However CWF Management will assign you a genre, it could be an OOC style Column, a PPV Preview Column, an In Character style Column or even a random column. Remember to submit your pseudonym and the genre of your sample work. In Character Interviewers - In Character Interviewers mainly do interviews with the wrestlers and other workers in the promotion. All In Character interviews are conducted with "THE WRESTLERS" and "THE WORKERS" instead of the handlers. OOC Interviewers - OOC Interviewers mainly do interviews with the Handlers (The people behind the wrestlers). All OOC interviews will be conducted in a OOC style genre and will not reflect any IC traits. Fed Related Match Writers - Match Writer are like the backbones of each promotion and their job is to writes matches. If you're interested, send in a sample of your work! Tag Team Division Road Agent - The job of the Tag Team Division Road Agent entails recruiting legitimate Tag Teams (Meaning a tag team handled by one person), helping out with storylines, angles and overall booking of the Tag Team Division. The person who apply for this position will have to report to the Head Booker. Women's Division Road Agent - The job of the Women's Division Road Agent entails recruiting female talent, helping out with storylines, angles and overall booking of the Women's Division. The person who apply for this position will have to report to the Head Booker. Road Agents - Road Agents in general help out with everything with regards to the promotion. Jobs including helping out with match writing when needed, boosting morale in the community (EG: helping to solve problems, creating a good OOC environment), recruiting, etc. The person who apply for this position will have to report to the CWF Top Management and the Site Team. Talent Relations - The job of the Talent Relations Dept is to recruit talent for CWF and solve whatever problems they have. The job of the Talent Relations Dept is synonymous to the key between the CWF top management and the talent. The person who apply for this position has got to be firm & just. Public Relations Coordinator - The job of the Public Relations Coordinator is to promote CWF in Forums (legally, using signatures), Sites (legally, not using their forums or boards) and through word of mouth. HTML Editor - The job of the HTML Editor is to add HTML to the CWF shows once a week starting the day before the show is due to be posted. Matches and segments for the shows must be sent in early as possible for the HTML Editor to then go through, add the HTML for spaces, colors etc then send the complete show to the owners for posting at the time scheduled. Magazine Related Columnist - The Magazine Columnist's job is a little different from that of the site columnist in that the Magazine columnist reports directly to the Editor of the Magazine.
