My 2 Pence - "Classy" Mike C

Well it's been a while, too long some (most) would say, but finally the EUWC is saved by another edition of My Two Pence with me, 52 Wild Champion Classy Mike C! So let's waste no time and get started...

Holocaust lost the World Title to Damian Stone at Summer Sizzler. The Dominion after a 7-month battle at the top end of EUWC seems to be crumbling. Maybe it's about time. Since I first joined EUWC, battles between factions, be it the Regime, TMC, The Apocalypse, The Dominion, 666 or my own faction The Rebellion have dominated. Could this be time for a fresh start?

Glad to see Damian Stone with the World Title around his waist. The best EUWC superstar to never have held the world title now has it, and now Sean Taylor holds the place he left behind (in my opinion).

Speaking of the International champion, why is he back to where he was a year ago? The guy obviously has the ability, and given his recent promos with Holocaust, the ability to be a major player. Now all he needs is the chance to show that the title shot at last years Only the Strong III and the Wrestler of the Year 2003 title were no flukes.

The tag team division now. From January to April, there were four major teams in the tag team division: The Dream Team, Shock Therapy (until February) and then The US Express and The Dominion. Along with these four teams, there were many more teams who weren't quite up there: The Chill Pills, The Good Ol Boys, The Parker Brothers, Insane Fury, Cold Blooded (although in all fairness they never really entered into the fray, instead choosing other rivals such as Luther McLean) etc. Now it seems that the tag division is getting saturated once again with average teams, with one or two decent ones at the top. Lets hope the roster isn't filling with average superstars again, and instead some of these guys show their true worth. On recent showings, 7-T-2 would be first for the cull, and then I'd look to the likes of The US Express, Cold Blooded and The New Dream Team (sorry Jaz) to shape up and take their chances.

Apocalypse: Last year's most under-rated superstar, this year's biggest under-achiever? He's failed to move up that extra level, and maybe being Holocaust's right hand man has blocked the way. Will he move out on his own soon, or face more Dominion obscurity?

Where the hells Ryan Baker? He goes on a stunning run with the US Title as soon as he rejoins the company, and then disappears!

Ray Santana is a bit before my time but even I know is pedigree. Lets hope his return isn't in the same league as that of Jordan Lockhart.

Jordan Styles has looked good so far in his EUWC career, but I wonder where his gimmick will go now that he's not "unstoppable."

Lynch Garrison has got to make it to the next level soon…surely?

On the subject of Big G, his buddy Nero is making waves. He's returned to action in the singles division like a duck to water and I for one am surprised. In previous columns I've tipped Nero to flop without G, and I'll admit that so far I've been wrong.

Great to see Alucard back, we need someone else challenging at the top against Holocaust, and he's never really had a chance to reclaim the gold after losing it to AOD.

Why do people think its smart and funny to pick out that either me or Danny Collins or Jaz and Buxton are English in promos? It's neither; it's purile.

When is Monday Night Brawl coming back? The card for Main Frame has become too crowded and it seems that every week there'll be a multiple tag match, or battle royal, or tag turmoil match!

How is it possible to make Ultra Brawl VI bigger than last year's!? Jackson and Pickstock have a big job on their hands.

Mr. Jackson, please sort out the roster and get rid of: The Parkers, Luther McLean, Kai A. Lewis and The Sphinx

Then when you've done that, bring back: Jordan Lockhart, Scott Samson, T-Charger, Samuel Roundtree, Buck Naked (and not the watered down Antoine Wright), Wreckage and Jay Smash. While you're there, keep an eye out for Texas Lightning and Ryan Baker.

Anyway that's your lot, so until next time have a good 'un.
