[ So you may ask yourself...just what is a girl to do after winning the Fem-X title? The answer is simple..that is if your Jamie Brant it's simple. You throw a press conference to talk about your newly acquired success. Which is exactly what Jamie has done on this beautiful sunny afternoon in Miami. The good people at AWA have set up shop over on Collins Ave, putting a platform with AWA banners and three larger than life photo's of Jamie Brant...two on the ends and one in the middle. Jamie is seen walking towards the platform wearing a pair of jean shorts, a white woman's football style t-shirt that reads in purple lettering "Goddess In Training". Jamie stops in front of the platform and pushes her Calvin Klein black sunglass to the top of her head, and looks around. As she takes in the sight she can't believe that this is all for her. Till she looks to her left and see's Lexus Malone along with Samantha Raines, both dress in the same adorable little tank dress but differnt colors, Samantha in white and Lexus in pale pink. Lexus places her hand on Jamie's shoulder and smiles. ] Lexus Malone: "So...What do you think?" [ Jamie smiles and is over joyed. ] Jamie Brant: " I think this is about the coolest thing I've ever seen!" [ Samantha folds her arms then nods. ] Samantha Raines: "Enjoy it Jamie this is your moment." Jamie Brant: "Yes it is...and I worked hard for this moment, and maybe just maybe I've done two things in the process.." [ As Jamie stares in wide eyed wonder at the fuss being made about her, Lexus and Samantha frown at each other noticing the ever growing ego of their newly crowned Fem-X Champion. A bit hestiatent Samantha clears her throat and asks. ] Samantha Raines: "Ummm....Jamie...What two things do you hoped that you've done?" [ Jamie tightens her lips and takes a deep breath. She steps forward then turns around to make sure she can look at both women while she's speaking. ] Jamie Brant: "What I set out to do...was to destroy Jasmine, and I feel that I've accomplished that with the neck breaker I executed on her. Brandi had told me that she had neck surgery in the past and it would be a good thing for me if I could exploit that some how. " [ Lexus frowns as Samantha smiles a bit. ] Lexus Malone: "That's a bit cruel, don't you think?" Jamie Brant: "Did I win?" Lexus Malone: "Winning is not the point Jamie. Wouldn't you rather win knowing that the other person is ok, and you had a great match? " [ Noticing that Lexus is getting a bit rightous Samantha stands next to her, and kisses her cheek then reaches for her hand. ] Samantha Raines: "Sweetie..you have to remember that sometimes the things we've done in our past do come back to haunt us. And let's say I know first hand that Jasmine isn't a saint. Infact she's not nearly the athlete she use to be. She should have been more prepared for this match. Especially knowing that Jamie had Brandi helping her. It's simple hunny bun...Jasmine failed to raise her game." [ Samantha places her head on Lexus's shoulder, as Lexus softly runs her hand down Samantha's back and pats her ass. ] Lexus Malone: "Maybe, but in Jasmine's defense, it was more like a two on one. " Samantha Raines: "Well in Jamie's defense Brandi only gave her the knowledge. Brandi wasn't exactly in the ring with her when she won..now was she?" [ knowing Samantha was correct Lexus gulps and whispers. ] Lexus Malone: "No...you're right. " [ Samantha smiles and looks up at Lexus, then softly kisses her lips. Jamie wrinkles her nose and sqeeks.] Jamie Brant: "Ewwww....." [ Lexus and Samantha just giggle at the immaturity expressed by Jamie. ] Lexus Malone: "When you fall in love one day Jamie you won't think it's so gross." Jamie Brant: "Yeah, but I'll fall in love with a man..." [ Samantha smiles and runs her hand through Lexus's hair. ] Samantha Raines: "Jamie, you can't help who you fall in love with." Jamie Brant: "Whatever..." [ All three women stand around talking amongst each other. When from the distance Brandi James-Young is seen walking towards them. Jamie becomes instantly distracted and her face lights right up. Lexus and Samantha look at the expression on Jamie's face and laugh, as she starts bouncing up and down. ] Jamie Brant: "YAY! She came! I knew it! I just knew it!" Lexus Malone: "Ofcourse she came. She is your mentor...Is she not?" Jamie Brant: " Duh! She's only the best mentor EVER!" [ Samantha and Lexus shake their heads at the way Jamie is behaving. Brandi walks up to them, and taps her foot covered by her black prada shoes on the ground. Brandi puts her hands up and shews Lexus and Samantha away. ] Brandi James-Young: "Go away....get..get..." [ A bit offended Lexus puts her hands on her hips. ] Lexus Malone: "Excuse me?" Brandi James-Young: "No I will not...now get.." Samantha Raines: "And what if we don't?" Brandi James-Young: "Trust me that is something you do not want to find out..." Lexus Malone: "Why do we have go? We're the ones setting this up." [ Brandi looks at Jamie frowning. ] Brandi James-Young: "Have you been learning things from them?" [ Jamie tilts her head and shrugs. As Brandi points to her. ] Brandi James-Young: "That's why! I CAN NOT! have anyone de-railing my teaching with her. " [ Brandi stands in back of Jamie and blocks her ears.] Brandi James-Young: "See....I can't have her messed up by ither of you...now get!" [ Samantha holds Lexus's hand and they begin to walk away a bit. ] Lexus Malone: "Watch it Brandi .....people might actually start to think you care about someone other than yourself." [ Brandi smirks at them. ] Brandi James-Young: "Go fuck yourself Lexus..." [ Lexus blows Brandi a kiss then steps off to the side with Samantha to check on the sound equipment. Brandi uncovers Jamie's ears and stands infront of her. ] Brandi James-Young: "Jamie, what ever they told you, I want you to forget." [ Jamie nods. ] Jamie Brant: "Ok...but they really were only talking about how you can't help who you fall in love with.." Brandi James-Young: "Trust me, they are the last people you want love advice from. There's is never anyway in hell a woman could ever take the place of a man in the bedroom." Jamie Brant: "They seem happy.." Brandi James-Young: "Look...from now on when other people are around if they are talking about anything that I think will interfer with my training..I'm going to yell "ear muffs"...and I want you to cover your ears and hum...so you can't hear what they are saying..Got it?" Jamie Brant: "You've got it dude.." [ Jamie puts her thumbs up and smiles. ] Brandi James-Young: "What is it with you? Were you denied oxygen at birth?" Jamie Brant: "No....." [ Brandi folds her arms and looks at the way Jamie is dressed.] Brandi James-Young: "What the hell do you have on?" [ Jamie puts her hands on her chest and moves them down her front as if she's dusting herself off.] Jamie Brant: "What? What's wrong?" [ Brandi shakes her head. ] Brandi James-Young:"You look silly.."Goddess In Training?" Jamie....no...that needs to go.." Jamie Brant: "But it's my tribute to you..." Brandi James-Young: "Jamie....if you want longevity in this business you'll think of something more orignal." [ Brandi pauses ] Brandi James-Young: "There's already one too many Goddess's here in AWA." Jamie Brant: "Oh, you mean Callisto?" Brandi James-Young: "Exactly..." [ Jamie's eyes grow larger and she rubs them together.] Jamie Brant: "So how are we going to take care of her." Brandi James-Young: "We? ummm no...I'll give that bitch what she has coming to her in due time." Jamie Brant: "What did she do to you?" Brandi James-Young: "Let's just say by the time I'm done with her, she'll wish that she never looked at Mike Young...or set foot in AWA.." Jamie Brant: "So, I just need to sit back, watch and learn?" Brandi James-Young: "Yes....and change that damn shirt." Jamie Brant: "Alright but all I have is a sports bra under this. I do think I have another shirt in the car though.." Brandi James-Young: "Good, you can check that out." [ Jamie gives Brandi the thumbs up again.] Jamie Brant: "You..." [ Brandi shakes her head no.] Brandi James-Young: "What did I just say about that?" [ Jamie stop sighs. ] Jamie Brant: "Sorry...I'll try harder I promise.." Brandi James-Young: "Good..." Jamie Brant: "Atleast I won't have to try too hard this week." Brandi James-Young: "Oh, and why do you think that?" Jamie Brant: "Because I'm fighting Faith Wilkins..and well I've beaten her already." Brandi James-Young: "Jamie...you can never under estimate anyone. I mean look at what happened to Rick with Angela. Of course she earned her World Title..but still...at any given time when you let your guard down...boom..! Someone like Faith snatches a victory from you..Besides I have to think that she learnt a few tricks wrestling wise from her husband." Jamie Brant: "Yeah, in the bed room." [ Jamie snickers. ] Brandi James-Young: "I'm not talking about that Jamie. Alex is a smart man. Not only that but I know him well enough to know that if his wife is wrestling the last thing he'll want her to do is embarrass the Wilkins name. Believe me, Faith is going to want to beat you this time. If anything you should be more worried about her wanting revenge for the victory over her you pulled a few weeks ago." Jamie Brant: "really? Do you think she's mad that she lost?" Brandi James-Young: "If she has any type of pride she is. Not only that but after the way you gloated about after the match...yeah...she'll be wanting to kick your ass." Jamie Brant: "You need to help me." Brandi James-Young: "And why should I?" Jamie Brant: "Because I want to be molded by you.." [ Brandi laughs almost amused as Jamie begins to plead with Brandi. As Jamie continues to state her case Lexus and Samantha walk back over to them.] Lexus Malone: "Alright Jamie, everything is nearly set. Are you ready?" Jamie Brant: "Yes..." Brandi James-Young: "No...No she's not ready." Lexus Malone: "Oh, and just why is that?" Brandi James-Young: "She needs a new shirt...she can't do the press conference with the one she has on." Samantha Raines: "Awe, I think she looks cute." Brandi James-Young: "Of course you do...and that's why my dad had to buy a bit more than half of your company to help you save it." [ Samantha charges at Brandi but is held back by Lexus. As Jamie jumps right in front of Brandi to protect her. ] Jamie Brant: "Don't make me hurt you..." [ Brandi steps to the side and puts her hand on Jamie's shoulder. ] Brandi James-Young: "What the truth hurt Sammy?" Samantha Raines: " You know Mrs. Young, I could ask you the very same thing." Brandi James-Young: "Sam, don't mess with me. I'm better at this than you are." [ Lexus leans over to Samantha and whispers in her ear. Samantha glares at Brandi and snubs her nose at her then walks away leaving Lexus there. ] Lexus Malone: "Let's just get calm for a minute..." [ Lexus takes a deep breath. ] Lexus Malone: "Now there's a rack of clothes over there that Jamie can pick from." [ Brandi glances at the rack a bit. ] Brandi James-Young: "No..I'm not going to her Jamie wearing something that looks like it came from street-walker.com. That's more Faith's speed not hers." Lexus Malone: " You're really pushing it Brandi! Jamie has a cute style and..." [ Brandi looks at Jamie points. ] Brandi James-Young: "Jamie! Ear-muffs!" [ Brandi looks at Lexus and gets in her face, while Jamie covers her ears and begins to hum the theme to "barney." ] Brandi James-Young: " I want her to wear something sporty and cute. Something not very sexy...Think Hollister...." [ Lexus sneers. ] Lexus Malone: " Fine....I'll do just that." Brandi James-Young: " Good...and keep your little chicky away from me for the rest of the day." Lexus Malone: " No problem." [ Lexus immediately walks away. Brandi raises her eyebrow and hits Jamie's hands down. ] Brandi James-Young: " Are you humming the barney theme?" Jamie Brant: " It was the first song that popped into my head." Brandi James-Young: " Next time just hum my theme song..." Jamie Brant: " Ok..." Brandi James-Young: "Lexus is going to get you a more suitable shirt...so just sit tight." Jamie Brant: " Alright...but in the mean time do you think you can give me a bit of help with Faith...maybe how to distract her..like with Alex." Brandi James-Young: "Alex? What are you talking about?" Jamie Brant: "Like how to seduce him." [ Brandi laughs and taps Jamie's cheek.] Brandi James-Young: "ah so young...and stupid.." [ Jamie sets her eyes down a bit ashamed, then looks back at Brandi.] Brandi James-Young: " Men such as Alex Wilkins aren't seduced easily." Jamie Brant: "But you made it look easy." Brandi James-Young: " I've been at this a lot longer than you. Trust me, Just take care of Faith in the ring and you'll be set. " Jamie Brant: " No Alex?" Brandi James-Young: "Like I said...he's way beyond your league for now kid. Stick with the mat style wrestling. We'll go over the game plan later. but for now, I have to check on Nolan. Just sit here and wait for Lexus ok?" Jamie Brant: "Got it.." Brandi James-Young: "I'll be right back, and remember if anyone tries to give you any advice about your wrestling career..."ear muffs." Jamie Brant: "right..." [ Brandi rolls her eyes at how excited Jamie still seems to be, as she pulls her cell phone out from her pocket book. Jamie sits on a speaker and swings her feet. As she talks to herself.] Jamie Brant: "You just watch Brandi...I'm going to make you so proud." [ She smiles as she looks around people watch and the scene fades.] |
