Darin Matthews vs. Ace Wylde

Layne Marshall: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, hailing from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at two hundred and twenty pounds. He is making his debut in the PWA. He is "Mr. Amazing" Darin Matthews!

[BOOM! Sparks fly as “Hit the Floor” by Bullet For my Valentine hits the arena PA System, playing as loud as possible.]

“I see you walking home alone, your face is alive and bright But you can't see how weak you really are 'cause I could end it tonight It's the feeling you get when you think that someone behind is watching you Well I can tell you now, that someone is me and I'm about to make it right”

[Darin Matthews forcefully pushes the curtains back and walks out proudly wearing a PWA T-Shirt. The crowd pops and Matthews stops in the middle of stage and grins, pointing up towards the ceiling.]

“Why do you take it all? Why do I beg for more? I never thought this is how I'd hit the floor Why do you take it all? Why do I beg for more? I never thought this is how I'd HIT, THE, FLOOR!”

[Matthews continues to walk down the entrance ramp, looking amped for action. As he walks down the aisle he slaps hands with a few fans and then picks up his speed and runs towards the ring.]

“I creep up from behind, touch your neck, move down your spine Take a look and breathe so sharp Just a matter of time Don't scream I ask of you, but then you let one out and now it's time to go I come down on you like a ton of brick All over so it's time to go”

[Matthews runs and slides under the ring ropes, proceeding to pump the floor a couple of times before standing up and moving towards the turnbuckles. He eyes the ring for a minute, before pointing to himself, and trying to smile almost as if he’s the star of the show.]

“Whoa-oah! Whoa-oah! Whoa-oah!”

[Matthews hands the belt over to the referee and crosses his arms in an X, almost signaling a revolution. He then drops his hands, takes off his shirt, throws it into the crowd and gives a cutthroat symbol as he waits for the match to start.]

Layne Marshall: Introducing his opponent, hailing from New York, New York and weighing in at three hundred and twenty-eight pounds. He is "The Dark Demon" Ace Wylde!

"The Older I Get" by Skillet plays as the stage lights flash scarlet and black. Ace Wylde comes out and stares out at the crowd before him. He sighs heavily and pumps his fists as pyros fire off on both sides of him. He struts down towards the ring and climbs over the top rope, where he swings his arms around and gets ready for his match.

The bell rings. Darin Matthews is ready to get this match started as he charges in Ace Wylde's direction. Wylde simply reaches out and he grabs ahold of Matthews and he lifts him over his head in a Gorilla Press fashion. He walks over to the center of the ring; showing his remarkable power. Wylde has a smile on his face as he drops Matthews onto his shoulders and falls back with a Samoan Drop. Wylde doesn't go for the cover, instead he reaches and grabs ahold of Matthew's head and he goes off with a series of right hands to the temple. Wylde stands upright and he has a sick smile on his face as Matthews rolls over onto his stomach and tries to push himself up to his feet. Once he does, he's still bent forward and Wylde sneaks up behind him and he lifts him up and drops him right back down with a Pumphandle Slam.

JJ Biggs: You almost feel sorry for Mr. Matthews. His very first match in the company and he has to face a man that out-weighs him by over one hundred pounds.

Richardson: Feel sorry for him? Nonsense. He signed on the dotted-line.

Matthews is on his back as Wylde takes off into the ropes. He comes back with an absolutely huge Legdrop! The force of the move goes through Matthews' entire body, before ending by making his legs come off the mat. Wylde quickly goes for the lateral press as the referee counts: 1...................2.......KICK OUT! Wylde gets to his feet and he pulls Matthews up to his. Wylde goes to Irish Whip Matthews into the ropes, but instead he pulls Matthews back in and he hits him with a powerful Clothesline! Wylde gets to his feet and he keeps his grip on Matthews' arm and he pulls him upright. Wylde this time release the Irish Whip and he sends Matthews off the ropes. He hits him with a HUGE Spinebuster upon return! Wylde with yet another pinfall attempt as the referee counts: 1..................2..............SHOULDER UP!

JJ Biggs: Darin Matthews needs to get in gear if he wants to win this match.

Richardson: He can't beat Mr. Wylde! No one can beat him.

JJ Biggs: I did.

Richardson: Oh, yeah. I guess everyone can beat Wylde if you beat him.

Wylde gets to his feet and stands there for a moment; as if he's trying to come up with a game-plan to put Matthews away before bending forward and pulling him up to his feet. He takes Matthews and he Irish Whips him across the ring into the far corner. Wylde backs up into the opposite corner before charging forward and he hits Matthews with a Big Splash. Matthews stumbles out of the corner and Wylde bounces off the ropes and comes back with a huge RKO-type Neckbreaker. Wylde again with the cover as the referee counts: 1.................2..........KICK OUT!

JJ Biggs: A near-fall!

Richardson: Did Wilkins just randomly go out and sign this bum? Where's Jose Jose? We need someone who can wrestle!

Wylde gets to his feet and he still has that smile on his face. He picks Matthews up to his feet, but Matthews flings Wylde's hands off and he goes on a series of rights and lefts, but Wylde fights through it by nailing Matthews with a Big Boot. Wylde pulls Matthews up to his feet once again, and he sends him off the far ropes. Matthews shows some life suddenly, though, as he slides between Wylde's legs. Matthews is up, Wylde turns around, and Matthews hit him with a Roundhouse Kick. Wylde is down on his back, Matthews moves to Wylde's side; Standing Shooting Star Press! Matthews stays in the position for the pinfall as the referee counts: 1................2....KICK OUT! Matthews rolls over onto his back and both men are down.

JJ Biggs: There we go!

Richardson: Did he hit a move? About time.

The referee starts his ten-count, but he doesn't have to count very high. Wylde gets back to his feet and Matthews gets back to his by using the ropes. Wylde charges and he goes for a Clothesline, but Matthews drops to the mat and rolls out onto the apron. Wylde almost tumbles over the top, but he keeps his balance and he stumbles back into the ring. Matthews is to his feet and he waits for Wylde to turn around. As soon as he does, Matthews jumps up onto the top-rope and he jumps off connecting with a Springboard Elbow! Matthews quickly gets to his feet as Wylde is down on his back. Matthews runs to the ropes, he jumps on the middle, and he springboards back with a Lionsault! He hooks the leg as the referee counts: 1..................2..........KICK OUT!

JJ Biggs: Darin Matthews' offense is so fast-paced. I don't think Wylde is going to be able to keep up with Matthews' attack.

Richardson: Wylde just needs to use his power and he'll be fine; much like he did for most of this match.

Matthews is quickly up to his feet and he exits the ring through the middle rope. He climbs to the top and he sets up; making sure he's balanced. Once he's ready, he jumps off looking for a Corkscrew Splash, but Wylde rolled out of the way and Matthews got nothing but the mat. Both men are down, but the referee doesn't bother with the ten-count as Wylde is using the ropes to slowly pull himself up. Wylde is up, and Matthews is slowly trying to get up himself. Wylde charges in Matthews' direction looking for a Clothesline, but Matthews ducks under it and Wylde cannot stop his momentum as he continues into the corner, where the referee was standing and he was unable to get out of the way!

JJ Biggs: Oh! Ace Wylde accidentally knocked the referee down right there!

Richardson: Accidentally? I think he did it on purpose!

Wylde turns around and Matthews hits him with a right hand. Matthews goes for another, but Wylde blocks it and he hits Matthews with a right of his own. He eventually slaps his hand around the throat of Matthews and he lifts him up into the air before slamming him down with a Chokeslam! Wylde walks back over and he's trying to revive the referee.

JJ Biggs: Wait a minute! Here comes Jason Sandman! What the hell is he doing out here?

Richardson: I have no idea. But, luckily, he did come out here.

Wylde has his back turned as Sandman slides into the ring. Sandman waits patiently for Wylde to turn around, and as soon as he does, he hits him with the Ultimate Punishment (Black Hole Slam)! Wylde is down and out as Sandman slides out of the ring and he back-tracks up the ramp!

JJ Biggs: What the hell? That was unecessary! I can't believe that! Wylde may have had this match won, and it appears Mr. Sandman ruined that.

Matthews rolls over and he places his arm over Ace Wylde as the referee slowly comes to. He makes the count: 1.....................2.........................3!

JJ Biggs: That's ridiculous!

Richardson: Yes! I owe Jason for ending this match! YESSS!!!

Layne Marshall: The winner of this match via pinfall..."Mr. Amazing" Darin Matthews!

JJ Biggs: I can't believe this.

Richardson: Well, believe it.

Reckless Jack vs. Colt (Special Guest Referee: The Butcher)

The Elizabeth, New Jersey crowd is hot tonight as Violation continues. The Butcher has made his way down to the ring dressed up in a striped PWA referee shirt. He gets a nice ovation from the crowd as he slides into the ring, relieving the original referee of his duty. The newcomer Colt then makes his way down to the ring to a decent response. Then comes Reckless Jack who also has a good response from the crowd. Butcher calls for the bell to get this match underway!

JJ Biggs: I don’t know what experience Butcher has as a referee so this should be interesting.

Richardson: He has a soft spot for Colt so he’ll probably help the punk.

Colt and Jack meet in the middle of the ring with an arm and should tie up. Colt wins out and whips Jack to the ropes. Reckless Jack comes off with cross body block into a fast pin. Butcher is slow for the count…1...KICK OUT! Both men get up and Reckless Jack nails Colt with a chop! WHOOO!! Colt returns a chop! WHOOO!! Colt with another Irish whip but it’s reversed by Jack. Colt lands in the corner. Jack comes flying in with a leaping calf kick that drops Colt! Referee Butcher stays back a bit and watches as Jack begins to lay some boots to the face of Colt in the corner.

JJ Biggs: Looks like Butcher is going to allow things to get a little rough.

Richardson: Doesn’t surprise me. He’s facing Colt at Gold Rush. Might as well soften up the kid first.

Stompidy, stomp, stomp to the face of Colt! Finally Referee Butcher holds Reckless Jack back to allow Colt the room to breathe. Jack isn’t in the mood to give his opponent the advantage so he comes back into the corner as soon as Colt gets to his feet. Irish whip by Jack to send Colt across the ring into another corner. Jack isn’t far behind. Colt grabs the ropes and hops over Jack as he goes through. Now Colt with a series of shot to the face of Reckless Jack in the corner! Reckless Jack is looking dazed as he gets pummeled. Referee Butcher now pulls Colt back and the rookie doesn’t look to be thrilled as he questions The Butcher.

JJ Biggs: Uh oh, it was only a matter of time until Colt questioned Butcher here.

Richardson: He should too. What does Butcher know about refereeing matches?

Reckless Jack takes the opportunity to catch Colt while his back is turned and rolls him up! 1...2...THR…KICK OUT! That was damn close as both men get to their feet like nothing happened. They lock up again and this time Colt puts Jack in a headlock. Reckless Jack breaks free with an old fashion back drop. As Colt is down holding his spine, Jack runs to the ropes and springboards off with a moonsault! Cover! 1...2...THREE…NO! Referee Butcher holds up two fingers!

JJ Biggs: Talk about a close pin fall there!

Richardson: If Butcher greased his knees up before the match maybe he would’ve been down fast enough for the count.

Now Reckless Jack is questioning Butcher about his calls here as he was damn sure that was a three. Now Colt is up and this match has come to a stand still. Both men are standing next to each other pointing at Referee Butcher and arguing with him over his calls. Butcher is making it clear that he’s calling things down the middle but they aren’t buying it. Wait, now Colt and Reckless Jack are arguing with each other over something. Colt pushes Reckless Jack! Jack pushes back! Colt with a harder shove! The crowd cheers loudly as this match is back on! Jack drops Colt with a standing dropkick! Colt gets up real fast! Jack with a kick that’s caught by Colt! Enziguri by Reckless Jack! He turns Colt over for the pin! 1...2...THRE…NO! KICK OUT!

Richardson: Was that another slow count there by Butcher?

JJ Biggs: Give the old man a break. He isn’t as swift as he used to be.

Reckless Jack picks up Colt and drops him with a northern lights suplex! Bridge! 1...2...KICK OUT! Reckless Jack is showing his frustration as the rookie continues to kick out. Jack pulls Colt off of the canvass and puts Colt in position for the Self Revolution. Before he can connect with the Ace Crusher, Colt is able to land an elbow to the face and wiggle free. Colt swings around the back and drops Jack with a German suplex! He holds on and connects with another German suplex! He goes for one more and lands a solid German suplex with a bridge! 1...2...THR…KICK OUT! Reckless Jack was barely able to kick out there!

Richardson: This might be a decent match if we had a real referee here.

Colt picks up Reckless Jack and gives him a forearm to the face. He then whips Jack to the ropes and slams him hard to the mat with a spinning sidewalk slam! Colt hooks the leg! Butcher down slow…1...2...THR…KICK OUT! Colt gets up instantly and starts arguing with Referee Butcher. Butcher throws up his hands and asks what he wants from him. They start arguing about Colt being here in PWA. Reckless Jack meanwhile starts to get up as he notices Colt is not paying attention again. As Jack gets to his feet, Butcher points him out to Colt. Colt turns around and before he knows it, he’s on the wrong end of a Self Revolution! Reckless Jack with the cover! 1...2...THREE!

JJ Biggs: And Reckless Jack picks up his first victory here in PWA!

Richardson: You think Butcher screwed Colt?

JJ Biggs: I don’t know and Butcher doesn’t look like he wants to argue about it.

Referee Butcher holds up Reckless Jack’s hand in victory as Colt slowly gets to his feet. He isn’t too happy and starts to let Butcher know about it. Butcher shakes off Colt’s words as he slides out of the ring and heads towards the back. Reckless Jack continues to celebrate as Colt still looks a bit perturbed.

Friends

As Nighthawk knocks on the door of Terminus’s locker room, a slightly quizzical expression on his face, the door opens and an annoyed “New Age Punisher” answers, a blue towel over his face as he clearly hasn’t finished tying up the laces of his mask yet. Grinning Nighthawk steps inside the locker room.

Nighthawk: “It’s nice to see that you remembered something from that whole mask imbroglio.”

Terminus: “Yeah.”

Nighthawk, confused for a second until he remembers that all the times he shared a locker room with Terminus this was about the moment he became markedly silent: “Look I just wanted to come by and say I’m sorry. I understood that you felt like I had betrayed you, and I just hope you understand that I didn’t mean to not back your play.”

Terminus seems about ready to issue a sharp rebuke, then pauses, takes a deep breath, and lets it out in an extended sigh.

Terminus: “I felt pretty isolated during that time period, 'Hawk. During the entire time that I spent fighting for Kaito's honor, and the honor of your friends and family, I honestly felt like the one person that I could have talked to wasn't there to listen to me...”

Nighthawk, his blue eyes flaring up in confusion: “Let me ask you a question. How many times did you and I sit in locker rooms, and I poured my heart out to you about how I wanted to get Butcher all to myself and no one would help me make it happen? How many times did we travel up and down the same roads, talking about the same things and how we both hated what the Butcher had become? And now you have the nerve to tell me that I wasn’t there to listen to you?”

Terminus: (raising his voice in anger) Yes, well..well...

The eyes of the Canadian soften and flicker with confusion and frustration as he struggles to articulate his thoughts.

Terminus: It just... just seemed like you weren't...or maybe...

Nighthawk: Or, maybe what, Terminus?

Terminus levels a searching gaze at Nighthawk for a moment, as if to verify the intent behind the Wrestling Machine's words. After a moment, he rolls his eyes, and shakes his head ruefully.

Terminus: Or, maybe I was too damned wrapped up in my quest to allow myself to listen to what anyone had to say.

Terminus chuckles sheepishly under his breath.

Terminus: I guess I owe you an apology.

Nighthawk grins, and pounds fists with his friend.

Nighthawk: Apology accepted.

Nighthawk vs. Jason Sandman

Layne Marshall: “This next contest is scheduled for one fall with a 50-minute time limit.”

(Deal With It Bitch Productions Presents come on the Teletron. Fuck It comes on speakers and when the opening words are heard the words “The Crippler” Jason Sandman shows up on the teletron. Jason Sandman comes out of the entranceway and as he raises his singapore cane and a steel chair wrapped in barbwire in the air. Pyro shoots off. Jason Sandman runs down to the ring and slides under the ropes.)

Layne: “First from Norfolk, Virginia and weighing in at an even 300 pounds….. “The Crippler” Jason Sandman.”

(As Jason loosens up his wrists in the middle of the ring, the lights dim slowly over the arena as the opening instrumentation of "Break It Down Again" by Tears for Fears plays over the arena's soundspeakers. But all in one voice the crowd screams "Here we Go" as lead vocalist Roland Orzabal does the same on the recording. Walking through the ringside curtain Nighthawk walks slowly to the ring, his eyes focused directly on the ring, he inches over to his left and slaps hands with the fans while still maintaining his icy focus on his opponent in the middle of the ring. Walking up the stairs slowly and loosening his wrists Nighthawk walks across the top strand of ring rope and jumps down into the middle of the ring and takes off his robe before tossing it to the ringside attendant to the outside.)

Layne: “And his opponent… from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at 185 pounds…. “The Wrestling Machine” Nighthawk.”

As the referee signals the bell to start the contest Nighthawk shoots in and grabs a hold of the left arm of Jason Sandman, quickly rotating it into a top wristlock. Holding onto the grip tight the “Wrestling Machine” threads his right arm through the gap the two arms provide, forming a '4', and providing leverage on the wristlock which he switches into a rolling wrist snap. Isolating the left arm of the “Crippler” Nighthawk lays it down flat on the mat and interlaces his boots across the triceps muscle only to see Jason land a series of hard blows to the shoulders and collarbone with his right arm, getting to his feet while keeping his left arm tucked tight to his side. Shaking out his arm “The Crippler” looks to hit a European uppercut with his right arm, which Nighthawk blocks and counters with a flipping dropkick to the left arm as Sandman screams in agony and the crowd claps in appreciation.)

JJ Biggs: Nighthawk continues to work on Sandman's arm.

Richardson: Smart man. But I'd prefer to see Sandman to beat the heck out of Nighthawk.

(Applying a top wristlock on the mat Nighthawk rotates the palm of Sandman inward, pulling the Norfolk native up to a sitting position where Nighthawk interlaces his boots around the elbow joint of the left arm and kicks backward, causing Sandman to scream out in pain and stagger into the corner. Running full-speed into the corner the “Wrestling Machine” goes for a step-up hurricanrana only to see Sandman counter it and leave Nighthawk standing on the top rope where “The Crippler” hits him with a series of open-hand slaps to the face using only his right arm before dropping him right on the top of his head with an elevated neckbreaker that gets a long 2-count.)

JJ Biggs: A near-fall right there! I thought the match was over.

Richardson: Damnit! It was over! 1...2....3!!!! 3 comes after 2!

(Picking up Nighthawk with just his right arm Sandman once again shakes out his left arm trying to get rid of the pins and needles in the limb, whipping Nighthawk into the ropes and looking for a lariat. But when the “Wrestling Machine” ducks under the lariat he simply grabs hold of the left arm and hits an arm-whip dragon screw, rolling forward quickly and bridging back with a wristlock, grabbing Sandman’s fingers as he does so to add even more pressure on the hold. Gritting his teeth “The Crippler” places the palm of his left hand on the mat and gets to his feet, turning Nighthawk’s bridging wristlock into an octopus armbar and walking him all the way over to the ropes where he forces a break and plasters Nighthawk with a Roaring European Uppercut to the jaw.)

JJ Biggs: BOOM! What an European Uppercut that was.

(Having finally appeared to block out the pain in his arm Sandman goes for a Running Powerbomb only to see Nighthawk roll through and land a basement dropkick to the face followed by the headscissors and chickenwing armlock combination that he calls the Scar. Cinching in tight Nighthawk draws a tap of Sandman.)

Layne: “Ladies and Genetlemen…. The winner of the match via submission…. “The Wrestling Machine” Nighthawk.”

JJ Biggs: That was a hard fought match from both men, but only one could win.

A New Career Move?

The Butcher is seen backstage standing next to Miranda Buck in his PWA referee shirt right after the Colt vs.. Reckless Jack match. The Butcher is standing there with a smile over his face and looks to be in good spirits. Miranda doesn’t have her microphone handy as this appears to be more of a social chat than an actual interview.

The Butcher: Who needs me wrestling these days when I make a heck of a referee? This might be a new career move for myself, Ms. Buck. Yeah, I could see it now, Referee Butcher laying down the law in order to keep the industry in check. And the striped shirt…come on, Miranda, you know I make these stripes look good.

Colt: Butcher!

The Butcher’s chuckle is quickly interrupted as Colt is making his way down the hallway towards him. He does not look to be thrilled at all.

The Butcher: Oh hey, Colt. Tough match out there tonight.

Colt: Don’t give me that tough match stuff, Butcher! I knew exactly what you were trying to pull out there.

The Butcher: Oh yeah?

The Butcher and Colt get close together as they look like they could come to blows here.

Colt: Yeah. Since day one I respected you, the least you could do is respect me.

The Butcher: I respect you, Colt.

Colt: That’s funny cause you did everything you could to keep me off my game out there tonight! That loss and how I lost is something I won’t forget, Butcher…especially since we’re facing each other at Gold Rush. Maybe then I’ll give you a lesson is respect!

The Butcher does not appear to be thrilled by Colt’s words as the two get even closer to each other and have an intense stare down.

The Butcher: Don’t bother to send me a tape of your match tonight, Colt. I saw it first hand and I wasn’t impressed.

Colt: Oh I won‘t. The next tape you’ll get from me is after Gold Rush so you can see how I beat you post to post!

The Butcher: All right then.

The Butcher abruptly walks away and Colt looks to be even more infuriated by the lack of respect. He clenches his fists in anger as Miranda Buck quickly fetches her microphone and looks to capitalize off of the brief scene with an interview. She raises the microphone to her mouth as she looks to ask Colt a question. Colt shoots her an intense look before she can say a word.

Colt: I’ve got nothing to say to you!

Colt then runs off in the opposite direction towards his locker room, leaving Miranda Buck standing there with her microphone and the question still at the tip of her tongue.

Zex and Miami vs. Terminus and Kaito

Marshall: The following event is scheduled for one fall and it a tag-team match-up! Introducing first, hailing from Miami, Florida and weighing in at two hundred and thirty-two pounds. His "Name Is On Everyone's Lips..." Ladies and gentlemen, he is Miami!

"Bite It You Scum" sounds around the arena as the opening guitar strains rain out. The lights dim as green pyros shoot from either side of the entrance ramp. The crowd starts to jeer and boo, the camera focusing on a fan holding a 'MIAMI: CESSPIT OF FLORIDA!' sign. Miami appears at the top of the ramp wearing a black t-shirt with 'PWA'S SAVIOUR' imprinted on it. He sarcastically acknowledges the crowd as he starts to strut towards the ring. He leans into the camera and shouts 'THE NAME ON EVERYBODY'S LIPS BABY! before spotting the child holding the anti-Miami sign. He raises his fist as if to punch the child and the child cowers away from the sign. He leaps onto the apron and springs over the ropes and into the ring.

Marshall: Introducing his tag-team partner, hailing from Toronto, Canada and weighing in at two hundred and fifteen pounds. He is "The Artist" Zex!

"Switchback" By Celldweller blares over the loud speakers as purple and green strobe lights flash around then entrance way when Zex jumps out from behind the curtain he he plays up to the crowd for a moment and then looks around at his fans acknowledging them, then he runs down to the ring as the strobe lights turn to blue and red, he slides under the bottom rope and climbs the turn buckles one by one making sure all his fans can take home a cool photo.

Marshall: Next, we have their opponents. Introducing first, hailing from Naha, Okinawa, Japan and weighing in at one hundred and ninety pounds. Ladies and gentlemen, he is "Seiryuu" Jiraiya Kaito!

Japanese Taiko drums rumble throughout the arena speakers as a flute carries out a solo note, causing the lights in the arena to go into a strobe effect in beat with the drums. On the video screen, we see a bright cloudy sky immediately turn into a fiery, sunset-lit sky. A dragon looms out of the sky and speeds its way toward the camera. After two loud beats on the Taiko drums, the lights in the arena go out as the dragon blows fire into the camera, causing fire to explode from the stage area. During the explosion, Kaito is launched from underneath the stage area onto the stage. When the fire dies down, Kaito stands there, dressed in his ring attire with a white coat over it. His head hangs down as red lights begin a strobe effect throughout the arena as "Ka-En-No-Mai" by Akitaka Tohyama plays. Kaito slowly looks up toward the ring and begins to walk down the entrance ramp and toward the ring, not once looking at any of the fans that are trying to get his attention. Kaito climbs into the ring and ascends all the way up the nearest turnbuckle. He looks out at the fans that are still trying to get his attention. He then jumps off the turnbuckle, takes his coat off, and waits in a neutral corner for his partner.

Marshall: Introducing his partner, hailing from Halifax, NS and weighing in at one hundred and ninety pounds. He is "The New Age Punisher" Terminus!

As "Stigmata" starts to play over the sound system, the lights go dim,and strobe lights flicker in time to the first set of drum beats. This pattern continues until the main riff of the song kicks in. When that happens,Terminus appears at the top of the entrance ramp, amidst a shower of white fireworks. As the strobe lights flicker rapidly,Terminus saunters toward the ring, completely ignoring the presence of the fans. As he reaches the ring,he turns toward the crowd, and draws his thumb across his throat in the ever-popular throat slash gesture. He then slides under the bottom rope, and leans casually against the ropes, awaiting the beginning of the match.

The bell rings. It appears Jiraiya Kaito is starting the match for his team and Zex is going to start the match for his. The two circle slowly around the ring; trying to get a feel for the match. The crowd is definitely pro-Zex, especially since Kaito's antics last week took place in this same state. The two competitors lock up in the center of the ring and it's a struggle for power. Neither men is able to get the advantage. They untangle and take a few steps back. Both men lunge forward for another lock-up, but Zex pulls back and he drops down to the mat taking Kaito down with a Droptoe Hold. Zex quickly gets to his feet and Kaito does the same. Kaito charges forward and Zex ducks under a Clothesline attempt. Pele Kick out of no where! Kaito drops to the mat and Zex quickly goes for the cover: 1.............2...KICK OUT!

JJ Biggs: That's an amazing kick. It takes a lot of agility to hit.

Richardson: Big deal. It's a kick! I have absolutely no ring-training and I could do what he just did.

JJ Biggs: Okay.

Zex charges towards the ropes and he exits the ring in a Baseball Slide fashion. In one swift motion, he hops up onto the aprong, quickly grabs the ropes and hops up onto to the top, and then he Springboards off and he hits Kaito with a Legdrop!

JJ Biggs: That was a beautiful Springboard Legdrop from "The Artist."

Richardson: Stop kissing ass.

JJ Biggs: Take your own advice. You kissed everyone's ass from the janitor to Mr. Wilkins himself to get a job next to me at this table.

Richardson: ....

Zex doesn't go for the lateral press, instead he quickly gets to his feet and he makes his way over to his corner and he tags in his partner; Miami. Miami enters the ring just as Kaito is slowly making it to his feet. Miami charges in Kaito's direction, but Kaito simply moves out of the way and Miami runs chest first into the corner. Kaito hits Miami in the side of the head with a couple of back elbow shots before proceeding to remove Miami out of the corner just enough so he can move into the corner and climb up to middle rope and he takes a seat on the top rope. He grabs Miami's head, positions it, and he jumps off hitting a Tornado DDT! Kaito goes for the pinfall as the referee counts: 1..................2.........KICK OUT! Kaito pulls Miami up to his feet and he has a handful of his hair as he takes him in the direction of his teams corner. Kaito tags in Terminus as he enters the ring.

JJ Biggs: There's the tag!

Kaito throws Miami into the corner and he nails him with a Knife-Edge Chop for good measure, which gets a "Whoooooo" from the fans. He starts to exit the ring, but Terminus nails Miami with a chop of his own, which gets a louder "Whoooooooooooooo," so Kaito takes this as a challenge as he re-enters the ring and he hauls off with another solid Knife-Edge Chop to Miami's already reddened chest and the crowd once again goes "Whoooooooooooooooooo."

JJ Biggs: What is this? A game?

Richardson: I don't know.

Zex, who'd you expect to come into the ring to stop this, instead is just leaning on the top turnbuckle trying his best to stay awake. Miami isn't his friend, why bother? Meanwhile, the referee also isn't doing much as Terminus spins around and he nails Miami with a Spinning Chop, which gets the loudest "Whoooooooooo" yet. Kaito takes offense to this as he goes off with his "100 Backhand Chop" combination. Once he's finished with the attack, Terminus backs away, almost admiting defeat.

JJ Biggs: Damn!

Richardson: Miami's poor chest! That was unnecessary.

Kaito shakes his hand as he exits the ring. Miami stumbles out of the corner and he collapses to a knee. Terminus takes advantage of this as he kicks Miami upside the head with a Shining Wizard. Zex has finally had enough as he quickly climbs to the top rope. Kaito points over in Zex's direction and Terminus turns around. Zex flies off and he catches Terminus with a Hurricanrana! Zex gets to his feet quickly and the crowd gives him a loud cheer. Kaito enters the ring quickly and he nails Zex in the back. Zex turns around and he tries to go after Kaito, but the referee steps in and prevents it. Meanwhile, Miami has gotten to his feet and he's leaning against the ropes. Kaito sees this and he runs across the ring off the opposite ropes and he comes back with a Clothesline that sends himself and Miami over the top-rope to the outside. Terminus is to his feet in the ring and he looks around for Miami. He notices him standing on the outside, with Kaito as well, and the two of them are going back and forth with punches. Terminus quickly exits the ring through the middle rope, so that he's standing on the apron with his back towards the outside. He hops up onto the top rope and he springboards off knocking both Kaito and Miami down with a Moonsault!

JJ Biggs: What a fantastic move! He took out his own partner, though.

Richardson: Who cares? He hit Miami, which I'm sure is all that matters to Terminus.

Terminus slowly gets to his feet and he pulls Miami up, as well. He rolls Miami into the ring and he goes for the pinfall: 1.........2.......Zex makes the save! Terminus gets to his feet and Zex misses with a right hand. Terminus hits Zex with one of his own before grabbing Zex and tossing him out of the ring. Kaito is to his feet on the outside and Zex gets back to his quickly. Zex tries to enter the ring, but Kaito grabs him and he kicks him in the mid-section. He sets him up and hits him with the TODOME DA! (Final Hit!) on the outside!

JJ Biggs: Oh! Zex has just been taken out of this match by Kaito!

Richardson: Yeah. Maybe Zex's neck is broken!

JJ Biggs: Hopefully not.

Richardson: He could get medical weed if it was..he'd like that.

JJ Biggs: No he couldn't! Just shut up and please do your job.

Terminus gets to his feet and he pulls Miami up, as well. He quickly drops Miami on his head with a DDT close to the corner. Terminus walks over to the corner and from inside the ring he climbs to the top. He doesn't hesitate before jumping off and hitting Terminal Velocity (Phoenix Splash). With the cover: 1......................2.....................3!

JJ Biggs: Terminus and Kaito have won!

Richardson: Indeed, they have.

Layne Marshall: The winners of this match via pinfall...Kaito and Terminus!

Screw The Rules, I Have Money

Reckless Jack is walking through the backstage area. He gets to the locker room door and as the door opens a big boot comes from inside the locker room and rocks RJ right in the face. As RJ falls back Jason Sandman walks out of the locker room laughing.

Sandman: Thought you were Ace, but that still works for me.

Sandman picks RJ up and throws him into the wall. RJ’s body actually puts a dent into the wall. As Sandman looks at RJ, Chris Wilkins walks by and sees RJ on the ground and Sandman standing byhim.

Wilkins: What happened here or do I need to ask?

Sandman looks at Wilkins.

Sandman: He fell.

Wilkins: People seem to fall a lot around you, especially after you make them "fall"..

Sandman laughs at what Wilkins said.

Sandman: What can I say? People just seem to fall around me. Must be a fear factor.

Wilkins: First Ace, and now Reckless Jack. Do you have any kind of respect for the rules?

Sandman: Screw the rules, I have money!

Wilkins looks over and sees the dent/hole in the wall.

Wilkins: Well I hope you do have money because you're paying for that wall. As far as your attacks lately, let's see how you like them when you face Ace Wylde and Reckless Jack in a Handicap match at Gold Rush.

As Wilkins finishes those words Ace Wylde comes from behind Wilkins and attacks Sandman. Sandman and Wylde start throwing punches at each other. Security quickly gets in and separates the two. Wilkins walks up to Sandman who is getting held back by security.

Wilkins: Now can you deal with that..

Before Wilkins can get out of the way Sandman spits in Wilkins' face. Wilkins slaps Sandman in the face only for Sandman to smile. Wilkins motions for security to remove Sandman from the building as he wipes the spit off his face.

Shaun Andrews vs. Jostrodomus vs. Victor Jace - (For Last Spot in Gold Rush Main-Event)

("Wild Out" by the Lox begins to blast over the PA system, and Shaun Andrews comes out, earning something of a mixed reaction from the crowd. Most of them boo, but there are a couple of sections that chant his name as he makes his way to the ring. Shaun slides into the ring, and shadowboxes in the nearest corner as he waits for his opponents to enter.)

JJ: All right, folks. It's time for the main event of the evening. Chris Wilkins thought that Victor Jace's road to the main event match at Gold Rush was too easy, so he booked him into a triple threat match with Andrews and Jostrodomus so that he could prove that he was, indeed worthy of a chance to compete for the PWA World Title.

Ryan: I don;t think it's at all fair, but, it certainly guaruntees that we'll have a hell of a match for our main event.

(Enemy" by Sevendust blasts over the PA system as the fans start to cheer. Smoke fills the entrance way and Jostrodomus emerges from the smoke arms in the air, fist clinched, ready to fight. He walks down to the ring with that shit eating grin on his face that we've all become accustomed to and arrogantly gets into the ring as the fans continue cheering. He throws his arms in the air for one last firework show and pop from the fans before leaning against the ropes before the match starts.)

JJ: Well, you know that Joz would love the chance to avenge the loss to Valentine Lionheart, and would to have another crack at the other man in the World Championship match...that, of course, being Terminus. So, that means that he should be plenty motivated for this match.

Ryan: Doesn't mean that he'll be any good, though.

(While Andrews as Joz stare daggers at one another in the corner, Tap Out or Pass Out” echoes around the walls of the arena before “Prepare For War” drowns it out. Blue sparks begin to fall from the top of the monitor and almost instantly a shadow emerges from behind them. Jace does a slight pose on the entrance ramp where he points to both the left and right side audiences. With a smirk on his face he enters the ring and climbs the lower right turnbuckle and raises one hand high into the air before going to the upper left turnbuckle and doing the same.)

Ryan: Here comes the man, who, in my opinion, shouldn't even be in this match. He beat the two guys that Wilkins put in front of him, and, according to the rules, should already have secured his place in the World Championship Match.

JJ: Well, Ryan, you have to admit that Terminus and Valentine both hard harder challenges that Jace did in order to secure their spots. Hell, I'm not even wrestling anymore, and I would have put in a better effort than Miami or Santos did those evenings.

Ryan: Yeah, well, if you want, I could talk to Chris about booking a match between you and Jace...

JJ: No thanks.

( The three participants attempt to stare one another down as the bell begins to start the match; without warning, Jace then charges at Andrews, and attempts to take his head off with a clothesline. Andrews easily ducks the attack, and proceeds to nail him with a hard right cross to the chin just as he turns around. Andrews and Joz lock eyes for a moment, and exchange quick nods; Shaun then whips Victor toward The Number One Stunna, who proceeds to toss Jace across the ring with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Victor takes a moment to regroup by rolling out of the ring; meanhwile, Andrews proceeds to clobber Joz with a wicked yakuza kick just as the latter rises to his feet.)

JJ: Well, Joz found out the hard way that it's every man for himself in a Triple Threat Match.

Ryan: And, he'll probably find out very soon that he doesn't belong in this match with two competitors who are far more talented.

(Jostrodomus crashes to the mat, and Andrews immediately applies a short-arm scissors in an effort to secure an early submission. Joz winces in pain, but keeps his cool; The Number One Stunna then displays some suprising technical prowess by perfroming a back somersault to get into a better position, and then, in one smooth motion, picking him off of the mat with one arm and falling backward in a modified suplex! Joz smiles slightly in acknowledgement of the crowd's cheers, but before he can follow up, he's blindsided by Jace- who nails him with a brutal running forearm to the side of the head.)

Ryan: Holy Hell! I think he might have knocked Joz cold with that forearm!

(Jace takes a moment to assess the situation, then turns his attention to Andrews, who is struggling to rise. Grabbing him by arm, Victor pulls him into a nasty short-arm clothesline. Andrews hits the mat hard, only to find himself yanked off of the mat once again, and dropped with a second clothesline. With a cocky smirk, Jace pulls Shaun to his feet yet again, and proceeds to pull him into his grasp, before slamming him down into a Sidewalk Slam. Jace then drops to his knees, and applies a nonchalant cover: 1...2...Kick Out. Undaunted, Jace simply scoops Andrews off the mat, and proceeds to send him flying with a well-executed fallaway slam. Andrews rolls outside in an effort to escape this onsalught, but Jace is having none of that, and follows him out in order to inflict some more damage. Jace clubs the Philly native with a forearm that causes him to double over, then cinches in a front facelock, and tries to execute a Lifting DDT onto the floor. However, Andrews isn't as badly hurt as Jace thought he was, for he shifts his weight to block the move, and then immediately counters with a release nothern lights suplex that send Jace crashing into the ring steps! )

Crowd: OOOOOOOOHHH!

JJ: WOW! Jace landed on his back and ribs, and you know that Andrews is going to target that area as much as possible from here on out!

( Andrews regards Jace through narrow eyes as the latter crumples onto the arena floor; he then picks him up by those blonde locks, cinches in a tight mauy thai clinch, and then proceeds to bury knee after knee into his ribs. However, he's so intent on this that he fails to notice that Jostrodomus has made it to his feet; Joz makes him pay for this lapse of concentration by sprinting off the nearest set of ropes, and then launching himself over the top rope and directly onto his two opponents in a spectacular no-hands Flying Plancha Dive! )

* MASSIVE HOLY SH*T CHANT!*

( All three men lie on the outside for a moment; Joz quickly shakes off the effects of the high-risk move, and turns his attention to his two opponents. Hauling Andrews to his feet, the Number One Stunner lifts him into a Military Press, and, after holding him there for a moment, drops him to the floor with a Samoan Drop! As the crowd goes ballistic, Joz then notices that Jace is starting to get to his feet. Grabbing him by his long hair, Joz proceeds to ram his opponent's head into the apron repeatedly, before rolling him back into the ring. He then follows him in just before the ref can complete the ten-count, and proceeds to apply a boston crab to do even more damage to Jace's midsection. Jace cries out in agony, and depserately claws his way to the ropes; however, as the crowd cheers, Jostrodomus simply pulls Jace back to the center of the ring, and reapplies the hold. Jace's eyes go wide in agony, but he refuses to submit, and once again tries to pull himself to the nearest set of cables. As he pulls himself forward, Joz quick converts the hold into an STF...adding insult to injury by using his varation of Jace's finisher!)

JJ: I've got to say, Joz is really impressive me in this match. He's pulliing out moves that we don't often see. and looks about as focused as I've ever seen!

( Jace's efforts seem to subside, and, for a moment, it appears as though he has no choice but to submit. Fortunately for him, Andrews manages to break up the hold by grabbing his arm, and pulling him into the ropes. Andrews then slides into the ring, and, as Joz scrambles to is feet, proceeds to nail with a sick European Uppercut. Joz's head snaps back, but he doesn't fall; infact, he comes back with a European Uppercut that's even harder! Andrews staggers backward, and Joz presses the issue by leaping into the air, and nailing the former MMA fighter in the face with a beautiful high-elevation standing dropkick! Andrews collpases onto his back, and Joz immeidatly applies the cover: 1...2...Shoulder Up! Undaunted, Joz quickly scoops Shaun off of the mat, and, as the crowd goes nuts, proceeds to drive him back first into the mat with the Rock Bottom that he calls The Number One Stunner! Joz then applies the cover: 1....2...Broken up by Jace! Before Joz can react, Jace pulls him into his grasp, and then nails him with his OWN Rock Bottom! Jace then applies a over of his own on Joz: 1....2.....Kickout at the last possible moment! Jace hisses a curse, and decides to cover Andrews: 1...2....Kick Out. )

Ryan: Close call for Jace! He's got his opponents in a bad way...let's see if he can take adantage of the situation.

( Jace is beside himself in frustration, and glares at the official for a long moment before finally turning his attention back to his opponents. Measuring Shaun as he rises, Victor sprints forward, and attempts to nail him with a Spear! Amazingly, Shaun's able to counter this attaempt into the Guillotine Choke that he calls Freestyle. Andrews cranks on the submission for all that he's worth, but, unfortunately for him, he's too close to the ropes, and Jace is JUST able to grab onto one of the cables before he's made to pass out. Victor looks to be in a bad way, and his condition is made worse when Shaun proceeds to send him crashing onto his head with a Belly to Belly Brainbuster! Shaun quickly applies a cover: 1...2....Baseball Slide by Joz breaks up the count! Joz quickly spins Andrews around, doubles him over with a kick to the gut, and tries to execute the Domus Ending Powerbomb, however, Andrews somehow counters this attempt into a hanging Triangle Choke/Armbar combo! Andrews shifts his weight, causing the two to crash to the mat, and really begins to apply pressure to the submission. Joz looks like he's just about ready to black out when Jace nails Andrews with a legdrop, causing him to break the hold! Jace then whips Andrews into the ropes and proceeds to drive him into the mat with 180 Degree Spinebuster. However, Andrews is able to cinch in a front facelcok, and uses the momentum of Jace's own move to help him execute a DDT, leaving everyone lying on the mat!)

JJ: What a match! These guys have been going at it non-stop for close to fifteen minutes!

Ryan: It's been one for the ages, and, right now, the person who recovers the quickest is the one who will get the victory!

( Shaking his head to clear the cobwebs, Joz makes it to his feet, just as Andrews begins to rise. After measuring him, The Number One Stunner launces a superkick aimed directly at his opponent's chin. Andrews, though, is able to block the kick, and, in one smooth motion, turns it into a modified fisherman buster. Joz's head compresses into the mat, and Andrews quickly falls on top of him the cover: 1.......2.......THREE-WAIT!!!!! Victor drags Andrews off of Joz, and, before Shaun can react, nails him with the Chokebreaker that he calls The Natural Disaster!!! An arrogant smirk plays across Jace's face as he disdainfully grabs Andrews by the hair, and tosses him out of the ring. He then turns his attention to Joz, and proceeds to stand over the veteran, and then slaps him hard across the face. )

JJ: What a cheap shot by Jace!

Ryan: Victor Jace is showing the attitude that will make him the next PWA World Heavyweight Champion! besides, it's not like Joz is in any position to make him pay right now, right?

JJ: WRONG!!

Ryan: WHAT!?

( The reason for this reaction is the fact that, as Jace leans over, Joz reaches up, grabs his hair, and then headbutts him directly in the nose! Blood starts to gush from Victor's nostris, and he turns his back on Joz as he checks his condition! By the time Victor turns around, Joz has made it to his feet; The Number One Stunner makes him pay for this by connecting with the Superkick to the chin that he calls NUFF SAID!!! Joz then falls on top of Jace for the cover)

JJ: He's got him!

Ryan: C'mon, Shaun...make the save!!!

( 1................2........Andrews slides into the ring, and dives forward..................THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!)

JJ: He did it! Jostrodomus is going to the main event at Gold Rush, and will face Valentine Lionheart and Terminus to determine the first PWA World Heavyweight Champion!!!!!

After the match, Valentine Lionheart brushes past the curtains and he slowly starts to make his way down the ramp. All the while, he's looking in the ring at Jostrodomus, who's staring back at him. Valentine stops halfway and he points in the ring at Jostrodomus with a smile on his face. Meanwhile, Terminus walks out onto the top of the stage and Joz looks past Lionheart at Terminus, who's staring back at him. Lionheart turns around and he looks at Terminus with the smile still present on his face.

JJ: These three men will meet each other in the main-event at Gold Rush to determine the very first PWA World Heavyweight Champion. That's all we have for you this week..Order Gold Rush!
