Remembering Who We Are
Part 4: The Time Warp

Micky Thunder looks at the staircase and sees a man and a woman walk down the stairs followed by a he group of others.

Micky Thunder: Who are all of them?

Butler Jones: Extra casting for tonight’s play they are rehearsing their parts just now.

Micky Thunder: Are you just going to watch?

Butler Jones: You may as well just so you can learn all it all works.

As Micky Thunder and Butler Jones watch the group starts to get ready to sing.

Actor 1:
It's astounding, time is fleeting
Madness takes its toll
But listen closely,

Actor 2: not for very much longer

Actor 1: I've got to keep control
I remember doing the TIme Warp
Drinking those moments when
The blackness would hit me and the void would be calling

Whole group:

Let's do the time warp again...
Let's do the time warp again!

Actor 3: It's just a jump to the left

Whole group: And then a step to the right

Actor 3: With your hands on your hips

Whole Group:

You bring your knees in tight
But it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane,
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Actor 2:

It's so dreamy, oh fantasy free me
So you can't see me, no not at all

Actor 1 :

In another dimension, with voyeuristic intention
Well-secluded, I see all
With a bit of a mind flip
You're there in the time slip
And nothing can ever be the same

Actor 2: You're spaced out on sensation,

Actor 1: like you're under sedation

Whole Group: Let's do the Time Warp again!

Actor 4 :

Well I was walking down the street just a-having a think
When a snake of a guy gave me an evil wink
He shook me up, he took me by surprise
He had a pickup truck and the devil's eyes.
He stared at me and I felt a change
Time meant nothing, never would again

Whole Group: Let's do the Time Warp again!
