August 17th, 2008

In place of our usual opening, we see Freak, Himself sitting next to Ingee Shmelky on the stage that will be the scene of tonight's event. The arena is mostly dark and quiet. Freak appears to be concerned.

Freak, Himself - We have been over this, Ingee. You have to prove yourself as a man.

Ingee Shmelky - Olivia won't have it. I don't know what to do. I feel so lost. In fact... well....

Freak, Himself - Come now, you can talk to me. What has upset the balance of the Shire?

Ingee Shmelky - I don't.... know how....

Freak, Himself - How the sun rises? The rooster crows? New Kids on the Block can have a comeback?

Ingee Shmelky - No.... I don't know how to.... Olivia and I.... don't know how to...

Freak pauses and absorbs this partial admission and then his face brightens.

Freak, Himself - OH! I get it. Well, I have a pen and paper here. I can draw that out for you. *retrieves a pen and paper from his shirt pocket and starts quickly scribbling* Here's Olivia here. You're here. Her stuff goes here and your stuff gets all happy and then goes into here.

Ingee Shmelky - OH MY GOD!!!

Ingee runs off screaming while Freak admires his picture.

Freak, Himself - I think it's a good drawing. I even tried to make it look big to make him feel better. *shrugs*

We then go to the usual opening, "Evolution" by Korn playing as we see images of JC Michaels, Gary Barber, Dragon, Scavenger, Myst, Jack Spade, Hoshi Yakamoto, Bombshell, Eli Ryder and Tommy Purr before we head to ringside where Ricky Simms and Henry Lesher are once again ready to call tonight's action.

Jack Spade vs. The Glamour Girls

"Like Me" by Girlicious plays as Kathy Smith and Missy lead Jen Hawkins and Lauren Strong towards the ring. Close behind is Olivia Shmelky, though she looks to be concerned about something. Olivia pushes past the rest of the girls and slides under the bottom rope into the ring, taking the microphone from ring announcer Kosmic Kitty.

Olivia Shmelky - I want to put a call out to my husband, Ingee. I have not seen him tonight and I am worried about him. Please, Ingee, if you're watching I miss you so please come back.

She hands the microphone to Kosmic Kitty as the rest of the Glamour Girls enter the ring. We then hear "King of the Stereo" by Saliva as Jack Spade comes out to a loud ovation from the crowd. He stands on stage for a few moments, a smile on his face as he looks down into the ring at the ladies lined up to face him. He is shaking his head as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring and then he pulls himself onto the apron before stepping through the ropes into the ring. Referee Steve Blake waits until the other Glamour Girls take their place on the ring apron, leaving Lauren Strong to start the match. Jack moves in and locks up with her. She turns Jack around and shoves him into her corner where Jen Hawkins gives him an elbow to the forehead and then Missy gives him an eye gouge. He staggers back to Lauren who then gives him an inverted atomic drop.

Ricky Simms - Strong start here for the Glamour Girls.

Henry Lesher - The last time a tag team with that name won a match, Jimmy Carter was president.

Lauren places Jack Spade in a headlock and gives him a bulldog to the mat and then she tags in Kathy Smith. Kathy goes to the top rope and waits for Jack Spade to stand up before she gives him a missile dropkick to the chest that sends him down to the mat and then she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Jack Spade. Kathy then stands Jack up, whips him off the ropes and misses with a clothesline as he ducks it before he knees her in the back and then gives her a swinging neck breaker to the mat and then he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Kathy Smith.

Ricky Simms - There is an interesting dynamic to this match as Spade has put a challenge out to Myst and now Shannon Skanes wants to step in. At this very moment, Jack is fighting Shannon's ex-wife.

Henry Lesher - Shut up, soap operas give me a headache.

Jack stands Kathy up, whips her into a neutral corner and then gives her a shoulder block before he then gives her an arm drag to the middle of the ring. He places her in an arm bar and we see Jen Hawkins climbing the ropes behind him. She leaps off and gives Jack Spade a flying elbow to the back of the neck, breaking his hold on Kathy. The referee leads Jen out of the ring as Missy enters the ring and she trips Jack Spade to the mat and then she puts the boots to him. The referee is then forced to back her up and out of the ring.

Ricky Simms - This might be more than one referee can handle tonight.

Henry Lesher - They're Barbie dolls. Throw them in a box and mail them somewhere.

Kathy gets to her feet, stands Jack Spade up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a spinning heel kick to the chest that sends him back down to the mat. Kathy then makes her way to the top rope while Jack gets to his feet. Kathy leaps off for a flying cross body, but Jack catches her in mid air and gives her a spinning power slam to the mat before he hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2...3! Jack gets the win and rolls himself out of the ring to the floor before the other Glamour Girls have a chance to attack him.

Ricky Simms - Jack gets the win here tonight.

Henry Lesher - Don't care. Move on.

Bombshell is seen entering Shannon's office, a smile on her face.

Shannon Skanes - Not needing to knock this week?

Bombshell - How are you doing?

Shannon Skanes - I am actually quite busy.

Bombshell - See, I had an idea for a little show to put on at the next Overdrive.

Shannon Skanes - Okay....

Bombshell - We need something on the show to break up the monotony. We need some personality. I can provide that and then some.

Shannon Skanes - I trust that this is going somewhere.

Bombshell - On the next Overdrive, we bring the debut of the Bomb Shelter. My first guest will be a sure fire home run. The fans will love it.

Shannon Skanes - Who is your first guest?

Bombshell - The owner of the CWA.

She winks and exits the office while Shannon is left to shake his head. We then see two guys with hockey sticks burst into the office, almost bowling Bombshell over.

Shannon Skanes - What the hell is this?

Ricky - Canadian content.

Julian - We have some business here in the CWA and we'd like a contract. If we win our debut match on the next Overdrive, you hire us.

Shannon Skanes - You're telling me you're going to be hired just like that?

Ricky - We just found out we have family in this company. Once you hear the whole story, you'll be willing to accept our terms.

Shannon Skanes - You're that certain, are you?

Julian - *smiles* Yeah, actually we are.

Scavenger vs. JC Michaels

"My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative plays as Scavenger comes out onto the stage for his match tonight. The crowd gives him a loud ovation as he makes his way down the ramp wearing a CWA T-shirt. He is attacked at the bottom of the ramp by JC Michaels who had snuck his way down the side of the ramp. JC whips Scavenger shoulder first into the steel ring steps and then puts the boots to him while the crowd boos. JC then picks Scavenger up and runs him head first into the steel corner ring post.

Ricky Simms - JC gets the early advantage in this one.

Henry Lesher - Hey, anything that makes Scavenger's appearance shorter is fine with me.

JC Michaels grabs a steel chair from ringside and asks Scavenger where he wants it. He then rears back to slam it over Scavenger's head, but referee Mark Davis grabs the chair and threatens to disqualify JC Michaels if he uses it. JC reluctantly drops the chair and then stands Scavenger up before rolling him into the ring and then does the same himself. This allows the referee to call for the bell to get the action officially started. JC stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. JC then goes to the ropes, climbs to the second rope and then jumps off, drilling Scavenger's spine with an elbow smash that sends him face down to the mat. JC then rolls him over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger.

Ricky Simms - Scavenger is tough. It takes more than that to beat him.

Henry Lesher - He's almost as tough as his wife, much like our owner.

JC stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. JC then lands a leg drop across the throat on Scavenger and again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger. JC then stands Scavenger up, whips him into the corner and goes for a shoulder block only to find no one home as Scavenger steps out of the way and then Scavenger rolls JC into a school boy for the quick pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by JC Michaels. Scavenger then stands JC up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a dropkick that sends him down to the mat. Scavenger then stands JC Michaels up and whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. Scavenger then waits for JC to stand before leaping through the ropes and landing a flying shoulder tackle to the floor on JC Michaels. Scavenger then stands JC up and whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps. He then looks over at the announce table and smiles.

Ricky Simms - Scavenger is looking over here.

Henry Lesher - Probably thinks the table is talking to him.

Scavenger pulls JC Michaels over to the ring announcers' table and sets JC on it and then he goes to the ring apron, climbs up and then makes his way to the top rope. He leaps off as JC then rolls himself off the table, which causes Scavenger to crash through the table and down to the floor. The crowd starts a chant for Scavenger as JC then gets to his feet, rolls himself into the ring to break up the count and then rolls himself back out to the floor. JC stands Scavenger up and whips him into the steel corner post shoulder first and then gives him a German suplex to the floor. JC then stands Scavenger up and rolls him into the ring before rolling himself into the ring. JC stands over Scavenger for a few moments while the fans boo him. JC then picks Scavenger up and slams him to the mat before he rolls himself out to the floor where he again grabs a steel chair. He rolls himself into the ring again, chair in hand. We then see Dragon rushing down the ramp towards the ring. He slides under the bottom rope into the ring and shoves JC even as Michaels is getting ready to turn Scavenger's lights out. Dragon then has words with JC Michaels and they continue shoving which causes the referee to call for the bell.

Ricky Simms - Lucky for Scavenger that Dragon was here to make the save.

Henry Lesher - That's not what I would call it. JC was ready to end that idiot.

Dragon pulls the chair out of JC's hands and JC then drops and rolls himself out of the ring to the floor. Dragon watches JC retreat up the ramp and then turns to look at Scavenger. With the chair still in one hand, he offers the other hand to Scavenger. Scavenger is reluctant and looks to the crowd who cheer. Scavenger then takes Dragon's hand and Dragon pulls Scavenger up before making sure he's okay. Scavenger then pulls away from Dragon and steps out of the ring, still not entirely convinced of Dragon here.

Ricky Simms - Scavenger is suspicious of everyone around here, Dragon not being an exception.

Henry Lesher - He knows they are all better wrestlers than him.

While Scavenger makes his way backstage, we take a look at goings on backstage.

Julian and Ricky make their way down the hall, hockey sticks in hand, when they round a corner and come face to face with Frank Merritt.

Frank Merritt - Wow, hockey sticks, that's original.

Ricky - Look who it is! Frank Merritt, Mister I Hate Canada.

Frank Merritt - You're Canadian? That explains and slurred speech and staggering.

Julian - Hey, Frank, we have listened to you bitch about our country for years. We know you have the tag team titles. Do the math.

Frank Merritt - You idiots think you can stand up to Tommy and me?

Ricky - We'll take the gold, Frank. You're getting lazy.

Frank Merritt - Hey, I would have already clocked you two idiots, but I have a match next.

Julian - Just know we're here and we're gunning for you.

Frank Merritt - What the hell are you going to do? Sick a polar bear on me? Destroy some igloos? Use plaid spray paint on my car? I don't have time for you two.

Frank shoves his way past them and Ricky and Julian are left both shaking their heads.

Ricky - That guy is a total dick.

Julian - Take it easy, we have more pressing issues than Merritt. He can wait.

Myst vs. Dragon

Dragon is still inside the ring, holding the steel chair, when we hear "A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park and Myst makes her way onto the stage. The crowd boos her as she makes her way down the ramp towards the ring. Myst pulls herself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. Myst paces in the corner while referee Francis Clarke then calls for the bell to get the action started. Dragon finally tosses the chair out of the ring to the floor and then moves in for a lock up with Myst. Myst ducks it and then trips the feet out from under Dragon before she goes for a front face lock. Dragon breaks free of that, shoves Myst into the ropes and then gives her a knee lift to the gut before giving her a hip toss to the mat. Dragon then places her in a headlock and then gives her a bulldog to the mat before he goes for the quick pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Myst.

Ricky Simms - Myst gets her spot on the official CWA roster just by showing up tonight.

Henry Lesher - They hire people who just show up backstage. Did you see those hockey stick holding idiots?

Dragon stands Myst up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a dropkick that sends her back down to the mat. Dragon then goes to the ropes and quickly makes his way to the top. He leaps off and lands a flying knee drop to the forehead on Myst before he again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Myst and Dragon shakes his head. Dragon stands Myst up and whips her off the ropes and then gives her a knee to the gut that sends her flying through the air before she lands on her tailbone. She grabs at her back while Dragon then moves around her, grabs her by the hair and pulls her to her feet. Dragon gives Myst an atomic drop and then sends her through the ropes and out to the floor. He drops and follows her out.

Ricky Simms - Lots of action happening outside the ring so far tonight.

Henry Lesher - If only it featured someone who was actually good.

Dragon stands Myst up and whips her towards the steel guard railing, but Myst stops her forward momentum and then reverses it, sending Dragon shoulder first into the guard railing. Myst then stands Dragon up and rolls him into the ring before she rolls herself into the ring and then she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Dragon. Myst then stands Dragon up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a backdrop to the middle of the ring. Myst then lands an elbow smash across the throat on Dragon and again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Dragon. Myst then stands Dragon up, whips him off the ropes and goes for a dropkick, but Dragon grabs the ropes and Myst kicks air instead. She lands hard on the mat where Dragon then puts the boots to her.

Ricky Simms - Good back and forth match here between two wrestlers who really want to win this one.

Henry Lesher - I am unimpressed. Bring on Frank Merritt or Tommy Purr.

Dragon stands Myst up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a hip toss to the mat and then he applies an abdominal stretch. The referee checks for a submission as we see JC Michaels making his way down the ramp towards the ring. The crowd boos and Dragon takes notice, shouting at JC while maintaining his hold on Myst. Dragon then stands Myst up, whips her into the corner buckle and then gives her a shoulder block before he then gives her a double under hook suplex to the middle of the ring. He then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top while JC Michaels picks up the chair at ringside. The referee has words with JC while we see Malk slide into the ring. Dragon leaps towards Malk and takes a faceful of fist from Malk who has donned brass knuckles, Malk then places Myst on top of Dragon while JC looks stunned by what has just happened and the referee turns his attention back to the match. 1...2...3! Myst gets the win over Dragon this week.

Ricky Simms - Dragon will want a piece of Malk for that.

Henry Lesher - Why the hell is Malk out here helping her when JC was ready to crown everyone with a chair? Here I am warming up to JC Michaels and that idiot Malk has ti ruin everything.

Ricky Simms - As I said, Dragon will want a shot at Malk for that and it probably won't be pretty.

We see Moose backstage, dressed in a suit. He looks very somber.

Moose - I would like to talk about the match WWE put on last night involving John Cena and Batista. I think there is nothing worse than seeing such a marquee match up with no build to it. I mean, here are two huge names that you build an event around and they make a quick match between them and there's nothing to it really. You need an emotional build to a match between two legends like that. Without the build, you have a match that just lacks that certain something.

Vigilante appears on camera, looking lost as he moves between the camera and Moose. It appears he doesn't even see his former tag partner and is searching for something.

Moose - May I help you?

Vigilante - Oh hey, I lost my socks. Have you seen my socks?

Moose - You are walking through my shot.

Vigilante - I don't see your name on the camera. Do another take.

Moose - This is live.

Vigilante - Wow, I should make sure not to say shit then or they get a fine.

Moose - You're ruining this.

Vigilante - What are you yapping about anyway?

Moose - I am talking about how two legends in the business shouldn't have a match that is quickly thrown together. It needs a proper build to it.

Vigilante - You were always this serious? I lost my socks.

Moose - That's terrible. I am starting to wonder why I came back.

Frank then walks through the shot, shaking his head.

Frank Merritt - Oh goody, a fucking kiwi arguing with a has been.

Moose - Pardon?

Vigilante - He said you're a has been and I am a fucking kiwi.

Moose - Shannon's going to be livid.

Vigilante - I didn't know Shannon was from Australia.

Moose - He isn't. Look, we can talk later. I have a promo to finish here on a proper build to a huge match. Legends fighting each other should be special.

Vigilante - Why? Maybe they just want to fight. It's no wonder you can't get a date. Sometimes you just have to shag something and be done with it.

Frank Merritt - *off camera* Sounds about right, fucking kiwi.

Vigilante - No one asked you. *pause* Frank, you seen my socks?

Moose - I'm out of here.

Moose storms off. Vigilante shrugs and heads in the other direction. A moment later, Frank walks through shaking his head.

Frank Merritt - First the Canadians and now this. It's like being at the zoo.

Frank Merritt/Bombshell vs. Garth Rivers/Rebella DeCesare

"Money" by Pink Floyd plays as Garth Rivers and Rebella make their way onto the stage, the crowd giving them a loud chorus of boos. They make their way down the ramp, talking to each other as Kannon is seen walking out behind them, dressed in a suit. Garth pulls himself onto the apron and steps through the ropes into the ring while Rebella takes her places in their corner. Their music then fades and we hear "Shut Your Mouth" by Pain as Frank Merritt makes his way onto the stage, flanked by diva champ Bombshell who has her title over her shoulder. Merritt doesn't take his eyes off of the ring as he makes his way down the ramp, walking faster than Bombshell and then pulling himself onto the apron before stepping over the top rope into the ring. Bombshell is then seen at ringside, telling the camera that this match is for Shannon before she blows the camera a kiss.

Ricky Simms - I would be worried if I were Shannon right now.

Henry Lesher - You don't like women? I mean, I always suspected we were on the same team, but...

Ricky Simms - That's not what I mean.

Referee Casey Braun calls for the bell to get the match started as Garth and Frank start shoving one another. Garth lands a knife edge chop to the chest on Frank. Frank answers with a knife edge chop of his own and then eye rakes Garth before whipping him into a neutral corner. Frank then gives Garth a sidewalk slam to the mat and then goes for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Garth. Frank then stands Garth up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a big boot to the chest that brings him down to the mat. Frank then measures Garth for and delivers a closed fist to the forehead on Garth. The referee warns Frank about this tactic, but he pays her no mind as he stands Garth up. Frank then whips Garth off the ropes and lets fly with a heart punch attempt, but Garth does a shoulder roll to avoid it and then tags in Rebella.

Ricky Simms - If that heart punch had connected, this match would be over.

Henry Lesher - That's the first thing I have agreed with you on all night.

Rebella steps into the ring and looks at Frank, clearly not wanting to fight this monster. She points to Bombshell and he smiles before he gives her the finger. Frank then drops Rebella with a straight right hook to the jaw. He goes for the quick pin. 1...2... Kannon places Rebella's foot on the rope which breaks up the count. Having seen Kannon's interference, Frank rolls himself out to the floor in order to discuss this with Kannon. Frank has words with Kannon on the floor only to take a double axe handle from the apron, complements of Garth Rivers. Garth then puts the boots to Frank while, inside the ring, Rebella gets to her feet only to take a Bitch Kick to the face from Bombshell that takes her back down to the mat.

Ricky Simms - This one is breaking down, another match that could use a second referee.

Henry Lesher - Frank is going to have to get mean to win this one.

Garth Rivers stands Frank up and rolls him into the ring before he returns to his corner, leaving both legal wrestlers down on the mat and the referee starts to count them both down. On the four count, Frank gets up to his hands and knees and then he rolls to his corner where he tags in Bombshell. She quickly races into the ring and starts putting the boots to Rebella. Bombshell then stands her up, whips her off the ropes and gives her a monkey flip to the mat. Bombshell then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top. Kannon climbs onto the apron and takes a missile dropkick from Bombshell that sends him right back down to the floor. This leaves her open to Rebella who is now on her feet and she gives Bombshell a series of forearm smashes across the back. Rebella then whips Bombshell off the ropes and gives her a clothesline to the mat. Rebella then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Rebella.

Ricky Simms - Bombshell allowed herself to be distracted by Kannon and now she is on the defensive again.

Henry Lesher - That's how things work with Business Inc. They're still awaiting a shot at the tag titles. Tommy and Frank will kill them, but still...

Bombshell stands Rebella up, whips her off the ropes and misses with a clothesline when Rebella ducks it and then headlocks Bombshell before giving her a DDT to the mat. Rebella's head in nearly take off when she then takes a charging clothesline from Frank Merritt who then continues on to Garth Rivers' corner where he starts brawling with Garth. The referee starts counting both women down again while Kannon slaps the ring apron and screams at Rebella to get up. On the four count, Rebella manages to get up to her hands and knees and Bombshell does the same on the five count. Frank gives Garth a clothesline to the floor and starts back for his corner. Rebella gets to her feet and takes a vicious heart punch from Frank followed by a Bitch Kick from Bombshell who then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Bombshell and Frank Merritt pick up the win tonight!

Ricky Simms - Good night! My God, two brutal moves back to back did Rebella and Business Inc. in.

Henry Lesher - Frank said he would win this single handed if he had to and there was the hand.

Bombshell's arm is raised in victory, but she takes a brutal shoulder block from Kannon who has entered the ring and then Kannon starts brawling with Frank Merritt as Daniel McCoy slides into the ring behind Frank. McCoy chop blocks Frank down as we see Tommy Purr rushing down the ramp towards the ring. Business Inc. vacates the ring as Tommy slides into the ring and then stands over Bombshell and Frank.

Ricky Simms - Business Inc. was sending a message to Frank and Tommy appears to have received it as well.

Henry Lesher - Tommy is a busy man. He has Eli Ryder to worry about for the world title and then there's Business Inc. after the tag titles here.

Business Inc. heads up the ramp, Rebella being carried by Garth Rivers as we then look backstage.

We see Ricky and Julian, the Puck Slappers, making their way out of the building when they find Ingee Shmelky sitting in a dark corner near the exit, his face in his hands.

Ricky - There he is.

Julian - Ingee, it's good we found you.

Ingee Shmelky - Why is it good you found me? I don't want anyone to find me. I can't believe that the.... goes in the.... and Freak seemed to enjoy telling me about it. Now I know why they call him Freak.

Ricky - Okay, shut up, Ingee. We need to talk to you. It's about your father.

Ingee Shmelky - Surgeon?

Ricky and Julian look at each other, confused by that response.

Julian - Gunther Pulaski, the one who raised you.

Ingee Shmelky - Surgeon raised me.

Ricky - Surgeon? You know that isn't his real name, right?

Ingee Shmelky - You're lying.

Julian - Shit.... this is worse than we thought. Look, we need to talk to you about the man you call Surgeon. It's serious. You might want to call your brother, too.

Ingee Shmelky - Shengee is on tour.

Ricky - All the more reason to call him. We have to talk.

Ingee Shmelky - I should call Surgeon, too. Maybe Adam West?

Julian - Leave that money grubbing Gunther out of this and.... Adam West? You know Adam West?

Ingee Shmelky - Yeah, he's in the parking lot waiting for me.

Ricky - Let's go talk to Batman.

The three of them exit and we return to the ring for tonight's main event.

Hoshi Yakamoto vs. Gary Barber

"Hollow Man" by The Hollow Men plays as Gary Barber comes out onto the stage where the crowd gives him a mixed reaction. He makes his way down the ramp towards the ring, his mind focused on the task at hand. He pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. He then tests the ropes while his music fades and we hear "Switch 625" by Def Leppard and Hoshi Yakamoto comes out to one of the loudest ovations of the night. She then makes her way down the ramp towards the ring, then slides under the bottom rope into the ring. Referee Steve Blake calls for the bell as Hoshi gets to her feet and has a few words with Gary Barber. Hoshi then takes a clothesline to the mat from Barber who then stands her up and whips her through the ropes and out to the floor.

Ricky Simms - Barber is wasting no time in taking this outside.

Henry Lesher - He's just taking out the trash. You know, I always liked BLPW, quality guys.

Barber exits the ring and then starts giving Hoshi a series of elbows to the back. Barber then picks Hoshi up and slams her to the floor while the crowd starts a chant for her. Hoshi gets up to her hands and knees as Barber stands over her. He then stands her up only to take a jawbreaker from Hoshi and she rolls herself back into the ring before he has a chance to regroup. Hoshi gets to her feet and then she lands a baseball slide to the chest on Barber as he tries to pull himself into the ring. The slide sends him falling back to the guard railing.

Ricky Simms - Hoshi is no pushover. Barber's finding that out here.

Henry Lesher - No, she usually just falls over without the push.

Hoshi stands Gary Barber up on the floor and then whips him shoulder first into the steel corner post. She then rolls him into the ring before doing the same herself and then she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Gary Barber. Hoshi stands Barber up, whips him into the corner buckle and then she charges in for a shoulder block only to take raised knees to the jaw and then Barber gives Hoshi a knee to the gut and then gives her a springboard bulldog to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Hoshi. Barber then stands Hoshi up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a backdrop to the mat. Gary Barber then rolls Hoshi over and places her in a camel clutch. The referee asks for a submission, but Hoshi refuses.

Ricky Simms - Barber wearing Hoshi down here. He's an impressive talent, to be sure.

Henry Lesher - Anyone is impressive against her. Give the cameraman a shot.

Hoshi starts to push herself up, weakening the hold by Barber as the crowd chants Hoshi's name, trying to spur her on. Gary Barber then releases the hold and puts the boots to Hoshi. He then stands Hoshi up, whips her into the corner buckle and then gives her a knee to the gut, picks her up over his shoulder and gives her a fireman's carry into a side slam to the mat where he again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Hoshi. Barber then stands Hoshi up, whips her off the ropes and she ducks a clothesline before she then gives Barber a series of kicks to the chest that drive him into the corner. She then whips Barber into the opposite corner and then charges at Barber only to take a knee to the gut and then he sends her to the mat with the Crown of Lead before he rolls her over for the pin. 1...2...3! Gary Barber gets the win over Hoshi Yakamoto this week.

Ricky Simms - Great match that could have gone either way, but Gary Barber prevails.

Henry Lesher - Like I said earlier, I am starting to like Michaels and Barber.

Barber exits the ring and starts to make his way towards the back with a smirk on his face.

Ricky Simms - That's it for this week fans. We're pre-empted next week for the World Dodgeball and Dog Fighting Championships from Tijuana, so we will see you in two weeks.

Henry Lesher - I have some money down on a couple of dogs in that one. I understand Hoshi will be involved in that.

Ricky Simms - You're horrible.

We fade to black on a shot of the victorious Gary Barber who is quickly moving his way up the ladder in the CWA.
