Endured a horrible record, with 3 defeats and no wins. Shortly after that he was released from his contract and while Dan was going to bar's and clubs, he also trained Bjay into becoming a mean technical wrestler and on the 1st of November 2003, made his debut for Evolution Wrestling Federation, ran by Jimmy Ray, who made Bjay a future star and shortly after Bjay held the EWF World Universal title and the EWF Tag Belt with Nicky 'Wildcat' Jones and for this earned the EWF Rookie Of The Year 2003 award.

Jimmy Ray finally told Bjay that EWF, a small independent federation, wasn't good enough for a star like Bjay, who quickly signed to his cousin and 'Bad'Boy' Brad Hannah's DIWF federation where Bjay made his debut as The Ghetto Child and won the DIWF TV Title in his debut and then went on to win the DIWF U.S. Title.

Bjay then left DIWF after it folded in December 2004, and then joined Jon Harder's SoC federation in May 2005, where he impressed against Zoink The Clown in a memorable feud but then had contact with CWF and after a few month's thought, and with the influence of his cousin being there, joined CWF.
