The first edition of Global Wrestling Alliance’s weekly Thursday night show “Overdose” has already gotten underway. With the pyrotechnics done and dusted, the hall of fame announce team of Good Ol’ JR and Jerry “The King” Lawler get set to welcome the world wide fan base watching from their homes around the world to the show.

Jim Ross Good evening ladies and gentlemen around the world and welcome to what I guarantee you will quickly become the most exciting two hour wrestling show on Television to be found. And what a show we’ve got for ya‘ll…

Jerry Lawler Your not wrong there JR. It’s the first instalment of Overdose and things can only get bigger and better from here on out.

Just as The King finishes off his sentence the GWA cameras are in the parking lot outside of Madison Square Garden. Where a black limousine is sat, with nobody insight the camera begins to pan around the vehicle.

Jerry Lawler See what I mean JR we’re just on the air and already we’ve got what appears to be the arrival of someone important.

Jim Ross From what I’ve been told King that limousine has been sat there for about twenty minutes so I’m guessing who ever was in there is already in the building. We’re going to go to a quick commercial break folks but don‘t be going anywhere cause when we come back we’re gonna have a Diva contest to kick things off tonight.

Jerry Lawler Oh boy JR, Divas in action. Have I ever told you how much I just love divas!!

Jim Ross Yeah King I believe I‘ve heard that somewhere before…

A little later on into the evening the scene opens up in the backstage area where the GWA cameras are outside the office of VP of Talent Relations, Stephanie McMahon. Muffled conversation can be heard coming from the other side of the office door. Stephanie’s is the only truly recognizable voice that can be heard but the camera does pick up on second voice belonging to male. Then with that the camera suddenly pans back to ring side where ring announcer Lillian Garcia ready to announce the names of the competitors in the next match up.

Even later on into the night the first instalment of Overdose is nearing it’s end as the fans in the building are eagerly anticipating the night’s main event match. But for one last time in the evening the cameras are backstage, to be more specific there once again in the parking lot with the limousine. This time however the camera just arrives in time to see the passenger slam shut then pull off into the distance of the night.

Jerry Lawler Wait a minute JR, your telling me after all this time we‘re not even going to find out who was inside that limo.

Jim Ross Well king from what I’ve heard in my ear the rumours having being flying around all night as just to who was inside that limousine King. And from the names I’ve heard it’s going to be big.

Jerry Lawler Come on JR where are you getting you information from, cause I‘m not getting any of this through my earpiece.

Jim Ross That would be telling King, folks up next it‘s our last commercial break of the night and then it’s main event time and what a main event so don‘t go anywhere cause you don‘t want to miss this.

Overdose fades to it’s last commercial break for the night.

With a massive debut last week in Madison Square Garden, Global Wrestling Alliance looks to continue with the same level of success in only it’s second edition of Thursday night Overdose. The show has been underway for a little over a half an hour and the GWA fan in attendance tonight have witnessed two great diva matches already, they watched Angelica get the win over Alison Wonderland and Melina Perez versus Velvet Sky and although it ended with interference by Angelica and there was no winner it was a great match all the same. After Angelica has been escorted out of the ring the GWA cameras head to the backstage area just outside of Ric Flair’s office door. With the camera focused at the bottom of the door it swings open to reveal a pair of black leather boots with faded denim coming over the top of them. From inside the office Ric’s voice is heard….

Ric Flair I know your going to do great things here in Global Wrestling Alliance just like you did back in the WWE. I’ve cleared some time for you out there to get to the ring at let fan world wide know it’s official.

…With the camera never taking it’s focus on the lower half of who ever Ric’s company is the camera follows the mystery man down the hall as he makes his way to the ring.

Jim Ross Well king I believe this is it, the mystery signing is about to be revealed to us and he‘s coming our way.

Jerry Lawler Oh boy JR this is going to be good I can‘t wait to find out who it is…

The scene opens up inside the arena where the fans are awaiting the arrival of the new mystery signing. They’re not left waiting very long as the lights the arena blackout leaving the building in complete darkness. That is until static appears on the titantron above the staging area quickly followed with by a written message reading, “Warning the following superstar may come with the foul language, excessive force, strong content and viewers discretion is advised” This message flashes up a further two times followed by the static. Then from over the PA System “Metalingus” by Alter Bridge blasts throughout the arena and moments later Edge stands atop the ramp way looking out over the crowd…

Edge walks down the isle to a mixed ovation from the fans, some glad to see him here in GWA but most of them remembering him from his time in WWE and not at all happy to see him here and now. Heading up the ring steps he enter the ring throw the middle rope collects the microphone from Lillian Garcia. His music cuts off and he raises the mic to his lips and begins to address the matters on his mind.

Edge Don‘t be alarmed, don‘t be alarmed. People at home don’t adjust your TV Sets. It is I the Rated R Superstar standing in front of you inside of a Global Wrestling Alliance ring. Which I‘m sure most of have already reached the conclusion that I have indeed jumped ship from World Wrestling Entertainment to be here. And not at a cheap price for your Chairman Ric Flair, you see people to get a talent such as myself to jump from the biggest promotion there is in this business to a company that’s just getting it’s start. A company that may not even have what it takes to compete at the same level as WWE it costs a hefty price but as you can see despite the fact that Ric Flair and I have never seen eye to eye on pretty much anything in the past, he can’t dispute the fact that having The Rated R Superstar on your roster is good for business.

Edge But before I continue on with business I‘d like to introduce the new woman in my life, one of the people who is solely responsible for me being here in GWA. First there was the sinful sex siren that was Lita who along with The Rated R Superstar created one of the most watched moments in all of Monday night Raw’s history, and you all know the one I’m talking about. Then there was Vickie Guerrero the women who for the past two years made my career and personal life a living nightmare. Having to wake up next to that heifer each and every morning after having to commit myself to satisfying her every need the night before just so I could remain in the world title hunt. Eddie if your up there and your listening I now understand why you had such a hard time with substance abuse, cause you had to be either drunk or in a in a drugged stupor to father two daughters with that. But I’m getting off topic here so let me introduce to you the woman that rescued me from a life regrets with Vickie and the woman who’s going to make the new Rated R Era hotter and sexier than Lita ever could or did…I give to you, Michelle McCool

Ciara’s “Goodies” plays throughout the arena and moments later Michelle McCool appears from the backstage dressed in a short skirt, black heels and a white open blouse…

…She makes her way down the isle to a chorus of boos from the fans. Reaching the ring she walks up the steps and enters the ring through the middle and bottom rope. When in the ring the two of them share in a tight embrace folloed by a slow and long passionate kiss.

EdgeGentlemen I give you yet another reason to envy the Rated R Superstar. As if there wasn’t enough reasons already, Michelle McCool. The sexiest woman to come out of the state of Florida and the object of desire to all males from greasy haired, pimple faced teenage boys to their balding, pot bellied fathers across the world. No matter what city, state or country Michelle is the definition of sex appeal. And the perfect woman to lead the Rated R Era in new directions. Get ready Global Wrestling Alliance because things are about to get heavily rated r around here.

With that said Edge tosses the microphone back to Lillian as his music kicks in over the pa system, taking the hand of Michelle McCool he leads her over to the ropes, pulls them open for her to exit the ring and they head up the ramp hand in hand into the backstage area as the scene fades to black.

Scene #: Three
Scene Title: Guru Of Goofiness
Scene Location: Gund Arena, Cleveland, Ohio

The scene opens up inside of the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio where the third instalment of Overdose is taking place. The show is just getting underway. Pyrotechnics have gone off the fans already been welcomed by JR and The King. With the camera focused on the ring we see it’s set up with a wooden stool, grey carpet with Edge’s Rated R Superstar logo in the centre of it. Then “Metalingus” by Alter Bridge blasts throughout the building as smoke fills stage and seconds later Edge appears through the smoke to an eruption of boos from the fans. With his normal cocky smirk on his face he struts down the ramp on his way to the ring in no particular hurry to get there. When in the ring he picks up one of the two microphones placed on the stools and wait fro his music to cut off before beginning to talk.

Edge In a world that needed a hero, a rebel sent shockwaves throughout World Wrestling Entertainment a man without any peers, a man without any fear a man who has single handily broke down every barrier. "THE RATED R SUPERSTAR!! me, Edge. And here In Global Wrestling Alliance I look to continue along the same path. Show no fear having no peers and continue to break down all barriers that get in my way stating tonight. For tonight’s the night that after two weeks of long drawn out contract negations I get my first match in this very ring. Last week I laid out a challenge to any of the three guys in the main event hoping maybe I’d get the winner of that match one on one and once again prove although this isn’t WWE nothing has changed and I’m still at the main event level but it wasn’t to be sure my request was granted but not exactly to the T. In my debut match I get to go one on one with John Morrison, or as I like to call him, last name Personality first name Zero.

Edge Let’s set a few things straight, first things first…I’m the one your chairman fought tooth and nail to sign to his company and make no mistake the minute I singed on the dotted line I became the MVP of Global Wrestling Alliance. Secondly, I should be in the main event and without any shadow of a doubt one way or another I will be the first GWA World Champion. So the fact that I have to face off against you Morrison is a damn joke. I’ll give credit where’s credit’s due for a being a tough enough winner you’re the best that little TV Show has produced, but then again there isn’t much contest there now is there. When I look back at the past winners I can’t help think where are they now. See it‘s the guys like you that piss of us real wrestlers, wrestlers that busted our asses to even get there foot in the door. And you win a little contest and all of a sudden you’re a superstar, and on top of that in the past I‘ve had to listen to Morrison and Miz brag about being tag team of the year, what the hell would these two nubes know about being tag team of the year. If there’s anyone that knows that it takes to be just that then your looking at him. I’ve had a long history in this business as you fans probably know but for those who don’t let me bring you up to speed. I started my career in this business about a decade ago back in the WWE. Just a young kid trying to make my mark in this industry, and make my mark is exactly what I done and I done it in the tag team division. From tag team battles with my partner Christian against some of the best tag teams this business has to offer but two teams in particular The Hardy Boyz and the Dudleyz. But there weren’t just any tag matches we’re talking about some of the best tag matches ever seen, from ladder matches and TLC matches together we revolutionised this industry. So Morrison, Miz when you revolutionize this business like the six of us did and when you hold those championship an incredible twelve time like yours truly then and only then will you be considered in my book as contenders to tag team of the year.

Edge Wrapping up out little history lesson for the night, finally I got the chance to prove myself as a singles competitor and after busting my ass yet again I gained some major successes throughout my career, adding many more championship reigns to my name including the 2001King of the Ring, WCW United States Champion, five time Intercontinental Champion, two times Mr. Money in the bank and last but by no means least the accomplishment I'm most proud of I'm ten years career I’m a seven time World champion. All these things listed just highlight something you and I both know and that’s the fact that you Morrison, you’re not even close to belonging in the same league as the Rated R Superstar. What you are however is a roadblock, a roadblock on my way to the Royal Rumble. A roadblock that I intend on smashing through at all costs. Tonight may not be the big match that I’d hoped to start off with here in GWA but when we’re at a stage where every match counts leading up to the rumble you can bet your ass I’m taking this match and every other match I have as serious as if it was a WrestleMania main event. And I do indent on being in the Royal Rumble, not only that I indent on winning it and adding yet another accomplishment to my list.

I’m tired of people thinking that Rated R is just a little nickname I picked up along the way, It‘s not, you know what else it’s not, it’s not trend. It’s a lifestyle and one I live out daily from the minute I wake up to the minute I lay my head down at night. And tonight John you’ll find out first hand what that lifestyle’s all about you’ll also find that I’m capable of vicious, vile, reprehensible things, things you couldn’t even comprehend Morrison. Things you and they rest of the guys in the back aren’t capable of doing. Just to make sure that I come out on top in every situation and get what I want in life from everything I do in this ring to everyday life.

I am the Rated R Superstar, I do what I when I want, and tonight I plan on indulging in two of my favourite things in life, sex and violence. First tonight comes the violence against you Morrison then after I’m done beating you from corner to corner in this ring. Then later tonight when your back at the hotel licking your wounds Morrison and doing what ever it is that you and The Miz do behind closed doors, that’s your business and no one else’s. And when rest of you guys here in arena are back home with your ugly ass wives and girlfriends living mundane unsatisfying lives, comes my favourite of my two loves in life…sex. And not just sex, Sex with the hottest woman in this company, hell not just this company the sexiest woman in all of Cleveland, scratch that…all of Ohio Michelle McCool and have no doubt I’ll be living up to my name of The Rated R Superstar.

Edge places the microphone done on the stool again, exit’s the ring and goes to join Michelle in the back.

A little later into the evening with minutes left until Michelle McCool teams up with Eve Torres against Angelica and Trish Stratus the cameras are in the backstage area. When they come across Edge and Michelle who walking hand in hand laughing and joking with each other as the head in the direction of the gorilla area. Just then from down the opposite hall Eve Torres comes into camera shot. The two divas eyeball each other up and down as Edge looks on uncomfortably…

Michelle You ready for this ?

Eve Yeah I’m ready, you ?

Michelle I guess we’ll see when we get out there won’t we!

The three of them head iff in the same direction with Edge and Michelle still walking hand in hand and with Eve leading the way.
