April 16th, San Jose, California

We cut backstage, Bombshell is lacing up her boots in the ladies changing room. She seems far from happy, she scowls at she ties each knot. Parker Davis and De'Anton Maybon happily cruise into the room.

Parker - See De'Anton? I told you we were in the wrong place. I actually think this is the WOMEN'S locker room.

Maybon chuckles away.

Maybon - Oh dear, shame on us. How the heck could we make a mistake that big? We must be on acid.

Parker - Now De'Anton, it's a well known fact that the Anarchy crew doesn't touch acid...Heroin and cocaine maybe, but never acid.

They both high five, Bombshell doesn't seem amused in the slightest.

Bombshell - Look Parker, if you and ugly boy came here looking for boobs...

Maybon looks mildly insulted, Parker holds his hands up in protest.

Parker - Look love, I don't need to see any "boobies", I'm facing a big enough tit tonight. We're worried about you Bombshell, you happen to be one of the few female wrestlers that I actually respect. And this Gerard Angelo boy is doing nothing but play you like a fool.

Bombshell actually grins, which leaves Parker and De'Anton looking confused.

Maybon - Look, we may be crude and disgusting but we have a point. How long have you been playing second fiddle to Gerard for?

Parker - "Ugly boy" has a point, you don' need that loser. You're an Outcast, just like us. You got no business hangin' with that loser, girl.

Bombshell's grin grows wider.

Maybon - So...Does that mean you're considering the options?

Bombshell - No, it means I'm working out who's balls I can send into orbit the fastest.

Parker and De'Anton look at each other and back away from her.

Maybon - Whoa!

Parker - Hard to get, huh? Well just you remember what we said, sides are being chosen, and the offer might not stand for much longer.

Bombshell stands and lifts the chair she was sitting on.

Bombshell - Go.

Maybon - You don't have to tell me more than once.

Parker - Actually, you might need to tell me more than once.

Parker and De'Anton leave as Bombshell moves closer with the chair. We then see the opening credits roll with images of Rated R, Dragon, Simon, Moose, Dwayne Kingston, Tommy Purr, Gerard Angelo, Total Darkness, Kosmic Kitty and Parker Davis before we head to ringside where tonight Henry Lesher has a new colleague for the night in Sammy Jo Johnson. "Last Resort" by Papa Roach plays as Fubar and Black Lightning make their way to the ring amid loud boos from everyone attending the latest edition of Insurgence.

Henry Lesher - Is there any reason to have these two on television?

Sammy Jo Johnson - They are the former AW tag team champions, Doc.

Henry Lesher - That doesn't make them entertaining. They're certainly not talented.

Fubar already has a microphone and smiles before he begins to speak.

Fubar - The darkness is here and ready to throw down a challenge to someone we once thought was one of us. The darkness is ready to teach another the value of going where most fear to tread. The darkness.... grows every week.

Black Lightning - Fubar will win the triple threat hardcore match tonight. He will do so and 6Pac will fail in his task this same night. It's the way things go when you're on the wrong side as he is.

Fubar - We will soon become tag team champions again and, when we do, everyone here will be left wishing they had picked the right side from the beginning.

Black Lightning - When we signed ourselves over to become Total Darkness, we allowed ourselves to..

We hear "Southtown" by POD and see 6Pac coming out from the back, a microphone in hand and a smile on his face. He stands in the entranceway and speaks to his former allies inside the ring.

6Pac Dudley - Hardcore, huh? Now that you're all dark, I'm supposed to fear you two? You beat the hell out of a priest and that's supposed to impress me? The sad part is that you two actually think you can beat me inside the ring. You also think I am going to come to that ring where the two of you will attack me. You think I am that foolish.

Fubar - No, but I think you're a coward. Easy to stand there and talk tough, isn't it?

6Pac Dudley - Coward?

Dudley throws the microphone down and runs to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope and being greeted by a series of kicks from Black Lightning and Fubar. Dex Cooper then slides into the ring behind the former tag team champions and then grabs Fubar and Lightning, smashes their heads to gather and then tosses Lightning over the top rope and out to the floor. Dex then rips the turnbuckle pad off the corner buckle and then holds Fubar over his shoulder and runs him face first into the exposed steel. A bloodied Fubar is then dumped over the top rope and onto the floor where he lays in a heap next to Black Lightning. Dex then stands 6Pac up and raises his hand. 6Pac picks up the microphone Fubar had been using.

6Pac Dudley - I challenge you to a Kennel From Hell match! We'll see who the real men are at Backdraft!

Sammy Jo Johnson - This feud will come to a head in two weeks.

Henry Lesher - I must remember to be late for Backdraft then or maybe not show up at all.

We look backstage and see Diego Alvarez with the Superior title over his shoulder. He doesn't look impressed. Ray Dees is there to conduct an interview.

Ray Dees - Diego, tonight's turned rather bizarre for you. Nameless reportedly failed to show up.

Diego Alvarez. - This is getting tiresome. I guess Nameless is also gutless.

Ray Dees - This week, you made a point of telling us all the failings of Bombshell and Max Cameron with the title you now hold. In fact, Max has been a major target of yours since the day you arrived in AW.

Diego Alvarez - Max is a prime example of wasted potential. Like I said this week, I will actually take this title places. Max was a failure and so was Bombshell.

Ray Dees - That's rather harsh, isn't it?

Diego Alvarez - It's also rather accurate. Check your facts, Raymond. I am the first actual champion to hold this title.

Diego then walks off and we head back to the ring.

Lara Jackson vs. Daniel McCoy

"Instinct" by Arch Enemy plays as Lara Jackson comes out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Lara stops at ringside and looks out towards the many fans who have come out to watch Insurgence tonight. She then makes her way up the ring steps and then steps through the ropes and into the ring. She tests the ropes while her music fades and then we hear "Delilah" by Mindset and Daniel McCoy comes out to a strong and positive reaction from the crowd. He high fives a few fans on his way to ringside and then stops and takes a look around as well. It's one energetic California crowd tonight and the wrestlers apparently appreciate it a lot. McCoy starts up the steps and takes an eye gouge from an impatient Lara who then pulls Daniel into the ring. The bell sounds as Lara then gives Daniel a DDT to the mat and quickly goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Daniel McCoy who then rolls himself out of the ring to regroup.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Back from a couple of weeks off, Lara is showing she hasn't missed a beat.

Henry Lesher - No, but she might take a beating when she fights an actual wrestler who isn't spineless like McCoy here.

Lara exits the ring and starts trading punches with McCoy. McCoy ducks a right hook and then gives her an atomic drop on the floor before he rolls himself back into the ring. Lara quickly pulls herself into the ring where McCoy then places her in a side headlock. McCoy then goes for a bulldog only to have Lara get out of the lock and shoves McCoy into the corner buckle where Dex Cooper has tore off the protective padding. The steel hits McCoy's shoulder and Lara then rolls him up into a cradle pin attempt. 1...2... McCoy kicks out. Lara then places him in an arm bar, trying to exploit his weakened shoulder.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Smart wrestling by Lara here as she isolates the shoulder.

Henry Lesher - She doesn't have to wear McCoy down. He's more of a woman than she is.

Daniel McCoy fights his way back to his feet while a section of the audience starts to chant his name. McCoy then pushes Lara into the ropes, gives her an Irish Whip off the opposite ropes and then dropkicks her down to the mat. Daniel then quickly lands a rolling thunder on Lara Jackson before he goes for the pin. 1...2... Lara rolls a shoulder out. Daniel quickly pulls her to her feet, whips her into the corner buckle and then gives her a hip toss to the mat. Lara rolls herself out of the ring and signals for a timeout. McCoy stands in the center of the ring and raises his arms in victory while Lara paces on the floor.

Sammy Jo Johnson - A bit of showmanship by McCoy here.

Henry Lesher - Yes, instead of going out after her, he's letting her rest up for another attack. He's brilliant.

Lara pulls herself up onto the apron and tells referee Joe Davidson to make him back off. Joe tells McCoy to give her more space and then Lara enters the ring. She and McCoy circle each other. Lara ducks a clothesline and then rolls McCoy into a cradle pin attempt, using the ropes for leverage. 1...2... McCoy reverses and places Lara into a small package. 1...2...3! Daniel McCoy pulls off what some would contend is an upset win this week! He rolls himself out of the ring and high fives fans in the front row while Lara pleads with referee Davidson that it was only a two count.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Big win for Daniel this week. Maybe he's starting to turn things around.

Henry Lesher - If he is, he owes any success he gets to Tommy Purr.

Backstage we see Sal Clemenzo entering the building, only to be headed off by Jason Knight who has five security guards behind him.

Sal Clemenzo - I'm getting a security escort now?

Jason Knight - You're barred from entering this building tonight.

Sal Clemenzo - I have a tag team match.

Jason Knight - No, you HAD a tag team match. Now, as a result of your pursuit of Vesuvius, we have had to make a simple adjustment. You're therefore barred from the building tonight.

Sal Clemenzo - You know what? I heard a thing or two about you, Knight. You're on your way down. Tell Vesuvius I'll see him in two weeks.

Jason Knight - You can tell him yourself at the contract signing next week at Insurgence.

Sal shakes his head and turns and leaves, though we sense this won't be the last we see of him tonight.

Gerard Angelo/Bombshell vs. Shannon Skanes

"The Hand that Feeds" by Nine Inch Nails plays and the crowd is on its feet as former GWO owner Shannon Skanes makes his way out from backstage, his hands held high. He points to the T-shirt he is wearing, an old school CWA T-shirt. He then continues making his way towards the ring, high fives all around to fans all the way to the ring. His music abruptly cuts out and then we see Jason Knight on the screen.

Jason Knight - So, Ring of Power is it? You know what, Skanes? I have no use for you or the bloody power you think you have here. You might have won a match with Vesuvius, but it was for nothing. We only recognize Vesuvius as the ruler here and Phil Castle is the GM. You're still washed up. You're about to be dispatched by Anarchy Wrestling.

Shannon then turns and starts towards the backstage area, mumbling about the things he intends to do to Commissioner Knight. He is then attacked from behind by Gerard Angelo who is toting a chair and drills Shannon across the back of the head with it. Angelo then drags Shannon to ringside and rolls him into the ring while Bombshell takes her place in their corner. Once Angelo rolls himself into the ring, referee Mark Davis calls for the bell to make this match official. Gerard then two handed chokes Shannon on the mat while referee Mark Davis stands by and watches. Gerard releases the choke, stands Shannon up and whips him off the ropes before giving him a round house kick that sends him to the mat. Gerard then tags in Bombshell. She leaps to the top rope and then dives off, landing a leg drop across the throat of Shannon Skanes. She then comes off the ropes and lands a knee to the forehead on Shannon before she goes for the pin. 1...2... Shannon gets a leg on the bottom rope.

Sammy Jo Johnson - I thought it was over there, but the AW co-owner is showing some fight here.

Henry Lesher - And a serious lack of intelligence. Seriously, this match is over because it's not a match. It is a slaughter set up by the real owners around here.

Bombshell stands Shannon up, whips him off the ropes and he ducks a clothesline and then gives Bombshell a reverse neck breaker. He then gets to his feet and takes a vicious clothesline from Gerard Angelo who then rolls himself out of the ring and grabs a crow bar from under the ring apron. Gerard rolls himself back into the ring and strikes Shannon across the chest with the bar. Again, referee Mark Davis stands by and does nothing to stop this. Gerard then stands Shannon up and holds him up while Bombshell executes the Bitch Kick and then goes for the pin while the crowd boos. 1...2...3! Bombshell and Gerard win a lopsided handicap match.

Sammy Jo Johnson - That's just disgusting.

Henry Lesher - That's life, Sam. Shannon just got shown what he's in for. I hope he leaves and doesn't bother coming back.

The crowd is actually throwing things at Bombshell and Gerry as they head towards the back with their arms raised. We then look backstage where Jason Knight is grinning from ear to ear. He turns and finds Vesuvius standing in the office, not looking impressed.

Jason Knight - What?

Vesuvius - Are you screwed in the head? What was that?

Jason Knight - Just showing the new boss the ropes.... and steel and a chair or two.

Vesuvius - Well, that's going to cost you. First Phil's putting me in a match as GM, telling me what I am going to do when I own the place?! Now you book Shannon in some farce of a handicap match?

Jason Knight - I thought you would approve.

Vesuvius - It's not just about me now, Jason. It goes a lot further than that. You'll see.

Jason Knight - What the hell is wrong with this place lately? I try to have a little fun and everyone's all serious.

Vesuvius just lowers his head and walks out of the office.

Knight continues to mumble to himself while we head back to the action.

Ricky Simms vs. Parker Davis

"Overrated" by Three Days Grace plays as Ricky Simms makes his way out to a hero's welcome from the crowd. He carries a belt over his shoulder and shows it to the crowd, the CWA title apparently. He then makes his way up the ring steps and poses once there with the title belt before he steps through the ropes and into the ring. He again holds the title high while the crowd starts a chant of "Ricky Ricky Ricky."

Henry Lesher - Boy, he's really lost it now.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Ricky Simms is holding high his old CWA world title belt, showing he has been to the top inside the ring before. Last week the mild mannered former champion snapped and almost took Parker Davis' head off.

Henry Lesher - Tonight Parker returns the favor.

Parker Davis - *from the entrance* Cut the music! What is this? I am fighting this fossil and you idiots cheer his old title? Why am I fighting this fossil anyways? Is the entire dressing room so bloody frightened of me they send this poof in their place?

Maybon - *standing next to Parker* I guess we have to teach more lessons this week, Parker. We are the AW tag champs for a reason.

Henry Lesher - Yeah, Total Darkness totally sucks.

Parker Davis - Simms, I don't want to embarrass you. Come out of that ring now and you save yourself a beating. Just admit you made a mistake helping that idiot Kitty and we'll call it even.

Maybon - He's being a real sport here, Rick. You'd better take him up on it.

Parker Davis - I'll count to five and I'll do it slow. When I reach five, you are out of that ring or I destroy you in front of all of these idiots.

Ricky Simms - *gently taking the microphone from ring announcer Kitty* You only have to count to one, Parker. *gives him the finger*

Parker throws the microphone down and storms the ring. Maybon takes his place at ringside as Parker starts trading rights and lefts with Ricky Simms. Parker eye gouges Ricky, then rakes his eyes along the top rope. He follows that up by giving him a punch to the throat and then gives him a German suplex to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Ricky as Maybon applauds from ringside. Maybon now has both tag title belts over his shoulders. Parker stands Ricky up, whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him down to the mat. Parker then quickly gets to his feet, stands over Ricky and smiles. He tells Ricky this is what you get when you mess with a real star. Parker slowly climbs the ropes while the crowd starts another chant for Simms. Parker poses on the top and leaps off for an attempted flying elbow smash only to find no one home as Ricky rolls out of the way and Parker smashes hard onto the mat.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Arrogance costing Parker there.

Henry Lesher - Well, Ricky knows a lot about rolling around on his back. He still doesn't have a chance here.

Ricky uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet, then gives Parker a series of kicks to the ribs. Ricky then stands Parker up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him an arm drag to the middle of the ring where he applies an arm bar on the tag champion. The fans cheer while Maybon screams at them to shut up. Parker gets to his feet and gives Ricky a knife edge chop. Ricky answers with a head butt that sends Parker down to the mat and then gives him a knee to the gut before Ricky then two handed chokes Parker Davis. Maybon is screaming from ringside for his partner to get up. We then hear "I Fought the Law" by The Grateful Dead and Mr. Krista wheels Dwayne Kingston out in a wheelchair. Maybon sees this and shakes his head.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Okay, this is just bizarre.

Henry Lesher - Kingston's here! Oh, this is marvelous! And he's paying Maybon a visit by the looks of things!

Cecil Tanner then comes out behind his wheelchair bound client and points a hand at Maybon. Maybon runs off into the crowd with Tanner close behind him, the crowd torn on who to cheer for here. Kingston and Mr. Krista then take their place at ringside.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Is that a guy or a girl?

Henry Lesher - A little from column A and a little from column B.

Sammy Jo Johnson - I don't wanna know.

Parker fights his way to his feet amid all the strange happenings here. He starts trading rights and lefts with Ricky, then whips him into the corner buckle and follows that up with a series of shoulder blocks on Simms. Parker then gives Ricky a belly to belly suplex to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... Ricky kicks out. Parker then spots Kingston at ringside and looks around for Maybon, to no avail. Parker says a few words to Kingston as he stands Ricky up and sets him for a DDT. Ricky then shoves Parker into the corner buckle and then gives him a spear in the corner. Ricky then pulls Parker out of the corner and then gives him a scoop slam before applying a Boston Crab. Maybon appears from the crowd once more now and then slips a tag title belt into the ring. He then makes his way around to wheelchair bound Kingston and has a few words for him and appears ready to slam the title belt off his forehead. Referee Steve Blake takes notice of this and orders them all away from ringside while Parker grabs the title belt inside the ring and pulls his way out of the hold. He then quickly gets to his feet and crowns Ricky with the belt before tossing it aside and out of the ring. Parker goes for the pin as the referee turns his attention back to the match. 1...2...3! Parker Davis gets the win, despite Kingston's attorney's best efforts to ruin Maybon's night, which could also have ruined Parker's. Parker leaves the ring victorious, his hand raised by Maybon who hands him the tag belt he crowd Ricky with.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Parker really has no shame.

Henry Lesher - Winners don't generally feel ashamed of a win. It's great to see Kingston around these parts again. I hope he gets better really soon.

Sammy Jo Johnson - You've always been so neutral.

Backstage we see Kelly Buchanan with a piece of paper in hand when Chastity Stills approaches her.

Chastity Stills - Kelly, any comment on your upcoming match in two weeks, an interesting match between yourself and Hoshi Yakamoto?

Kelly Buchanan - Apparently you never heard of asking someone for an interview. Oh well, you were never very smart.

Chastity Stills - Pardon me?

Kelly Buchanan - Look, I will destroy Hoshi when she comes back. It's a simple matter and AW is going to continue to roll people like her out the door.

Chastity Stills - Look, Kelly, I don't know where you get off saying...

Kelly just turns and walks away before Chastity has a chance to finish. Chastity curses under her breath and heads off for a drink.

Dragon vs. Moose

"I Feel Alright" by Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers plays as Moose makes his way towards the ring, the crowd giving him the loudest ovation of the night. He stops at ringside and looks around at the crowd, many of them already chanting his name. He then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. His music then fades and we hear "Sober" by Tool and Dragon comes out to an ovation almost as loud as Moose got. Moose just stands in the middle of the ring and both combatants lock eyes with one another, neither willing to look away and show any weakness here tonight. Dragon stops at ringside and takes things in and then tells the camera "It's always 420 somewhere" before he then pulls himself onto the apron.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Dragon alluding to Flock as April 20th approaches.

Henry Lesher - He'd better not jinx it with that. All we need is Ash and the band of idiots here to make a rough nice worse. I am having a hard enough time dealing with this as it is.

Dragon steps through the ropes into the ring and tests the ropes once as the bell sounds and referee Shawna Miller tells them both the match is on. Dragon and Moose give Shawna a confused look, then look at each other and shrug. They lock up in the middle of the ring and Dragon opens with a shove into the ropes on Moose, then gives him a knee to the ribs and then a head butt that sends him through the ropes and out to the floor. Dragon jumps to the top rope and lands a flying body press onto Moose at ringside while nearby fans cheer the action. Dragon then stands Moose up and attempts to whip him into the steel steps only to have Moose reverse it and Dragon's shoulder hits the steps instead.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Dragon was challenged to a match by Simon, but hasn't answered the challenge yet.

Henry Lesher - He must realize Simon would tear him apart.

Moose rolls Dragon into the ring before rolling himself into the ring. Moose then applies an STF on the downed Dragon and referee Shawna Miller checks for a submission here while another chant for Moose starts up. Moose leans back in the hold, but Dragon refuses to give up here and uses his feet in an effort to snag the bottom rope. As Shawna asks again if he submits, Dragon moves his foot another time and manages to snag the bottom rope, which forces a break. Dragon then quickly uses the ropes to get to his feet and locks up again with Moose. This time, Moose shoves Dragon into the corner and gives him a series of forearm upper cuts and then follows that up with a hip toss to the middle of the ring and then gives him a knee to the gut followed by a head butt that sends Dragon to his knees. Moose lands a kick to the back on Dragon and sends him back down to the mat. Moose then climbs to the second rope. Dragon gets to his feet, turns and Moose dives from the second rope, going for a clothesline which Dragon ducks and then Dragon gives Moose a knee to the spine followed by an inverted DDT. Dragon goes for the pin. 1...2... Moose kicks out.

Sammy Jo Johnson - That was a close one.

Henry Lesher - Look, I don't want to explain to another announcer how little almost means in the business.

Dragon stands Moose up, whips him off the ropes and Dragon ducks a clothesline. Both men then knee each other in the ribs and Moose shoves Dragon through the ropes and out onto the floor. We then see Simon appear through the crowd with a chair in hand. He climbs over the railing and drills Dragon over the head with the chair. He then throws the chair down on the floor, headlocks Dragon and gives him a DDT onto the chair. He then rolls Dragon into the ring, all while Shawna argues with Moose about his throwing Dragon out onto the floor. Moose picks the motionless Dragon up and delivers the Moosedriver, unaware of what just happened outside the ring. He then goes for the pin while a satisfied Simon disappears into the crowd. 1...2...3! Moose grabs a Simon aided win this week.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Moose gets the win here though he won't like it when he sees the replay of it.

Henry Lesher - A win is a win. I have to explain this all over again, don't I?

As Moose leaves the ring, we head to the locker room where Jason Knight is reading the newspaper.

Noah Skanes - Okay, it's time to go.

Noah enters the room and throws a couple of boxes at Jason Knight.

Jason Knight - What the hell are you talking about?

Noah Skanes - Clean out your desk. You're fired. I am the new commissioner around here.

Jason Knight - Says who?

Noah Skanes - My father. It turns out Vesuvius doesn't have the guts to test him on this one. You're unemployed, Jason.

Jason Knight - This isn't fair!

Noah Skanes - Neither was the match you put my father in. Have a nice life.

As Jason starts to freak out, we take a look to the dressing room area and find Max Cameron stretching before his match tonight when Diego Alvarez walks past. Max grabs his arm and stops him.

Max Cameron - You know, I heard what you said out there tonight.

Diego Alvarez - Good for you.

Max Cameron - Look, stuff happened and I got thrown out of here. I am back now, though and I am open to a match for that title belt.

Diego Alvarez - How is me beating you going to help your career?

Max Cameron - Look, Alvarez, bring the title. I'll prove myself yet.

Diego Alvarez - You're already a proven failure. How is me beating you going to do anything but reinforce everything I have said tonight?

Max Cameron - Just get ready to fight me. Backdraft is only two weeks away.

Diego Alvarez - I'd be happy to end your career there, Max.

Diego walks away laughing while Max looks up at the ceiling and sighs.

Simon vs. Kosmic Kitty

"SOS (Rescue Me) by Rhianna starts to play as Kosmic Kitty makes her way towards the ring, tossing the usual Twinkies out into the crowd. She seems a little down tonight as she gets set to fight in what might be the biggest match of her wrestling career. As guest ring announcer Chastity Stills calls her name and the fans cheer, Kitty waves and then hands her basket to one lucky little boy in the second row. She then climbs the ring steps and then does a leap over the top rope into the ring. She climbs onto the second rope and waves to the cheering crowd, some of whom that have signs asking for her hand in marriage.

Henry Lesher - Where is a sniper when I need one?

Kitty jumps down as her music fades and then we hear the opening chords from "Passive" by A Perfect Circle. Xandra leads the way as Simon comes out and the crowd gives him a "Simon sucks" chant. Simon pays them no mind as he marches towards the ring. Xandra starts yapping at Kitty from ringside and Kitty tells her to shut her mouth. Simon jumps onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. The bell sounds and Joe Davidson tells them to get things going. Kitty moves in for a lock up with Simon, but he gives her a knee to the ribs and then gives her a gut wrench suplex to the mat. Simon then stands Kitty up, whips her off the ropes and gives her a dropkick to the mat. Simon then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Kitty.

Sammy Jo Johnson - I think Simon will find this feline is no pushover.

Henry Lesher - Did you say feline? Please tell me you didn't.

Simon stands Kitty up, whips her off the ropes and clotheslines her down to the mat. He shakes his head and tells the camera this is what AW has to send him, a little girl to do a man's job. Simon then puts the boots to Kitty before he stands her up again. Simon whips Kitty off the ropes and this time she ducks the clothesline and then gives Simon a monkey flip to the mat. Kitty then kips up to her feet and greets Simon with a kick to the face that sends him into the corner before she then whips him into the opposite corner where she lands a dropkick on Simon. He staggers out of the corner and she trips the feet out from under him. Kitty then looks to the crowd and they cheer her on.

Henry Lesher - Her love of the crowd is her weakness.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Maybe, but their love of her is her strength.

Kitty jumps to the second rope, waits to Simon to stand and then gives him a flying head scissors that brings him down to the mat. Kitty then goes for the pin. 1...2... Simon kicks out and the crowd groans, hoping for an upset win here. Kitty then stands Simon up, whips him off the ropes and Simon ducks a clothesline and then gives Kitty a devastating knee to the back while pulling her neck backwards. Simon then gives her a punch right to the nose and then places a boot over her throat while using the top rope for added leverage. Simon then releases that and picks Kitty up over his shoulder and delivers the 7th Sign before going for the pin. 1...2...3! Simon grabs an impressive win over Kitty this week and again hears the boos from the crowd.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Brutal handling of Kitty there by Simon.

Henry Lesher - The fly buzzed around his head too long, so he hit the damned thing with a fly swatter. It makes sense to me.

Simon exits the ring and tells the camera Dragon has two weeks left in AW before it's all over. He then continues on his way to the back, his arms raised. We then look backstage where Gerard Angelo is getting ready to leave. Noah Skanes enters the picture, a smile on his face despite what happened to his father earlier tonight.

Gerard Angelo - What do you want?

Noah Skanes - It's funny, you know. You were GWO champ. CWA gave you a job. Now you're an AW lackey and talking about having to even a score with my father, the man who made you a star in the first place?

Gerard Angelo - Yeah, when he wasn't busy running his company into the ground.

Noah Skanes - Look at you, tagging with some blonde idiot and losing to everyone else you face. Believe me, there is a joke in AW and you're it. You'll have to do a lot better than winning a handicap match with a crooked referee next time you step out there.

Gerard Angelo - I know I can beat you.

Noah Skanes - No, you really couldn't, but believe what you have to if it helps you sleep at night. I just fired referee Mark Davis. He is gone.

Gerard is speechless as Noah then turns and leaves the locker room. The crowd watching this on the big screen cheers.

Spartacus Conway vs. Max Cameron

"Hells' Bells" by AC/DC plays as Max Cameron comes out to a mixed response from the AW faithful. Max makes his way to the ring with his head held high and tells the camera he will be the next superior champion. He then climbs onto the apron and steps through the ropes into the ring where referee Casey Braun greets him with a smile. The crowd has started a rather ugly chant in her direction, and she's trying her best to ignore it. Max's music fades and we hear "Slither" be Velvet Revolver and Spartacus Conway comes out to a decent pop from a crowd that is warming up to the big man. Conway stops at the entrance for a moment as that sinks in and then he continues his march towards the ring. He looks into the ring at Max and Max is beckoning the Xtreme champion into the ring.

Sammy Jo Johnson - This one could be explosive.

Henry Lesher - Well, compared to the mostly bizarre and boring action tonight, that's true.

Conway steps up onto the apron, ducks a right hook from Max and then gives him a shoulder block through the ropes. Conway then steps into the ring and the bell sounds as Conway gives Max an inverted atomic drop before giving him a double chop to the chest. Conway then eye gouges Max and then gives him a knee to the ribs before giving him a gut wrench suplex to the mat. Conway then goes for the pin on Max. 1...2... kick out by Max Cameron. Conway then stands Max up, whips him off the ropes and Max ducks a clothesline before kicking Conway in the gut and then he gives Conway a springboard bulldog to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Conway.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Good back and forth action here this week.

Henry Lesher - Yes as Max tries to be a wrestler again, with what I figure will be a predictable end result.

Max Cameron stands Spartacus Conway up, whips him off the ropes and both men clothesline each other down to the mat. Referee Casey Braun starts counting both men down. On the three count, Max rolls towards the nearby ropes. On the five count, Spartacus manages to do the same. Casey stops at the seven count when Max and Conway start trading punches in the ropes. Spartacus wraps the top rope around the neck of Max Cameron. Max fights back with a thumb to the eye on Conway. Max then gives Conway a series of forearm upper cuts that drive him into the corner. Max follows that up with a double under hook suplex to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... Conway rolls a shoulder out.

Sammy Jo Johnson - That was close.

Henry Lesher - Close counts for nothing. I have said this for years. I really am talking to myself.

Max stands Spartacus up, whips him off the ropes and lands a knee to the gut that sends Conway somersaulting through the air before he lands on his tailbone on the mat. Conway grabs at his back as Max places him in a sleeper hold. Referee Casey Braun checks for a submission. Conway refuses to submit here as Max struggles to keep his hold on the monster known as Spartacus. Conway then shows signs he may be fading in the hold and Casey raises his arm and it drops once. She goes to raise it a second time, but Spartacus rises up, lifts Max over his shoulder and then gives him a fall away slam to the mat. Spartacus then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Max Cameron.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Great show of power there by Spartacus.

Henry Lesher - Well, he's not really facing anyone in Max, so it's not that big of a deal.

Spartacus stands Max up, whips him off the ropes and Max ducks a clothesline and then slips under the bottom rope and out of the ring to the floor. Conway follows Max out. Max starts running around the ring with Conway close behind, then stops short and puts out his foot and trips Conway down, sending his chin crashing onto the steel ring steps. Max then picks Conway up and drops him face first onto the apron. Max then rolls himself into the ring where Casey Braun starts counting out Conway. Max starts running in place inside the ring, looking a little cocky here. Conway gets to his feet and pulls himself into the ring. Max then headlocks Conway and delivers the Contradiction and goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Max Cameron grabs the win this week over Spartacus Conway!

Sammy Jo Johnson - Hard fought win for Max this week.

Henry Lesher - Meh, I guess I could care. I just choose not to.

Max exits the ring with his hands held high and then we look backstage where Noah Skanes is setting up his desk. Phil Castle enters the room, appearing a little uneasy in regards to this.

Phil Castle - I was wondering.... saw Jason and Mark leaving and...

Noah Skanes - You're staying as GM. You're doing well signing matches for Backdraft and I have other things to deal with. You can take care of that.

Phil Castle - So I'm not getting boxes thrown at me.

Noah Skanes - Not at this point, no. You're not part of the problem around here. AW is in need of a facelift.

Phil Castle - And Knight is gone?

Noah Skanes - After last week's ass kissing of Simon and this week's attempt to destroy my father, yes he is gone.

Phil Castle - I won't take anymore of your time.

Phil bids a hasty retreat and Noah couldn't care less. He has bigger fish to fry.

Rated R vs. Yakamoto Takashi

"Shadows of War" by Loudness plays as Takashi comes out to a rather loud chorus of boos from the crowd. Yakamoto Miki follows close behind the Sumo warrior who has gained a lot of interest with his sheer size and strength since his arrival in AW. Takashi stops at ringside and bows slightly towards Miki before he then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron. As he steps through the ropes into the ring, his music fades and we hear the opening chords of "I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace and Rated R makes his way out from backstage and into the spotlight, the AW title over his shoulder. Rated R looks into the camera, holds up his title belt and asks us who is coming to get it at Backdraft. He then shrugs and continues his march towards the ring. Rated R then tosses the belt to the timekeeper and then pulls himself onto the apron where Takashi greets him with a series of knife edge chops to the chest before pulling Rated R over the top rope and into the ring. Referee Steve Blake calls for the bell and the fight is on. Takashi stands Rated R up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a splash in the corner. Rated R stumbles out of the corner and face plants onto the mat.

Henry Lesher - We might have the number one contender in this big guy.

Sammy Jo Johnson - He is manhandling the champion early on here.

Takashi stands Rated R up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a loud chop across the chest that brings the champion to his knees. Rated R winces in pain as Takashi grabs him by the hair and gives him a head butt to the mat. Takashi then goes to the ropes and starts climbing. Rated R grabs the ropes and starts shaking them, shaking the giant off his version of the beanstalk and bringing him crashing down to the mat where Ryan then gives him a knee to the ribs and then gives him a Rock Bottom to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Takashi and Rated R slaps the mat in frustration.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Impressive strength there by the champ, lifting 600 pounds like that.

Henry Lesher - He lifted him an inch and let momentum do the rest of the work. It's not that impressive.

Sammy Jo Johnson - Let's see you do it.

Henry Lesher - I would hate to upstage the locker room like that.

Rated R pulls Takashi to his feet, whips him into the nearest corner and then gives him a series of kicks to the ribs. Rated R then headlocks Takashi and bulldogs him to the mat while Miki is seen pacing nervously at ringside. Rated R goes for the pin on Takashi. 1...2... Takashi rolls a shoulder out. Rated R then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top while Takashi slowly gets to his feet. Rated R leaps, is caught in mid air by Takashi and given a spine buster to the mat before Takashi hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Rated R while a loud murmur runs through the crowd over the impact of that move. Takashi stands Rated R up, whips him off the ropes and Rated R ducks a clothesline and then gives Takashi a face buster to the mat. Rated R then goes to the ropes, makes his way to the top rope and then waits for Takashi to turn around. Rated R gives Takashi a clothesline from the top rope that sends him sprawling to the mat and then turns him over for the pin. 1...2...3! Rated R with an impressive win over Takashi this week and he rolls himself out of the ring where he kneels and gathers his strength. We then see Noah Skanes on the big screen.

Noah Skanes - Ryan, I have never really liked you, but we have a problem. You don't have a dance partner yet for Backdraft. Next week, in my first act as Commissioner of AW, I will name your number one contender. Now it's up to the roster to impress me. I'll make sure it's someone who could pry the title belt off the waist of the man who tried to kill my mother. Oh, maybe she's forgotten it as has my father, but I forget nothing. If you think me replacing Jason Knight puts you on easy street, think again.

We then fade to black as Rated R stands at ringside, nods and spits on the floor.
