Sabrina Davidson - AJ, your thoughts on tonight's match with JC? AJ Cameron - My thoughts? Everyone wants to know my thoughts on this match. Sabrina Davidson - I just thought maybe you would want to share with the fans watching what you think about your match tonight with JC Michaels. AJ Cameron - You looking for magic answers, Sabrina? Your father has been backstage asking the same questions for years. Do you really expect a useful answer? Sabrina Davidson - I consider myself a fan, too, you know. I want to know. AJ Cameron - I'll tell you what. There are a lot of new people around here and I am a little jumpy about things. This TV title is mine and I am seeing a long list grow even longer every week with people who want what I have. Sabrina Davidson - Which makes you nervous. AJ Cameron - Your father never knew when to stop asking questions either. AJ turns and
storms off, leaving Sabrina alone and shrugging while we head back
to the ring. Myst - Lackeys are everywhere tonight. What do you want? Young Man - I just got a termination notice. Look, I have a wife and kids. I need this job. Myst - Have you seen the news? We are in a recession and cuts have to be made, especially with some of the stars we have around this place. Young Man - Surely keeping me around wouldn't influence the company's ability to stay afloat. Myst - No, you mean nothing. I agree with you there. The thing is, I cut about fifty of you nothing people tonight, and that adds up to something. That is how we get something from nothing. Young Man - But my kids... Myst - Oh, don't worry about your kids. I am sure your wife will take care of them well after she finds a new husband. That's just the reality we live in, now move along. Young Man -
You're a complete b-.... "A Torrid Love Affair" by Boy's Night Out plays as Ghost steps out onto the stage, the crowd giving him a mixed reaction. The masked man stands on stage for a few moments before he starts down the ramp towards the ring. He stops at ringside and then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron before stepping through the ropes into the ring. His music fades and then we hear "Naked Cousin" by PJ Harvey and Chastity is led onto the stage by Corina, the former member who is a member of the Glamour Girls once again. Corina smirks towards the camera as the crowd cheers Diva Champ Chastity on. Chastity stops at ringside and puts her title belt over Corina's shoulder and then she pulls herself onto the apron before stepping through the ropes into the ring which allows referee Mary Sanderson to call for the bell and get the match officially started. Ricky Simms - We finally get the wrestling started tonight. Henry Lesher - And we start with this? Really? Chastity locks up with Ghost. He then backs her into the ropes where the referee asks for a clean break. Ghost backs off and then they lock up again, this time with Chastity taking a knee to the gut from Ghost before he then gives her a gut wrench suplex to the mat. Ghost then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chastity. Ghost stands Chastity up, whips her off the ropes and gives her a backdrop to the mat and then lands a knee to the forehead on Chastity before he again goes for the early pin. 1...2... again Chastity manages to kick out. Ghost then stands Chastity up, whips her off the ropes and misses with a dropkick as she side steps it and then she gives Ghost an elbow smash to the chest and then places him in a sleeper hold. The referee checks for a submission, but Ghost refuses to give up. Ricky Simms - Good back and forth action here as Chastity tries to again prove herself while Ghost is working to climb the ladder a little further every week. Henry Lesher - The guy has been here a month and he has climbed as high as this? He should go back to base camp. Ghost battles to get to his feet and then he elbows Chastity in the gut three times before he gives her a snap mare to the mat. He then gives her a knee to the back and then stands her up, whips her off the ropes and gives her a backdrop to the mat and then gives her a leg drop to the throat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chastity. Ghost then stands her up and whips her through the ropes and out to the floor. He waits for her to stand and leaps through the ropes and gives her a cross body block to the floor. Ghost then stands over her while Corina makes her way around the ring and she calls out to Ghost in an effort to distract him. He turns and has a few words for her while Chastity gets to her feet and rolls herself back into the ring. Ghost shakes his head as he then rolls himself back into the ring as well. Ricky Simms - Ghost allowed himself to be distracted there, not a good move. Henry Lesher - He needs to re-evaluate his career. It looks like Myst needs to make more cuts. Ghost gets to his feet and takes an eye gouge from Chastity. She then gives Ghost a side Russian leg sweep to the mat. Chastity then hooks the leg for the quick pinfall attempt. 1...2... kick out by Ghost. Chastity stands Ghost up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick to the mat. She then goes to the ropes and makes her way to the top. Ghost gets to his feet and sees Chastity coming. He catches her in mid air and spins her to the mat. Chastity is rolled into a small package, but she uses the ropes to reverse it and hooks the tights for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Ghost. Chastity then rolls herself out to the floor and calls out to Corina. Corina jumps onto the apron and calls out to Ghost. Ricky Simms - What is Chastity doing? Henry Lesher - Getting Corina to take over? Who cares? They all look the same to me. Ghost gets to his feet and charges at Corina. She drops off the mat before he hits her with a shoulder block while Chastity rolls herself into the ring and then she rolls Ghost into a school boy pin. 1...2...3! Chastity ekes out the win and quickly rolls herself out of the ring to the floor where she quickly grabs the Diva title and starts to make her way up the ramp while Ghost is seen shaking his head inside the ring. Ricky Simms - Chastity takes a shortcut and outsmarts the man in the mask. Henry Lesher -
Big deal, let's get real men inside the ring now. JC Michaels - What do you want? Neriah Sweet - That was quite the shock, seeing Shadow inside a CWA ring tonight. JC Michaels - It doesn't end there, you know. I am a man of means. Neriah Sweet - Well, that's what has people talking, too. I mean, you have friends, but you have enemies too. JC Michaels - Look at EVC and tell me who would be stupid enough to mess with this group. Eternity is a legend. Gary Barber is a legend and about an hour away from becoming the CWA champ. Dragon has already been a CWA champ and it's only a matter of time before it happens again. I am going to win the TV title and now you add Shadow to the mix? No one messes with that crew. Neriah Sweet - Well, it's a big company. JC Michaels - I have nothing to worry about. EVC is on its way to dominating the CWA and people hate it. Frankly, I don't care. Now get the hell out of my dressing room. Neriah backs off
and we return to the action. "Blaze of Glory" by Jon Bon Jovi plays as Shannon Skanes and Bruce Miller make their way onto the stage, led by Kathy Smith and Missy. The four then make their way down the ramp towards the ring, the crowd cheering the CWA Old School crew on. Shannon and Bruce then jump onto the apron, step through the ropes into the ring and high five one another before Bruce Miller gets on the microphone. Bruce Miller - Tonight, I make my return to the ring. Now, this not only makes me the best looking wrestler in the CWA, but it also serves notice to people in the back that I am not screwing around. I also would like to throw a shout out to Myst, the fine lady who decided this four on two match was the right way to go. Lady, what comes around goes around. Shannon here might still love you, but I don't. I have no problem knocking you on your ass if you get in my way. Tonight, I remind the wrestling world why I am a legend in my own right. He tosses the microphone back to ring announcer Kosmic Kitty while giving her a wink. We then hear "Last Resort" by Papa Roach and Total Darkness charge out onto the stage and run down the ramp to the ring. They slide into the ring and start brawling with the Glory Boys while referee Mark Davis calls for the bell to get things officially started. Bruce tosses Black Lightning out of the ring and then Shannon whips Donovan Blake into the corner buckle and then climbs to the second rope before raining down punches to the head on Blake while the crowd cheers. Shannon then jumps down, giving Blake a monkey flip to the middle of the ring. Ricky Simms - Shannon and Bruce are in control early here while we have yet to see Tommy or Bombshell. Henry Lesher - Tommy would make this match watchable. As it is, my eyes are bleeding. Shannon stands Blake up, whips him off the ropes and misses with a clothesline when Blake ducks it. Blake then gives Shannon a reverse neck breaker to the mat and then goes for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Shannon. Blake then stands Shannon up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a backdrop to the mat. Blake then pulls Shannon to his corner and tags in Black Lightning. Black Lightning steps into the ring and starts putting the boots to the former owner of the CWA. He then stands Shannon up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a shoulder block to the mat. He goes for a knee drop on Shannon, but Shannon rolls out of the way and rolls to his corner where he tags Bruce Miller in. Bruce enters the ring and gives Black Lightning an atomic drop and then ducks a clothesline from a charging Donovan Blake before giving him a German suplex to the mat. Bruce quickly gets to his feet and ducks a wild right hook from Black Lightning and then gives him a knee to the ribs before giving him a sidewalk slam to the mat where he goes for the pin. 1...2... Donovan Blake pulls Bruce off of Black Lightning to break up the pin and then tosses him out to the floor. Ricky Simms - Good teamwork shown by both teams in this one. Henry Lesher - Without Tommy, it just sucks. Black Lightning gets to his feet and spots Bruce on the floor. He then starts to climb the ropes in the corner. He reaches the top only to take a shove to the back from Shannon which sends Black Lightning down to Bruce who greets him with a super kick to the jaw. Bruce then stands Black Lightning up and rolls him into the ring before doing the same himself and then he goes for the pin. 1...2... Black Lightning gets a foot on the bottom rope. Bruce then pulls Black Lightning to his corner and tags in Shannon. Shannon enters the ring and he and Bruce give Black Lightning a double vertical suplex to the mat. Shannon then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Black Lightning. We then see Bombshell storming down the ramp to ringside. She pulls herself onto the apron as Shannon stands Black Lightning up. He whips Black Lightning off the ropes and he makes the blind tag to Bombshell which Shannon fails to see. Shannon gives Black Lightning a spine buster to the mat as Bombshell enters the ring with a pair of brass knuckles on her hand. She catches Shannon flush to the jaw with the knuckles and then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Bombshell rolls herself out to the floor while Bruce protests to the referee in vain. Ricky Simms - Bombshell finally shows up, without Tommy and she knocked Shannon out. Henry Lesher -
Maybe that's for the things he said about her on the date. We got
ripped off without Tommy coming down, though. What the hell was
that? Myst - You no show a match on me? Tommy Purr - I don't like set ups and I am not a Total Darkness fan. Bombshell did your bidding. Myst - You miss the point. Tommy Purr - You wanted Shannon punished and he was punished. He lost. He is out cold. What is the point? Myst - If you want to get back into the title hunt, you have to get that through me. Tommy Purr - Wrong, I can claim the right to rematch whenever I want. I haven't used that yet. If Eli drops the title tonight, that could change. Myst - Why wouldn't you target Eli after everything he did to you? Tommy Purr - Hey, to some of us in the CWA, family actually means something. He then walks
away from her while she appears ready to explode and we return to
the ring. "Southtown" by POD plays as 6Pac makes his way onto the stage where the crowd greets him with loud boos. He pays them no mind as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He is then attacked from behind by Daniel McCoy who gives him a vicious clothesline to the ramp with the title belt. McCoy then whips 6Pac with the belt while the crowd has a mixed reaction to the beat down, not huge fans of McCoy either. McCoy then stands 6Pac up and gives him a hip toss to the steel ramp before he then pulls 6Pac to ringside and then rolls him into the ring before rolling himself in as well. He then two handed chokes 6Pac while we then hear "Switch 625" by Def Leppard and Hoshi Yakamoto comes out to loud cheers from the crowd. She makes her way down the ramp, shaking her head while watching the action unfolding inside the ring. She then pulls herself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. Referee Casey Braun finally calls for the bell to make the match official. Ricky Simms - I don't think there will be much technical wrestling in this one. Henry Lesher - That makes sense since none of them can actually wrestle. Hoshi gives McCoy a kick to the head before he can get up. She then stands McCoy up and whips him off the ropes before giving him a roundhouse kick that sends him back down to the mat where she hooks the leg for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Daniel McCoy. Hoshi then stands McCoy up, whips him into the corner and then misses with a shoulder block as McCoy side steps it and then throws Hoshi shoulder first into the corner. McCoy then gives Hoshi a pump handle slam to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... 6Pac pulls McCoy off of Hoshi and then starts putting the boots to him. 6Pac then picks Daniel McCoy up and slams him to the mat and then chokes him with both hands while the referee threatens to disqualify him for this action. 6Pac releases the choke and then stands McCoy up, whips him right into Hoshi and then gives him a back cracker before 6Pac goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by McCoy. McCoy then rolls himself out to the floor to regroup while 6Pac gets back to his feet and takes a standing dropkick from Hoshi. Hoshi then lands a somersault splash onto 6Pac and she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by 6Pac Dudley. Ricky Simms - Lots of near falls in this Aerial title match tonight. Henry Lesher - I am amazed at how they are all able to almost win, too. It is almost inspiring. Hoshi stands 6Pac up, whips him to the ropes and Daniel McCoy pulls the feet out from under 6Pac and then drags him out to the floor. He starts landing rights and lefts to the head on 6Pac while Hoshi charges across the ring and then she leaps over the top rope and lands a suicide dive on both of her opponents which draws a huge cheer from the crowd. Hoshi then gets to her feet and rolls herself back into the ring. 6Pac gets to his feet and pulls himself onto the apron only to take a dropkick to the chest from Hoshi that sends him back out to the floor. Daniel McCoy then pulls himself to his feet and then slides himself into the ring and takes a knee to the back from Hoshi who then stands Daniel McCoy up only to take a jawbreaker from McCoy. McCoy then gets to his feet and then pulls Hoshi up by the hair, then whips her off the ropes and gives her a clothesline to the mat before he goes to the ropes in the corner. Hoshi gets to her feet and then faces the corner McCoy is leaping off of. She ducks a flying clothesline and McCoy hits the mat where Hoshi then gives him a leg drop across the throat. Ricky Simms - No one has been able to maintain control in this match. It is anyone's game at this point. Henry Lesher - If you're watching this at home, refrain from looking directly at this match. It's for the best. McCoy then climbs the ropes in the corner as 6Pac slides himself under the bottom rope unto the ring. McCoy goes for a flying elbow smash on Hoshi and takes a kick to the chin from 6Pac who then goes to the corner and quickly climbs to the top rope and then lands a shooting star press on Daniel McCoy before he goes for the pin. 1...2...3! 6Pac wins and is the new CWA Aerial champ. Ricky Simms - 6Pac wins the title back! Henry Lesher - I could not care less. I am just glad it's over. Let's never speak of this match again. 6Pac exits the
ring and starts making his way up the ramp with the title belt once
again raised high above his head. He spits blood on the ramp and
glares at the fallen foes in tonight's match and shakes his head
before he heads backstage. Shengee Shmelky - Yo yo yo, I be with da man who could have been president. Frank Merritt - Americans thought I was kidding about finding them at home and dealing with their poor choices. I am going alphabetically through the US and people will see I wasn't kidding. Shengee Shmelky - But voting is anonymous. Frank Merritt - I got three votes. I know who cast those votes. Myself, Rob Zombie and Des all voted for me. Everyone else is getting an ass kicking. Shengee Shmelky - But there are people who don't vote yo. Frank Merritt - Those people make me sick. If you didn't like Obama or McCain, vote for me. Shengee Shmelky - What about Nader yo? Frank Merritt - I said vote for me, not throw the vote away. Pay attention. Shengee Shmelky - Well, we brought someone in to make you feel better about things tonight. Frank Merritt - Jenna Jameson? Shengee Shmelky - No way yo, dis show is seen by kids yo. Frank Merritt - Carmen Luvana? Shengee Shmelky - Not hardly yo. Hit da music! "X Gonna Give It To Ya" by DMX plays and the crowd can be heard cheering even backstage. Frank Merritt - Aw, hell no. Xtasy steps into the picture and the fans get even louder from ringside, watching this on the big screen. Xtasy - Frank, my man! Frank Merritt - Fuck off, X. Frank walks away
mumbling about killing himself while Xtasy looks confused and we
head back to the ring. "What I've Done" by Linkin Park plays as AJ Cameron makes his way out onto the stage where the crowd gives him a warm reception tonight. He has the TV title belt over his shoulder, but his head is hung low as he apparently has a lot on his mind. He stops at ringside, removes the belt from his shoulder and looks at it for a few moments before he pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring, He stands in the corner, leaning back against the ropes, while his music fades and then we hear "Suicide Messiah" by Black Label Society and JC Michaels comes out to some of the loudest boos of the night. He just smirks as he makes his way down the ramp with an EVC T-shirt on and he keeps pointing to his waist and saying the belt will soon rest there. He then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron and then pulls himself through the ropes into the ring which allows referee Rob Rai to call for the bell and get the action officially started. Ricky Simms - The TV title is up for grabs in this one. Henry Lesher - AJ is dropping the title in this one. Looks like he lost his smile. Ricky Simms - You're a ghoul. AJ moves in and locks up with JC. JC then backs AJ to the ropes where the referee asks for a clean break. JC takes a step back and then gives AJ a series of forearm smashes to the jaw. JC then knees AJ in the gut and then gives him a double under hook suplex to the mat. JC then gives AJ an elbow to the throat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by AJ Cameron. JC stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick that sends him back to the mat. JC then climbs the ropes in the corner and makes his way to the second rope. He then jumps off and lands a double axe handle smash across the back of the TV champ, sending him back to the mat. JC then rolls AJ out to the floor and follows him out. Ricky Simms - Now this is where JC can hurt the champ if AJ isn't careful. Henry Lesher - BLPW was built on brawling and real fighting. Most of the CWA guys are in over their heads here. JC eye gouges AJ and then tries to whip him into the steel corner post, but AJ plants his feet and then sends JC shoulder first into the steel corner post instead. AJ then gives JC a knee to the back, turns him around and then delivers a snap suplex to the floor. AJ then gets to his feet and puts the boots to JC for a few moments before he rolls into the ring to break up the count and then rolls himself back out to the floor. AJ then picks JC up and power slams him to the floor. AJ then stands JC up and whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps before rolling him back into the ring. AJ then climbs onto the apron and then quickly makes his way to the top rope. JC gets to his feet and takes a missile dropkick off the top rope from AJ who then goes for the pin. 1...2... JC rolls a shoulder out. AJ has a few unkind words for the referee as he argues the speed of the count. He then stands JC up and whips him into the corner. Ricky Simms - AJ thought that should have been a three count. Henry Lesher - He needs to stop whining and worry about winning here. AJ charges into the corner and right into raised knees to the chest from JC Michaels. JC then gives AJ a knee to the gut followed by a DDT to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... AJ gets a foot on the bottom rope and now JC is not happy with the speed of the count by referee Rob Rai. JC then stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and then both wrestlers clothesline each other to the mat. The referee starts counting them both down while the fans start a chant for AJ Cameron. On the four count, AJ manages to get to his hands and knees. On the six count, JC Michaels uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet and AJ charges at him. JC pulls down the top rope and AJ flies right over it before crashing into the guard railing at ringside. JC then takes a few steps back from the ropes, waits for AJ to stand and then gives him a baseball slide that sends him right back down to the floor. Ricky Simms - JC has again taken control here. Henry Lesher - How many times do I have to explain he is out of his league here? JC stands AJ up and then slams his head into the steel ring steps three times before giving him a knife edge chop to the throat. He then rolls AJ into the ring and then does the same himself. JC then places AJ's throat over the bottom rope and starts choking him with it, only releasing just a moment before the referee would have disqualified him. JC then stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a belly to belly overhead suplex to the mat. JC then stands AJ up, again whips him off the ropes and then picks him up before leveling him with the Samoan Stunner before going for the pin. 1...2... AJ gets a foot on the rope out of sight of the referee. 3! JC Michaels is the new champ as the referee calls for the bell. Ricky Simms - AJ had a foot on the rope. Henry Lesher - Real men kick out. The referee made the right call. JC is handed the TV title and holds it high above his head while telling the camera that this is just the beginning. Henry Lesher -
Wait a second! Look who's here!!! Ricky Simms - JC is not well liked by former employees. I guess that's what happens when paychecks bounce. Henry Lesher - What a bunch of whiners! As the EVC exits the ring, we see AJ Cameron getting to his feet. He is aware that he is no longer the champ and he taps the referee on the shoulder. He explains he had his foot on the bottom rope. The referee holds up three fingers. AJ then drills the referee with a punch to the face. He then picks the referee up off the mat and gives him a power slam to the mat. Ricky Simms - It looks like AJ will get some time off. You can't assault an official like that. Henry Lesher -
Sure you can. He just did. Wyatt Gibson - What do you want? Malk - The TV title. Wyatt Gibson - Then go talk to JC about that. Malk - I want a TV title match next week. Wyatt Gibson - I fail to see why that's my problem. Malk - Dragon isn't here tonoght. I don't get my chance to finish him off, so I am going to take it out on JC. Wyatt Gibson - Bully for you. Malk - Next week, for the TV title. Wyatt Gibson - No, I don't think so. You have to earn your chance. If you beat JC, then you earn a title shot. Malk - That title is supposed to be on the line every week. Wyatt Gibson - *shrugs* Take it or leave it. Malk - I will get that title shot. Malk walks away and Wyatt breathes a sigh of relief, then turns and comes face to face with Moose. Wyatt Gibson - Oh great... Moose - Anyone seen Kannon? Wyatt Gibson - Not you, too. Moose - First I had to chase him through a crowd and now I have no opponent tonight? Are you running the roster or is it running you? Wyatt Gibson - I don't know what happened. Moose - That is not good enough. I don't know who you think you're dealing with, but you're not going to last long if you piss me off. You got that? Wyatt Gibson - Hey, you think you're getting screwed? Fine, next week we'll get you a high profile opponent and see if you're worth your contract. There are cuts happening around here, you know. Moose - You're walking a thin line, Wyatt. A very thin line. Moose then walks
away and Wyatt slowly turns away. He half expects to see someone
else, but this ends his confrontations for now and he continues on
his way while we head back to the ring. "Halls of Fear" by Nino Rota plays as Sal Clemenzo is led onto the stage by Cassandra O'Shea. They get a loud ovation from the crowd as they make their way down the ramp. The crowd starts a chant for Sal as he reaches ringside and then he has a few words with his valet before he pulls himself onto the apron. Sal then steps through the ropes into the ring as his music fades and then we hear "A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park and Myst comes out onto the stage to the boos of the crowd, but she isn't wearing wrestling gear. Myst - Sal, I am afraid I just don't have time for this. I have contracts to sign, people to let go and some unstable elements backstage. Now, I would hate for you to get all dressed up and not have an opponent tonight, so let's bring him out here and give you what you came here for. "I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace plays and the crowd explodes as they see Rated R on the big screen and anticipate his arrival. Myst scowls while allowing the music to play and then she talks over it. Myst - No, no, no, that's not right. No, I needed someone who just wants to fight. I needed someone who was willing to battle you in that ring and drive you right through it. Sal, don't cross Myst. "We Kill Everything" by GWAR plays and The Nameless emerges from backstage and makes his way down the ramp while Myst grins from ear to ear and then blows a kiss towards Sal before she heads off, her work done for the night. Ricky Simms - Sal wanted a fight, but this isn't what he came here for. Henry Lesher - I might love Myst. Nameless is back! I am free to love again. Nameless makes his way to ringside and Sal opts not to wait, rolling himself out to the floor and engaging Nameless in a bare fist brawl. Sa; thumbs Nameless in the eye and slams his head into the ring apron and then gives him a series of kicks to the gut before giving him a swinging neck breaker to the floor. Sal then stands Nameless up and rolls him into the ring before rolling himself in as well. Sal then starts choking Nameless on the mat. Nameless slowly sits up while being chokes. Nameless then gives sal a head butt and then another which breaks the choke. Nameless then starts choking Sal while he slowly gets to his feet. Nameless then picks Sal up and choke slams him to the mat. Nameless then stands on Sal's chest for a few moments and then steps off while the crowd boos. Ricky Simms - This is not what the fans wanted to see, but I'll bet Myst is smiling. Henry Lesher - I'll be smiling until next Sunday. Nameless is back! Nameless pulls Sal to his feet and then whips him into the corner buckle. Nameless then charges in for a splash, but Sal manages to duck out of the way and then he repeatedly slams Nameless' face into the top turn buckle. Sal then places Nameless in a head lock and then gives him a bulldog to the floor. Sal then stands Nameless up and rolls him into the ring before doing the same himself. Sal then stands Nameless up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick which sends Nameless backwards, though he doesn't actually fall down. Nameless steadies himself with the ropes and then gives Sal a running kick to the face. Nameless then grabs Sal around the throat, picks him up and choke slams him to the mat. Nameless then crouches over Sal and rains down punches to the face on Sal while the crowd again starts a chant for Sal Clemenzo. Ricky Simms - This isn't even a match. Tony Parizi was supposed to referee the match between Myst and Sal, but he didn't come out for this match at all. Henry Lesher - Rick, this is not about wrestling. This is Myst sending a message to the roster through Sal Clemenzo, that being one of not messing with the boss. Nameless pulls Sal to his feet and then whips him through the top and middle rope to the floor. Nameless then drops and rolls himself out to the floor while we see Sal reaching under the ring and pulling something out. Nameless stands Sal up and takes a chair shot to the mask, then another and then a third which finally brings the big man down. Sal then reaches under the ring and pulls out his baseball bat and a sadistic smile crosses his face. Sal hits nameless across the back with the bat and then chokes him with it. Sal then slams it across the back of Nameless one more time before standing him up and rolling him into the ring. Ricky Simms - Sal has a bat. I don't see Parizi coming out now. Henry Lesher - Sal has lost it here. He doesn't take surprises like this well. Sal rears back with the bat and then hits Nameless across the back again before rolling him over. Sal then covers him and hooks the leg for the pin while Hector Braun rolls himself into the ring, wearing a referee's shirt and calling for the bell. He then makes the pin. 1...2...3! The bell sounds again and the match was officially five seconds long. Ricky Simms - What the hell is Hector doing out here? Henry Lesher - Getting himself killed by Parizi. Hector Braun rolls himself out of the ring and grabs the microphone from ring announcer Kosmic Kitty. Hector Braun - Okay, we're square Sal. I helped you and you forget all that stuff from before... the stuff I regret. I deeply regret the stuff, Sal and we're even. Hector then escapes through the crowd while Sal scowls in his direction from the ring and security rushes out in an attempt to grab Hector Braun. Ricky Simms - I have never heard Hector plead like that before. Henry Lesher -
He'll be pleading with Tony Parizi soon enough. I wonder how long he
can hold his breath underwater. Shannon Skanes - What's wrong? Kathy Smith - It's nothing. Shannon Skanes - Liar. Kathy hands Shannon a piece of paper. He reads it and he frowns. Shannon Skanes - Forgot this was the anniversary of our divorce. I don't think about it much. Kathy Smith - I know you don't. You got re-married and had kids while I did neither. Shannon Skanes - Look, I'll drive you home tonight. We can talk. Kathy Smith - What's to talk about? You still love Myst. Look what she just pulled on Sal and you still love her. Shannon Skanes - As has been said, the heart wants what the heart wants. Kathy Smith - Your heart needs to have its head read. Shannon Skanes - She's not a bad person. She's just mad. Kathy Smith - For months now, that's what you have said to me. The problem is, I'm not a crazed fan or a friend. I still love you. Missy was right about that. Kathy storms off
and Shannon is left holding the divorce papers before we head back
to the ring. "King of the Stereo" by Saliva plays as Jack Spade comes out onto the stage where the crowd gives him a warm ovation, one of the loudest we have heard so far tonight. Jack then marches down the ramp towards the ring with his head down, clearly deep in thought about tonight's title match. He stops at ringside and takes a look out to the crowd and then pulls himself onto the apron before he steps through the ropes into the ring. He then keeps his head lowered as his music fades and then we hear "Hollow Man" by The Hollow Men and Gary Barber is the next challenger to come out, receiving the loudest boos of the night. He pays the fans no mind as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He tells the camera that the EVC is going two for two in title matches as he reaches ringside and then he pulls himself onto the apron before stepping through the ropes into the ring. He and Spade then start jawing at each other. Ricky Simms - The two challengers are inside the ring and they are not waiting for the champ before they get into it. Jack Spade is using his rematch clause in this and Gary Barber is looking to maintain the hot streak that the EVC has been on recently. Some think it's his destiny to be champ. Henry Lesher - No one can stop the EVC. They are Flock without drugs. They are EOS without ego. They are the perfect stable. Shadow was just the exclamation point for them tonight. "For You" by Paperback Hero plays as CWA champ Eli Ryder makes his way onto the stage. The crowd gives him a warm ovation while he holds the CWA title high over his head. He then quickly makes his way down the ramp while his challengers continue to argue inside the ring. Eli hands the title belt off to the timekeeper and then he pulls himself onto the apron where he takes punches to the face from both Barber and Spade. They then drop and roll themselves out to the floor where they both stand Eli up and whip him into the steel corner post, wrapping his shoulder around it. They then roll him into the ring before rolling themselves in, which allows referee Steve Blake to call for the bell and get the match started. Ricky Simms - The challengers apparently agree that they need to take Eli out early in this one. Henry Lesher - I don't see the teamwork lasting with gold on the line, Rick. Spade and Barber stand Eli up, whip him into the corner buckle and then gives him a double clothesline to the mat. Barber then turns and clotheslines Jack Spade to the mat and then gives him a kene drop to the forehead. Barber then picks Spade up and slams him to the mat while Ryder rolls himself out of the ring to the floor. Gary Barber stands Jack Spade up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a backdrop to the mat. Barber then applies a figure four leg lock on Jack Spade, causing the referee to check for a submission. Jack Spade refuses to submit while we see Eli Ryder climbing the ropes in the corner. Eli then leaps off the top rope and gives Gary Barber a leg drop across the chest, which also allows Jack Spade to break free of the hold. Ryder goes for the pin on Barber. 1...2... kick out by Barber. Ricky Simms - Smart move by Eli there as Gary Barber was in a vulnerable position. Henry Lesher - Eli knows what he is up against here. I will give him that much. Ryder stands Barber up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him an arm drag to the middle of the ring. Eli then applies an abdominal stretch on Barber and the referee checks for a submission from the challenger. Before Ryder has the hold fully cinched in, Jack Spade chop blocks Ryder down which also releases Barber from the hold. Jack Spade then quickly goes for an ankle lock submission on the leg he just chopped out from under Eli. Before the referee even has a chance to ask Eli about a submission, Gary Barber gives Jack Spade a kick to the chest that sends him through the ropes and out to the floor. Gary Barber then eye gouges Eli Ryder, stands him up and whips him off the ropes before both men collide in the center of the ring, going for shoulder blocks only to find that neither of them budge. They then start trading rights and lefts while the crowd cheers. Jack Spade climbs the ropes in the corner and leaps off. Barber and Ryder duck the diving Spade and he soars right over them, crashing to the mat instead. Barber and Ryder then jointly put the boots to Jack Spade. Ricky Simms - Alliances shift in this title match. Henry Lesher - Well, in a triple threat match, any alliance is ultimately doomed. Barber is playing this smart and will win the title tonight. Barber and Ryder stand Jack Spade up, whip him off the ropes and give him a double dropkick to the mat. They then both kip up to their feet and then start trading punches with each other again. Barber thumbs Ryder in the eye. Ryder answers with a knee to the gut on Barber and then gives him a forearm smash to the jaw followed by throwing him through the ropes and out to the floor. Jack Spade is behind Ryder and rolls him into a school boy for the surprise pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Eli Ryder. Spade then stands Ryder up, whips him into the corner buckle and then sets for and delivers a slingshot suplex on the champ before he again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out again by Eli. Gary Barber climbs onto the apron and Spade takes a step towards him. Barber drops off the apron, grabbing Spade's head and snapping his neck on the top rope on his way down. Spade then falls back to the mat where Ryder goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Jack Spade. Ricky Simms - Barber almost gave Ryder the win there. Henry Lesher - Almost means nothing, Rick. You know that. Eli stands Jack up, whips him into the corner buckle and then charges in for a shoulder block on him. Gary Barber then rolls himself into the ring and gets to his feet behind Eli, then gives him a knee to the back, turns him around and sets for and delivers a brain buster to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1... 2... Jack pulls Barber off of Eli to break up the count and then Spade places Barber in a headlock and then gives him a DDT to the mat before rolling him over for the pin. 1...2... Barber gets a foot on the bottom rope to break up the pin. Henry Lesher - Good move getting a foot on the rope. Ricky Simms - You said AJ was less of a man for avoiding the pin that way. Henry Lesher - You lie. Why do you lie like that? Jack stands Gary up, whips him through the ropes and out to the floor and then turns his attention back to Eli. Eli gives Jack an eye gouge and then gives him an inverted atomic drop. Eli then gives Jack a Rock Bottom to the mat while Gary Barber gets to his feet. Eli stands Jack up, whips him to Gary Barber who gives Jack Spade a Fantom Buster to the mat. Eli then grabs Gary Barber and gives him an arm drag out to the floor and then Eli jumps to the top rope and then delivers a Disasterpiece on Jack and hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2...3! Eli gets the win and retains the title tonight. Ricky Simms - Hard fought win for Eli. Henry Lesher - Gary Barber set it up. He owes that title to Gary Barber. Ricky Simms - No doubt he set Jack up for the pin, but Eli finished him off. Eli rolls himself out to the floor and heads to the timekeeper's table only to find the title belt has already been picked up. He finds Gary Barber holding it and casually walks over and yanks it from his grip. Eli then holds the belt high while locking eyes with Gary Barber. Ricky Simms - I don't think this is the end of it. Henry Lesher - Barber will be the champ. This is just a delay for him. That's all. Ricky Simms - Tune in next week fans and see how this plays itself out! We fade to black with Eli and Gary Barber still face to face, Eli holding the belt. |
