The role of the Board of Directors is to ensure the everyday operations of Extreme Carnage Wrestling Alliance, to assist in maintaining the talent roster, and to oversee the Championships of this federation. Of course, each member of this board has specific duties that they are responsible for, different areas that they have been charged with maintaining on a regular basis.

ECWA Acting Governor of the Board
Karnage
As Acting Governor in the absence of Kaydin Taneau, Karnage oversees majority interest of the ECWA. His responsibilities are wide and varied, and deal mostly with operations within the ECWA. Karnage holds a "Veto" vote on the Board of Directors. Karnage is a very "hands-on" interactive and approachable Governor, which compliments the ECWA, and other staff whom share the same general vision for the future of the ECWA.

ECWA Pristine Chairman
Rick Storm
As Pristine Chairman, Rick Storm controls interest of the ECWA Pristine and Extreme Diva Championships, and as such, all inquiries as to the ECWA Pristine Championship, ECWA Extreme Diva Championship, including contenderships, should be made through him. Rick is also instumental in assisting with Revolution and Pay Per View booking duties. Rick shall monitor Pristine, looking for discrepancies to our governing rules and regulations, and upon finding them, shall alert the ECWA Board of Practices and Principles. Rick will be responsible for all disciplinary action against Pristine talents. As well, any and all inquiries, complaints, or questions in relation to violations or administration of those governing principles, as per Pristine, shall be presented to Rick Storm. ECWA Defiance Chairman
Trace Michaels
As Defiance Chairman, Trace Michaels controls interest of the ECWA Defiance Championship, and as such, all inquiries as to the ECWA Defiance Championship, including contenderships, should be made through him. Trace is also instumental in assisting with Revolution and Pay Per View booking duties. Trace shall monitor Defiance, looking for discrepancies to our governing rules and regulations, and upon finding them, shall alert the ECWA Board of Practices and Principles. Michael Cook
As World Championship Chairman, Michael Cook controls interest of the ECWA World Championship, and as such, all inquiries as to the ECWA World Championship, including contenderships, should be made through him. Michael is also instumental in assisting with Revolution and Pay Per View booking duties. Michael shall monitor all ECWA talents booked, looking for discrepancies to our governing rules and regulations, and upon finding them, shall alert the ECWA Board of Practices and Principles. Michael will have a key say in disciplinary action against any non-exclusive talent within the ECWA. As well, any and all inquiries, complaints, or questions in relation to violations or administration of those governing principles, in regards to the World Champion or any top listed contenders, shall be presented to Michael Cook. ECWA Tag Team Chairman
Chris Poshek
As Tag Team Chairman, Chris Poshek controls interest of the ECWA World Tag Team Championships, and as such, all inquiries as to the ECWA World Tag Team Championships, including contenderships, should be made through him. Chris is also instumental in assisting with Revolution and Pay Per View booking duties. Chris shall be responsible to ensure competitiveness and integrity within the ECWA Tag Team ranks, and shall be given free reign in that area to ensure competition and integrity is maintained.
