August 3rd, 2008 "Coming Undone" by Korn plays as we see images
of Tommy Purr, JC Michaels, Gary Barber, Jack Spade, Myst, Jaime
Jackson, Radd Matthews, AJ Cameron, Hoshi Yakamoto and Malk before
we head down to ringside where Ricky Simms and Henry Lesher are
ready to call this week's action. "Like Me" by Girlicious plays as Kathy Smith is walked out onto the stage by Missy and Jen Hawkins. Kathy leads the way down the ramp and waves to the cheering fans. Kathy then makes her way around the ring once, giving fans high fives before she pulls herself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. Missy and Jen stand at ringside and talk amongst themselves while Kathy's music fades and then we hear "Piece of Me" by Britney Spears and Bombshell comes out to a mixed reaction of the crowd. She has a picture of Shannon Skanes in her hand and she gives it a kiss before she tosses it into the crowd and then she pulls herself onto the apron and leaps over the top rope into the ring. Ricky Simms - Bombshell, the woman with an unhealthy obsession with Shannon Skanes and she gets to face his ex-wife to start tonight's show. Henry Lesher - I want Frank out here. Referee Casey Braun calls for the bell to get the action started as Kathy and Bombshell move in and lock up. Bombshell knees Kathy in the gut and then places her in an arm bar. She then twists Kathy's arm behind her and the referee asks Kathy if she submits, but she refuses. As Bombshell releases the hold and places Kathy in a standing side headlock, we see co-GM Jordan Gibson making her way out onto the stage and down the ramp with a clipboard in hand. Inside the ring, Bombshell tries to give Kathy a bulldog, but Kathy breaks free and whips Bombshell into the corner buckle where she delivers a series of kicks to the ribs and then gives her a monkey flip to the middle of the ring. Kathy then stands Bombshell up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a handspring head scissors that brings her down to the mat where Kathy maintains the head scissors on Bombshell and now the referee asks Bombshell about a possible submission. Ricky Simms - The Diva Champ is down and the Diva GM is out here watching the action. Henry Lesher - A GM that actually watches a wrestling match and scouts it? It's a shame this kind of attention isn't given to matches that actually deserve it. Bombshell rolls herself over and then does a handspring to free herself from Kathy's hold. Bombshell then gives Kathy a kick to the face and then a leg drop across the throat before going for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Kathy Smith and Bombshell slaps the mat. Bombshell then stands Kathy up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a backdrop to the mat. Bombshell then goes out onto the apron and makes her way to the top rope. She poses there before she goes for a Swanton Bomb. She misses the target as Kathy rolls out of the way and rolls herself right onto the floor. Missy makes her way over to Kathy to check on her while Bombshell rolls herself out to the floor. Bombshell turns Kathy around and gives her a clothesline to the floor. Missy then has words with Bombshell. Ricky Simms - We could see this coming. Henry Lesher - I don't care. While Missy and Bombshell argue, Jen Hawkins walks up behind Bombshell with what appears to be a length of rope in her hands. She then starts to strangle Bombshell with it and referee Casey Braun calls for the bell to end the match, giving Bombshell the win by DQ. Jen Hawkins continues to strangle Bombshell while we see that Jordan Gibson is still taking notes. Jen finally releases her hold on Bombshell when Kathy asks her. Kathy and Missy then have words on what just happened while they make their way to the ramp. Ricky Simms - It appears that the Glamour Girls are sending a message to Diva Champ Bombshell that they want her title, but Kathy didn't attend that meeting. Henry Lesher - I still don't care.
Crystal Braun - 6Pac, you're up next in a match that again was against the recommendation of doctors. 6Pac Dudley - I exist to fight, Crystal. You should understand that. Crystal Braun - But if your career is shortened by an injury... 6Pac Dudley - I would go out in a blaze of glory. Radd will pay for signing on to fight me tonight. Crystal Braun - It has been said that Radd is tougher than he used to be. 6Pac Dudley - Let's see him prove it. I am the true king of hardcore matches in the CWA. Have him bring that 24-7 Hardcore title with him and I'll prove it. Crystal Braun - Are you worried about Hoshi possible getting involved? 6Pac Dudley - No, I would actually welcome it. Crystal Braun - You're certainly not easily intimidated. 6Pac Dudley - I was raised to be tough. I was raised to become the man I am and damn those who would judge me. He exits the room and we head back to the ring.
"The Feel Good Drag" by Anberlin plays as Radd Matthews makes his way onto the stage, the crowd giving him a solid pop as he makes his first CWA appearance in a wrestling role. He starts to make his way down the ramp towards the ring, but he is attacked from behind by 6Pac who gives Radd a chair shot to the back of the head and referee Steve Blake calls for the bell to get the action officially started. 6Pac tosses the chair aside, stands Radd up and then whips him off the ramp and down to the floor below. 6Pac then leaps off the ramp and lands a flying body press on Radd before going for the pin. 1...2... Radd rolls a shoulder out. Ricky Simms - A former GWO star, Radd makes his in ring debut against 6Pac in a hardcore match. Henry Lesher - I cannot believe we have two matches in a row I could care less about. Someone hates me. 6Pac stands Radd up and tries to whip him into the guard railing, but Radd reverses the whip and sends 6Pac head first into the steel railing. Radd then picks 6Pac up and then drops him on the railing, the steel catching him in the chest before he falls to the floor clutching at his chest and in obvious pain. Radd then boot chokes 6Pac, holding the steel railing for added leverage. Radd then grabs 6Pac by the feet and drags him to ringside and then stands him up before rolling him into the ring. 6Pac is clutching at his forehead which is already bleeding. Ricky Simms - His face is taking another beating tonight. Henry Lesher - They can beat him all they want. It won't make him attractive. Radd rolls himself into the ring, stands 6Pac up and whips him into the corner buckle shoulder first. He then rolls 6Pac into a school boy rollup for the pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by 6Pac. Radd then stands 6Pac up, whips him off the ropes and 6Pac ducks a clothesline and then kicks Radd in the back before giving him a side Russian leg sweep to the mat. 6Pac then rolls Radd out to the floor, following closely behind. 6Pac then picks Radd up and runs him face first into the steel corner post. 6Pac then gives Radd a slam to the floor and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Radd Matthews. 6Pac then stands Radd up and tries to slam his face into the ring apron, but Radd blocks it and then slams 6Pac's face into the ring apron and then follows that up with a German suplex to the floor where he then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by 6Pac Dudley. Ricky Simms - Both wrestlers are taking quite the punishment in this one. I am worried about the repeated shots taken to 6Pac's injured face. Henry Lesher - Ask me if I am worried. Ask me if I am worried even a little. Radd stands 6Pac up and takes a punch to the throat from 6Pac and then Dudley charges at Radd, but Radd ducks and gives 6Pac a backdrop right over the guard railing and into the aisle between rows of fans. Radd then stands 6Pac up, pulls him over the railing to ringside and then gives him a face buster on the floor. Radd then stands 6Pac up and rolls him into the ring before Radd goes to the top rope in the nearest corner. 6Pac slowly gets to his feet, turns and takes a missile dropkick to the face. Radd then turns 6Pac's body to his liking before he uses the ropes as a springboard and lands the All Systems Go on 6Pac before he goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Radd Matthews gets the win in his CWA debut. Ricky Simms - That was very impressive. Henry Lesher - It was violent, but not impressive. We'll see how Radd does when he faces real competitors.
Jack Spade - Last week, you got lucky. Myst - I was about to tell you the same thing. Jack Spade - Tonight, you're going to lose your match with Jackson. Myst - I don't think so. Jack Spade - You got by on your name for years and that has stopped now. Myst - I never got by on my name. I got by despite my name, Jack. Get your history straight. Jack Spade - Pick up a win tonight and maybe I'll believe you. Myst - And I care about your opinion why? Jack Spade - I'll see you again real soon, Myst. Myst - Looking forward to it.
"My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative plays as Scavenger makes his way out onto the stage, accompanied by wife Lauren. They are arguing, much the same as they did last week. They argue as they make their way down the ramp and only stop when Scavenger makes his way up the ring steps and then steps through the ropes into the ring. "Rocket Queen" by Guns N Roses then plays as Kira Yakamoto makes her way out onto the stage to a strong pop from the crowd. Eli Ryder is seen following her down the ramp, dressed in a business suit as he looks around at the crowd. He then takes his place at ringside while Kira steps up onto the ramp and then jumps over the top rope into the ring. She nods her head, looking at Scavenger as her music fades and then we hear "Voices" by Rev Theory and Malk steps out onto the stage, the crowd also cheering for him as he quickly makes his way down the ramp and then slides under the bottom rope into the ring. Referee Francis Clarke then calls for the bell to get things started. Ricky Simms - Triple threat match here and it should promise plenty of chaos. Henry Lesher - And this is the third match which I don't care about. I want to talk to Wyatt about his booking. It is really bad. Malk starts trading punches with Scavenger while Kira smartly stays back and allows her opponents to pummel one another. Scavenger gives Malk a knife edge chop to the chest and Malk answers with one of his own. Malk then rakes the eyes of Scavenger along the top rope and then whips him off the ropes and gives him a shoulder block down to the mat. He then takes a dropkick from Kira Yakamoto in the back which sends him face down to the mat. Kira then goes for a cross face chicken wing, but Malk quickly grabs the bottom rope to force the break before he pulls himself out to the floor. Kira then stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and Scavenger gives Kira a spear to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger. Ricky Simms - Scavenger barely escapes that one. Henry Lesher - He's a tool. It's a triple tool match. They are all tools. Kira stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick that sends him falling back to the ropes. Malk then rolls himself into the ring and trips the feet out from under Kira. He then gets to his feet, not letting go of one of Kira's feet. He goes for a figure four leg lock on her, but she kicks him into the corner buckle and then Scavenger gives him a bulldog to the mat from there before he rolls Malk over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk. Scavenger then gets up and is greeted with a knee to the gut from Kira who then gives Scavenger a bulldog to the mat before she goes for the pin. 1...2... Scavenger kicks out. Kira then gets to her feet, is placed in a headlock by Malk and he drives her to the mat with a bulldog as well. He goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Kira. Ricky Simms - Lots of near pins there. Henry Lesher - I am so impressed that these three are almost good enough to win a match. Malk stands Kira up and whips her into the corner buckle. He charges at her in the corner, but he takes a drop toe to the mat from Scavenger. Scavenger then gets to his feet as Kira climbs to the top rope. She leaps off and lands a flyinf cross body press on Scavenger. She goes for the pin. 1...2... Malk pulls Kira off of Scavenger and throws her out to the floor. Malk then goes to the top rope and then hits the Malksault on the fallen Scavenger and hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2...3! Malk gets the win over Scavenger and Kira this week. Ricky Simms - Malk is impressing as the weeks go by here. Henry Lesher - Not me. Malk exits the ring and starts up the ramp towards the back, the fans cheering his victory this week while Kira glares at him and Eli tries to reassure her in defeat.
Shannon Skanes - What the hell are you doing? Crystal Braun - I am getting the dirt on Yvonne and her being attacked by Jen Hawkins tonight. I am going to ask her about her fascination with you, too. Shannon Skanes - You are missing the point. You quit. Crystal Braun - No, I didn't. Shannon Skanes - Yes, you did. When you left our company to work with Anarchy Inc., you voided your contract with us. You decided that being with Vesuvius was a bigger deal than being with us. Now, he's gone and you're back? Crystal Braun - Well, I need to eat. Shannon Skanes - Okay, then I'll let Jordan deal with you from here. Jordan Gibson enters the picture behind Crystal Braun with a smile on her face. Jordan Gibson - I believe in this division. I really do. I believe the Braun Sisters are underutilized. You see, you and your father thumbed your nose at this company, so next week you can prove you want to be here. Crystal Braun - I don't like the sound of that. Jordan Gibson - You shouldn't. The CWA Divas are the best around and we prove it next week. If you want a job in the CWA, you have to face the entire CWA Diva roster. Crystal's jaw drops and Shannon laughs as Jordan walks away, clipboard in hand. Shannon Skanes - I like that idea a lot. I'll make it fair, babe. Your sister can tag with you, if she even wants to be seen with you at this point. Hell, your father can help out if he wants. I doubt Hector will have the guts, but stranger things have happened. Shannon also walks off and we now see that Bombshell had been standing behind him. She looks Crystal up and down and has a laugh of her own. Bombshell - I guess I can take my anger out on you next week for what Jen Hawkins did. Hell, if Jen shows up for this match, I can take a shot at her too. Crystal Braun - I'm not a wrestler. Bombshell - I guess you have seven days to learn then, honey.
"Famous" by Puddle of Mudd plays as AJ Cameron comes out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. He then makes his way down the ramp to ringside and then steps up onto the apron before he steps through the ropes into the ring. He then tests the ropes as his music fades and we hear "Switch 625" by Def Leppard and Hoshi Yakamoto makes her way out to a strong ovation from the crowd. Hoshi runs down the ramp to the ring, slides under the bottom rope into the ring and then she poses with her Aerial title belt on the second rope in the corner while AJ looks on. She then jumps down, tosses her belt to the timekeeper and then referee Mark Davis calls for the bell to get the action started. Ricky Simms - That is one of two belts that 6Pac covets and he wants to get another shot at it and at Hoshi. Henry Lesher - The hardcore belt is not defended on television. For 6Pac to mention it shows how desperate he is and the fact Radd Matthews holds it is even worse. Ricky Simms - Is it a matter of time before the hardcore title becomes a standard CWA title? Henry Lesher - If it does, 6Pac won't get it. Maybe he can get into the divas division. Hoshi locks up with AJ and quickly AJ breaks that and gives Hoshi a hip toss to the mat and then an arm drag into the corner where he then gives her a knee to the ribs before he whips her to the opposite corner. AJ then gives Hoshi a running knee lift to the gut and then gives her a snap mare to the mat where he applies a sleeper hold. The referee checks for a submission, but Hoshi refuses to give up as the fans start a chant for her. Hoshi then reaches out towards the ropes while AJ tries to keep her away from the ropes. Hoshi then reaches back and delivers elbows to the ribs on AJ which weaken his hold and then she is able to lunge to the middle rope and force the break. Ricky Simms - AJ is showing a lot of aggression in his debut this week. It's nice to see many new stars in this company right now. Henry Lesher - You and I differ on what it means to be a star then. AJ pulls Hoshi to the middle of the ring and takes a kick to the gut from her. Hoshi then gives AJ a swinging neck breaker to the mat and then she goes to the ropes and makes her way to the top while the fans cheer her on. She lands a flying elbow to the chest on AJ and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by AJ Cameron. Hoshi then stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick that brings him back to the mat. She then lands a leg drop across the throat on AJ before she goes for the pin. 1...2... again AJ is able to kick out. Hoshi again stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and tries for a dropkick, but AJ side steps it and then he gives her an elbow smash to the chest before she has a chance to stand. AJ then stands Hoshi up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a shoulder block to the mat before delivering a knee drop to the forehead on her and then he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Hoshi. Ricky Simms - It takes more than that to pin Hoshi. Henry Lesher - It takes at least twenty bucks to get Hoshi to stay on her back. For fifty, you get a happy ending. Ricky Simms - Stop it. AJ stands Hoshi up, whips her off the ropes and misses with a clothesline as she ducks it and then she gives AJ a backslide into a pin attempt. 1...2... AJ kicks out and rolls himself out to the floor to recover. Hoshi heads out after him and gives him a chop block to the floor. Hoshi then stands AJ up and goes for the whip into the steel ring post, but AJ holds his place and instead whips Hoshi shoulder first into the steel corner post before he rolls himself into the ring where he has words with the referee about his tactics. At ringside, we then see 6Pac carrying a steel chair. He slams it over the head of Hoshi before she has a chance to defend herself and then he rolls her into the ring before he grabs her Aerial title belt and escapes through the crowd. The fans boo. Ricky Simms - That was kind of cowardly by 6Pac. Henry Lesher - The equivalent to taking down a girl scout with a bulldozer. Actually, that would be fun to watch. AJ Cameron, unaware of the attack that was just took place outside the ring, he sees that Hoshi is nearly out cold. He opts to jumps to the ropes and apply the Shooting Star on Hoshi before he goes for the pin. 1...2...3! AJ Cameron gets the win this week via help he wasn't aware he had. The crowd has a mixed reaction to this as he makes his way up the ramp, out of breath and clearly relived his first match is over.
Radd Matthews - It's rude to take what isn't yours. Radd places the Aerial title over his shoulder and walks away while 6Pac lies on the floor in obvious pain. His plan to steal the title is not working. Radd walks right past co-GM Wyatt Gibson who is shaking his head. We see owner's son, Noah Skanes, there next to him Wyatt Gibson - This isn't getting better. Noah Skanes - I told you this was going to happen. 6Pac is unstable. Wyatt Gibson - And now Radd's on TV and getting involved. I bring him in a week ago and he's already showing the same streak that others have recently. Noah Skanes - How does my father want you to handle this? Wyatt Gibson - He actually has a good idea. He wants to merge the Aerial and hardcore titles. Noah Skanes - That sounds like a ratings booster for sure. The girls watch Radd. The guys watch Hoshi. The.... well, 6Pac is in the match too. Hamilton will love that. We then cut to a shot furhter down the hall, Radd Matthews with the title belts over his shoulders as he heads towards the ring, intending to give the Aerial title back to Hoshi when he runs into Tommy Purr. Tommy Purr - Look who's back. Isn't that super? Radd Matthews - Sarcasm from Tommy Purr, that's shocking. Tommy Purr - And you have a pretend title over one shoulder and someone else's over the other. I know you have more belts than me right now, but only one of us is a champion. Radd Matthews - Sarcasm followed by an ego trip, it's Tommy Purr all right. Tommy Purr - Tell you what Radd? If you think you're the new superstar in the CWA, who am I to judge? Two weeks from tonight, you and me inside the ring. Radd Matthews - Why? Tommy Purr - We're the best looking guys in the CWA, Radd. What better way to celebrate that than a Tuxedo Match? I mean, unless you're not ready for me yet. Radd Matthews - No, I am ready for anything. You've got yourself a match in two weeks. Tommy Purr - I am really looking forward to it. Radd then continues on his way, rounds the corner and comes face to face with an upset Hoshi who grabs her Aerial title belt off the shoulder of Radd Matthews. Radd Matthews - I was just bringing that back. Hoshi Yakamoto - Really? It looked pretty attached to your shoulder. I guess I'll see you next week. If you want real gold in the CWA, you have to earn it. She storms off and Radd is speechless. His kind deed was apparently in vain.
"A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park plays as Myst makes her way out onto the stage, the crowd greeting her with a loud chorus of boos which is unusual for Myst. She smiles and appears to be egging the crowd on as she makes her way down the ramp towards the ring. She then steps up onto the apron, steps through the ropes into the ring and then motions for the microphone from ring announcer Kosmic Kitty. Myst - I dedicate tonight's match to my loving husband and the whores who love him. I also would like to tell Jack Spade something. Jack, if you think I am a bitch now, you just wait buddy. You haven't seen anything yet. She then tosses the microphone back to the ring announcer and we hear "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana as Jaime Jackson steps out onto the stage to a loud ovation from the crowd, accompanied by "The Dazzler" Dave Tuck. There is a "BLPW" chant going by the time he has reached ringside. He then looks into the ring at Myst and scowls for a moment before he pulls himself onto the ring apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring, Tuck taking his place at ringside. Referee Steve Blake calls for the bell and Jackson and Myst start to circle one another. Jackson moves in for the lock up with Myst and she instead thumbs him in the eye. Myst then rakes her nails down Jaime's back which causes the referee to pull her aside. Ricky Simms - Myst's aggressive side has come out with all of the pressure on her from her husband. Henry Lesher - She may finally realize she married a loser. It's never too late to seek the truth, Myst. Myst has words with the referee while Jaime composes himself. Myst then moves in and grabs Jaime by the hair only to take a jawbreaker from Jaime. Jaime then whips Myst off the ropes and gives her a roundhouse kick to the jaw that sends her down to the mat. Jaime then stands Myst up, whips her into the corner buckle and then he gives her a handspring back elbow before he gives her a monkey flip to the middle of the ring. Jaime then goes for a springboard moonsault onto Myst, but she raises her knees and winds him as he falls to the mat. Myst then uses the ropes to pull herself to her feet. Jaime gets to his feet and she goes for a super kick, but he ducks it, spins her around and then gives her an atomic drop before he then gives her a reverse neck breaker to the mat where he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Myst. Ricky Simms - Jackson can match the former CWA champ move for move. Henry Lesher - And I am bored. I mean, Jackson is a good looking kid and his manager had his appeal, but there's no Frank or Tommy and I am having withdrawals. Jaime stands Myst up, whips her off the ropes and both wrestlers clothesline each other to the mat. This causes the referee to start counting them both down while another "BLPW" chant starts in the crowd. Dave Tuck encourages the chant while slapping the mat and calling out to Jaime. Inside the ring, Jaime is up to his hands and knees as Myst grabs the ropes and starts pulling herself up. Myst is on her feet to beat the count and goes for a spinning heel kick on Jaime, but he ducks it and then he grabs her foot, pulls her down to the mat and goes for an ankle lock submission hold. Myst grabs the bottom rope to force the break and then pulls herself out to the floor. Ricky Simms - I can't recall the last time I saw someone handle Myst like this. Henry Lesher - Well, she rarely fights anyone, so that is hardly saying anything. Jaime heads out to the floor after Myst. She greets him with an eye gouge and then she rakes her nails down his back a second time. She then gives him a knee to the back and then she gives him a back cracker. She then stands over Jaime while the crowd boos. She tells the fans to shut up and she then smiles for the camera. She then pulls Jaime up to his feet and slams his face into the ring apron before she then rolls him into the ring. She then rolls herself into the ring and then goes for the pin on Jaime. 1...2.... Jaime reverses it into a small package on Myst. 1...2... kick out by Jaime Jackson. Ricky Simms - Jackson is tough, a real superstar in this company. Henry Lesher - Look, he may have been big in Philadelphia, but this is.... well.... we only have a few actual good wrestlers. When I pause to think about it, just by being able to walk upright he's ahead of most. We have some real knuckle draggers around here. Ricky Simms - I sit next to one every week. Myst stands Jaime Jackson up and whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. Jaime Jackson quickly gets to his feet, but takes a brutal kick to the head from Frank Merritt, who has entered through the crowd. The referee calls for the bell and Myst is disqualified. Instead of being upset, Myst has a smile on her face as she rolls out of the ring and then stands next to Frank Merritt. Ricky Simms - Myst recruited Frank to her cause? Henry Lesher - Oh my God! I have wanted Frank to kick someone's head off. There it was. Jaime Jackson takes one from Frank Merritt. Ricky Simms - Cowardly move by Myst who clearly knew Frank was here for her. Does this mean she's aligned with Frank Merritt, the monster of the CWA? Henry Lesher - Well, of course it does. Frank Merritt turns and see Dave Tuck behind him, a chair in hand. Frank and Myst have words with Tuck while Jack Spade rushes out from backstage and makes his way down the ramp to ringside. Spade grabs a chair as well and stands next to Dave Tuck, which causes Myst and Frank to finally back off as Jaime Jackson shows signs of coming around. Jack Spade helps Jaime Jackson up and Jaime then glares in the direction of Frank Merritt. Ricky Simms - Jackson is a tough son of a gun to already be on his feet after that devastating kick. Henry Lesher - He had better not target Frank. He should target one of the Glamour Girls and leave the real fighting to actual men.
Jordan Gibson - Jen, we need to have a talk. Jen Hawkins - About what? Jordan Gibson - Your attack on Bombshell. It was unwarranted. Jen Hawkins - Oh, that, who cares? Yvonne is not my concern. Jordan Gibson - What was your concern then? Jen Hawkins - People take our group for granted and figure we're the same as we were before. We need to show we're not the same Glamour Girls as the old job squad was before. Jordan Gibson - You're not bright. Kathy lost, Jen. The diva division is my area and thus you attacking the title holder is a real problem for me. Jen Hawkins - What do you plan to do about it? Jordan Gibson - I only have one choice. You're suspended immediately. The behavior that the rest of the girls exhibit will decide how long your suspension lasts. Missy - You can't do that. Jordan Gibson - I just did. Gibson smiles and leaves the room.
"Suicide Messiah" by Black Label Society plays as JC Michaels makes his way onto the stage where he receives a loud chorus of boos, though there are a few fans cheering him, likely BLPW faithful fans. JC stops at ringside and looks around at the crowd for a moment before he pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. His music fades out and then we hear "King of the Stereo" by Saliva plays and Jack Spade comes out to the loudest ovation of the night. Spade stands on stage for a few moments with a smirk on his face. He then starts making his way down the ramp towards the ring and stops at ringside for a moment. He then nods his head a few times before he pulls himself onto the apron and then he steps through the ropes into the ring. Referee Mark Davis calls for the bell to start the match and JC offers to shake hands with Spade. Ricky Simms - JC trying to use an old school move here, playing mind games before they have laid a hand on each other. Henry Lesher - Well, sadly he is in the ring with a chimp in Spade here. Spade shakes his head and tells JC where to put his hand. JC then throws a wild right at Spade which the former CWA champ sucks before giving JC an atomic drop which he then follows up with a dropkick to the back on JC that sends him through the ropes and out to the floor which brings the crowd to its feet. Jack then drops and rolls himself out to the floor rather than give JC the early breather. Jack whips JC shoulder first into the steel ring steps and then picks him up and tries to run him into the steel corner post. Instead, JC slides off of Jack's shoulders and sends him face first into the steel corner post. JC then turns Jack around and then gives him a snap suplex on the floor. JC then rolls himself into the ring to break up the count before he rolls himself back out. Ricky Simms - It looks like JC brought his mean streak tonight. Henry Lesher - Maybe someone told him how much he'll get paid. I know that usually pisses new guys off. JC stands Jack Spade up, then gives him a knee breaker before he gives him a clothesline to the floor. JC then stands on the chest of Jack Spade for a few moments before he jumps off. He shrugs and asks the camera if this is the best that the CWA can throw at him. JC stands Jack Spade up and rolls him into the ring before he casually rolls himself back in and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Jack Spade. JC Michaels shakes his head as he then stands Jack up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a backdrop to the mat. JC then stands Jack up, whips him into the corner buckle and then charges in for a shoulder block, but Jack Spade raises his knees and catches JC in the chest with them. Jack then climbs to the second rope and leaps off, giving JC a bionic elbow between the eyes that sends JC to the mat. Ricky Simms - Jack is tough as JC is finding out here. Henry Lesher - Hey, even chimps have their moments. Jack then stands JC up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a clothesline to the mat before landing an elbow smash to the throat on JC. Jack then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by JC. Jack then stands JC up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a dropkick to the mat. Jack Spade then goes to the top rope and perches himself there as JC slowly gets to his feet. Jack then goes for a flying cross body on JC, but JC grabs him in mid-air and converts it into a belly to belly overhead suplex to the mat. Both men they lie on the mat for a few moments as they collect themselves. Ricky Simms - That moves hurt JC as well. Henry Lesher - Not seeing Frank and Tommy hurts more, though. Frank needs to kick someone in the head. As the referee starts counting them both down, JC rolls himself over and starts pushing himself up off the mat. Jack Spade then jumps to his feet and both men stand face to face. They start arguing and shoving each other. JC Michaels then gives Jack an eye gouge and then whips him into the corner where he gives him repeated kicks to the chest that cause Spade to drop to his hands and knees. JC then sets up to kick the former champ in the head. He charges, but Jack instead grabs JC's foot and then pulls his other foot out from under him. Jack Spade then pulls JC to the middle of the ring, turns him over and applies a Boston Crab. We then hear "A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park and Jack looks towards the stage. Ricky Simms - It looks like Myst is coming down to continue her battle with Jack Spade. Henry Lesher - If she brings Frank, I'll be happy. As the music continues, JC manages to grab the bottom rope and the referee breaks up the hold. Jack Spade steps away, his eyes still glued on the stage area as Myst's theme music continues to play. JC Michaels then rolls Jack Spade into a school boy, while hooking the tights out of sight of the referee. 1...2...3! JC Michaels scores a huge win this week over the former CWA champ. Ricky Simms - Myst never came out, but her music caused Jack to become distracted and that gave JC an opening. You never want to give JC an opening. Henry Lesher - I guess that puts Myst off Jack's Christmas list then. JC exits the ring and starts making his way up the ramp while Jack Spade has words with the referee both about the hooking of the tights and the match continuing with the distraction of Myst's theme music affecting the outcome.
Shannon Skanes - Can I help you? Bombshell - In more ways than you can imagine. Let's talk about the Glamour Girls, Jen Hawkins in particular. Shannon Skanes - She was suspended. Jordan took care of that. Bombshell - I hear, but I want these girls dealt with. Shannon Skanes - How do you think they should be dealt with? Bombshell - Personally, I don't think it matters what I think. I don't understand why this girl Jordan is making these decisions when you should be, as smart as you are with such things. Myst - Give me a break. Bombshell - *startled* I didn't see you there. Myst - No, apparently you didn't. I need to speak with my HUSBAND. Bombshell - Watch the attitude there, girly. Maybe it's true what they say about you. Bombshell exits and Myst exchanges a dirty look with her as she does so. Myst - Anyhow, let's talk about the BLPW people. Shannon Skanes - They are CWA people now. Myst - Who are you kidding? They're in the main events this week, their debut weeks. Explain that to the CWA people who have stuck with this company. Shannon Skanes - Look, I have to have main events involving the guys who sell tickets. Whether you like it or not, these matches bring ratings. People want to see clashes between our best and the new best. Myst - I don't trust them. Shannon Skanes - Honey, I saw what happened earlier. You're aligning yourself with Frank Merritt and talking to me about trust? You have had side deals going on for weeks now. Myst - If you're okay with losing everything you've worked so hard for, keep going down this path, Shannon. You'll end up with Bombshell in the ditch somewhere, drinking Baby Duck out of a paper bag. Sha storms off and we return to the ring.
"Hollow Man" by The Hollow Men plays as Gary Barber makes his way out onto the stage area where the crowd gives him much the same negative reaction that they gave to JC Michaels. Barber makes his way down the ramp while looking around at the CWA set and lights in the arena. He then makes his way up the ring steps and stands on the ring apron waiting for his opponent. "Crazy Bitch" by Buckcherry plays as Tommy Purr steps out onto the stage to a loud ovation from the crowd. He then holds his CWA title high above his head and marches down the ramp to the ring. Barber jumps down off of the ring apron and has words with Purr. Tommy shoves the title belt into Barber's face which causes Barber to shove Purr. Ricky Simms - This looks to be a nasty one. These two really don't like each other. Henry Lesher - I don't know how anyone could dislike Tommy. Look at those eyes. Barber grabs the CWA title belt from Tommy and tosses it aside. Tommy then gives Barber a series of punches to the side of the head. Barber answers with a knee to the gut on Tommy and then whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps. Gary Barber then picks up the CWA title belt and waits for Tommy to stand before charging at him with it. Tommy ducks a head shot with the belt and the belt instead bounces off the steel corner post. Tommy Purr then gives Gary Barber a German suplex to the floor while the fans cheer and the belt falls to the floor. Tommy then hands the title belt to the timekeeper before he stands Gary Barber up and rolls him into the ring. He takes a deep breath and then rolls himself into the ring which finally allows referee Francis Clarke to call for the bell and get the action officially underway. Ricky Simms - These two have punished each other already and the match has barely started. Henry Lesher - Tommy thrives on matches like this. Tommy stands Gary Barber up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a series of knees to the chest before he then gives him an arm drag to the middle of the ring where he applies an arm bar on Barber. Barber gives Tommy a series of elbows to the gut which helps to break the hold and then he gives Tommy a kick to the knee cap before he then pulls the feet out from under him. Gary Barber then applies a sharp shooter on Tommy Purr. Purr refuses to submit when asked by the referee and he reaches for the ropes while Barber tries to pull Tommy closer to the center of the ring. Tommy continues to pull himself towards the ropes despite the efforts of Gary Barber. Tommy does grab the bottom rope to force the break. Ricky Simms - Gary Barber has won many titles over his long career, so Tommy has to be alert at all times. Henry Lesher - Tommy is the CWA champ. He doesn't have to do anything. He is the champ. Tommy Purr is pulled to his feet by Gary Barber who then places Tommy's throat over the top rope and chokes him with it, only releasing the choke when the referee threatens to disqualify him. Barber then whips Tommy off the ropes and gives him a lariat to the mat. Barber then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Tommy Purr. Gary then stands Tommy up, whips him off the ropes and both men dropkick each other, landing on the mat in a heap. Tommy then rolls himself out to the floor in an effort to regroup, but Gary rolls out after him. They then start trading punches on the floor while nearby fans cheer and try to get on camera. Ricky Simms - These two warriors are brawling right in front of us. Henry Lesher - I love watching Tommy fight like this. It would appear that Barber brings out the best in him. Gary slams Tommy's face into the ring apron and Tommy then slams Gary's face into the ring apron as well. Tommy knees Gary in the gut and Gary knees Tommy in the gut. They then both roll themselves back into the ring to beat the count and then roll themselves back out to the floor. They again start trading punches on the floor. Gary eye gouges Tommy. Tommy blindly swings and catches Tommy with a punch to the jaw. Tommy then gives Gary a belly to belly suplex to the floor. Tommy gets to his feet, stands Gary up and rolls him into the ring before rolling himself in. Tommy stands Gary up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick that sends him down to the mat. Tommy then signals to the fans that he is ready to end this. Ricky Simms - Looks like the Tommyknocker might be on its way here. Henry Lesher - I sure hope so. I love that move. Tommy stands Gary Barber up, but Gary gives Tommy a knee to the gut and then a DDT to the mat before he goes for the pin. 1...2... Tommy gets a foot on the bottom rope. Gary Barber shakes his head as he stands Tommy up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a snap suplex out of the corner to the center of the ring. He then reaches into his trucks out of sight of the referee and puts on a set of brass knuckles. He smiles as he turns towards Tommy. Tommy gets to his feet and takes a shot from the brass knuckles between the eyes. Gary then tosses them out of the ring out of sight of the referee. Barber then lays over Tommy Purr and applies Ockham's Razor. The referee checks on Tommy and is unable to get a response from him, so he calls for the bell. Ricky Simms - Gary Barber gets the win tonight! Henry Lesher - Tommy will demand a rematch. These BLPW guys are making a lot of powerful enemies. Ricky Simms - I won't argue with that statement. As Gary Barber rolls himself out of the ring and then raises his arms in victory. we see Eli Ryder watching the action on a monitor backstage and shaking his head. Ricky Simms - Eli doesn't look any happier with this than Tommy or Jack Spade will be. Don't forget to tune in next week and see how this develops further. Henry Lesher - Tommy will take Barber's head off. That's my guess. We fade to black on a split screen of a celebrating Gary Barber and an unimpressed Eli Ryder. |
