[ Hello....I know that most of you aren't familar with me so allow me to do the proper thing and introduce myself. I am former Fem-X Champion Skylar Black. I'm the good girl of AWA...that right there should set me apart from everyone else. I don't mean that in a negative way but let's face it other than the borderline good deeds that Jasmine does there really aren't many nice girls left here. Now just exactly where should I begin? I guess like Glenda the Good witch of the North would say..."It's always best to start at the begining."...So that's just what I'll do you. When I was here before I did my best to keep on the straight and narrow. You know not get in anyone's way but at the sametime make it know that I meant business and wanted to prove myself as a serious worker. Happily I can say that I did infact accomplish that the day I became the Fem-X Champion. As if that wasn't enough I truely that I found love. I have been in love before but this love that I felt was differnt than any other. It was the can't eat, can't sleep, butterflies in your stomach, reach for the stars, seeing fireworks type of love. His name...Mike Young. I wanted to be his everything. I wanted to be the woman in his life to give him and his adorable daughter the happy ending and loving family they both deserve. Now I know what must be going through your minds right about now. Mike Young? Are you kidding? The man is a former drug addict and totally unstable. To that I say...step back and look again at a man a refuses to be broken by not just his former ex wife Samantha Raines but his brother Rick and his wife Brandi. Mike is alot stronger than most people give him credit for. I should know....I was there helping him when everyone gave up on him and left him for the pyscho ward. Through our time together I was amazed at how big his heart is and how he refused to let his spirit be broken. I saw the man he was, the man that he wanted to be and the man that he was becoming. I loved them all. Unfortunately things didn't seem like they were meant to be with us. Upon the arrival of AWA's "Goddess" Callisto...Mike was put under her spell and bewitched by her. I suppose that I didn't stand much of a fighting chance. He's a man and had needs that she was willing to satisfy. While me....let's just say I don't believe in pleasures of the flesh before marriage. Sex is suppose to be a beautiful bond shared by a husband and wife. I full wanted to save myself for my future husband and with Callisto swaying Mike with her tempting ways...let's just say it wasn't long before the question became...Skylar who? At first I didn't know what to do. I felt so many emotions at once including one I rarely feel....Anger. I was angery at Callisto for tempting a man who was obviously spoken for. Then again...I shouldn't be surprised some women have no morals...and it's very safe to say that she is one of those women. I felt hurt that the man I wanted to be with was easily lead astray. Surprisingly enough instead of just allowing fate to take it's course, I vowed to myself that I wasn't going down with out a fight. I loved that man, and not just him. I loved his little girl as well. I'll be damned....Opps...excuse me for that. It's just that re-telling this gets me a little hot. So anyway not wanting to give up on my life with Mike and Patience...I did what I thought was right. I called the one woman I could think who was a pro at seducing men. I called Brandi James-Young. What exactly makes her an exspert in the art of seduction? Hmmm...let's see...6 engagements, 3 busted up marriages on her part...leading in all 3 to divorce...Including the whole Sean Lane, Damien Sparks and Shawn Walsh triangle where in the end she married Shawn Walsh. Whom she eventually left for her pro baseball player boyfriend, then ofcourse moved on to busting up the marriage of Rick Young and his wife Jasmine. Trust me if anyone woman knows how to get the man she wants its Brandi James. The woman should wear a warning label reading " Keep me away from your man". It seemed like it was the obvious choice to turn to her. Shockingly enough Brandi didn't hang up on me when I called her and told her my whoa she didn't hang up on me. Instead I was actually shown a bit of compassion by her. You know they say to be a saint you need to perform 3 miracles. And when I got Brandi to share a few "tricks of the trade" with me, I knew that was miracle number one. I felt this had to work if Mike and I had any hope of ever being together and living happily ever after. It's too bad fate didn't see it that way. Tragicly I was in a horrific car accident on my way to save my relationship from the whorish jaws known as Callisto. My life slowly slipped away from me and I was ready to give up. Then as I heard the sirens coming towards me, I felt a warm hand reach out to me telling me that I was going to be ok. To this day I'm not sure exactly who that person was but that small inter action changed my life. I began to fight with every last breath I had left in me, even though a part of me felt I should just let go. So that's my little story, of how I loved and almost lost my life. I've spent the last 7 months in re-hab getting my body stronger than it had ever been before. I've done everything a good girl is suppose to do. I eat right, take my vitmins and say my prayers at night. I'm learning that life isn't just beautiful it's precious. And with every tragedy there's a reward..is there not? Well, I'm getting my reward today. Today I'm waiting for Samantha Raines who called me and requested a meeting with me...] Secretary:"Excuse me...Ms. Black?" [ Wait....did she just call me? Yes...she did....Here I go gang...Wish me luck.] Skylar Black: "Yes...." [ I answered as perky as ever ] Secretary:"Ms. Raines will see you now." Skylar Black: "Thank you..." [ She responded with a smile and polite nod. I walked into her office a bit unsure. There she sat behind her big oak desk looking as beautiful as ever. It's such a shame that she and lexus Malone are a couple. Two beautiful women not realzing that what they are doing is a sin against God. But I suppose that I shouldn't push my beliefs onto them. Slowly I sat down as Sam leaned forward. ] Samantha Raines: "Skylar....You look great! How's the rehabiltion going?" Skylar Black: "It's actually going great." Samantha Raines: "That's wonderful to hear. So are you just about done?" Skylar Black: "Well...you're never really done...There's always room for improvement." [ She shifts her eyes and took a deep breath.] Samantha Raines: "True, I suppose you're right...but what I really mean is. Do you think you feel well enough to wrestle again?" Skylar Black: "I suppose I do..." Samantha Raines: "You suppose?" [ She answered laughing. ] Samantha Raines: "Hunny it's not a "suppose" type of question. You either feel like you can wrestle again or you don't think you can. Really it's not that hard." [ She was right I either felt I could or felt like I needed to work on my strength more. I took a moment to mull it over. Then gave her my answer. ] Skylar Black: "You're right Sam...and I am ready...but.." [ She sat back in her chair folded her arms and raised her eyebrow at me.] Samantha Raines: "But what?" Skylar Black: "It's just that I'm a bit worried about Mike." Samantha Raines: "Mike? You're worried about Mike?" [ She began to laugh uncontrollably. I guess I should have exspected that she didn't care about Mike given their past history.] Samantha Raines: "My dear..I'm certain that Mike is not concerned about you." Skylar Black: "Maybe not, but I just don't want him to feel weird about this." Samantha Raines: "Sweetie trust me, he's too busy trying to win father of the year awards. You're the least of his worries." [ You know what? She's right..I'm sure I don't even register on Mike's radar.] Skylar Black: "You're so right! I'll do it...Consider me back." [ She smiled from ear to ear then opened up her top desk draw. She took out a contract and placed it in front of me while handing me a pen.] Samantha Raines: " All you need to do is sign on the line, and you'll be in the Fem-X match at Soul Survior." [ I picked up the and signed. Sam slid the contract close to her and picked it up.] Samantha Raines: "Well, you're free to go my dear..." Skylar Black: "Thanks Sam..." [ I got up and began to walk away. As I did I heard Sam mutter while laughing.] Samantha Raines:"Oh what a surprise this will be! I hope Mike really appreciates it. Hell Maybe he'll be so upset that he'll shit his pants...Oh one can only hope." [ Pausing a bit I turned half way around. ] Skylar Black: "What was that Sam?" [ A bit surprised I said something she calmed down, and answered in a soft tone.] Samantha Raines:"Nothing..I'm just giddy as hell that you're back." Skylar Black: "Right....thanks again." [ She gave a slight nod as I exited the room. I maybe nice but I'm no longer a sucker. Skylar Black the simple Country girl has learnt some harsh lessons, and has grown up a bit. I'm going to prove to you all that this time the "nice girl" is going to finish first!] |
