[[ There is a crowd of reporters and news crews from all over Britain, they have been called to The Emirates Stadium. Earlier tonight, Arsenal completed the signing of Dimitar Berbatov from Tottenham. This is the first signing from new boss Craig Chalmers since he has taken control at Arsenal. The gathering crowd hush as the double doors swing open and Dimitar Berbatov appears by the side of boss Craig Chalmers holding an Arsenal shirt with " Berbatov 9 " on the back. ]]

[[ The smile across the face of Dimitar Berbatov tells it all, he is delighted to have signed a five-year contract with The Gunners. The flashes are constant as everyone wants a picture, Craig Chalmers puts his arms around Berbatov posing for pictures. It is clear he is delighted with his signing and has no intentions of holding his emotions back. They both take a seat and Craig Chalmers leans forward and looks out into the sea of press. ]]

" I thank you all for coming here today, today is a great day to be apart of Arsenal Football Club. You see, I came into this club with ambition.. I didn't want to dwell on the past dealings of Arsene Wenger. I know that losing Thierry Henry hurt this club but, today I have signed the man who can put that hurt away. "

[[ They continue to take pictures of Berbatov and a reporter raises his hand in the air. ]]

" How do you feel signing a player from the arch rivals of Arsenal, in the shape of Tottenham? "

[[ Chalmers begins to laugh as does a few reporters, he composes himself and stares right back at the reporter. ]]

" It doesn't bother me one bit, it isn't the first time that it has happened and it won't be the last.. You see, Dimitar deserved a club who could fill his ambitions.. He wants to be winning Championships and the only place he was going to do it was at Arsenal. I made it clear to him exactly what I expected of him and he was only too happy to sign on the dotted line. "

[[ The reporter turns his attention to Berbatov.  ]]

" Dimitar, what is your feelings upon completing your Eighteen Million Pound move to Arsenal? "

[[ Berbatov leans forward to the microphone, with a smile upon his face. ]]

" It was important .. for me to know that. .. Arsenal have ambition under.. Craig Chalmers and.. I am very.. happy.. that I have come to this magnificent.. football club. "

[[ The reporter nods his head. ]]

" Don't you feel like you have betrayed Tottenham Hotspur and all of the fans by moving to Arsenal? "

[[ He smiles slightly shaking his head. ]]

" This is football.. I never set out.. to come to Arsenal and.. I.. doubt that I'd be here.. if it wasn't for Craig Chalmers.. the ambition he has shown.. I couldn't refuse.. I knew the only.. club.. that I wanted to play football for.. was Arsenal Football Club. "

[[ All the reporters quickly take down notes as the same reporter turns back his attention to The Gaffer. ]]

" Do you have any other signings lined up? "

[[ The gaffer nods. ]]

" There will be another press conference tonight at Six PM and I will be parading my second signing for Arsenal Football Club. Thank you all for your time.

[[ They both stand up and head off leaving everyone wondering who he has just signed. ]]
