Also adjusts body in the air when necessary) Ultimate Finisher - When there’s nothing left to do Dead Man’s Diary Gory Special flipped into a piledriver Strengths In-Ring Psychology - Maximus can wrestle a match that can get a dead crowd hyped up. He creates build-ups with his opponents, thus getting the crowd more and more interested as the match continues, creating a great climax at the end of the match. He gets the crowd personally involved, thus making them showcase their emotions (whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied) when his matches are over. Technical Prowess/Mat Skill - Max began training as a freestyle wrestler. Training on the mat before actually getting into the ring. He doesn’t rely on his strength to take down his opponents. He knows how to take down men bigger and smaller than him. His weight and size makes it perfect to do both without much difficulty. He’s a true story teller in the ring, thus creating extravagant performances in the ring. He executes his moves with precision and perfection. Rarely botches moves, since he especially does a lot of Highspots. He’s a tenacious technical wrestler. Extremely Persistent - He doesn’t stop performing until the match is over. When he gets taken down, he pops right back up when he is able to. Willing to go on to the very end of the match, even if it kills him. will even chase an opponent who decides to run away. Speed/Agility - Even though Max doesn’t really rely, nor use it very often, he does have it. It helps him when he’s facing guys who are fast themselves. When he wants to get the upper hand against someone bigger, and stronger than he is, he’ll use his agility to get over on his opponents. Shooter - All of his moves are full contact, so when he delivers his moves, they have much more of an impact on his opponents. Stamina - Max can last for more than an hour in the ring. He’s very fit, and in very good shape. He’s never been pushed to his limit when it comes to how long he can actually last in the ring without getting tired. He knows that he can go on for more than an hour, wrestling a fast pace match. He doesn’t slow down during his matches. Weaknesses Knee Injury - Due to the fact that he has always wrestled fast paced matches, he broke his left knee cap six years ago. That is the only injury that stays with him over his career, as he always stays on his feet, doing a lot of Highspots. Hooker - This goes in regard to his opponents who refuse to sell the moves the Maximus delivers. Since all of his moves are full contact, he does a lot more damage to his opponents hurting them in the process. Unlike others who would injure their opponents due to botches, he injures his opponents due to the fact that’s what his moves are suppose to do. Especially the submission holds that he performs. Accomplishments in XWF: 3x XWF Hart Champion (was not defeated for the belt his last 2 reigns), XWF Canadian Champion, The Vigilantes (2008), 1x Quote of the moment |
