him.

Bartender: Is that all for the evening?

Maximus: I’ll let you know when I’m done. Until then, just charge it to my room.

Bartender: Alright, if you say so.

Maximus then begins to drink his beer, slowly. He takes sip after sip, while still watching TV. Then all of a sudden he feel a hand touch his shoulder and a very familiar voice.

???: Hey, is this seat taken?

Maximus looks up to his right side and sees his old ally Christian Connolly stand right next to him, with a smile on his face. Maximus retorts with a grin himself. Christian comes around, and they both begin to shake hands with each other. Christian then sits down right next to Maximus.

Christian: It’s been a while huh?

Maximus: Yeah, pretty much. I thought you were gone from the XWF.

Christian: You weren’t paying attention to the show now were you?

Maximus: Unfortunately I wasn’t. I decided to leave the moment my match was over. There was no need for me to stay there.

Christian: Well the news that would’ve shocked you, and it actually took place before your match.

Maximus: Sorry dude, I was more focused on winning my match. Sorry about that. So what was this news?

Christian: I’m the new fucking General Manager of Massacre.

Maximus: Get the fuck out of here! That’s fucking awesome man.

Christian: I know it really is.

Then all of a sudden the Bartender comes over to where Christian and Maximus are sitting.

Bartender: Hey, your new buddy is getting something to drink?

Maximus: I don’t know....

Christian: Yea, I’ll take a vodka and cranberry.

Bartender: Alright, just give me a minute.

Maximus then turns and looks at Christian, and continues to grin at him. He then turns around and continues to finish drinking his beer.

Maximus: Well then this is just great. The new GM decided to mingle with just a mere old peasant.

The Bartender comes back over and hands Christian his drink.

Christian: Hey, don’t say it like that. I just wanted to come and see you. It sucks that you left the way you did, and we pretty much did miss you.

Maximus: Dude....gay.

Christian begins laughing.

Christian: No, seriously. Once you left, things were finally starting to come into place. I was World Champion, and Zach was challenging, and won, the Universal Championship. It just sucks that you weren’t there to experience the celebrations with us.

Maximus: Yea, well, that was my own fault. I’ve dealt with it, and now I’m back out, trying make up for it. How’s the wife and kids?

Christian: They’re doing fine. Your wife and kids okay?

Maximus: Yea, Jasmine and I had a little talk when I came back home. You know, wasn’t very happy that I went away.

Christian: Neither was I, and neither was Lee.

Maximus: That much I do know, about Lee. He told me so when he came to visit. Even though I wasn’t really expecting him to.

Christian: We did tell you to not go out there and attack the Tribe. That was the only problem we had with you. You just didn’t...

Maximus: Listen. Yea I know. My wife has had this problem with me for 15 years. What was I suppose to do? Let everyone just keep walking around treating us anyway they felt like?

Christian: I knew how you felt Max. But you didn’t have to go around running like a chicken with it’s head cut off either. You should’ve quit while you were ahead.

Maximus: It’s not like they were going to come back and attack me. They already saw what I was capable of doing to them.

Christian: Come on man, don’t give me that macho bullshit.

Maximus: I’m trying to come off as macho. I’m just telling it the way how I see it.

Maximus then takes another sip of his beer. Connolly begins taking sips of his own drink. Maximus continues speaking.

Maximus: So you being the GM must be fun huh? You can go around book some matches, and tell other people what to do.

Christian: It’s not even like that. Having control over people as the GM isn’t what I’m really looking forward to. It’s really all about the experience, and also, I couldn’t just walk away from the XWF entirely.

Maximus: Regardless if you do want to control people or not, I hope you know I do have problems with authority figures.

Christian: Well, if you didn’t listen to Lee Stone, I doubt that you’ll listen to me. Besides I didn’t forget that you had problems with Fran Damage when you were on Impact.

Maximus: Yea, could I forget him. He’s the reason why I had to give up the Hart Championship. Either way, it doesn’t matter when it comes down to me and you. You know how I am, and I know how you are. So you’ll have a much easier time dealing with me than any other person. And don’t worry, I won’t attack you.

Christian: I know you won’t. It’s not like I retired 3 years ago, and I don’t have what it take to get in the ring with you. You’re smart enough to not tempt me.

Maximus then puts his bottle down, and then looks up at Christian.

Maximus: Maybe I’m not....

Both Christian and Maximus begin staring at each other for a quick second. Then all of a sudden Maximus starts grinning.

Maximus: Just fucking with you C2....relax.

Christian doesn’t laugh at all.

Christian: You weren’t really joking..

Maximus: I wasn’t really serious either.

Christian: Hm...okay, fair enough.

Maximus then picks up his beer again, and continues to drink it until it is finished. Christian continues to take more sips of his drink.

Maximus: So, did you book your first card yet?

Christian: Actually I did, and you’re facing Sam Hain next Monday.

Maximus: I’m sorry, who?

Christian: Sam Hain. He came over from IWF when it closed down. Now he’s a member of the Black Order.

Maximus: Oh great, you’re booking against someone who’s not up to par with my skills, and better yet, he’s associated with the douchebag’s who gave us a lot of trouble.

Christian: So what’s the problem?

Maximus: There is no problem.

Christian: It sounds like there is a problem...

Maximus: Okay then, the only problem is, is that I have deal with a member of the Black Order. Most likely the entire Order in general again.

Christian: You don’t have to worry about that, you still have me.

Maximus: What do you mean? The Vigilantes are still together?

Christian: I didn’t say that. I don’t recall ever saying anything like that. But if you want to bring back the Vigilantes, then I have no problem with that. You’re a good ally to have Max.

Maximus: And so are you. The only problem is, you’re a not a competitor in the XWF anymore. Being the GM of Massacre is going to be enough for you to handle. So with me and you bringing back the Vigilantes will just be weird. Especially without Lee. If it was just me and Lee, it would be weird without you.

Christian: If that’s how you feel then. I guess the Vigilantes are no more.

Maximus: More like a hiatus. Until the time comes that you feel it’s time to bring the Vigilantes back, I’ll be more than happy to join up with you guys again.

Christian nods, and finishes his drink, he puts down a 20 dollar bill on the bar, and places his glass on top of it.

Christian: Well that’s great to know. Until then, I guess we’ll be seeing each other around.

Maximus: We most definitely will. See you around, boss.

Christian begins to laugh.

Christian: Yea Max, I’ll see you around.

With that said, Christian get’s off of his stool, get’s up, and begins to walk away from the bar. Christian continues to walk out of the bar, and then eventually, out of the hotel. Maximus sits at the bar for the next few minutes, still watching the TV. He then places his money down on the bar, in order to pay for the drinks that he had for the night. Then he get’s up and begins to walk out of the bar. As he’s walking, he looks over to the businessmen, who are still sitting in the lounge area. They are all still laughing, joking, and drinking with each other. Maximus just continues to walk by them and keeps on walking to the elevator. Maximus finally get’s up to the floor to where his room is at, and then he finally get’s in and settles down. Begins to rest his body, so when it hit’s daylight, he’s able to go home to his family.

VI. Extreme Unction

The Black Order, these guys are going to be the basis of my time right now. I really thought that I was going to be done with these guys when I cam back. I really thought that I would be going my own way, doing my thing, not having to deal with these fucking idiots. Even though Cyren was the Canadian Champion, I was going to challenge him to a match, and that was going to be the end of that. Unfortunately I have made a new enemy, and he’s now apart of the Black Order. I wasn’t expecting Chad to join up with this band of misfits, but there’s nothing else I can do now. I have to step up to plate, and face them head on like I did when I was with the Vigilantes. Things might be a little bit difficult now, since I don’t have anyone to back me up. I had Christian Connolly, Alex Cutwright, and Zach Rizza to call, if the Black Order decided to make a move and attack me. I’m glad they didn’t or else my involvement in the “war” would’ve been crucial to the Black Order. I really had no need to have any real worries about the Black Order, since my focus was, and still is, winning the Canadian Championship. When the Black Order came about this year, you had Raziel, Cyren, Famine of the Vile, and Fuzz. Even though they weren’t as large in number as they are now, I considered them to be a huge threat back then. The reason being is because you had Raziel, even though he was full of himself, and full of shit, the man was hellbent on being at the top of the XWF. He was the one that I disliked the most out of all of the members of the Black Order. Yet, I recognized him as a threat to my well being, as well as my allies, and anyone else who was a threat to him becoming the top player in the XWF. The there was Cyren. Even though he wasn’t the leader when Raziel was in competition, he was just another fucking psycho. He still is, regardless, he had more influence when Raziel was around, at least that it looked like to me. Famine of the Vile was the just manager, but regardless, of his past history being as unstable as the rest of his allies, made him a threat, just by association. Then there was Fuzz, or Shawn Warstein, what ever the fuck you want to call him. He was more of a threat to anybody, in the ring I really, only because he was the World Champion at the time. It sucks that the man had to drop his title, due the paralysis that he had got after his match with that loser from IWF. Shawn Warstein was the only man in the Black Order who would’ve been a very serious threat in the ring, as well as outside. Surely it was those men who started the “war” just two months ago. They made an impact then, and it looks like they’re trying to put out that same impact now.

Unfortunately, it’s not working. Even though they do have more, yet untalented, wrestlers in there wake. They still are not managing to instill fear into the hearts of the performers in the XWF. They never did with me then, and they are definitely not doing it now. If I said that they were a joke back then, they’re an even bigger joke right now. Just look at who they have recruited over the past two months. Let’s see you have, Rage, The Lunatic, Armageddon X, Nick Ryan, Eric Anderson, the clowns known as Thomas Davis and Krazzy Kidd, and then some slutty chick. To top it all off, Raziel’s involvement in the Black Order is reduced to nothingness. Why the fuck is he even there? He was once the leader, now he’s just the fucking manager. What kind of bullshit is that? Does Cyren really think that he can create what they once had just two months ago? I really don’t fucking think so. I forgot to mention two people though. Two people who are very important to me for the time being. They’re names are Chad and Sam Hain. With Chad being the most recent addition to the Black Order, and I was a first hand witness, I guess I’ll start off with him.

Being that Chad and I have never really encountered each other after all of the years of me being here in the XWF. I was bit taken aback when I found out that he was going to be the man that I was going to be facing at Mutiny for the Canadian Championship. I only went to the ring to see where his head was at, and to tell him to stay healthy for the next two weeks, because once I step in the ring, it’s game over. Chad is one of the primary reasons why I decided to make th Black Order the primary topic of this session. He wanted to join to the Order, for what reason, I really don’t know. Nor do I care. All I care about is beating him for the Canadian Championship at Mutiny, but since he’s joined up with the Black Order, I’m also have to watch my back and worry about my health. Regardless if these guys are a joke, they are still a stable, full of jackasses. The vast majority of the time, stablemates usually follow the examples that their leaders set out for them to do. So being that Cyren is a crazy fuck, and that he usually goes out of his way to attack his opponents, surely the rest of the 11 idiots that he has surrounded himself with, are going to do the same thing that he does. Chad showed that to me this past Thursday, when his newfound allies decided to attack me....then again I don’t want to come off as being hypercritical, because I did attack him first. Either way, I was just making my presence, and my goal, be known to him and to everyone in the XWF. I guess Chad has realized it, and has no other choice but to come to terms with it. He’ll be the one to step in the ring with me at Mutiny, and just him alone. Not him and all of the rest of the members of the Black Order. Even though I will be looking out for myself as the next two weeks go by, his shenanigans will only piss me off. Then when we step in the ring together, it will only just make things worse for him.

Over the years, I’ve only known Chad to be just a hardcore based wrestler. Not someone like me who just strictly relies on his technical prowess to get over on his opponents. With the name that he has built up over the years, I can’t say that I’m impressed, even though we have never faced each other in the ring before. He’s going to be a much tougher person to face, but I promise I will get the job done. I know he’s not Hawaiian Hardhead, who I just ran right through to take away the Hart Championship. Our match is going to be for the Canadian Championship, which means that the stakes are much higher, and so is the prestige of the title itself. I have been chasing after the Canadian Championship for the past two months and I came up short twice, and literally, it was only by half an inch. Mega Massacre was just a huge let all by itself, and Bad Medicine was indeed a better match, but it didn’t get me what I needed. Yes, I said needed. I don’t even think that Chad even really wants this title. After all of the years that he has been in the XWF, he finally decides to step up and challenge for the Canadian title? You would’ve thought that this man would be a multiple time World Champion by now, on his way to becoming a Legend. But no, he became a joke, and now he’s an even bigger joke, since he’s with the Black Order. Even though Chad will be able to give a challenge, I still don’t see him beating me in our match. This match itself kind of reminds me of the match that I had with Hawaiian Hardhead. I didn’t take him seriously as a wrestler, but yet I didn’t underestimate him as a performer. That’s the same thing that I can say about Chad right now. The only difference between these two is that Chad actually has people to back him up, when I start beating the crap out of him. It’s not going to make that much of a difference since it will all come down to me and him in the very end. I know I might have failed to capture the Canadian Championship two times in a row, just remember the third time is most definitely a charm. Now it may look like that my luck will not even be a factor since this man has affiliated himself with the Black Order, but there’s no need for me to worry, because I know my skills will bypass any luck that was meant to be put into my favor. So I’ve said it once, and I’ll keep saying as long as they are around to here what I have to say.....fuck the Black Order. Most importantly, fuck Chad, and his hopes of ever becoming the Canadian Champion.

Now onto the situation that I have at hand, coming up this Monday on Massacre. Before I do that, I’m going to go back with what I was saying before. Just back track a little bit, with a little back story that will lead up to the next point that I’m going to make. You see when the Black Order came about, they were a threat, blah, blah, blah. They had the four men who were a threat in the ring. At least I thought they were. When Christian Connolly and I face Raziel and Cyren on a June edition of Massacre. I really came to realization that these guys were not as talented, nor as skillful in the ring as I was. When I got into the ring with these two, both C2 and I basically showed them and the world that we were the better wrestlers of the night. Which also made up for the Vigilantes objective as well. C2 and I defeated Cyren and Raziel in that match, thus beating the best members that the Black Order had to offer, and apparently Cyren being the number 1 guy in the Black Order right now. That’s one of the main reason why I look at the Black Order and giggle. Only because you’re isn’t good enough to beat me. Then the Black Order’s previous leader was just as good as he was. So why in the hell I’m being booked against Sam Hain doesn’t make any sense at all. I’ve beaten the best that Black Order has ever had to offer, yet I’m being forced to go up against the stables worst. It’s bad enough that my opponent at Mutiny is in this God forsaken piece of shit stable, but my opponent for this Monday is involved in this stable as well. Even though I have no personal problems with Sam Hain, I just don’t really see much of a challenge from this guy. Where do I start?

Apart from him being in the Black Order, the man has not shown me that he’s a credible wrestler here in the XWF, since his arrival here in this company. I do take notice of all of the things that go on here in the XWF, and when the IWF had closed down, I’ve watched the handful of wrestlers come into the XWF and get their asses handed to them on a silver platter. It was bad enough that there best wrestler came over and lost in a miserable attempt to become the World Champion. Even though I wasn’t big fan of Fuzz, I just knew the Chronic Chris Page didn’t have what it took to be established as one of the best wrestlers here in the XWF. Sam Hain doesn’t have it either. The wrestlers that came from that shitty promotion wouldn’t really be capable of lasting in the ring with some of the Impact guys. So does Sam Hain truly think that he has what it takes to last in the ring with me? I know he doesn’t, and instead of running my mouth about it, I’m going to prove it. Don’t it confused people, I’m not overlooking Sam, nor am I underestimating him. I have yet to underestimate an opponent of mine. Thus the reason why those who aren’t prepared for what I have in store for them lose in the timely fashion that they do. Just ask James Raven, regardless of all the talent that he has, he wasn’t fully really take me on. Now back to Sam. I hope he doesn’t mistake my rambling for neglect, and I also hope that my rambling doesn’t make his head explode, just like it might do to others. Ever since Sam came to the XWF I have noticed that he has been a very confident person in his abilities to take on the men in the XWF. I can respect that in a performer. Then I have to take away points from him, only because he’s never faced guys who are on the brink of their prime, mainly guys like me, which they’re aren’t many of. So Sam is stepping in the ring a very proficient athlete, who’s skills are compelling. His confidence is the only thing that will make him just a tad bit worthy opponent. With my confidence, and everything else combined will just prove that he just couldn’t come close to even making me flinch.

He does have his Black Order friends to help him out though. There are only about 5 people in his stable who I’ve stepped in the ring with. Maybe they can give him some tips, on what it is he will have to do in order to take me down. Then again, not even they know, because they never came close to beating me. 4 out of the 5 actually. Armageddon X was the only person was the one who got himself pinned in the Canadian title match at Mega Massacre. The rest I’ve defeated in the ring. So go Sam can go to Cyren, Raziel, Rage, and Eric Anderson to see if it will do him any good. Soon the list of Black Order members that I have defeated will go up to six. First it will be Sam Hain, then next will be Chad. If Krazzy Kidd or Thomas Davis wants to step up to the plate, then I have no problem with that. The more, the merrier. It will only, and can only take place in the middle of the ring. You can never prove that you’re a better wrestler than someone by attack them from the back all of the time. Neither can prove that you’re the better wrestler by talking all the time. So my time for talking is up, and the time for action is right around the corner. So I hope Sam Hain is ready for me, because I know I’m ready for him, Chad, and the entire Black Order. Mutiny isn’t too far away, and so is my rise to becoming the best wrestler in the XWF. Can anyone stop me? I think not. So someone please......prove me wrong.
