--Start Roleplay--

The scene opened up inside the kitchen of the Thomas’ household. Seth was wearing a pair of Scooby-Doo pajama pants and a baby blue OCC shirt. He flipped pancakes in the skillet with one hand and poured a cup of coffee with the other. He went about this humming to himself when Jalie stumbled into the kitchen. She wore a pair of red plaid boxers and a white beater. Her hair was a mess, making it obvious she just woke up. She sat down at the kitchen table with her eyes half open and stared at the wall. Seth turned around to greet her. “Good morning beautiful.” He said with a smile. She grunted and gave half a smile. He walked over and put a cup of coffee in front of her. He gave her a kiss on the head and went back over to the stove. “How many pancakes, hun?”

“Just one.” Jalie said in her groggy state. She reached under the table and pulled up two bottles; one was a nearly empty bottle of spiced rum and the other was half full of coffee. She poured most of the cup into the bottle and poured what was left of the rum into her cup. She put the bottles back under the table before Seth turned around. He sat a plate on the table followed by a bottle of syrup and stick of butter. Jalie put half the stick on her pancake and hardly any syrup. Seth sat down with a plate of his own. He drowned his pancakes in syrup and dug in.
