EVENT: Monday Night Meltdown

PHILIPS ARENA IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA

[PROLOGUE] For the first time since his debut Suicide has fallen. He fell to the likes of Tyson Kidd in a match in which Suicide was destined to win. To challenge for the Intercontinental Championship yet Tyson Kidd was able to fend off "The Masked Vigilante" and earn a coveted spot at Wrestlemania to vie for the WiW Intercontinental Championship. So what's next for Suicide? For now he must gather things together and pick up where he last left off. Kidd might have gotten the victory but for certain he will not get the last laugh. To keep Suicide off of the card at Wrestlemania would not only be travesty but it would be downright insane. Thus, at the conclusion of Monday Night Meltdown General Manager Jim Cornette made an earth shattering announcement, Suicide will get the chance to compete in the annual and epic Money in the Bank Ladder match at Wrestlemania Six. All he has to do is defeat one man in particular Buff "The Stuff" Bagwell. Bagwell himself is also coming off of a hard loss to Matt Hardy, Yes! The same Matt Hardy who one week earlier fell to Suicide. Should, Suicide initially have Buff Bagwell's number? He has already done what Buff has failed to do and that is defeat Matt Hardy. Bagwell is a fitting opponent for Suicide who is all about competition. He will get plenty of it live this Monday Night as both he and Buff Bagwell look to make the most of this opportunity and to headline the biggest pay per view event of the year, Wrestlemania 6. It only comes around one time and when it does it leaves you speechless. With the high-flying ability of Suicide it would be insane not to have him in this high caliber match. So for Suicide, this match is a must-win because whoever wins Money in the Bank they have their destiny in their hands. So tune into Monday Night Meltdown live this Monday Night on the USA Network to witness the continuation as we are on the Road to Wrestlemania. Meltdown comes to you live on the USA Network at 9/8 CT.

The scene opens up live following WiW Monday Night Meltdown we are live backstage as we see Suicide coming through the curtains. Yes! Through the curtains usually he comes from the rafters but seeing as how he lost perhaps he just isn't in the mood? He begins walking throughout the back corridor when he is approached all of a sudden by Jeremy Borash.

JEREMY BORASH - Suicide? Suicide, do you mind if I get a few words with you? Not only concerning the loss tonight but your match next week on Meltdown.

Suicide runs his hand across the top of his head. He stares at Borash. Borash, looks at him and is hesitant.

JEREMY BORASH - Uh. Is everything alright? I know you just lost out there but everything is okay, I mean it's not the end of the world. You showed everyone that you belong here in this company. And soon, perhaps you even deserve a future championship run. I can see it in you.

Again, Suicide with the stare. Borash is starting to get freaked out. He doesn't know what to think.

JEREMY BORASH - Do you just want me to come back later?

Finally Suicide raises his hand essentially telling him to hold on. Suicide then goes to speak.

SUICIDE - Tonight, was a night that I was destined to win. Tyson Kidd, the final graduate of the infamous Hart Dungeon not only outsmarted but out-wrestled me. Essentially he deserved the win tonight because he was opportune about it and he took his ball and rolled with it. I'd do the exact same thing, this was a shot at Wrestlemania. I wish Kidd all the best of luck at Wrestlemania vying for the Intercontinental Title, but in all honesty do I think he has a sheer hope of luck against MVP?

Suicide shakes his head.

SUICIDE - No.. No I don't. MVP has been unstoppable as of late especially when it comes to that IC Title. So what's next for Suicide? Everyone knows Wrestlemania is the "Showcase of the Immortals" and we all heard it straight from the horses mouth. Next week right here on Meltdown I have a chance to punch my ticket to the big dance all I have to do is beat Buff Bagwell. The same Buff Bagwell, who also here tonight like I fell to Matt Hardy. Let me remind you, the same Matt Hardy I beat just last week. I pinned his shoulders to the canvas after he felt the DOA. So in all actuality this should be a rather fitting match for I, as it should come rather easy. Atleast, one would hope so.

JEREMY BORASH - So your not at all intimidated or worried?

SUICIDE - Why would I be? If anyone should be worried it is Buff Bagwell. Fore, if he loses next week he could perhaps be out of a high paying six figure contract. Next week he is fighting for his well-being but so am I and I will stop at nothing. Next week, Buff Bagwell will go down. He will fall at my feet and the path of Suicide will continue on my way to the Money in the Bank where my destiny awaits.

JEREMY BORASH - Your destiny?

Suicide nods.

SUICIDE - Destiny. A destiny in which my career path has been chosen. To vie for a future World Championship here in the WiW rather that be the World Heavyweight or WiW Championship. The winner of Money in the Bank can cash it in at the most opportune time essentially just as Tyson Kidd had done with his victory tonight. You must be smart about it because the most significant time in history would perhaps be your biggest downfall. I look to win Money in the Bank, however first I must qualify and next week that will indeed happen.

JEREMY BORASH - Do you think Buff will have a say in this at all?

Suicide shrugs his shoulders.

SUICIDE - I cannot and will not speak personally for Buff Bagwell. Tonight, he like I had our "off" night so to speak next week is another week and as overtime you gradually learn in this business you live week to week. A loss, Yes! Doesn't feel good you look to win every match you are in but you cannot and will not win them all. For Me, it's about proving to the people what I am all about. I'm here to win championships and to clean up the WiW once and for all. You've got the same people running around running their mouths off to one another saying this and that. In due part that is why I chose the WiW of all places to do my biding. I, as has everyone else have come to terms with the fact that the WiW has been long overdue for someone to speak to and for the people. That individual is I.

He holds his hands up.

SUICIDE - You as does everyone else knows what the Suicide character is all about. You've tried to gain entrance into the mind yet without a mind-reader it is all abruptly past off. He who thinks for himself, makes good for himself. That is what you should all abide by and initially those are the guidelines I follow. Tonight, wasn't my night it was all about Tyson Kidd and he indeed lived up to the hype now he must show the hype will continue. As for I, next week I'll make the most and show that under big matches I don't buckle under the pressure. Essentially I am still a new face around these parts but I've caught on quick haven't I?

Borash nods at the question.

SUICIDE - Let me remind you as of everyone else that this isn't my first rodeo. I've been around the block a time or two, I've even felt what it's like to be called champion. X-Division Champion that is and then it was bitter sweet. This time it will be as if I am walking into the garden of eden all over again and I have taken a bite of the most righteous apple. Tonight, it was all about The Kidd next week it will be All About SUICIDE!

Suicide lifts his head down. He then brings it back up and does the "gun" taunt to the side of his temple as again he runs his hand across his head at the same time. He then walks off into the distance as the scene slowly fades to black.

The scene opens up live just hours before Monday Night Meltdown live from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The camera is panned outside as we see the marquee read WiW Live tonight; Meltdown. We then go back inside and we can see the fans already getting to their seats and so forth. Next we go backstage where we can see the WiW Superstars walking around getting ready for the event, suddenly the camera pans in the back area towards the boileroom. That's right the boileroom! We pick up on an individual sitting down, when we get closer we realize it's none other then "The Masked Vigilante" Suicide.. He looks up at the camera and nods as he goes to speak.

SUICIDE - The time draws near. Until I, go into battle against Buff "The Stuff" Bagwell. On the line tonight is a spot in Money in the Bank 2009. What does Money in the Bank mean? It means everything, look at past winners of Money in the Bank they've gone on to achieve superstardom from John Morrison to Edge. And the list goes on and on, I look to put my name on that list. Now, I know it's not going to be easy it's going to be down right hard in trying to achieve this goal but if anyone can do it, it is I. Why? Because, when your faced with a great obstacle you seize the opportunity and you run with it. One way or another, I'll be involved in Money in the Bank and I'm going to make some noise in the match. We all know John Morrison, he's won it under two different persona's and this year he gets the first spot without qualify or anything. Perhaps he is a favorite? Or yet perhaps he is just given a free pass being the current Money in the Bank. I'll change all of that when my name is thrown into the mix. As of now we know two out of the six combatants due to this past Friday Night, Edge beat The Rock to gain entrance. So now we have John Morrison and Edge filling two out of the six spots. Tonight, I look to fill the third and the winner of Matt Hardy and Eddie Guerrero will feel the fourth. Who has the upmost ability of winning Money in the Bank this year? Just look at the roster, it's filled with "future" legends in this business and perhaps I could be one as well.

He lowers his head thinking to himself. He raises his head and stares blankly at the camera. He then goes to speak again.

SUICIDE - I'd like to think that I have as good of a chance of winning Money in the Bank as anyone else. Take for instance the fact that I am a high flyer and perhaps my ability to come to the ring through the rafters would play a huge part in the match. Some men, are scared their scared of heights I for one have the up most ability of soaring through the air and most of all climbing the ladder and pulling down that Money in the Bank briefcase. Why? Because, I'll stop at nothing until I first and foremost clean up the WiW from all of the sinners here and bring vengeance back to the people. For far to long they've been mistreated by the likes of you and you.

He points into the camera, but at who?

SUICIDE - You know who you are. You walk these halls, just like I only I live up to my promise do you?

He lowers his head, he then brings it back up.

SUICIDE - This match here tonight, will show the world that Suicide is here.. And he is here to stay.. One way or another, all of the doubters will walk into the light and realize that Suicide is here for your own good. So for tonight, Buff Daddy you fall.. As The Masked Vigilante takes flight and comes crashing down on you.. Crashing Down, Hard.

The lights begin to flicker. Darkness we are in nothing but darkness. After a few moments the lights flicker back on but he's gone. Suicide is gone, where has the masked figure gone? Just like that, in the blink of an eye he is here talking to us and then he's gone.. Again with the flickering, we then see the mask of Suicide.. The WiW logo then scrolls across the screen as we fade to black.
