This is
Josh Lennon once again with all the news that is the news in TWN.
Last night was a real Barn Burner in
?>Las Vegas as TWN brought you TWN
Burning Desire live on Pay Per View. I'd like to thank all of you
fans that tuned in and if you didn't you missed out on one hell of a
show.
The
evening started off with the TWN Television Championship. Steve
Mason was forced to take on the Spartan one on one with the title on
the line. Earlier in the week Mason was seen by many getting advice
on how to possibly get out of this title opportunity that so many
would snatch up in a heartbeat. He was looking for advice anywhere
and everywhere. Unfortunately, his new iPod and subsequent
accessories were no match against The Spartan's speed and
power.
The next
match was no less controversial. The triple threat tag match that
was scheduled for two falls never saw that final pinfall as Kage
struck Max down with a steel chair causing a DQ. After the match
Sabre hugged his brother and then gave him a quick and powerful
attack that let Hunter McKay know who he was actually working
with.
Speaking
of the tag match because of the DQ Michael Law successfully defended
the tag titles without the help of his regular partner Orlando
Order. Instead, he was forced to pair with one half of his arch
nemesis...Chilltown's Maxwell Bryant.
Where are
Dymond and Orlando? Well, half of that question was answered at
Burning Desire. We'll get to that later.
The
International title was on the line as well last night. Lance Vegas
seemed to have totally lost the plot as he claimed to be a
"wrestling god". We apologize to the current owner of that
particular trademark. It seems someone took offense to the comment
and made an example of Lance Vegas by beating him and then
humiliating him right before his title defense. Which wound up to be
a complete disaster. Poison Ivy took what she wanted from that match
in a relatively easy manner. Ladies and gentlemen.....there is a new
International Champion and her name is Poison Ivy. Her win gives revolution X
another title to add to their group.
Hunter
finally gave his wife that red Ferrari she's been asking for, but
shortly after she took off for a test drive she wound up missing.
There has been no comment from the McKay team, but we at the TWN
E-Zine are hoping she's alright.
Speaking
of Hunter McKay, he finally lost the Universal Heavyweight
Championship. At least, that's what I would have been saying if
Dymond hadn't made his less than triumphant return at the end of
Burning Desire. With a pair of wire cutters he helped Hunter McKay
escape the Razor Cage a split second before
Falco.
The Razor
Cage match was a blood bath up until that point. Hunter and Falco
beat the ever loving hell out of each other from bell to bell. You
can bet Pete Falco isn't done with Revolution X.
Well,
that's it for me. I look forward to D13 and I hope you do as well.
There will be people looking for answers and we will keep you
updated if anything happens over the week. Goodnight and good
news.
