Help please! I have tried contacting Fred twice now and I'm not having any luck in getting him to respond. Can someone please watch for him and ask him about my old account and getting the password back or perhaps email him on my behalf? I am getting a bit disHeartened waiting all this time with no response whatsoever. He says that account problems receive first priority so I'm not sure what is happening to cause such a delay. I can tell you, h only checks the support emails about every 3 weeks or so here lately, been having better luck leaving messages in forums (I KNOW you cant access forums with free account, But I CAN access them tright now, and so, am going there now to post a message to Fred about your heartafire account. Update I got an email from Fred! YAY! He is going to change my email for Heartafire...as soon as he does I will be back for good!! |
