Shannon Skanes - Welcome to the big time, boys and girls. GWO had its humble beginnings. Tonight, those end when the GWO becomes every bit as public and as big as CWA ever was, if not moreso.
The image of the GWO owner then fades as he cracks a smile and a few moments later we are plunged into darkness. The darkness is broken with a single blast of pyro on screen and then we hear the quiet guitar of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick In the Wall."
We see Lethal Weapon pinning Max Cameron for the world title and hear the crowd cheer. The moment freezes there, with Lethal Weapon holding the title above his head.
We see Youthful Aggression, Dying Breed, the Authority and then images flashing on screen of each participant in the Battle of the Warriors tournament as the song then dives into Part 2.
We then hear a loud series of explosions and then we go live to the Air Canada Centre where we see a full house and pyro shooting off from the rafters and from a new rampway. Hanging above the rampway is the GWO logo right above the Battle of the Warriors logo. The crowd seems very excited as we begin our long day and night of wrestling. This event will happen with the tournament occurring in the early afternoon and the regular matches scheduled for that evening starting seven hours after the beginning of the tournament. Someone in the back is about to wrestle six times in a night, win a million dollars and a great deal of prestige. As we head to ringside, we hear "Another Brick in the Wall" still playing. That fades and we look at ringside and find Shannon Skanes there with Henry Lesher.
Shannon Skanes - I said tonight these guys were hitting the big time! We pulled out the ramp and decided it was time to play the cards we had hidden until now! Fans, the GWO may not be the CWA in name and may never be, but thanks to you and your support, the GWO is now proud to annouce that we are truly international. This event is being seen in Canada, the US, the UK, Holland, Australia, Germany and France. There was a thirst for our product and today and tonight we quench it with the biggest and best wrestling event seen possibly ever in these parts!
Henry Lesher - I want to deny this, but you have a point. Q and Leech are in the same tournament so I may see them a combined ten times with the possibility of them meeting in the final. It boggles the mind. It really does.
Shannon Skanes - I guess this is a good time to announce the departure of Ricky Simms. He had a great run with our company, but he chose to retire and spend more time with his family. We wish him well and it is a shame he is going to miss this.
Henry Lesher - You're calling play by play then?
Shannon Skanes - Sorry to disappoint you.
The crowd starts a chant for Shannon that catches him off guard. He stands and bows to the crowd before taking his seat again.
Shannon Skanes - Let's get to the action.
Henry Lesher - I feel something odd, almost like excitement about this event. It has to be gas.
Shannon Skanes - That's great. Thanks for sharing, Lesher.

"Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne plays as Jack Spade comes out holding his hardcore title high above his head. The crowd greets him with the usual boos he has been getting lately and he just shakes his head and continues on his way to the ring anyways. He is apparently determined not to let that bother him as he sets his sights on a million dollars. He steps up onto the apron and looks out to the crowd, shaking his head as he then spits on the floor from the apron. He then hands his title belt to the ref who passes it off to the timekeeper as Jack Spade steps into the ring. "Another Hit and Run" by Def Leppard plays as Jack Steele comes out, led by Blake Young and Amy Stevenson who are both carrying Canadian flags to the delight of the crowd. Inside the ring, Jack Spade reminds the fans he's a Canadian too and shakes his head at them again. Steel reaches ringside and looks up into the ring and smiles.
Shannon Skanes - Jack Steele has been pumped all week about being a part of this tournament.
Henry Lesher - I understand there is a ten minute time limit on first round matches now.
Shannon Skanes - Yeah there is. Simply put, this event could go on for days if we don't set a first round time limit. In the event of a draw in the first round, both participants move on to round two.
Jack Steele steps through the ropes and the bell sounds to get this first round match started. Jack Spade charges at Steele and gets caught by bpth arms and Steele then picks him up and power bombs him to the mat. Steele then goes for the quick pinfall attempt. 1...2... Spade manages to get a foot on the bottom rope. Steele pulls Spade to his feet by the hair, then slams his head into the corner buckle. Spade responds with a thumb to the eye on Steele and then gives him a series of kicks in the gut. Spade then whips Steele off the ropes and then backdrops the big man to the mat. Spade then goes to the ropes and tries for the lionsault only to land on the raised knees of Jack Steele.
Henry Lesher - What is it with the popularity of the name Jack in the GWO?
Shannon Skanes - I haven't got a clue. My father had that name. I wouldn't give that name to a dog.
Henry Lesher - Look, I am a genetic doctor, not a psychologist.
Shannon Skanes - You should be pushing buttons at a 7-11.
Jack Steele uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet, then whips Spade into the corner and gives him a big boot to the chin as he stumbles out of it. Jack Steele then looks to the cheering fans, cocks his fist and nods. Jack Spade gets to his feet and takes a stiff upper cut from Steele that sends him over the top rope and to the floor. Jack Steele then climbs over the top rope and jumps down to the floor. Jack Syeele again grabs Jack Spade by the hair. Spade slams Steele's face into the guard railing and then whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps. Jack Spade then scissor kicks Steele across the back of the neck before rolling himself back into the ring. Spade then backs off as the ref counts Jack Steele out. The camera shows that Steele's forehead has been cut as he grabs the apron and pulls himself under the bottom rope into the ring. Jack Spade leg drops Steele across the throat and then looks to the ropes. He reaches the top, gives Blake Young the finger and then lands the Jack of all Spades on Steele and hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2... Steele rolls a shoulder out!
Shannon Skanes - I don't think anyone has kicked out of that move before.
Henry Lesher - Forgive me for not trusting the word of a man with more concussions than the entire NFL last year.
Spade stands Steele up, whips him off the ropes and ducks his head for a backdrop. Steele kicks Jack Spade in the face, then goes for a Rock Bottom. Spade elbows Steele in the head, then DDTs him to the mat and rolls him into a msall package, holding the ropes for added leverage out of sight of the ref. 1...2...3! Jack Spade wins in round one here!
Shannon Skanes - He had to cheat to do it, but Spade is on to the second round.
Henry Lesher - It's every man's right to cheat, Skanes.
Spade rolls out of the ring and takes the hardcore belt from the timekeeper before shoving him down to the floor. He mocks Blake Young in the ring as he takes a look at the gash opened on the forehead of Jack Steele. Spade then raises his arms and tells the cameraman he is one step closer to being a millionaire as he heads for the back. We then look backstage and see Q with a statue held in front of him. Next to him stands Ray Dees.
Ray Dees - I understand you have something to say to us tonight.
Q - Yes, it would seem some morons voted me the most missed wrestler in the GWO. Now perhaps because I am here and not gone they cut that award from the show. I don't know or care. I intend to use this award to injure people until it breaks. I just wanted you to know I hate everyone and the fans are morons.
Ray Dees - And that's it?
Q - Well, yes it is. I could go on about why they are idiots, but they aren't important enough to elaborate.
Ray Dees - Any thoughts about the tournament tonight?
Q - Yes, that million dollars will be nice to have and not give to others.
Q then walks away as Ray Dees shakes his head before shrugging towards the camera. It's apparently going to be one of those nights.
"Mine Teil" by Rammstein plays as Vesuvius comes out, led by Xandra. The fans cheer him on and he seems genuinely surprised by this. Vesuvius reaches ringside and then grabs the ropes and pulls himself onto the apron. He then steps over the top rope into the ring and looks around the arena, seemingly drawing their energy in for his match this week. His music then fades and we hear "Duality" by Slipknot as Austin Fierro makes his way to the ring, led by Madison Ali. Vesuvius motions Austin into the ring, tells him he is about to school him the same as he schooled Austin's father. Austin jumps up onto the apron and takes a forearm to the head from Vesuvius who then brings him into the ring from the apron with a vertical suplex. The bell sounds as Austin hits the mat and Vesuvius then boot chokes him in the ropes. Vesuvius breaks the choke before the ref can reach the five count, then rolls Austin out of the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Before this match, Vesuvius told me winning the tournament wasn't his plan.
Henry Lesher - No, with his appalling lack of talent at this point, it shouldn't be.
Vesuvius stands Austin up and whips him shoulder first into the steel corner post. Vesuvius then rolls Austin back into the ring. Vesuvius smiles maniacally as he then rolls himself into the ring and starts two handed choking Austin. Austin responds with a thumb to the eye and then headbutts Vesuvius backwards. Austin uses the ropes to start to pull himself to his feet, then starts kicking Vesuvius in the ribs, driving him into the corner. Austin then whips Vesuvius to the opposite corner and dropkicks him there. Austin then hip tosses Vesuvius to the center of the ring where he then stands him up and places him in an abdominal stretch. The fans start a chant for Vesuvius as he starts to power his way out of the hold even as the ref asks him if he submits. Vesuvius manages to hip toss Austin to the mat, but Austin's foot smashes into the face of the ref. Vesuvius stands Austin up, whips him off the ropes and clotheslines him to the mat. He is then completely caught off guard when Jack Spade enters the ring and smashes him over the back of the head with a chair twice. Spade then quickly exits the ring as Austin rolls Vesuvius over for the pin. The ref comes to enough to make the count. 1...2...3! Austin Fierro has survived round one!
Shannon Skanes - Well, another Dying Breed victory, two dubious ones out of two.
Austin raises his arms inside the ring and bows once for the crowd as Xandra enters the ring to attend to the fallen Vesuvius. Austin grabs Xandra by the hair and pulls her to her feet. As he does, we see Gravity and Night Dweller rushing the ring. Austin figures she isn't worth it and high tails it out of the ring, disappearing into the crowd with Madison Ali close behind.
Shannon Skanes - I don't know if Austin will look back on this moment as when he lost the tournament or not.
Henry Lesher - Well he won't win it for the simple reason that Q and Leech are going to meet in the final, cancelling him out.
Vesuvius is helped from the ring as we look backstage and we see Shawna Miller with Slim Pickens.
Shawna Miller - Big night tonight for you, Slim. You could walk out of here with a million dollars and two title belts.
Slim Pickens - Well, gorgeous, I intend to walk out with a barrel of money and a belt on each shoulder. Anything less marks a failure for me and I don't take that well.
Shawna Miller - Things have been building between yourself, Jack Spade and Gerard Angelo for some time. Spade has been pretty active so far tonight. You have anything to say to them?
Slim Pickens - Just to get out of my way. 2005 is the year of Slim Pickens!
Slim then hollers once before he walks off, Shawna smiling as he leaves.
"Enemies of Reality" by Nevermore plays as Leech comes out to a loud ovation... from Henry Lesher. The rest of the crowd boos him loudly as he simply looks out at them and smirks. He then makes his way to the ring and stands at ringside and looks around, the GWO clearly having gone all out tonight on pyro and having installed the old CWA sets and all. As Leech steps onto the apron, we hear "I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace and we see Rated R coming out from the back to the same reaction Leech just had, save the fact Lesher is sitting down and not cheering Ryan on against his hero Leech.
Shannon Skanes - Not cheering for the man who tried to kill my wife tonight, Doc?
Henry Lesher - Leech is truly the man in this tournament.
Leech jumps off the apron and runs up the rampway to meet Rated R there. The crowd cheers as the two of them brawl on the rampway, exchanging punches, kicks and knife edge chops. Leech ducks a clothesline attempt from Rated R and then gives him an atomic drop before giving him a DDT to the steel of the ramp. Leech then pulls Rated R to ringside and rolls him into the ring, telling the camera this match is turning out to be far too easy. Leech pulls himself inside the ring and looks out at the crowd as the bell rings to start this match. Leech places a foot on the chest of Rated R and the ref counts the pin. 1...2... Rated R kicks out. Leech then reaches down, grabs Ryan by the hair and pulls him to his feet. Leech headbutts Rated R into the corner where he then puts the boots to him. Leech sets for a monkey flip, but Rated R shoves him off, then Rated R jumps up to the second rope and delivers a double axe handle across the back of Leech. Rated R then gives Leech a side Russian leg sweep before placing him into an STF.
Shannon Skanes - Rated R with a strong comeback and going for the submission from Leech here.
Henry Lesher - Leech never surrenders.
Rated R leans back in the STF as the ref asks Leech if he submits. Leech's hand comes up as if he might submit, but he then lunges towards the ropes. Rated R struggles to hold Leech still as Leech again lunges towards the ropes. The hold is weakened as Rated R's confidence in it is shaken and he tries to reapply it. Leech scrambles to the ropes then to force the break. Rated R gets to his feet and curses himself for releasing Leech. He then grabs Leech by the hair and starts pulling him to his feet. Leech drops and gives Rated R a jawbreaker. Leech then leans over Rated R and gives him a series of punches to the head. Rated R then flips Leech off of him and through the ropes to the floor. Rated R then rolls out of the ring after him. Rated R and Leech start drilling each other with haymakers on the floor as the crowd appears to be cheering for them to just beat the hell out of each other. Rated R then knees Leech in the gut and tries to smash his face into the ring steps. Leech blocks then, eye gouges Rated R and slams his head into the ring steps before rolling him back into the ring. Leech then takes to the ropes and quickly makes his way to the top. Rated R stands, turns and takes a flying dropkick to the chin from Leech who follows that up by going for the pin. 1...2... Rated R manages to roll a shoulder out.
Henry Lesher - Clearly that was a three count.
Shannon Skanes - Clearly you're seeing things.
Leech stands Rated R up and whips him into the corner as the clock shows we have passed the five minute mark. Leech then whips Rated R to the opposite corner and goes for the clothesline as he comes out of it, but both men clothesline each other to the mat. The ref starts to count them both down as the crowd can be heard cheering wildly. Leech shows signs of motion first, grabbing the bottom rope at the four count and starting to pull himself to his feet. At the five count, Rated R grabs the bottom rope as well.
Henry Lesher - If the match is a draw, they both advance. What would happen if tey were both counted out?
Shannon Skanes - That would mean a double elimination, Doc.
As Lesher tries to fathom the personal horror of that concept, Leech manages to pull himself to his feet at the seven count, so the fear is not well founded. Leech then starts kicking Rated R in the gut. Leech whips Rated R off the ropes and backdrops him to the mat. Leech then leg drops Rated R across the throat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Rated R. The clock shows we have two minutes left. Leech stands Rated R up, whips him off the ropes and Rated R ducks a clothesline and then arm drags Leech to the mat where he places him in an arm bar. Leech quickly gets his composure and does a somersault to get out of the arm bar only to take a clothesline from Rated R to the mat. Rated R then goes for the quick pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Leech. Rated R then stands Leech up, whips him off the ropes and again both men clothesline each other to the mat. This time, Leech kips up to his feet and smiles for the crowd. The smile is taken away by Rated R as he sweeps the legs out from under Leech and places him in an Indian deathlock. Leech rolls his way to the ropes quickly to force the break. The clock shows that we are down to one minute remaining in this match up.
Shannon Skanes - A mere sixty seconds remain to find a winner here.
Henry Lesher - Leech is the man. I know he'll win it.
Leech gets to his feet and kicks Rated R in the gut, then gives him a series of forearm smashes to the side of the head. Leech then whips Rated R off the ropes and clotheslines him to the mat. Leech then lands a rolling thunder on Rated R and goes for the pin. 1...2... Rated R manages to roll a shoulder out as the clock shows we are down to thirty seconds remaining. Leech has words with the ref about the speed of his count, then pulls Rated R to his feet, whips him off the ropes and Rated R manages to hold the ropes to avoid a dropkick by Leech. Rated R then grabs Leech by the hair, pulls him to his feet and manages to hit the Restricted. Rated R then goes for the pin. 1...2... Leech rolls a shoulder out as the fans start counting down from ten. Rated R stands Leech up, signals he will try his finisher again and Leech responds with a knee to the gut on Rated R, then DDTs him to the mat. The bell sounds then to end the match in a draw.
Henry Lesher - This works out well for me as they are both favorites of mine.
Shannon Skanes - Yeah and that makes every else's night, I'm sure.
The crowd then cheers as the four screens hanging above the ring show footage from Pink Floyd's The Wall. We see the wall being built, the hammers goosestepping through the street and then we hear the song again as we watch sped up footage of the set being built. This time, however, it is Korn's version of the song. We then see footage of the wrestlers arriving for the show, all dressed in suits and ties. Lethal Weapon poses for the camera, then winks and heads into the building. We then see footage of Goliath training a few of the younger wrestlers in the ring. Blake Young executes a decent hip toss on Goliath and Jack Steele is seen applauding at ringside. The music then fades and we see Scavenger holding his chair high.
Scavenger - GWO, the best is yet to come.
We then head back to ringside.
Henry Lesher - What kind of claptrap is that?
Shannon Skanes - Scavenger has joined Goliath and Shawna Miller as trainers of the wrestlers. The GWO is building its staff and we are only going to get bigger and better in the coming months.
Henry Lesher - So video montages are all the rage here tonight? I wish I had known beforehand.
Shannon Skanes - I am disturbed by the mere idea of you making a video, Doc.
"Hell Song" by Sum 41 plays as Gerard Angelo descends from the rafters, attached via harness and bungee cord. Gerard is lowered into the ring as smoke eminates from the turnbuckles. Angelo then climbs to the top rope and then does a backwards somersault into the middle of the ring. The fans are clearly less than impressed, but Gerard pays it no mind. He then holds his TV title high and says it will look nice around the waist of a millionaire.
Henry Lesher - Didn't know Leech and Q had a TV title shot tonight.
Shannon Skanes - Nice one. Yeah, Gerard has quite the ego tonight. He insisted on that entrance even after we told him we couldn't insure him for it.
Gerard hands his TV title belt out of the ring to the timekeeper. "Encore/Numb Remix" by Linkin Park plays as cameron Jacques comes out to a mixed reaction from the crowd, led by Lori. Lori high fives a few fans on her way to the ring as Cameron looks into the ring at Gerard and shakes his head. He tells Gerard he is here on Max Cameron's business tonight and this is going to be quick. Gerard just laughs and motions Cameron into the ring. Cameron steps onto the apron, then steps through the ropes and the bell sounds to get this match started. The two men lock up in the center of the ring. Cameron then shoves Gerard into the corner buckle and then gives him a fisherman's suplex out of it and then tries for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Gerard Angelo. Cameron then pulls Gerard to his feet, whips him off the ropes and backdrops him to the mat.
Henry Lesher - Hope he didn't spend that million already.
Shannon Skanes - Strong start for Cameron Jacques, a man who has to be considered an underdog here.
Cameron knee drops Gerard in the forehead and then places him in a sleeperhold as the fans start a "Gerard sucks" chant. Lori is the one leading it from ringside and she has a huge grin on her face. Cameron cinches the hold in as deeply as he can and the ref checks the arm of the TV champion. Gerard's arm drops once. It is raised and almost drops, but Gerard manages to keep it raised. Gerard then makes a fist and starts punching Cameron in the jaw. Gerard then snap mares Cameron Jacques to the mat and then places him in a sleeperhold as well. Cameron answer that by elbowing Gerard in the gut and then gives him an arm drag into the corner. Gerard thumbs Cameron in the eye and then headbutts him into the ropes where he delivers a series of knife edge chops to the chest on Cameron. Gerard then whips Cameron Jacques into the corner and then gives him a swinging neckbreaker after that and then goes for the pin. 1...2.. kick out by Cameron Jacques.
Shannon Skanes - Near pinfall there.
Henry Lesher - Like that counts for anything.
Gerard stands Cameron up, whips him off the ropes and lands a dropkick to the chest on Cameron Jacques. Gerard then goes for the pin again, hooking the tights. The ref sees that and refuses to count the pin as the clock reaches the five minute mark here. Cameron then grabs Gerard from behind and rolls him up for the pin. 1...2... Gerard kicks out. Gerard the punches Cameron in the back of the neck and rolls him up with a school boy pin attempt. 1...2...3! Gerard Angelo ekes out the win here to get through the first round.
Shannon Skanes - Every win is a big win in this, takes you a step closer to becoming a millionaire.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, he's still not going to win it.
As Gerard heads to the back, we then take a look at some footage from the GWO's Fans' Day. Fans are seen lining up to get into Air Canada Center to meet and greet their favorite GWO superstars. Xstasy is seen in front of a Hawaiian backdrop with fans, sunglasses on and a title belt over his shoulder. God knows what title that would be. We also see Myst with a line up of fans to get an autographed picture of her. The music accompanying this segment is "Let's Get It Started" by Black Eyed Peas. We see shots of The Dying Breed posing for photos with the fans as well as Rated R getting his picture taken behind the wheel of a car with a cardboard cut-out of Myst in front of it. His set up is right next to Myst's and, ironically, fans getting her autograph are also rushing to see, meet and have a picture taken with Rated R. We then return to ringside as the music stops.
Shannon Skanes - GWO came out and greeted their fans and it was a huge success.
Henry Lesher - Why wasn't I told about that?
Shannon Skanes - Because we wanted it to be a huge success.
"New York" by Ja Rule plays as Wren SilverPhoenix comes out to a mixed reaction from this Toronto crowd. She is fast in heading to the ring with a T-shirt gun in hand. She poses with the gun at ringside for one fan in the front row, then she slides into the ring and starts firing T-shirts into the crowd, undoubtedly of herself. She then hands the gun off to the ref who passes it out of the ring as "Rock Superstar" by Cypress Hill plays and Lethal Weapon comes out to the ring with pyro shooting off from every corner of the stage. Lethal is cheered by a vast majority of the crowd as he holds his world title belt on his shoulder and smiles as he looks into the ring at Wren.
Henry Lesher - Don't ever accuse me of being a fan of either wrestler, but Lethal could be taking Wren for granted here tonight.
Shannon Skanes - I'm not a fan of either wrestler, but they both took me to task in the past, so I respect their ability.
Lethal steps onto the apron, hands his title belt to the ref and then steps through the ropes. Wren greets Weapon with a series of kicks to the gut, then whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him to the ground. Wren then places Lethal in a standing side headlock. Weapon then stands, lifts Wren and gives her a fallaway slam to the mat and goes for the quick pin. 1...2... Wren manages to roll a shoulder out. Lethal Weapon then stands Wren up, whips her off the ropes and clotheslines her to the mat. Lethal then dsrops an elbow to the throat on Wren. Lethal follows that up by coming off the ropes and then landing a knee to the forehead on her and going for the pin. 1...2... Wren rolls a shoulder out. Lethal has a few words with the ref about his ability to count to three and then stands Wren up and whips her into the corner. Lethal charges in shoulder first only to have her step out of the way. Lethal's shoulder collides with the steel corner post and Wren then tries for the school boy roll up for the pin. 1...2... Lethal kicks out.
Shannon Skanes - That was close. Wren is an opportunist in matches like this. The pressure is all on the champion and none on her.
Wren stands Lethal up, whips him off the ropes and Lethal shoulder blocks her to the mat, then misses with a leg drop when she rolls out of the way and Wren then rolls herself out of the ring. She stands at ringside short of breath and mumbling to herself about this match and her opponent who is a strong favorite in this first round. Lethal Weapon spots Wren outside the ring and he rolls out of it to pursue her as she retreats, looking every which way for a way out of this mess without throwing the match. Wren rolls herself into the ring, Weapon close behind. She then slides back out of the ring again with him close behind. She rolls herself into the ring. Weapon parks himself on the floor and Wren, without looking back for him, rolls herself out of the ring and into a spear on the floor from Lethal Weapon. Lethal then stands Wren up and rolls her into the ring. He rolls himself into the ring and goes for the pin. 1...2... Wren gets a foot on the bottom rope. Lethal stands Wren up, whips her into the corner and sets himself to spear her. He charges and she sidesteps and then gives Lethal a drop toe into an STF. Lethal grabs the ropes immediately to force the break.
Shannon Skanes - That move looked familiar.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, I remember a lousy world champ that used that to finish people off.
The clock hits the five minute mark as Wren puts the boots to Lethal Weapon. She then places his throat over the middle rope and starts choking him with it only to have him elbow her in the head, then snap mare her through the ropes to the floor. Lethal rolls himself out of the ring, grabs Wren by the hair and rams her head into the guard railing. He then rolls her back into the ring and poses once for the camera before rolling himself back in as well. Lethal then places Wren in a sleeperhold as the crowd starts a chant for the champ. The ref checks for a submission on Wren. She won't give up, but the ref raises her arm once and it falls. He raises it a second time and again it falls. He raises it a third time, but this time she manages to keep it raised. She then reaches out and grabs the ropes to force the break as the clock shows six minutes have gone by. Lethal stands Wren up, whips her off the ropes and ducks his head for a backdrop only to get headlocked by Wren who then DDTs the champ to the mat before rolling him over for a pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Lethal Weapon. Wren then stands him up, whips him into the corner and dropkicks him in the corner. Wren then monkey flips Lethal out of the corner and then tries for a small package pin. 1...2... kick out by Lethal Weapon.
Shannon Skanes - She didn't just show up to be seen. She came here to win.
Henry Lesher - Yeah but her time is running short.
Wren stands Lethal up, whips him off the ropes and he shoulder blocks her to the mat and then gives her a falling headbutt and goes for the pin. 1...2... Wren rolls a shoulder out as the clock shows three minutes left in the match. Lethal stands Wren up, whips her into the corner and then gives her a superkick as she comes out of it. Wren then rolls herself out of the ring and lands with a thud on the floor before Weapon has a chance to try and pin her. Weapon again leaves the ring in pursuit of her. He grabs her by the hair, stands her up and then takes a jawbreaker from Wren who then whips him into the apron which crashes into his back. Wren rolls herself into the ring and then back out to restart the count. She starts landing kicks to the gut on Weapon who answers with a raised knee to the ribs on her before rolling her into the ring. Lethal then rolls himself into the ring and quickly gets to his feet and starts putting the boots to Wren as the clock shows seven minutes have passed. Lethal stands Wren up, whips her into the corner and gives her a sidewalk slam out of it and then goes for the pin. 1...2... Wren manages to again roll a shoulder out to avoid the pin. Lethal stands her up, whips her off the ropes and backdrops her to the mat. Lethal then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the second rope. He leaps from there for a double axe handle only to take a punch to the gut from Wren in self defense. Wren then DDTs the champ once again and goes for the pin. 1...2... Lethal Weapon kicks out.
Shannon Skanes - It's so close she can taste it.
Henry Lesher - It would be nice to see the blubbering champion shut up for a change.
Wren stands Lethal up as the clock shows we have two minutes left in this match. She places Lethal in an abdominal stretch and holds him there. The ref asks Lethal if he submits, but the champ refuses. He then starts to power out of the hold and manages to hip toss her to the mat as we have ninety seconds left. Weapon then stands Wren up, whips her off the ropes and he misses with the spear as she sidesteps it and then gives Lethal a side Russian leg sweep to the mat. Wren then heads to the ropes and makes her way to the top. She launches herself for a five star frog splash, but finds no one home as Weapon rolls out of the way. There is one minute left in this match as Weapon rolls her up into a school boy for the pin. 1...2... Wren grabs the bottom rope to avoid the three count. Wren then rolls herself out of the ring. Weapon follows close behind, grabs her by the hair, turns her around and headbutts her down to the floor. Lethal then rolls her into the ring as we hit thirty seconds remaining. Lethal stands in the corner and sets for the spear. Wren is groggy as she gets to her feet, turns and takes a spear from the champ as we reach ten seconds left. Weapon goes for the pin. 1...2... Wren gets a foot on the ropes! Lethal argues it with the ref as the bell sounds!
Shannon Skanes - This match is a draw and Wren manages to survive the match with the champ to fight on in the second round!
Henry Lesher - Weapon almost had her, but that means nothing now.
Wren rolls herself out of the ring and starts for the back, looking as if she won as Lethal stands in the ring and argues with the ref over that count. He then gives the ref a kick in the gut and then picks him up and F-5s him to the mat. Lethal Weapon then leaves the ring shaking his head as we take a look backstage and fins Shengee Shmelky with Spyder Gainey as they unpack what appear to be Christmas lights.
Henry Lesher - See, now if all incompetent refs got that for their efforts, Dante could come out here as a guest referee and do well.
We then look at old footage of CWA wrestling and see a younger version of Shannon Skanes, bloodied inside a steel cage battling a man much taller than himself. We hear a voice over as the action unfolds before our eyes.
Noah Skanes - In 1984, my father had a vision and after rocky beginnings, the CWA started picking up some major steam. Originally called the Universal Wrestling Federation, a regional federation despite its name, the CWA became an international success quickly. In 1987, the CWA put on its first ever Battle of the Warriors, the first ever pay per view event in CWA history. It put the CWA on the map. After 3 more seasonal pay per views, it was time for Battle of the Warriors '88 and the main event featured a seventy three minute cage match between Shannon Skanes and The Terminator. Despite taking an incredible and bloody beating, my father survived and won that match.
We see Shannon going through the open door of the cage to the floor and hear the bell sound as he collapses and medical personnel come out to attend to him. His world title belt is draped over him by the ref who also holds his arm up as he is announced the winner.
Noah Skanes - Word has it my father lost five pounds that night. He tells me this was when he became a bona fide star on par with anyone in the business. Battle of the Warriors '88 set the bar that seventeen years later the GWO will try to surpass. GWO is continuing the tradition of excellence.
We then see the logo for Battle of the Warriors 2005 before we head back to ringside.
Henry Lesher - Seventy three minutes, huh? This was in the age before high impact moves then?
Shannon Skanes - That was my greatest match, Doc. I am pleased to announce that The Best of Battle of the Warriors is going on sale tomorrow and that match is the main event of the tape. You get six hours of footage including Moose winning the million dollars last year and Vigilante's title win against Dante.
Henry Lesher - That was wrong on every level.
"Walk" by Pantera plays as Rod Gordon comes out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. He wastes no time heading down the ramp to the ring. He jumps up onto the apron and looks out to the crowd and points to one wearing a Rod Gordon T-shirt and gives him the thumbs up. He then leaps over the top rope into the ring and tests the ropes as his music fades. We then hear "Dr. Online" by Zeromancer and Blake Young comes out to a loud ovation from the crowd. He high fives fans all the way to the ring with Amy Stevenson close behind carrying a Canadian flag. She waves to fans and bl,ows kisses to ones holding up signs of marriage proposals and the like towards her. Blake steps up onto the apron and looks out on the crowd and nods. Rod then nails him with a clothesline that sends him sprawling to the floor.
Henry Lesher - Blake was caught napping.
Shannon Skanes - On a rare occasion we agree. Blake has to be ready for that.
Rod leaves the ring and grabs Blake by the hair, pulls him to his feet and rams his face into the stairs and then rolls him into the ring. Rod then climbs onto the apron and then makes his way to the top rope. He drills Blake with a dropkick from the top rope as the bell sounds to get this match started. Rod then goes for the quick pin. 1...2... Blake rolls a shoulder out and Amy applauds at ringside, the flag now resting in the hands of the timekeeper, the lost and found of the GWO. Rod stands Blake up, whips him off the ropes and both men collide in the center of the ring, shoulder to shoulder with neither of them budging. Rod shoves Blake. Blake shoves right back. Rod thumbs Blake in the eye. Blake knees Rod in the ribs, then lands a series of forearms to the jaw on Rod, sending him into the corner. Blake then attempts to whip Rod into the opposite corner, but Rod reverses it. Rod then gives Blake a hip todd out of the corner and places him in an arm bar in the center of the ring. Blake reverses the arm bar and lands a knife edge chop to the throat on Rod Gordon. Blake whips Rod off the ropes and backdrops him down to the mat. Blake knees Rod in the forehead and goes for the pin. 1...2... Rod kicks out.
Henry Lesher - What is this? Go for the pin attempt after weak move night?
Shannon Skanes - They could pin you, Doc.
Blake pulls Rod to his feet, then whips Rod off the ropes and dropkicks him to the mat. Blake then pulls Rod to the center of the ring and applies a figure four leglock as the crowd cheers and we again see Amy applauding. The referee asks Rod is he gives up and Rod shakes his head to that question. Rod then starts fighting to turn the hold over. Rod tries rolling the other way and has the momentum to reverse the hold as the crowd cheers Blake Young on. Blake manages to grab the ropes and the ref forces the break of the hold. Rod gets to his feet and comes at Blake, taking a kick to the ribs in the process. Blake then elbows Rod in the back and leg drops him across the back of the neck before placing him in the sharpshooter. Rod reaches for the ropes even as Blake pulls him closer to the center of the ring. Rod reaches again, shakes his head, tries to push off the mat and then finally taps out. The bell sounds and Blake Young is into the second round.
Shannon Skanes - Solid performance by Blake Young.
Henry Lesher - Yeah he's been impressive, but he hasn't faced anyone major yet.
As Blake leaves the ring, we take a look backstage and see Myst with Kelly Buchanan.
Kelly Buchanan - Myst, tonight you have a shot at a million dollars. How are you feeling?
Myst - I am going to win that million dollars because I feel like a million bucks. I took a look at the matches so far and there's no one who can or will beat me.
Kelly Buchanan - Nice to be confident, I guess.
Myst - Look at my record. I won every damned title in the CWA except the world title because champions ducked me. I was the first world champion in GWO and it took a stable to dethrone me. Tonight, I take my place as the winner and get a shot at getting my title back.
Myst then turns and leaves as Kelly nods, apparently not having anything there to argue with or even dare to argue with.
"Welcome To the Jungle" by Guns N Roses plays as Slim Pickens comes out to a loud ovation from the crowd. He high fives fans on his way to the ring. Slim reaches ringside with Kelli close behind and he winks at one of the fans in the front row. He then steps up onto the apron as Kellu cheers him on and then he steps into the ring before posing on the second rope in the corner. We then hear "Halls of Fear" by Nino Rota and Sal Clemenzo comes out from the back, led by Big Guido and Tony Parizi. The crowd gives them a more mixed reaction than usual.
Henry Lesher - Sal with an entourage?
Shannon Skanes - Tony told me he invested a lot in Sal and was going to see to it that his investment paid off.
Sal reaches ringside and Kelli starts arguing with Big Guido who raises a hand as if to strike her. That brings Slim out of the ring and he stands between Kelli and Guido. Sal Clemenzo then greets Slim with a spinning heel kick to the jaw on the floor. Sal than stands Slim up and whips him into the guard railing which causes Slim to fall to his knees. The ref then shouts at those at ringside to get out. Tony argues to the ref he pays the checks in this place. The ref nods and says Guido and Kelli don't.
Shannon Skanes - Ref Mark Davis is asserting himself here. He might wind up at the bottom of a river, but more power to him for having a little courage.
Henry Lesher - Mix that with zero intelligence.
Sal argues with the ref as Slim gets to his feet and then clotheslines Sal from behind to the floor. Slim then stands Sal up and rolls him into the ring. The bell sounds to get this match started as Slim enters the ring and boot chokes Sal Clemenzo in the ropes. Slim releases the choke before the ref reaches a five count, stands Sal up, whips him into the corner buckle and then knees him in the gut repeatedly before landing an upper cut on Sal. Slim then gives Sal a bulldog to the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Sal Clemenzo as the fans start a chant for Slim. Slim Pickens stands Sal up, whips him off the ropes and Sal ducks a clothesline and then gives Slim a series of knife edge chops before giving him an atomic drop into the corner buckle. Sal then delivers a German suplex into a back bridge pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Slim Pickens.
Shannon Skanes - Sal is on the even of a world title shot. Slim could walk out of here a double champion. This is an important match for both men.
Henry Lesher - You try to make me care and yet I don't.
Sal stands Slim up, whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him to the mat. Sal then does a lionsault onto Slim and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Slim Pickens. Sal asks referee Mark Davis about his ability to count to three and actually smirks at him as he pulls Slim to his feet and then slaps the big man in the face. Slim answers with a series of right hooks to the jaw on Sal and then elbows him in the cheek before headbutting him into the corner. Slim lays the boots to Sal in the corner and then snap mares Sal back to the center of the ring. Slim then places Sal in a front facelock as we see the clock reach the five minute mark. Sal fights his way to his feet, elbows Slim in the side, then thumbs him in the eye and gives him a gutwrench suplex to the mat. Sal then stands Slim up and then bulldogs him to the mat in return for the one he took earlier in the match and goes for the pin. 1...2... Slim gets a foot on the rope. Sal stands Slim up, whips him into the corner and gives him a sidewalk slam out of it.
Shannon Skanes - Impressive action, but again the clock is becoming a factor as we have four minutes left.
Henry Lesher - Yeah we can read.
Sal picks Slim up and body slams him to the mat and then heads to the ropes and makes his way to the top as the crowd cheers for Slim to get up. Sal dives for a flying headbutt off the top which misses when Slim rolls out of the way. Tony Parizi jumps up on the apron and distracts the ref as Slim heads to the ropes and lands the Slim Proposition on Sal and hooks the leg for the pin. The ref continues to argue with Tony Parizi who refuses to get off the apron, stating he owns the ring and can do what he wants. Slim then gets up and goes over and taps the ref on the shoulder. The ref pays him no mind and Sal low blows Slim to even the odds here as the clock shows three minutes remaining. Sal Clemenzo then whips Slim into the corner buckle, kicks him in the ribs and then gives him a swinging neckbreaker and goes for the pin. The ref finally gets his attention back on the match as Parizi drops off the apron. 1...2... Slim manages to roll a shoulder out. Sal stands Slim up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a spinning heel kick to the jaw and again goes for the pin. 1...2... Slim rolls out and pulls Sal's shoulders to the mat for the pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Sal Clemenzo who then rolls out of the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Sal taking this to higher ground. This seems very familiar.
Henry Lesher - Lucky for him Slim won't be able to find him in plain sight like that.
Slim Pickens rolls out of the ring after Sal. Sal turns and goes for a roundhouse kick that Slim ducks and Slim then kicks Sal in the gut and gives him a spinebuster on the floor. Slim then rolls Sal into the ring before entering the ring himself where he goes for the pin. 1...2... Sal gets a foot on the rope as the clock shows two minutes left. Slim then stands Sal up, whips him off the ropes and again lands a spinebuster on him and then Slim heads to the ropes. Slim goes for the Slim Proposition, but Sal brings his knees up to wind Slim as he falls onto them. Sal then uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet as Slim rolls to the other side of the ring and does the same. They then charge at each other and clothesline each other to the mat. They both lie there as the ref starts to count and the clock shows there is one minute left in the match.
Shannon Skanes - Getting down to the wire here.
Henry Lesher - Another man to point out the painfully obvious.
Sal starts pulling himself to his feet first. Slim then rolls to the ropes and starts pulling himself to his feet as the ref reaches a five count. The ref reaches the seven count before Slim gets to his feet to end it. Slim then starts trading knife edge chops with Sal Clemenzo. Sal gives Slim an eye gouge and then a Rock Bottom and goes for the pin. 1...2... Slim gets a foot on the bottom rope. Sal curses himself for not going for that pin in the center of the ring, stands Slim up, whips him into the corner and then walks into a spear from Slim Pickens. Slim goes for the pin. 1...2... Sal rolls a shoulder out as the clock starts to wind down. Slim heads to the ropes, makes his way to the second rope and again tries for the Slim Proposition. Sal rolls out of the way and out of the ring as the clock runs out and the bell sounds.
Shannon Skans - Evenly matched battle here and both are through to the second round.
Henry Lesher - I have to see Slim again? I need alcohol.
We see Shengee Shmelky backstage with Spyder Gainey as Spyder looks at a flute and frowns.
Spyder Gainey - What is this?
Shengee Shmelky - Yo yo yo, foo! Dat be da flutin' for da homies yo!
Spyder Gainey - Yeah, see I don't flute. I should have told you that before I joined this.
Bass then steps out of the nearby locker room and adjusts "his" moustache.
Spyder Gainey - And you know this black dude is a chick, right?
Bass - *in deep feminine voice* I'm a dude.
Spyder Gainey - Dude's don't have racks like that unless they're built like Big Show.
Shengee Shmelky - Yo yo yo, Spidey, soon Flava returns and we become famous.
Spyder Gainey - I am famous and don't call me that.
"Points of Authority" by Linkin Park plays as Boomshalkalaka makes his way to the ring. He gets a rather mixed reaction from the crowd, though the Nova Scotia flag in his hands gets a few cheers.
Henry Lesher - Oh look, Boom joined the flag wavers. American fans will figure it's a Finnish flag.
Shannon Skanes - That's prejudiced of you, Doc.
Henry Lesher - Accurate as well.
Boom jumps up onto the apron and then hands the flag off to the timekeeper. Boom steps into the ring and then we hear "A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park and Myst comes out to the cheers of the crowd. As she makes her way down the ramp, she high fives fans all the way to ringside. She then makes her way around the ring as Shannon stands and gives him a kiss before she steps up onto the apron and then into the ring. The bell sounds as she locks up with Boom. Boom shoves her into the corner and then charges straight into raised knees to the chest from Myst. Myst gives Boom a trip, sending him face first into the corner. She then whips Boom to the opposite corner and then gives him a springboard dropkick to the chest. Boom staggers back into the ropes, his arms becoming entangled in the ropes. Myst kicks Boom in the ribs a number of times before she finally backs off and the ref frees Boom from the ropes. Myst then whips Boom off the ropes. Boom ducks a clothesline and then shoulder blocks Myst down. Boom follows that up with a knee drop to the forehead on Myst. Boom tries for the pin. 1...2... Myst rolls a shoulder out.
Henry Lesher - Attempts to pin after weak moves continue.
Boom stands Myst up, whips her off the ropes and backdrops her to the mat. Myst lands hard on her back and clutches at it in pain and then Boom places her in a full Nelson. The ref asks Myst if she submits as the fans start a chant for her. Boom struggles to hold her still as Myst reaches out with her right leg towards the ropes. She leans forward and then snaps her head back and catches Boom in the jaw. He releases her enough that she is able to snag the rope with her foot to force the break. Myst then places Boom in the Mystifyer! The crowd cheers as Boom scrambles and manages to snag the rope now with his free hand. Myst shakes her head as the ref forces the break, chastizing herself.
Shannon Skanes - If she had applied that in the center of the ring, this match would be over.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, I am so not impressed with ifs.
Boom gets to his feet and locks up with Myst. He then knees her in the gut and then gives her a vertical suplex. Boom stands Myst up, then gives her another vertical suplex and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Myst. Boom shakes his head and informs the ref that was a three count. The ref informs Boom it was two. Boom then stands Myst up, whips her off the ropes and misses with a clothesline when Myst ducks it. Myst DDTs Boom to the mat, then goes to the ropes, leaps to the top and executes a moonsault onto Boom and goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Myst pulls off the win and is through the first round!
Shannon Skanes - That's why I love her.
Henry Lesher - Because she does reverse somersaults onto masked idiots?
Myst leaves the ring, waves to her husband and blows him a kiss before winking at him and then she heads for the back. We then go to another video showing recent GWO happenings we haven't seen on TV. We see plain clothed GWO superstars in the middle of a mall in what appear to be a series of booths. We hear Noah Skanes doing the voiceover.
Noah Skanes - We were all saddened by the events in Southeast Asia with the tsunami. The GWO cares as much as any other organization and we toured various Canadian locations and here, at West Edmonton Mall last Monday, we had a fundraiser and managed to raise over one hundred thousand dollars. The GWO management will match this total and we understand the Canadian government is matching that donation so that adds up to almost a half a million dollars for the victims of this terrible tragedy.
We see Myst and Kosmic Kitty working a kissing booth.
Myst - Well I saw the footage and knew we had to do something to help out.
Kosmic Kitty - I am gonna do what I can to help and send the little kids all the Twinkies they can handle.
The camera then turns and we see Ray Dees at the front of the kissing line. He smiles.
Ray Dees - I have given twenty dollars so far today.
Myst - I am not kissing you again, Ray.
Ray hangs his head and turns away. We then see Rated R selling pictures of himself to the fans, signing them and even getting his picture taken with them as well.
Rated R - Well, it's the least I could do. No, the least I could do is nothing so I guess this does make me a hero. *shrugs* It's a terrible thing that has destroyed so much and so fast, but the spirit it has brought out of everyone has been awesome.
We then see BasketKase at a balloon stall. Kelly Buchanan steps in to interview him.
Kelly Buchanan - Sell a lot of balloons today, BK?
BasketKase - BK sell ballon to nice people! First people like my drawring, now love my ballon! They pay me in MEAT!!
Kelly Buchanan - That's lovely. Any idea how much you have so far?
BasketKase picks up a wad of cash, completely crumpled and disorganized.
BasketKase - I make this many! Meat for wave people!
We then see all of the GWO roster standing together and waving for the camera from the ground as the cameraman is carried away by a helicopter. We fade to black momentarily before we head back to the event.
"Again" by HIM plays as Razorblade makes his way to the ring to a mixed reaction. The promos shot this week by Razorblade and Leech were blocked in fifteen countries and repulsed men as much as women for the first time since Tom Arnold and Roseanne mooned people. Razorblade gets up on the apron, looks out at the crowd and nods, then steps into the ring. "Just Lose It" by Eminem starts to play and Matt Classic and Jake Evans lead Dizz to the ring. Dizz has a robe on and is shadow boxing behind Beyond Control as Mike Tyson once did behind security guards and then... well security guards, just the behind bars variety. Dizz then reaches ringside and spots a kid holding up a sign with a wheelchair on it that slams Dizz. Dizz laughs, pulls a pen out of his robe and signs it, then tears it to pieces before he rolls himself into the ring. Dizz stands, starts dancing in the ring and pumping his fists as the fans boo him and Razorblade stands in the corner, eyebrows raised and not sure whether to attack or laugh at him.
Shannon Skanes - This is an interesting entrance.
Henry Lesher - What is it with the showboating tonight?
Shannon Skanes - We have a large budget, a huge stage, a large number of fans paying to watch this and wrestlers want to make a good impression.
Henry Lesher - He will impress upon people that he is a jackass.
The bell sounds and Dizz removes the robe, then starts dancing around the ring and shadow boxing again as he and Razor both circle each other. They lock up and Dizz backs Razorblade into the ropes. The ref asks for and gets a clean break... well until Dizz thumbs Razorblade in the eye. Dizz then lands a series of forearms to the chin on Razorblade and then whips him into the opposite corner. Dizz then charges into the corner, avalanching Razorblade who is still struggling with his vision from the eye poke. Dizz then goes for a snap mare, but Razor kicks Dizz in the back, then picks him up and gives him a German suplex into the corner. Razorblade then holds Dizz, stands him up and gives him another German suplex and holds his shoulders down in a back bridge for the pin. 1...2... Dizz rolls out of it. Razorblade stands Dizz up, whips him off the ropes and backdrops him to the mat. Razorblade then boot chokes Dizz using the ropes for leverage. Razorblade then rolls Dizz out of the ring and gets a sadistic smile on his face as he follows him out.
Shannon Skanes - Razorblade doesn't appear to be impressed with the three time champion.
Henry Lesher - I wouldn't be if I was him either. Dizz comes out to crappy music as a crappy wrestler now. It's sad. Well, it would be if I cared. He was more entertaining in the wheelchair.
Razorblade grabs Dizz by the hair, stands him up and slams his head into the guard railing. Razorblade then slams Dizz shoulder first into the steel ring steps and then rolls him into the ring. Razorblade then rolls himself into the ring and goes for the pin on Dizz. 1...2... kick out by Dizz. Razorblade stands Dizz up, whips him off the ropes and misses with a clothesline Dizz ducks. Dizz then kicks Razorblade in the gut, then gives him a stunner and goes for the quick pin. 1...2... Razoreblade rolls a shoulder out. Dizz stands Razorblade up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a running enziguri to the side of the head. Dizz then DDTs Razorblade to the mat and goes for the pin as we reach the five minute mark. 1...2... Razor again manages to roll a shoulder out in time.
Shannon Skanes - Dizz showing that infamous rush of energy we knew him for in the CWA.
Henry Lesher - Lately that has resulted in a lot of infamous losses as well.
Dizz stands Razorblade up, pulls him into the corner and starts landing kicks to the ribs. Razor reverses that and starts landing kicks to the ribs on Dizz and then hip tosses him to the center of the ring before dropkicking him in the back of the head. Razorblade then picks Dizz up and power slams him to the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Dizz as the clock shows we have passed the six minute mark. Razorblade then stands Dizz up, whips him into the corner and then both men clothesline each other to the mat and the ref starts counting them both down. At the four count, Dizz kips up to his feet with a smile on his face. Matt and Jake applaud and cheer from ringside. Dizz's smile fades when Razorblade kips up to his feet as well to beat the count. Razorblade then thumbs Dizz in the eye and then whips him off the ropes and gives him a spinebuster to the mat. Razorblade goes for the pin at that point. 1...2... kick out by Dizz. Razorblade then shouts at Beyond Control to shut up as he pulls Dizz to his feet. Dizz gives Razorblade a jawbreaker and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Razorblade. Dizz shakes his head as he pulls Razorblade to his feet and we have reached the seven minute mark.
Shannon Skanes - Lots of near falls, good action here.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, lots of people lacking finish here tonight. It's great.
Dizz whips Razorblade off the ropes and then backdrops him over the ropes on his side of the ring to the floor. Dizz then backs off and has a few words with the ref as he then backs away and Beyond Control head around to Razorblade. razorblade lands a low blow on Matt Classic, but Jake Evans kicks Razorblade in the jaw, then picks him up and body slams him to the floor. Jake then rolls Razorblade into the ring as the ref turns back to face the action. He knows something happened, but didn't see it so all he can do is tell them to step away. Dizz goes for the pin on the fallen Razorblade. 1...2... Razorblade reverses the pin into a small package pin attempt on Dizz. 1...2... Dizz kicks out and then rolls himself out of the ring. He calls for timeout and the ref shakes his head. Fans in the area mock Dizz who then asks them how many world titles they have won. Dizz huddles with Beyond Control as the clock shows we have passed eight minutes.
Shannon Skanes - Two minutes left and these three discussing strategy.
Henry Lesher - Probably figuring out who is dating who.
Dizz rolls himself into the ring where Razorblade greets him with a series of kicks to the back. Razorblade then stands Dizz up, whips him off the ropes and kicks him in the gut, then gives him a gutwrench suplex. Razorblade then makes his way up the ropes. Beyond Control inches closer to Razorblad,e so he turns and launches himself onto them with a flying cross body that sends each of them to the floor. We see there is one minute left as razorblade drags himself into the ring where Dizz grabs him into a headlock and lands the Reckless Abandon. 1...2... kick out by Razorblade. Dizz argues vehemently with the ref about the speed of that count as he pulls Razorblade to his feet. Dizz whips Razorblade off the ropes and both men shoulder block each other. Neither man falls. Dizz then informs Razorblade time is running out and he is a legend. razorblade raises his hand and starts to reply, but then lands a series of knife edge chops to the chest of Dizz. Razorblade then whips Dizz off the ropes and gives him a dropkick to the mat. Razorblade goes for the quick pin attempt. 1...2... Dizz manages to kick out. Razorblade stands Dizz up, whips him off the ropes and ducks his head for a backdrop only to have Dizz kick him in the face. Dizz then turns Razorblade around and gives him another Reckless Abandon as the clock winds down. 1...2... the bell sounds to signal that time is up! Dizz gets up and celebrates what he believes to be a win.
Shannon Skanes - The match was a draw according to the clock, so Dizz is mistaken in his celebration here.
Henry Lesher - Well he's an idiot now, so that's not surprising.
The announcement is made that the match is a draw and Dizz turns to the ref and starts kicking him. Razorblade rolls out of the ring as security races into the ring to stop Dizz and Beyond Control from working over the referee.
Henry Lesher - Razorblade still has a perfect record, not a win to be found.
Shannon Skanes - He did make it to round two.
Henry Lesher - Thanks to your flawed timed system.
As Razorblade heads to the back and Dizz and Beyond Control are sent out of the ring, a spotlight shines down upon a makeshift stage in the vicinity of the rampway entrance. We see Shengee Shmelky, Frank Merritt, Bass, Spyder Gainey and Ingee Shmelky on stage and hear the music starting up.
Shengee Shmelky - Yo yo yo! Dis be da return of da Flava yo! I be da Shengee wit da Gainey and dis be da Flava! Word to your brutha!
We then hear the beginning notes for New Kids On the Block's "Right Stuff" and Frank and Spyder look at each other. They exit the stage as Shengee and Ingee dance at the front of it. Bass moves "his" head around, but clearly isn't happy with the choice of song either.
Shengee Shmelky - Baby baby, yo yo! Ya got da right stuff baby! Shizzle wit ya all night long grizzle fizzle yo!
Shengee then takes notice of a lack of Frank's trumpet and taps Ingee on the shoulder. They then signal for the music to be killed and head off. Bass stands there alone for a few awkward moments before bowing and then runs off.
Henry Lesher - Thank God that's over.
Shannon Skanes - Flava is never over.
"Survival of the Sickest" by Saliva plays as Halloween Jack makes his way to the ring to a more mixed reaction than one might expect. Jack does high five a few fans on his way to the ring and tells the camera tonight they will see something amazing from him. He then jumps up onto the apron and smiles as he steps into the ring. "Pretty Life" by Jakalope plays as Chastity comes out to a loud ovation. She quickly makes her way down the ramp to ringside and then looks up at Jack inside the ring, smiles and shakes her head. She then steps up onto the apron, ducks a clothesline from an impatient Jack and then gives him a forearm to the side of the head. Chastity then jumps to the top rope and jumps into the arms of Jack who first catches her then spins her to the mat with a power slam as the bell sounds to get this match started. 1...2... kick out by Chastity. Jack informs Chastity that no one suckers him and gets away with it. He stands her up, whips her into the corner and races in, taking a kick to the chin from Chastity who then pulls Jack to the mat and quickly places him in a Boston Crab.
Shannon Skanes - I am impressed with the pace of these matches.
Henry Lesher - They have no finish, though. It's sick and sad all at once, but at least you booked Q and Shelia as the last match of the first round. You got something right, at least.
Jack reaches for the ropes as Chastity struggles to hold the much stronger wrestler in the middle of the ring. Jack powers up from the mat to his elbows and scurries to the ropes and manages to grab them. The ref forces the break and Chastity shakes her head as she releases him. Jack quickly gets to his feet and again tells her he cannot be suckered. Chastity dropkicks Jack right through the ropes to the floor. Jack quickly gets to his feet and slaps the railing and informs the ref she cannot do that. Jack grabs the ropes and pulls himself back into the ring. Jack then gets to his feet and locks up with Chastity, then knees her in the ribs before arm dragging her to the mat where he then places her in an arm bar. She then gets to her feet, does a standing somersault to get out of it and takes a headbutt from Jack who then picks her up and gives her a shoulderbreaker before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chastity. Jack pulls her to her feet, whips her into the corner buckle and then gives her an inverted atomic drop. Jack then appears to be asking Chastity to put an end to this fight and go for dinner after she lets him have this one. Chastity responds with a slap across the face on Jack and then clotheslines him to the mat. Chastity then boot chokes Jack in the ropes.
Shannon Skanes - It would appear she wasn't interested.
Henry Lesher - That makes two of us.
Chastity releases her choke on Jack, stands him up and whips him off the ropes, then backdrops him to the mat. He then rolls to the ropes and starts pulling himself to his feet as Chastity tries to put the boots to him. Jack spears her to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chastity. Jack then stands her up, whips her off the ropes and backdrops her to the mat. Jack then comes off the ropes and lands a leg drop across the throat on her and again goes for the pin. 1...2... Chastity manages to roll a shoulder out. The clock shows this match is five minutes old now. Jack stands Chastity up, whips her off the ropes and she ducks a clothesline, then does a handspring off the ropes into a headscissors takedown on Jack. She then gets to her feet quickly, leaps to the top rope and tries for the moonsault only to have Jack roll out of the way. Jack then rolls himself right out of the ring to regroup.
Shannon Skanes - Once round one is done, round two will be chosen by random drawing.
Henry Lesher - How is that fair?
Shannon Skanes - My tournament, Doc. I have the right to assign rules as I see fit.
Henry Lesher - Yes, Stalin, I understand.
Jack pulls himself into the ring as Chastity gets back to her feet, still looking winded from her crash to the mat. The two lock up. Jack tries for a kick to the ribs, but Chastity grabs his foot, spins him around and gives him an atomic drop. Chastity then shoves him into the corner where she slams his head into the turbuckle repeatedly as the crowd counts off the shots. They reach ten and then Jack reverses it and slams her face into the buckle ten times before he gives her a German suplex and then goes for the pin. 1...2... Chastity kicks out as we see there is four minutes left in this match. Jack tells the ref that was three, but the ref doesn't see it that way and holds up two fingers. Jack stands Chastity up, whips her off the ropes and gives her a gutwrench backbreaker to the mat. Jack then heads to the ropes and starts making his way to the top. Jack reaches the top and poses for the crowd once before launching himself onto Chasity with a flying elbow smash to the throat. He then lays over her for the pin, arms folded across his chest. 1...2... Chastity kicks out and Jack looks shocked by that.
Shannon Skanes - Arrogant pin attempt.
Henry Lesher - Shame it didn't work for him. I detested the Glamour Girls more than anything I ever saw in the CWA.
Shannon Skanes - I heard you don't go for pretty girls.
Jack stands Chastity up, whips her into the corner and charges in shoulder first. Chastity side steps it and watches Jack's shoulder slam into the steel corner post. Chastity then places Jack's throat over the middle rope and chokes him with it. The clock now shows three minutes left. Chastity releases her hold on Jack, stands him up, whips him off the ropes and superkicks him in the chin. She then goes for the pin. 1...2... Jack rolls a shoulder out. Chastity stands Jack up, whips him into the corner and then hip tosses him back to the middle of the ring. Chastity then dropkicks Jack in the back of the neck and follows that up with a sleeperhold as we see the clock reach the two minutes left mark. Jack fights to stay awake in an effective sleeper by Chastity. The ref raises Jack's arm and it falls once. He raises it and again it falls. The ref reaises it a third time, but this time Jack manages to keep it raised. Jack then starts landing elbows to the ribs on her to weaken the hold and then snap mares her to the mat and he places her in a sleeperhold. Chastity reaches out with her right foot and manages to snag the ropes to force the break. Jack quickly gets to his feet and knees Chastity in the back, then pulls her to the mat by her hair and then places his forearm across her throat, choking her and then informing her that it didn't have to be this way.
Shannon Skanes - Jack needs to just wrestle the match. This is wasting time.
Henry Lesher - And the universe tilts slightly when I agree with the bossman here.
Jack stands Chastity up, whips her into the corner and then lands a series of elbows to the chin on her before he picks her up and power slams her to the mat, again trying for the pin. 1...2... Chastity gets a foot on the rope. Jack stands her up, whips her into the corner and comes in and knee lifts her in the ribs four times before pulling her from the corner and then setting her for and delivering a fisherman's suplex before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chastity again, managing to stay alive as thirty seconds is all that remains here. Jack grabs Chastity by the hair, sets her up and looks to the crowd who is trying to cheer her on and Jack then lands a Trick or Treat on her and goes for the pin. 1...2... Chastity again gets a foot on the rope! Jack argues with the ref and the bell sounds to makr the time limit end of this match!
Henry Lesher - Wow, will anyone win anything tonight?
Shannon Skanes - Evenly matches from top to bottom, this is the GWO at its best.
Backstage we see Shengee Shmelky looking in a locker room for Spyder Gainey and Frank Merritt. Instead, he comes across Boomshalkalaka.
Boomshalkalaka - What the hell are you doing in here?
Shengee Shmelky - Yo yo yo, Boomie! I be looking for da man Spyder and da man Frank!
Boomshalkalaka - You're a joke.
Shengee Shmelky - I know you not be sayin' dat about da Shengee, da heartbreak albino yo!
The stand face to face... well face to chest anyways. A small man in black hair and black make up steps in between.
Black Haired Man - No fighting here. There's been too much pain already.
Shengee Shmelky - Y yo yo! Ma cousin Emo Shmelky be in da house!
The two embrace as Boom shakes his head and walks away.
Henry Lesher - If that father had more kids than the twin idiots, I will string him up by his liver.
Shannon Skanes - Emo Shmelky? Dear Lord...
"Battle Without Honor or Humanity" by Tomayasu Hotei plays as Q comes out to the ring and looks out at the booing crowd and shakes his head. He stands momentraily at the top of the ramp as two fireballs explode from either end of the stage. He then continues making his way to the ring. He steps up onto the apron and then through the ropes. He then paces as "Cresendolls" by Daft Punk plays ans Shelia Lavin comes out to a more positive reaction from the capacity crowd. She even stops to sign an autograph for a kid in the front row, Gloria Lavin close behind her. Shelia then heads to ringside, looks into the ring at Q and nods once before she steps up onto the apron. She surveys the crowd and then steps slowly through the ropes. The bell sounds and Q and Shelia lock eyes on each other. Q offers Shelia his hand and she looks out to the crowd as if looking for their approval.
Shannon Skanes - I would like to think a GWO executive wouldn't fall for that.
Shelia looks at Q, cocks her fist and looks ready to drill him. Instead, she agrees to shake hands with him. Both of their faces wince in pain and both fall to their knees and then they both tap out. The fans are silenced as the bell rings and they both smile. They then stand, raises each other's arms and bow once before the crowd.
Henry Lesher - I wish the GWO president didn't keep falling for Q's ruses.
Shannon Skanes - I am anticipating a reason here?
Shelia and Q burst out laughing. Tina has a big smile on her face, while Gloria has a slight smirk. Tina grabs a microphone and tosses it to Q. Q offers it to Shelia, but she motions for him to do it. He shrugs.
Shannon Skanes - What the hell is going on here?
Q - My god you people are stupid. I mean, really, whoever said "You can't fool all the people all the time" was a fool. We fooled all you people, didn't we? Oh, I see that Skanes is confused. And since he is such a reliable yard stick for all of you morons, let me spell this out for you. A few weeks ago, The Nerd got a call. From Shelia here. And she had one hell of an idea. "GWO is growing Nerd. And it's currently in a state of flux. There is chaos all over the place. It's ripe for the picking." Now at first, The Dweeb was hesitiant, but the more Shelia talked, the more he realised that it was true. GWO is, let's face it, in desperate need of someone to guide it.
Henry Lesher - It sure does.
Q: It needs someone to shape it into the powerhouse it could be.
Henry Lesher - He's right.
Q - It needs, basically, someone like me and Shelia in full command.
Henry Lesher - Indeed it does.
Q - But we are not here to do that.
Henry Lesher - Testi...what?
Q - See, this company has a future ahead of it. With hard work, it could become great. But we're not really into hard work. We're both rich enough that we don't need this company. Ergo, we're here for one simple reason. To have fun. We are not here to run the company, to hold all the belts. Not to say we wouldn't welcome them, but that's not what we are here for. We are here for one thing, and one thing only. To have fun. And when Reality has fun, you get the hangover.
Q gives the microphone to Shelia.
Shelia Lavin - Ah, but you forgot one important thing Q. While Reality is back to simply have fun and all that, there is one thing we want. We remember a year ago, when Moose stole Our Tourney Win. So, after tonight, we're here to have fun. Because tonight, we're here to win. Now, as a woman with some degree of stroke around here, although I get the feeling I won't have it for much longer, I'm making an excutive decision. As there is a tie in a match, either no-one advances, or both wrestlers advance. And I choose that we both advance, and in the highly unlikely event that we both get a submission or pinfall in any following matches, then we again, will both advance. Ladies and Gentlemen, Reality will be winning tonight. Oh, and Razorblade, we pulled your name out to face us in round two. Are you back there? Our match starts...now.
Shelia drops the mic, and tells the ref to start counting. He does so.
Henry Lesher - Reality is back! I heard it!
Shannon Skanes - We all heard it. Shut up.
Q and Shelia leave with Gloria walking close behind and the crowd generally feeling ripped off as both advance together, just how they set the whole thing up.

Shannon takes off his headset and goes to the ring and shouts at the ref to get his attention. He informs the ref this match will be triple threat and then heads back to his broadcast position as "Again" by HIM plays and Razorblade races into the ring where Q and Shelia both put the boots to him. They stand him up as the bell sounds to start this match, whip him off the ropes and double clothesline him to the mat. Q then stands Razorblade up, whips him into the corner and Q then whips Shelia Lavin into Razorblade for an avalanche. Q then picks Razorblade up over his shoulder and gives him a running power slam to the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Razorblade.
Henry Lesher - I wonder how they will spend the million dollars.
Shannon Skanes - It will comfort them when they are out of work.
Henry Lesher - Oh you can't get rid of the greatest stable in history.
Shannon Skanes - They made a mockery of those who legitimately made it to the second round. They never broke a sweat and they know Razorblade was taken to task by Dizz.
Henry Lesher - So you're firing them for being smarter than everyone else?
Q stands Razorblade up, whips him off the ropes and Razorblade ducks a clothesline and then catches a napping Shelia with a clothesline that sends her over to the top rope to the floor, then comes back and spears Q off his feet to the mat as the crowd explodes. Razorblade is slow to go for the cover. 1...2... kick out by Q as Shelia gets to her feet and rolls herself into the ring. Razorblade greets her with a series of punches to the jaw and then whips her into the corner. Razorblade then charges in for the avalanche on Shelia in return for the one she gave him moments ago. Razorblade then hip tosses her to the center of the ring. Q gets to his feet, so Razorblade takes a shot at him which Q ducks. Q then grabs Razorblade around the throat and sets him up for and delivers a choke slam on him. Q then goes for the pin. 1...2... Razorblade gets his foot on the second rope. The crowd starts a chant for the underdog as Q stands him up, whips him off the ropes and then backdrops him to the mat. Shelia then lands a leg drop across the throat on him and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Razorblade. Q then leg drops Razorblade across the throat. Shelia lands another leg drop across the throat on Razorblade who then rolls himself out of the ring choking as he falls to the floor.
Shannon Skanes - Dear Lord, they'll crush his larnyx doing that.
Henry Lesher - He was the courageous one that answered the call, boss. He knew what he was racing into.
Q leaves the ring, grabs Razorblade and tries to whip him into the corner post only to have Razorblade reverse that and whips Q into the steel post instead. Razorblade then rolls himself into the ring where Shelia greets him with a series of kicks to the head. Razorblade fights through that and pulls Shelia off her feet to the mat and then lands a series of rights and lefts to the head on her. Razorblade then gets to his feet, goes to the ropes and is tripped up and pulled out of the ring by Q. Q sets Razorblade for a choke slam on the floor. Razorblade lands a series of elbows to the head on Q. He then slams Q's head into the apron. Inside the ring, Shelia gets to her feet, spots Razorblade and goes for the baseball slide. Razorblade pulls Q into the way of it and she slides under the ropes, dropkicking Q into the guard railing. Razorblade then rolls himself into the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Ed Whalen would have called that a malfunction at the junction.
Henry Lesher - It was talk like that which killed Stampede Wrestling.
Shannon Skanes - No, that would be Vince.
Shelia pulls herself into the ring as Q struggles to get to his feet. Razorblade greets Shelia with the Razorblade Kiss and goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Razorblade wins in a shocker to advance to the quarter finals!
Shannon Skanes - The elite eight have their first wrestler.
Henry Lesher - That was a fast count. The rest of this event will be wrestled, but under the protest of Reality.
Shannon Skanes - Against all odds, Razorblade has won his first GWO match.
Henry Lesher - Hope he enjoys it because Q won't forget it and he'll hunt Razorblade down for this.
Backstage we see Kosmic Kitty entering the arena with Stevie James at her side. They walk arm in arm down the corridor until they come face to face with Ray Dees who has that smile on his face.
Ray Dees - So, you two are back from the honeymoon. I trust there was... a lot of honeymooning going on?
Stevie James - We are not going to talk to you about that.
Ray Dees - *as they try to step around them and he heads them off* But really, you're here and yet not scheduled until the second part of this event. What brings the love birds here early?
Stevie James - If that was your business, we would tell you.
Ray tries to block them off again, but Stevie grabs him by the hair, opens a nearby closet and tosses Ray into it, then blocks the door with a chair so that it won't open, wedging it under the doorknob.
Ray Dees - *muffled by the door* Come on guys! I am just doing my job! Let me out!
Stevie and Kitty move on, once again arm in arm.
"Nevermore" by Enemies of Reality plays as Leech makes his way to the ring. He receives loud boos from the crowd as he yells at the camera that Razorblade sucks and he hopes to face him in the next round. Leech reaches ringside and looks up at the lights and doesn't appear impressed. He then makes his way up the steps onto the apron where he then waits for his opponent. We hear "The Hell Song" by Sum 41 and Gerard Angelo makes his way to the ring which draws just as loud of boos as they did for Leech. Leech looks out to ringside and Gerard and smiles, motioning him into the ring. Gerard holds up his TV title and tell Leech he is a champion in the GWO for a reason. Again, Leech motions him into the ring. Gerard drops his title and tries to quickly slide into the ring for an advantage. Gerard takes a knee to the back from Leech as the bell sounds to start this match up.
Henry Lesher - Angelo is in there with a true legend now. He is so far beyond done it's not funny.
Shannon Skanes - I hope they both get eliminated.
Leech stands Gerard Angelo up, whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him to the mat. Leech then grabs Gerard by the hair, pulls him to his feet and drapes his throat over the top rope and chokes him with it. Leech then tosses Gerard Angelo over the top rope and to the floor. Leech climbs to the top rope then and waits for Gerard to stands, then goes for the double axe handle from there only to take a punch to the breadbasket from Gerard who then whips Leech head first into the guard railing. Gerard then slams Leech's face into the steel ring steps before rolling him back into the ring, a smile on his face as he then rolls himself into the ring and goes for the pin. 1...2... Leech rolls a shoulder out. Gerard rolls Leech back out of the ring, then heads out after him. Gerard grabs Leech by the hair, pulls him to his feet and slams his head into the ring steps again. Gerard then picks Leech up and takes a run, slamming Leech's back into the opposite corner post. Gerard then rolls himself into the ring to break up the count as he rolls right back out. Gerard puts the boots to Leech and then stands him up and whips him towards the steel corner post only to have Leech reverse it. Gerard's back slams into the steel corner post and Leech then rolls himself into the ring to break up the count before rolling himself back out.
Henry Lesher - Gerard might have been fine, but he took this to Leech's home outside the ring.
Shannon Skanes - He was really beating the crap out of him in his house then.
Leech picks Gerard up and power slams him to the floor in an unsual show of strength by Leech. Leech then knee drops Gerard to the forehead on the floor before standing him up and rolling him back into the ring. Leech has a few words with a fan in the front row before he pulls himself back into the ring as well. Leech places Gerard in a full Nelson and the ref checks for a submission right away. Gerard shakes his head and refuses to submit even as Leech tries to tighten the hold. Gerard starts to power out of the move. Leech releases and the gives Gerard an atomic drop followed by a side Russian leg sweep to the mat before going for the pin. 1...2... Gerard manages to kick out. Leech stands Gerard up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a spinning heel kick in the corner. Leech monkey flips Gerard out of the corner to the center of the ring and then goes for the springboard moonsault only to find nobody home when he hits the mat as Gerard rolls out of the way.
Shannon Skanes - Gerard is proving to be a rude guest in Leech's home.
Henry Lesher - No one cares what you think. Besides, ringside is his home, I said.
Shannon Skanes - So the ring is the roof then?
Henry Lesher - It's shut up. That's where it is.
Gerard Angelo gets to his feet and smiles and nods, telling the crowd he is about to end this and end Leech. He pulls Leech to his feet. Leech stomps on the foor of Gerard, then elbows him in the chin and then gives him the Blood Drain. Leech then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Leech pulls the win seemingly out of nowhere to advanace to the quarter finals.
Henry Lesher - So that sets it up nicely. Round three Leech will face Razorblade, gets to kick his ass twice in one night!
Shannon Skanes - Round three is random drawings same as round two, Doc. The semis will be known before hand, but that's by a drawing after round two.
Henry Lesher - You'll do anything to screw the right people over.
We are then taken back... we see the logo from Battle of the Warriors 2004, then see footage from the tournament finals last year. Moose and Q get to their feet. Q charges and Moose dodges the charges and then places Q into a headlock and DDTs him to the mat. Moose goes for the pin. 1...2... Q kicks out. Moose then gets to his feet and stands poised in the corner for Q to get up. When Q does get up, he is attacked by Moose who lands a Mooseplex on Q and then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Moose had pulled off the impossible upset!
Henry Lesher - NOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Ricky Simms - The Moose has won the tournament! This arena is going wild! On a bad knee and battling who knows how many other lifelong injuries we don't know about, Moose has become a millionaire and the top contender in the CWA coming out of Battle of the Warriors! He has earned the right to face the winner of tonight's match between Dante and Vigilante!
As Moose is seen on one knee, his arm raised, the shot fades to black and we then head back to ringside.
Shannon Skanes - That's what it looks like when the right guy wins a million bucks.
Henry Lesher - I am still protesting that result. I thought I had that footage destroyed.
"New York" by Ja Rule plays as Wren SilverPhoenix makes her way to the ring. She receives a mixed response and this time is led by Frank Merritt when she comes down to the ring. Frank steps up on the apron first and holds the ropes open for Wren. She steps into the ring and Frank then drops to ringside and starts having words with a fan in the front row, making the usual great first impression as only he can. We then hear "Just Lose It" by Eminem as Beyond Control lead Dizz to the ring. This time, Dizz is wearing a New York Yankees jersey and is holding up a sign stating that Toronto is hoping to get an expansion baseball team soon.
Henry Lesher - That sign is accurate.
Shannon Skanes - Low blow on any Blue Jays fans there might be here.
Henry Lesher - He should mention the NHL strike, too and really get them going.
Dizz starts up the steps as Jake Evans and Matt Classic have a few words with Frank Merritt, the monster of the group known as Flock. Dizz steps into the ring and the bell sounds as the two of them lock up in the middle of the ring. Dizz headbutts Wren, then eye gouges her and then gives her a series of knife edge chops that back her into the ropes. Dizz then whips Wren off the ropes. Wren leap frogs Dizz, then turns and dropkicks him in the back. Dizz staggers and falls, his throat landing on the middle rope and resting there. Wren sees her opportunity and comes off the ropes and goes for the 619 only to have Dizz move out of the way, catch her in mid air and gives her a spinning power slam to the mat where he tries for the three count. 1...2... kick out by Wren. Dizz stands Wren up, whips her into the corner and gives her a running clothesline there as Frank shoves Jake Evans outside the ring. Referee Vince Flynn then proceeds to order all three away from ringside. They all protest as security races down the ramp to get the troublemakers away from the ring. The ref's back turned and with Dizz distracted, Wren drops to her knees and low blows Dizz twice, then pushes him down face first to the mat as he winces in pain.
Henry Lesher - Not creative, but effective by Wren.
Shannon Skanes - She won't be on his Christmas list this year.
Wren gets to her feet and then does a standing somersault onto Dizz and hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2... Dizz manages to kick out at the last moment. Wren slaps the mat and then pulls Dizz to his feet. She whips him off the ropes and lands a dropkick on him. Wren then goes to the ropes and makes her way to the top. She turns her back to the ring and then lands a moonsault on Dizz and goes for the pin. 1...2... Dizz again rolls a shoulder out to stay alive here. Wren stands Dizz up, whips him into the corner and then charges in shoulder first only to have Dizz sidestep it. Dizz then gives Wren the Reckless Abandon and goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Dizz gets the win to move on to round three.
Shannon Skanes - Clean win for Dizz here over Wren who put up a good fight.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, well it didn't matter much for her, did it?
Dizz grabs the microphone from Shelley Morris.
Dizz - Hey, bossman at ringside! Next round I get Razorblade again! Make it happen! I had him pinned and the bell saved him! It won't save him again!
Shannon Skanes - *smiles* I'll see what I can do, Dizz.
Dizz - *nods* You will get me that match or I will come out here and kick your sorry ass all over this damned arena!
Shannon Skanes - *laughs* Okay, Dizz, settle yourself down here.
Dizz tosses the microphone at Shelley, narrowly missing her face as she ducks and catches it in her right hand. Dizz then leaves the ring, telling the fans to shut up as they boo his exit.
Backstage we see Emo Shmelky rounding a corner and running head on into Rod Gordon.
Emo Shmelky - Oh hey! You're Rod Gordon. Dude, your matches inspired me to cut myself so much.
Rod Gordon - Oh God, it's the new Shmelky. I don't have time for you.
Emo Shmelky - I think it sucks you lost in the first round tonight. I mean, only five people were eliminated so it must suck knowing only four other people sucked like you tonight.
Rod Gordon - Pardon me?
Emo opens his mouth to repeat himself, but Rod spears him against the wall before he has a chance. Rod then kicks him twice in the ribs before leaving him there in the fetal position in pain. Is Emo sucking his thumb?
"A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park plays as Myst comes out to the cheers of the crowd. She makes her way down the ramp and starts once again high fiving fans on her way to ringside. She makes her way up the ringsteps and steps through the ropes and then steps up onto the second rope and poses in the corner. She then steps down as "Pretty Life" by Jakalope plays and Chastity comes out to an ovation of her own. She also high fives fans on her way to the ring, then makes her way up the ring steps and steps through the ropes. Chastity offers to shake hands with Myst as the bell sounds to get things underway. Myst looks left, looks right and then looks at Chastity. The two shake hands momentarily and then they lock up. Myst powers Chastity into the corner and the ref demands a clean break here. Myst slowly backs off. Both women nod and then lock up again. This time, Chastity overpowers Myst and then shoves her hard into the corner. Chastity lands a series of elbows to the chin on Myst who then lands a series of knife edge chops to the chest on Chastity to drive her to the center of the ring. Myst then whips Chastity off the ropes and gives her a lariat that sends her to the mat. Myst tries for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chastity.
Henry Lesher - Awful match up here between two overrated females.
Shannon Skanes - Well, we don't agree on that.
Henry Lesher - That's because you are a slave to your hormones.
Myst stands Chastity up, whips her off the ropes and dropkicks her to the mat. Myst then points to the ropes, looks out to the fans and nods. The fans cheer as Myst makes her way to the top, then jumps, attempting a five star frog splash only to find Chastity has rolled out of the way when she comes crashing to the mat. Chastity uses the ropes to quickly get to her feet, then stands Myst up, whips her into the corner and then arm drags her out of it. Chastity then stands Myst up, kicks her in the ribs causing her to double over, then picks her up and delivers a power bomb on her before going for the pin. 1...2... Myst manages to kick out. Chastity then stands Myst up, whips her off the ropes and Myst manages to duck a clothesline, then gives Chastity an axe chop across the back of the neck, turns her around and DDTs her to the mat before rolling her over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Chatity. Myst then rolls Chastity out of the ring and quickly follows behind. Myst grabs Chastity by the hair, stands her up and headbutts her backwards, sending her tripping over the stairs. Chastity falls hard on her back and grabs at the leg that tripped over the stairs as if she injured her knee. Myst nods and rolls Chastity into the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Yeah, she has wanted Chastity in the ring for awhile. She's not letting this win get away.
Myst sets Chastity up for and places her in a sharpshooter. Chastity screams from the pain of her injured knee and fights to push herself up from the mat, but quickly sees there's no use. She then taps out and the ref calls for the bell. Myst has moved on to round three.
Henry Lesher - That was violent. I did kind of enjoy the way that turned out.
Shannon Skanes - Ever since the accident, she has had those moments where she loses it.
Chastity gets to her feet, using the ropes for balance and she turns and offers her hand to Myst the same as she did before the match started. Myst looks to the crowd and then back to Chastity. She shakes hands with her and then exits the ring as the ref checks on Chastity's sore knee. Myst walks out the winner and informs the camera she is three matches away from adding a million to her total. We then look backstage and find Rod Gordon in Tony Parizi's office.
Tony Parizi - What I don't get, Rod, is you have a shot at the tag titles tonight and you are complaining to me?
Rod Gordon - I have been in the GWO for a long time now and I deserve something better than this.
Tony Parizi - You came up short against Blake Young. That tells me some things.
Rod Gordon - Next week, give me a challenge. Next week, in a singles match, give me a real challenge and I will show you what I can do.
Tony Parizi - *shrugs* You know, I was approached by Adam West about Emo Shmelky wanting a shot at you, but you make a valid point. Next week, you got it. Rod Gordon will face the TV championship winner from tonight.
Rod Gordon - *smiles* You won't regret this.
Tony Parizi - No, I know I won't. However, you might.
"Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne plays as Jack Spade comes out to a loud chorus of boos from the crowd. He holds his hardcore title high above his head and even shows it to the camera as he makes his way to the ring. Jack then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron and walks along the apron and then steps through the ropes. Jack paces inside the ring as his music fades and the lights go down, "Rock Superstar" by Cypress Hill starting to play. Lethal Weapon comes out, his pyro shooting off from every part of the stage area. The crowd cheers as Lethal comes to the ring, the world title around his waist. He looks into the ring at Jack and tells him Cinderella's clock is about to strike midnight. Jack gets up on the ropes and has a few words for Lethal who then drops his belt at ringside, jumps onto the apron and steps through the ropes as the lights comes back up. The bell sounds as Jack attacks Lethal with a series of punches to the ribs, then picks Lethal up and body slams him to the mat. Jack Spade then knee drops Lethal in the chest and then goes for the quick pin. 1...2... Lethal kicks out. Jack Spade then stands the world champ up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a sidewalk slam out of it.
Shannon Skanes - The hardcore champ with the control here early.
Henry Lesher - I hope so, because I am sick of Weapon's boasting and his self-serving nature.
Shannon Skanes - Okay, yeah, Leech and Q aren't like that at all.
Jack stands Lethal up, goes for the Irish whip only to have Lethal reverse it and Lethal then shoulder blocks Jack down to the mat and then gives him a knee to the chest and then measures him for an elbowsmash that connects to the throat. Lethal Weapon then stands Jack up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. Lethal Weapon then sets in the corner for the spear. Jack wisely rolls himself out of the ring, then jumps over the guard railing and appears headed for the exit. Lethal leaves the ring and pursues Jack over the railing and starts trading punches with him in the middle of the fans.
Shannon Skanes - Jack was ready to walk out on a million dollars?
Henry Lesher - Maybe he figures his girlfriend will suddenly appear if he wins it. Maybe that's what is really behind her kidnapping.
Jack thumbs Lethal in the eye and then whips him head first into the guard railing. Jack spots that the ref is close to the count out and leaps over the railing, rolls into the ring and then rolls back out to break up the count. He then reaches over the railing, grabs Lethal by the hair and smashes his face into the guard railing, then stands him up and gives him a vertical suplex over the railing and onto the ringside floor. Both men clutch at their backs as Jack tries to get to his feet first and shake off the effects. Jack rolls himself into the ring and then screams at Lethal Weapon to get up. Lethal gets to his feet slowly and looks into the ring with hatred in his eyes for Jack Spade. Lethal pulls himself into the ring only to be greeted by a baseball slide dropkick to the head from Jack that sends him back to the floor. Jack goes to the floor again with the fight, stands Lethal up and trying for the whip into the steel corner post only to have Weapon reverse it and send him head first into the steel corner post. Jack staggers, turns around and takes a spinebuster from the world champion. Lethal then rolls himself into the ring and rolls back out, which again breaks up the count.
Shannon Skanes - I believe the tables have turned.
Henry Lesher - You think so?
Lethal stands a bloodied Jack up and rolls him into the ring. He then enters the ring and waits in the corner. Jack Spade slowly gets to his feet, the blood running down his face. He turns and takes the Golden Bullet Spear from Lethal Weapon who then goes for the pin. 1...2..3! Lethal Weapon picks up the win and advances.
Shannon Skanes - The champ came up big there.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, but I don't like him so I hope he loses in the next round. Leech and Rated R are still remaining for me to cheer on.
As Weapon heads to the back the winner, we again travel back in time to last year's event. We see footage from the end of the match between Ash and Scavenger. Scavenger stands Ash up. Scavenger whips Ash hard into the corner buckle. He then gives him a Rock Bottom as he comes out of it and tries again for the pin. 1...2... Ash gets a foot on the bottom rope! Scavenger stands Ash up, whips him off the ropes. Ash ducks a clothesline and then lands a Stunner on Scavenger and tries for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger. Ash then stands Scavenger up and takes a spear for his troubles as we see Leech and Frank Merritt making their way to the ring. Angela applauds them as Scavenger turns his attention to the coming Flock members and away from the one inside the ring. Angela calls to Ash and throws him a piece of metal. Ash stands and clocks Scavenger in the head with it before tossing it back to Angela and going for the pin as Merritt and Leech retreat with the ref's attention already diverted long enough to make a difference. Ash pins Scavenger. 1...2...3!
Ricky Simms - Sickening.
Henry Lesher - Not really. Poetic justice after he cost Merritt his place in the tournament earlier tonight.
Ricky Simms - I hope Ash is happy with himself and the Flock.
Henry Lesher - They just won again. They are esctatic to be sure.
We then return to present day and this year's event.
Shannon Skanes - Of course, Ash is in ULW now and Scavenger is doing well for himself in FTW.
Henry Lesher - Yes, one talking to chairs and one emptying them.
Shannon Skanes - Ash was one person Scavenger just wasn't able to get passed.
Henry Lesher - Maybe because he's a joke?
"Dr. Online" by Zeromancer plays as Blake Young is walked to the ring by flag wavers Amy Stevenson and Jack Steele. Jack is waving the flag of Ontario and the three of them get a decent ovation from the crowd. He makes his way up the steps as Amy and Jack take their place at ringside.
Henry Lesher - Bloody cheap pops from a stupid crowd because they know how to hold flags.
Blake stands in the ring testing the ropes as "Survival of the Sickest" by Saliva plays and Halloween Jack makes his way to the ring to another mixed reaction. He has a few words with Jack Steele and says there is a reason he is the only surviving Jack in this tournament. Jack then steps into the ring and the bell sounds as Blake and Jack lock up. Blake gets the early advantage by shoving Jack into the ropes and then landing kicks and punches to the ribs on Jack. Blake then picks Jack up and gives him a shoulderbreaker. Blake then looks to the ropes, makes his way to the second rope and lands a double axe handle smash across the back. Amy and Jack Steele applaud at ringside and wave their flags. Blake picks Jack up and runs him into the corner buckle head first. Blake then drops Jack to the mat and rolls him over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Halloween Jack.
Shannon Skanes - Blake really showing a lot of hunger in this match.
Henry Lesher - That's because his record in GWO is so piss poor that he can't afford to feed himself on his pay.
Blake stands Jack up, whips him into the corner and then snap mares him out of it. Blake applies a side headlock on Jack. Jack quickly gets to his feet, then gives Blake a side suplex to break the hold. Jack then scrambles to his feet, grabs Blake by the hair, pulls him to his feet and gives him a snap suplex. Jack then stands Blake up again and lands a series of right hooks to the jaw on him. Jack backs Blake into the corner. Blake responds with a kick to the gut on Jack and then lands a series of right hooks that send Jack to the center of the ring before giving him a bionic elbow between the eyes. Blake then clotheslines Jack to the mat. Blake picks Jack up and power slams him to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Halloween Jack.
Shannon Skanes - Pretty even match so far.
Henry Lesher - Well, yeah because neither of them are any good.
Blake stands Jack up, whips him off the ropes and both men clothesline each other down. The ref starts counting them both down. Blake shows signs of motion first. He grabs the ropes at four. Halloween Jack then manages to grab the ropes at six and both men pull themselves to their feet at the eight count. They then start trading punches with each other. Jack thumbs Blake in the eye. Blake kicks Jack in the gut, then gives him a DDT. Blake goes for the pin. 1...2... Jack rolls a shoulder out. Blake stands Jack up, whips him off the ropes and Jack ducks a clothesline then gives Blake a reverse neckbreaker to the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Blake Young. Jack stands Blake up, whips him into the corner and then takes raised knees to the chin from Blake who then jumps to the second rope and lands a clotheslines from there. Blake goes for the pin. 1...2... Jack reverses it, hooking the tights and placing his feet on the ropes for added leverage. 1...2...3! Halloween Jack wins as his deception goes undetected.
Shannon Skanes - Jack screwed Blake over tonight.
Henry Lesher - If anything, Blake screwed Blake.
Jack leaves the ring with his arms raised and cheering for himself as he heads to the back. Jack Steele and Amy Stevenson attend to a very angry Blake Young in the middle of the ring. Jack turns back and waves to Blake before continuing to celebrate all the way to the locker room. We then take another flashback look at last year's event. We see the infamous Nacho Mauma in the ring with legendary Dizz. Dizz stands Nacho up, whips him off the ropes and lands a clothesline on him. Nacho shoulder rolls to his feet after that and then catches a chrging Dizz on his shoulders and delivers an F-5 on him and goes for the pin. 1...2... Dizz kicks out. Nacho then slaps on a sleeperhold. Dizz battles to the ropes and forces the break of the hold before bailing to the outside of the ring. Nacho follows Dizz out. The two trade punches to the head which are followed up with Nacho throwing Dizz into the guard railing. Nacho lands a few body shots on Dizz before whipping him into the apron hard. Nacho then rolls himself into the ring to break up the count before rolling back out. He then tosses Dizz into the ring steps shoulder first. Dizz screams in pain as Nacho then takes that arm and slams it across the ring steps. Nacho then rolls into the ring again to break up the count and then rolls back out. He stands Dizz up. Dizz lands a series of knife edge chops on Nacho, but Nacho responds by twisting the sore arm of Dizz and then rams it into the steel corner post. Nacho rolls into the ring again to break up the count. He rolls back out as Dizz rolls into the ring. Dizz quickly gets to his feet and puts the boots to Nacho Mauma as he re-enters the ring.
Ricky Simms - Dizz having to resort to new tactics here against the very game Nacho Mauma.
Henry Lesher - What the hell kind of name is that exactly?
Nacho Mauma battles through the kicks and gets to his feet. He lands a series of rights and lefts to the head of Dizz, then whips him into the corner. Dizz comes out of the corner and dropkicks Nacho to the mat. Dizz then stands Nacho up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a tilt a whirl slam. Dizz then goes for the pin. 1...2... Nacho kicks out. Dizz then stands Nacho up and lands the Reckless Abandon and then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Dizz picks up an impressive win here.
Ricky Simms - Valiant effort by Nacho here. I look forward to seeing what he has to offer next time he faces Dizz or Moose. I have a feeling he's only going to get better.
Henry Lesher - Sorta like New Blood?
We then end up at ringside with Shannon and Lesher both shaking their heads.
Shannon Skanes - I don't know what Ricky was smoking.
Henry Lesher - How did that become a highlight of that event?
Shannon Skanes - I don't know. Some director is going to get fired.
"Duality" by Slipknot plays as Austin Fierro makes his way to the ring. The crowd boos him as Madison Ali leads him down the ramp to ringside. Devanshi is trailing close behind and the two girls take their place at ringside as Austin steps up and into the ring. He poses on the second rope in the corner and cameras flash as Austin takes it all in. His music then fades and we hear "Halls of Fear" by Nine Rota. Sal Clemenzo comes out from the back alone tonight. He informs the camera that tonight Sal fights and wins the million dollars and the world title alone, no help from anyone. Sal steps up onto the apron, then looks into the ring and has a few words with Austin before he steps through the ropes. The bell sounds to start the match and the two combatants circle each other. Austin goes for the lock up, but Sal wheels Austin around, clutches around Austin's waist and gives him a German suplex to the mat. Sal then stands Austin up and lands another German suplex, this time releasing on impact with the mat. Sal then quickly gets to his feet, comes off the ropes and leg drops Austin. Sal then two handed chokes Austin and looks outside the ring at Devanshi and Madison and warns them to stay out of this fight or they're next. Sal releases the choke, stands Austin up and whips him hard into the corner, then headbutts him to the mat. Sal then starts to climb the ropes and Madison and Devanshi start screaming at him. Sal turns and has a few words with them as Austin gets to his feet. Austin then snap mares Sal to the mat. Austin puts the boots to Sal and then grabs the ropes and he boot chokes the made man.
Shannon Skanes - Intense action between these two as they appararently have an immediate dislike for each other.
Henry Lesher - This is wrestling. You should always have a dislike for your opponent.
Austin releases the boot choke and stands Sal up, whips him off the ropes and backdrops him to the mat. Austin then heads to the ropes himself and raises his arms when he reaches the top. He goes for a somersault legdrop off the top only to find Sal has rolled out of the way when he hits the mat. Sal rolls himself out of the ring and starts to pursue Devanshi and Madison on the floor. The two ladies run and Austin rolls out of the ring and heads Sal off with a series of jabs to the jaw and then lands an uppercut that sends Sal Clemenzo to the floor.
Shannon Skanes - Sal is letting the girls get under his skin.
Henry Lesher - This coming from hormone boy here.
Austin stands Sal up and whips him shoulder first into the ring steps, then rolls him into the ring. Austin rolls himself into the ring and signals this will be the end. He kicks Sal in the ribs, then pulls him to his feet and sets for The Incompacitator. Sal shoves Austin into the corner buckle to escape it and then gives him a German suplex out of the corner. Sal then stands Austin up and gives him a vertical suplex. Sal then gets to his feet and boot chokes Austin in the ropes. Sal spits over the ropes in the direction of Devanshi, then stands Austin up, whips him off the ropes and clotheslines him to the mat. Devanshi jumps up on the apron and the ref tells her to get down off there. Austin pulls brass knuckles from his trunks as Sal stands him up. Austin drills Sal with the knucks and then gives him the Incompacitator and goes for the pin as Devanshi drops off the apron. 1...2...3! Austin cheats his way to round three.
Henry Lesher - Great sportsmanship there by Austin and in good time as well.
Shannon Skanes - Easy to make good time when you take a shortcut.
Henry Lesher - See, now we agree on something. Well, aren't you going to cry about Sal being eliminated since he's your buddy and all?
Shannon Skanes - Anything I would say or do right now would pale in comparison to what Sal will do when he sees this footage later.
As Austin heads to the back the winner, we take another look back at last year's Battle of the Warriors. We go back to the most brutal match ever, hardcore rules between Leech and Max Cameron. Leech picks up Max’s body as Max spits out some more blood and glass to the floor. A car is seen entering the parking lot behind Leech as Leech picks him up in a scoop slam like position. Leech converts to a reversed DDT perfectly hitting his patented Blood Drain on the concrete floor of the parking lot. The car in motion before pulls up and stops right next to Leech and the fallen Max. From inside emerges Frank Merritt and he leads a ref over to him. Leech covers Max as Frank makes the ref give the three count, and declare Leech the winner of the match.
Ricky Simms - Well that’s controversial but Leech is the winner here.
Henry Lesher - Hold on Rick, there is something else going down there.
Leech on his feet now looks at Frank.
Leech - Are you sure you want to do this man?
Frank Merritt - Yeah, lets do this shit!
Frank walks around the car as Leech picks up Max. He carries him to the back of the car as Frank opened the trunk. Leech places Max inside and Frank slams the lid shut trapping Max inside. Frank tosses Leech the keys as Leech hops inside the drivers seat of the car.
Ricky Simms - This cant be good.
Henry Lesher - It sure can Ricky!
Leech starts the engine and starts driving away from the place where he pinned Max, but stops. Leech aims the trunk at the wall of the garage. He then puts it into reverse and starts backing up at a very fast pace.
Ricky Simms - Leech! Don’t do it!
Henry Lesher - I would never of dreamed of this!
The car slams right into the wall as Leech’s face makes a collision with the steering wheel making his bloody face gush more rapidly. Leech gets out of the car with help from Frank. Dizz and Vigilante are seen running towards the site of collision. To help Max, or maybe get even with the Flock. A raised 2004 Chevy pick-up drives up and Leech is helped into it by Frank, who quickly gets in after Leech. As the truck drives off you see Ash at the wheel. Dizz and Vig, make it to the car, and look inside the trunk that has been pushed open from impact. Vig slams his fist into the back of the car in anger, as he is obviously pissed at what has happened.
Ricky Simms - I really can’t believe what happened here. Leech was hell-bent on really hurting Max from the get-go here. I can’t believe he took it this far.
Henry Lesher - I have to agree with you there Rick. Leech tried to kill him in the start of this match, and we don’t know, he may have followed through with it here. This is too much for even me to handle here. No one expected anything like from this match-up. But I only have one thing to say about it, now that it has. ONLY in the CWA!
"Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns N Roses begins to play as Slim Pickens makes his way to the ring to the cheers of the Toronto crowd. He heads down the ramp high fiving fans all along the way and then even circles the ring high fiving fans all the way around until he is back where he started. He then climbs the steps and steps into the ring. Slim then drops to his knees and pyro shoots off from every corner of the ring, the ring itself filling with smoke. When the smoke clears, we see Kelli in the ring in front of Slim. She bows to the catcalling fans and then leaves the ring.
Henry Lesher - You mean I have to go from the most beautiful hardcore flashback I could see to this crap?
"I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace starts to play and Rated R hits the ring on a dead run, sliding under the ropes and takingkicks to the head from Slim as the bell sounds to get this brawl underway.
Henry Lesher - I guess it's not so bad if Ryan is involved.
Slim stands Rated R up, lands a series of knife edge chops to the chest on him and then picks him up and gives him a spinning power slam to the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Rated R. Slim stands Rated R up again, whips him off the ropes and clotheslines him to the mat, then lands a knee to the for head on him before placing him in a sleeperhold. Rated R struggles for breath as the fans cheer Slim Pickens on. Rated R's arms drop and the ref checks on him. He raises the arm once and it drops. He raises the arm a second time and it drops again. The ref raises Rated R's arm a third time. This time, Ryan keeps it raised and then reaches back and thumbs Slim in the eye. Rated R then snap mares Slim to the mat and then places him in a sleeper as a return favor. Slim rolls forward and his weight lands on Rated R, winding him. Slim gets to his feet and Rated R rolls out of the ring to regroup.
Shannon Skanes - People always take Slim for granted, but the guy has been consistent from the GWO's start.
Henry Lesher - Yes, consistently awful.
Slim rolls out of the ring after Rated R, grabs him by the hair and takes a jawbreaker from Ryan. Rated R then quickly gets to his feet again, grabs Slim into a side headlock and runs him head first into the guard railing and then picks him up and slams him to the floor, the fans booing him. Rated R then rolls Slim into the ring and pulls himself onto the apron and then launches himself over the top rope with a somersault onto the fallen Slim before he tries for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Slim Pickens. Rated R glares at the ref and states that was a three count. He then stands Slim up, pulls him into the corner, then slams his head into the buckle. Rated R then climsb to the top rope, holding the hair of Slim Pickens. Rated R then jumps from the top, a handful of Slim's hair in his hands and falls to the mat, bringing Slim face first to the mat behind him.
Shannon Skanes - Geez, that'll leave a mark.
Henry Lesher - Yeah, be a shame to unpretty up Slim.
Rated R rolls Slim over for the pin. 1...2... Slim gets a foot on the bottom rope. Rated R stands Slim up, whips him off the ropes and misses with a clothesline as Slim ducks it. Slim then headbutts Rated R, then again and then a third time to drive him into the corner. Slim whips Rated R into the opposite corner and then gives him a backdrop, but Rated R lands on the referee. Slim turns his attention to the fallen referee and we see Gerard Angelo sliding into the ring. Angelo gives Slim a bulldog and then rolls out of the ring as Rated R gets to his feet, grabs Slim by the hair and delivers the Restricted and then goes for the pin. The half awake ref makes the count. 1...2...3! Rated R, with a heavy aid from Gerard Angelo, has advanced.
Henry Lesher - First time I have been glad to see Gerard Angelo.
Vigilante whips Max Cameron into the corner and gives him a sidewalk slam out of it. Vigilante tries for the pin. 1...2... Max kicks out. Dante applauds at ringside. Max is stood up by Vigilante and then whipped off the ropes. Max ducks a clothesline and then lands a reverse neckbreaker on Vigilante before trying for the pin. 1...2... Vigilante kicks out and Dante again applauds at ringside.
Ricky Simms - What side is Dante cheering for?
Henry Lesher - His own.
Vigilante and Max get to their feet and the lights go out. We then hear a few solid thuds and the crowd boos. When the lights come back on, both Vigilante and Max Cameron are out cold in the middle of the ring with Max laying over Vigilante. The ref looks around, knowing someone did something, but he has to make the count. 1...2...3! Max Cameron wins this match thanks to a heavy assist he never planned on.
Henry Lesher - Dante is not in his seat. That was an Eternal Nightmare attack. Dante figures if he can't win this thing, then neither can Vigilante.
Ricky Simms - Great sportsmanship shown here by Dante and Max wins a way he'll hate to.
We then return to ringside.
Shannon Skanes - Max went on to drop his semi final match against Q that night, but that win proved to be prophetic as months later he would unseat Vigilante from the world title in the GWO.
Henry Lesher - Him defeating Dante was sick. Hey, speaking of which, where is Vig?
Shannon Skanes - Looks like it's time for round three.

"Just Lose It" by Eminem plays as Dizz makes his way to the ring. For the third time tonight, the crowd boos him as he comes out to the ring. He also is coming out alone for this match. He doesn't even look at the fans as he makes his way to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and then grabbing the microphone from Shelley Morris.
Dizz - Okay, so I have a chance now to finish Razorblade off! I am a three time world champion and I don't get a draw against a man like Razorblade. You're not even on my radar, Razorblade. Time for you to go home!
"Again" by HIM starts to play as Dizz tosses the microphone aside and Shelley bids a hasty retreat from the ring. Razorblade slides under the bottom rope and the bell sounds with Dizz putting the boots to Razorblade. Dizz then stands him up, whips him into the corner and gives him repeated kicks to the ribs, then arm drags him to the mat and places him in an arm bar. He looks out to the crowd and informs them that he is a legend in this industry. Razorblade then gets to feet and elbows Dizz in the chin with his free hand, then headbutts him to break the arm bar. Razorblade then whips Dizz off the ropes and dropkicks him to the mat.
Shannon Skanes - Dizz still not willing to admit Razorblade might just be an underrated talent having a good night tonight.
Henry Lesher - Maybe it's been so long since he was champ, he forgot what one looks like.
Razorblade stands Dizz up, whips him into the corner and charges in shoulder first. Dizz sidesteps it and Razorblade's shoulder strikes the steel corner post beyond the ropes. Dizz then points to himself and says to the fans that's how a champion outthinks men like Razorblade. Dizz then gets into a heated debate with a fan in the front row who is apparently less than impressed with the legend. Razorblade then rolls Dizz up from behind for the pin. 1...2...3! Razorblade rolls out of the ring an upset winner! Dizz quickly gets to his feet and has words with the ref. The ref asserts it was a properly timed count as the fans laugh at Dizz and a few start singing "Na Na Na, Hey Hey Goodbye" to him.
Shannon Skanes - Well, I guess Dizz doesn't draw with the likes of Razorblade after all.
Henry Lesher - Well, if Razorblade is okay with the cheap win.
Shannon Skanes - Of course he is. He is one of the final four in the hunt for one million dollars.
Dizz grabs the microphone from Shelley Morris again.
Dizz - Enjoy that win, Razorblade! Next week on Overdrive, I am going to take your sorry ass down!
Dizz tosses the microphone down and then spears the ref to the mat.
Henry Lesher - He's not taking a loss well either.
Shannon Skanes - Dizz is just one of those stars who cannot get passed himself.
As Razorblade heads to the back and Dizz fumes inside the ring, we go to a flashback from last year's main event. It was the match where Vigilante won his first CWA World Title over Dante. Vigilante raises an arm and then rolls over as the crowd cheers. Dante then reaches for the ropes and starts using them to pull himself to his feet. Vigilante charges at Dante. Dante pulls the top rope down and tosses Vigilante to the outside of the ring yet again. Dante then falls in the middle of the ring to his knees. Vigilante gets to his feet outside the ring and looks to the crowd, then at the kneeling champion inside the ring. Vigilante rolls himself into the ring and then kicks Dante in the back of the head twice, knocking him face down to the mat. Vigilante then picks Dante up and body slams him. He then looks to the ropes and starts to climb. The crowd cheers as he comes off for a flying headbutt only to have Dante's foot come up and catch Vigilante on the chin. Dante then sits up and shakes off the effects of this match for a moment and makes the pin on Vigilante. 1...2... Vigilante gets a shoulder up! Dante looks to the lights as if there might be wisdom there or some way to pin his challenger. Dante stands Vigilante up and tries to whip him to the corner only to have Vig plant his feet and clothesline Dante to the mat. Vigilante then looks to the ropes yet again. He climbs to the top rope and dives off. This time the flyign headbutt hits the mark and he goes for the pin. 1...2... Dante manages to get a foot on the bottom rope!
Ricky Simms - Both men have to be wondering what exactly they have to do in order to pin the other.
Henry Lesher - Dante just needs to outlast the challenger or maybe they'll go to the one hour time limit and he keeps the belt on a draw.
Dante rolls Vigilante out of the ring again. He follows him out and then rams his head into the steel ring steps. He then attempts to whip Vigilante into the guard railing, but Vigilante reverses it. Vigilante then picks Dante up and drops him on the guard railing so that his face bounces off the top of it. Vigilante then rolls Dante back into the ring before rolling himself back into the ring. He goes for the pin. 1...2... Dante gets a shoulder up! Vigilante then stands Dante up, whips him into the corner and misses with a shoulder block. Vigilante stops himself from hitting the corner, turns and takes a headbutt from Dante. He then takes an eye gouge from Dante. Dante whips Vigilante off the ropes and leap frogs him. He then gives Vigilante a sunset flip and goes for the pin. 1...2... Vigilante manages to stay alive! Dante stands Vigilante up, whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him to the chin. Dante then goes for another pin. 1...2... kick out by the challenger.
Ricky Simms - Neither man has much energy left here.
Henry Lesher - This is true and they are losing a lot of blood which speeds up the tiring process.
Dante stands Vigilante up, then whips Vigilante off the ropes. Vigilante ducks a clothesline, then kicks Dante in the gut, turns him around and plants him to the mat with a DDT. Vigilante stands Dante up and whips him to the ropes. Dante then baseball slides his way out of the ring. At ringside, Dante finds a chair and smiles as he picks it up. A DQ loss and he keeps the title and his career. Dante rolls himself into the ring and holds the chair before him. Vigilante smiles, wags a finger at Dante and lands a Van Daminator on Dante! Vigilante then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Vigilante wins! We have a new world champion of the CWA!
Henry Lesher - Dear God, NO!!!!
Ricky Simms - According to Dante, that means the end of his career here! Vigilante is your NEW CWA World champion! He has spent nearly a year here and now he has become the top guy in the CWA. It couldn't happen to a nicer guy and I really and truly mean that!
We go back to ringside. Shannon and Lesher look at each other and shake their heads.
"Survivial of the Sickest" by Saliva plays as Halloween Jack makes his way to the ring. He gets more boos than cheers at this point and shrugs as people at ringside call him names all the way to the ring. Jack rolls himself into the ring and fireworks go off from the four screens hanging above the ring. Jack poses once as that occurs and then looks to the back with a smile on his face. "A Place For My Head" by Linkin Park plays as Myst comes out to her third ovation of the night. She quickly races down to ringside and then steps up onto the apron and has a war of words with Jack right there before she steps through the ropes. The bell sounds and the two of them circle each other and then lock up. Jack quickly shoves Myst into the corner buckles, kicks her in the gut and gives her a pump handle slam to the mat and goes for the pin, with his legs on the ropes. The ref sees this and refuses to count it. Jack pulls Myst back to her feet, whips her off the ropes and then shoulder blocks her to the mat. Jack then picks Myst up and body slams her, then turns to Shannon and motions to him as if to call him to the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Jack had better stick to one battle at a time here.
Henry Lesher - Looks to me like he is calling you out.
Shannon Skanes - I am not costing my wife her place in this tournament.
Jack turns back to Myst and takes a couple of punches to the gut, then takes a stunner. Myst goes for the pin. 1...2... Jack gets his foot on the ropes. Myst then stands Jack up, whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him to the mat. Myst then goes to the ropes and tries for the lionsault only to land on the raised knees of Halloween Jack. Jack then uses the ropes to quickly pull himself to his feet. Jack shouts a few insults down at Myst and then slaps her across the face. At the announce table, Shannon gets to his feet and Jack motions him into the ring again. Shannon instead sits back down, but he is clearly upset. Jack then pulls Myst to her feet, whips her into the corner and shoulder blocks her in the corner. Jack then headlocks her and rakes her eyes along the top rope from one corner to the other before he releases her. Jack then has a few words with the ref who says another violent attack like that will result in a disqualification. Jack just laughs that off as he picks Myst up over his shoulder and signals he is about to ram her into the corner buckle. As he starts his run, Myst slides off of his shoulder and shoves him into the corner buckle. She then does a handspring into a headscissors takedown on Jack. Myst then tries to lock in the Mystifyer only to have Jack pull himself out of the ring and signal a timeout. The ref shouts there are no timeouts and starts to count Jack out as Jack paces around the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Guess when it gets tough for Jack he runs away.
Henry Lesher - Now who's showing bias?
Jack heads around to the announcer's table and out of nowhere slaps Shannon across the face. Jack then rolls himself into the ring where Myst puts the boots to him. Shannon once again is on his feet and once again then sits back down. Myst stands Jack up, whips him into the corner and then gives him an atomic drop. Myst then whips Jack to the ropes. Jack clotheslines her when he reaches the center of the ring, then pulls something out of his trunks. As he turns back to Myst, Shannon gets up from his announce position. Jack drills Myst in the throat with the metal object in his palm and goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Jack gets the win and rolls out of the ring in time as Shannon charges into the ring brandishing a chair to prevent any further attack on his wife.
Henry Lesher - Looks like Jack outsmarted Myst and moves on to the semi finals. The unbiased announcer would have said that, but he was trying in vain to save the woman he loves. Of course, I am clearly the one with the bias.
Backstage we see Dizz throwing things around his locker room when Gerard Angelo and Rated R enter the shot.
Rated R - Yo Dizz, I know you're pissed about that Razor idiot, but we have got it covered.
Gerard Angelo - The million dollars will go to Rated R and we'll make the whole of the GWO hate us for being so damned successful.
Dizz - What's my cut?
Rated R - Pardon me?
Dizz - What do I get out of this?
Rated R - Well, the money's mine so not that. However, when I win the world title you get the first title shot.
Dizz - Come back if you're willing to actually offer me a deal.
Gerard Angelo - It's about doing what we have to do for YA.
Dizz - I just did what I had to do and that kid beat me. Leave me alone.
Rated R and Gerard Angelo back out of the room as we then head back to the ring.
"Rock Superstar" by Cypress Hill begins to play as Lethal Weapon makes his way to the ring. He receives cheers from the crowd again as he holds his title belt high above his head. Lethal arrives at ringside and then rolls himself into the ring. Fireworks eminate from all four corners of the ring as he again holds his belt high above his head. He then passes it to the ref who passes it to the busy timekeeper. His music fades and we then hear "I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace and Rated R comes out to the opposite reaction from the crowd, Gerard Angelo leading the way.
Henry Lesher - Hey, it's that guy who ran into your wife again.
Shannon Skanes - I am not in the mood.
Rated R steps up onto the apron and looks out to the crowd and shakes his head. Lethal Weapon spears him in the back, sending him to the floor. He then steps out of the ring and puts the boots to Rated R before standing him up and rolling him into the ring. Lethal Weapon then pulls himself into the ring and the bell sounds to get this match started. Lethal Weapon places Rated R in a side headlock. Rated R quickly gets to his feet, backs Lethal into the ropes, whips him off the opposite rope and then takes a shoulder block to the mat from Lethal. Lethal then comes off the ropes. Rated R drops to the mat under Lethal, then jumps to his feet and leap frogs the champ as he comes off the ropes again. Rated R then turns and takes a right hook from the champ who then picks Rated R up and body slams him to the mat. Shannon Skanes - The champ really taking it to Rated R.
Henry Lesher - You know you missed Halloween with the chair, right?
Shannon Skanes - Let it rest, Doc.
Henry Lesher - And that vein in your forehead looks ready to pop.
Lethal Weapon stands Rated R up, whips him off the ropes and backdrops him to the mat. Rated R then rolls himself out of the ring. Lethal heads out after him. Lethal grabs Rated R from behind, spins him around and takes a thumb to the eye from Rated R who then runs Lethal head first into the steel corner post. Rated R then slams Lethal's head into the steel ring steps before rolling him into the ring. Rated R enters the ring and places Lethal's throat over the middle rope and then leans on him, choking him on the rope. The ref forces the break on that and has a few words with Rated R. Gerard Angelo then grabs the head of Lethal Weapon and chokes him on the ropes and then sucker punches him in the forehead before he backs off. Rated R then goes over to Lethal, stand him up and whips him off the ropes, kneeing him in the gut and sending him flying through the air. Rated R then stands Lethal up again, whips him into the corner buckle and charges into an elbow to the chin from the world champ. Lethal then climbs to the second rope and clotheslines Rated R to the mat from there. Lethal then signals that he is ready to end this. He picks Rated R up and places him on his shoulders. He starts to try and climb the rope and Gerard Angelo jumps up onto the apron. The ref tells Gerard to get down as we see Matt Classic entering now in street clothes through the crowd. He shakes the ropes, knocking Lethal off of them where he lands awkwardly on his left knee. Rated R then quickly executes the Restricted and goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Rated R has eliminated the cmapion of the GWO.
Henry Lesher - It's official. Ryan is my hero.
Shannon Skanes - Yeah, great hero that need two people to help him out here tonight.
Backstage we see Noah Skanes entering the building wearing a black suit with Sabrina on his arm, she wearing a black dress befitting a woman on the arm of Noah Skanes in this style of dress. They are headed off by Kelly Buchanan.
Kelly Buchanan - Noah, what's the occasion?
Noah Skanes - You know, today is a very big day for the GWO and, as such, I intend to look the part.
Kelly Buchanan - Rated R just advanced to the semi finals and Halloween Jack cheated to beat your mother earlier. Any comment?
Noah Skanes - Men will do crazy and foolish things for money. It's their issue and not mine. Everything will even out in the end.
Noah and Sabrina then move on and we head back to the ring.
"Duality" by Slipknot plays as Austin Fierro makes his way to the ring. He receives a mixed reaction from a crowd who have figured out who he is facign and decided he may be the lesser of two evils here. As Austin reaches ringside, he is attacked from behind by Leech who opted not to wait for his entrance music to make his entrance here. Leech runs Austin shoulder first into the ring steps and then plants a foot on the back of his neck and says he is going to destroy him the same as he destroyed his father. Leech stands Austin up and rolls him into the ring, then turns and superkicks Devanshi in the chin for good measure. Madison Ali attends to her as Leech rolls himself into the ring, soaking up the boos from the crowd as the bell sounds.
Shannon Skanes - Leech really gets off on this.
Henry Lesher - And why not? You know what they say about absolute power. He is absolute power.
Leech stands Austin up, whips him off the ropes and dropkicks him to the mat. Leech then two handed chokes the son of his former stable mate. Leech maintains the choke until a four count by the ref, knowing the full five would mean a loss and no million dollars or title shot. Leech then stands Austin up and whips him into the corner. Leech charges straight into a clothesline from Austin who starts to quickly collect himself. Austin puts the boots to Leech even as the blood runs down his cheek. Austin then picks Leech up and body slams him to the mat, then comes off the ropes and lands a leg drop across the throat and goes for the pin. 1...2... Leech manages to kick out. Austin stands Leech up, whips him into the corner and then lands a series of knife edge chops to the chest on him before hip tossing him right over the top rope and to the floor. Austin then climbs to the top rope as Leech gets to his feet and lands a flying dropkick to the chest on Leech from there. Austin then lands a series of punches to the face of Leech before slamming the back of his head into the floor. Austin then stands Leech up and rolls him into the ring.
Shannon Skanes - Both wrestlers bloodied in what has been a brutal battle thus far.
Henry Lesher - Leech has this one in the bag. No one outwrestles him in a match like this.
Austin stands Leech up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a side Russian leg sweep to the mat. Austin then goes for the pin. 1...2... Leech manages to kick out. Leech wraps Austin's leg around the steel corner post and then does it a second time as well, causing Austin to scream out in pain. Devanshi has a few words for Leech to try and distract him. Leech doesn't even look at her, just gives her another superkick to the chin knocking her back to the floor before he rolls himself into the ring again. Leech pulls Austin to his feet in the corner and measure him for a knife edge chop that echoes to the rafters. Leech then delivers another and then snap mares him to the center of the ring. Leech places Austin in a front chinlock. Austin reaches back, grabs Leech around the neck and snap mares him to the mat in retaliation. Austin then whips Leech through the ropes to the floor. He then has a few words with the ref as Madison Ali sneaks around the ring and then throws salt in Leech's eyes before she rolls him back into the ring. Austin stops arguing with the ref, waits for Leech to stand and lands the Imcomacitator on the blinded Leech. He then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Austin Fierro is through to the semi finals!
Shannon Skanes - Wow, one of the four semi-finalists got there fairly. That has to be a record.
Henry Lesher - It just proves that shortcuts work. You knocking what works?
Backstage we see Lethal Weapon searching the hallways when Ray Dees enters the shot.
Ray Dees - Champ, could we have a moment?
Lethal Weapon - Gerard Angelo! Rated R! Matt Classic! Those are three men who are about to die! I am the world heavyweight champion! I should be going for that cool million and now, here I am out! I'll make the three of you pay dearly for this!
Lethal picks up a chair and slams it into a nearby wall before continuing his search.

"Survival of the Sicket" by Saliva plays as Halloween Jack comes out smiling again as the crowd boos him. He checks his face in the camera lens reflection and then continues his way to the ring. He looks over to the announce table at ringside and laughs and Shannon shakes his head. Jack hen makes his way up the steps and then through the ropes into the ring. Jack then tests the ropes as "I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace plays and Rated R comes out and puts his hand to his ear to take in the boos of the crowd. Gerard Angelo is once again leading him to the ring.
Henry Lesher - Someone needs to tell idiot champion that Ryan is right here.
Rated R reaches ringside and looks into the ring and tells Jack his time is up and he can go home now. Jack shakes his head. Rated R makes his way up the ringsteps, never taking his eyes off of Jack inside the ring. As Rated R steps through the ropes, the bell is called for and the first semi-final match is underway. Rated R and Halloween Jack greet each other with a flurry of violent punches and kicks at each other. Jack then headbutts Rated R into the corner and whips him to the opposite corner as Gerard looks on from ringside. Jack charges straight into a heel kick to the face from RatedR who then gives Jack an elbowsmash across the chest. Rated R then heads to the ropes and quickly makes his way to the top. Jack gets to his feet and turns. Rated R launches himself for a flying body press only to have Jack sidestep it and watch as Rated R hits the mat hard. Jack then puts the boots to Rated R as the fans debate over who they hate more, the man who ran into Myst's car or the one who just screwed her out of this tournament. Jack picks Rated R up and body slams him to the mat. Jack then lands a knee drop to the head on Rated R before pulling him back to his feet. Halloween Jack whips Rated R off the ropes. Rated R ducks a clothesline, then gives Halloween Jack a standing dropkick. Jack rolls out of the ring to the floor where Gerard Angelo is lurking. Jack has a few words for Angelo and is distracted when Rated R slides out of the ring and baseball slides into the face of Halloween Jack.
Shannon Skanes - Jack took his eye off his opponent there.
Henry Lesher - It's a battle of the devious to see who can outcheat the other. It's how it's meant to be.
Rated R slams Jack's face into the guarrd railing and then rolls him into the ring. Rated R then hops up onto the apron and starts to climb the ropes. Jack gets to his feet, turns and takes a dropkick to the chin from there and Rated R then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Halloween Jack. Rated R then stands Jack up, whips him into the corner and lands a series of kick to the chest on Jack. Jack charges into a raised knee to the chest from Rated R who then picks Jack up and power slams him to the mat. We then see Lethal Weapon coming out from the back with a chair in hand. Gerard sees him coming and grabs a chair of his own. He heads Lethal off and the two swing their chairs and they clash as swords on a battlefiend in medieval Europe may have done. The ref takes notice of this. Rated R stands Halloween Jack up, gives him a kick below the belt that would have caused a DQ and then hits the Restricted on Halloween Jack before hooking the leg for the pin while screaming at the ref. 1...2...3! Rated R is into the finals!
Henry Lesher - That was perfect! That was completely perfect!
Shannon Skanes - Yeah, that's what I would call it.
Henry Lesher - Oh who cares what you think? Lethal comes out to try and cost Rated R the match and Rated R wins it!
Lethal and Gerard continue to brawl at ringside as security comes out to try and pull them apart. Halloween Jack is seen rolling over and taking notice of Lethal Weapon there and he looks pretty pissed about it.
Henry Lesher - Jack seems to be making a mental note here.
Shannon Skanes - Stop drooling over the rulebreakers, Doc. It's gross.
We then look backstage where Myst is with Shawna Miller.
Shawna Miller - Myst, do you take any pleasure in Jack's loss there at Rated R's hands?
Myst - Yeah, I am pulling for the guy who tried to kill me. Look, I may be out for tonight, but I will see to it that Halloween Jack gets the punishment he deserves. I won't stand by and take this.
Shawna Miller - Any preference of who wins of the three left?
Myst - Razorblade would have my vote since he hasn't directly tried to piss me off to this point in his GWO career. I guess that's a good enough reason to pull for him.
Shawna Miller - Thanks for your time.
"Again" by HIM plays as Razorblade comes out to a pretty strong ovation from the crowd. He pauses on stage and takes it in and smiles on his way to the ring, despite the punishment his body has absorbed tonight. There's no doubt the winner of this tournament will be very sore and beat up from wreslting five time in one day, soon to be six when tonight's part two occurs. Razorblade steps up onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring as fireworks erupt from the ceiling and sparks shower down on the ring. Razorblade then looks to the back as "Duality" by Slipknot plays and Austin Fierro makes his way to the ring. He receives loud boos from a crowd who wants to see someone they can cheer for in the final.
Henry Lesher - You know I am left to wonder how important Lethal Weapon is to your organization when you don't even give him a hand in this thing.
Shannon Skanes - Why should I help him out? He's a big boy.
Henry Lesher - I have also heard about a Flock beating you took in ULW?
Shannon Skanes - That has been kept off GWO airwaves. I was caught off guard, expected some damned respect travelling elsewhere and got none.
Henry Lesher - You would think running this place would have prepared you for that.
As Austin steps into the ring, the bell sounds and the last finalist is about to be decided. The two lock up. Austin headbutts Razorblade back into the ropes, then hip tosses him to the center of the ring. Razorblade quickly gets to his feet, but Austin chop blocks him down. Austin then applies an ankle lock submission on Razorblade. Razorblade rolls over and kicks Austin in the side of the head to break it, then rolls himself out of the ring. This time, there's no Devanshi at ringside and Madison Ali is backing off. She wants to make it to her Victoria's Secret match in one piece, we guess.
Shannon Skanes - These guys are wrestling on pure adrenaline now. There's nothing else left.
Razorblade tries to walk off the leg problems as Austin leaves the ring in pursuit. Razorblade greets Austin with a forearm to the side of the head, then whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps. Razorblade then rolls himself into the ring as the ref adminsisters the count on Austin. Austin grabs the bottom rope and pulls himself into the ring, favoring that shoulder. Razorblade knees Austin in the sore shoulder before he has a chance to get up, then slaps on an STF. The crowd cheers as Razorblade tries to force Austin to submit here. Austin reaches for the ropes, shakes his head that he won't submit and then tries to lunge to the ropes a second time. He makes a third lunge and does, in fact, grab the bottom rope to force the break. Razorblade then grabs Austin by the hair, pulls him to his feet, whips him off the ropes and shoulder blocks him to the mat before measuring him for an elbowsmash to the chest. Razorblade then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Austin who then rolls Razorblade into a small package with a handful of tights. 1...2... kick out by Razorblade. Austin then quickly gets to his feet and kicks Razorblade in the back of the knee. He kicks him again and pulls him to the center of the ring. Razorblade spins on his sore leg and then lands an enziguri to the side of the head on Austin and both men go down.
Shannon Skanes - I don't know how Razorblade kept his weight on that leg without buckling it.
The ref starts counting both men down as the crowd starts a chant for Razorblade. Razorblade does grab the bottom rope and start pulling himself to his feet first as Austin gets to his hands and knees and grabs at his sore shoulder again. Razorblade gets to his feet first. Austin gets to his feet and takes the Razorblade Kiss right in the jaw. Razorblade then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Razorblade is in the finals!!
Shannon Skanes - What a win! That was out of nowhere!
Henry Lesher - But someone knows what's next.
From the back, we see Rated R running into the ring for his match without an announcement. He dropkicks Razorblade through the ropes befor ehe has a chance to see him there, then throws Austin Fierro through the ropes to the floor. Rated R stands smiling in the middle of the ring and says the million dollars is as good as his now.

Razorblade gets to his feet, still limping from Austin's chop to his knee. Rated R just laughs inside the ring and says this will be the easiest million anyone has ever got.
Henry Lesher - You ready to make that cheque out to Ryan?
Shannon Skanes - I am not ready to count Razorblade out.
Razorblade rolls himself into the ring and Rated R puts the boots to him. Rated R then stands Razorblade up, whips him off the ropes and backdrops him to the mat. Rated R then pulls Razorblade to the center of the ring and applies a figure four leglock. Razorblade screams in pain, but refuses to submit here. Razorblade struggles to try and turn the hold over as Rated R tries to hold him in the center of the ring. Razorblade rolls his shoulders over and almost turns it, then falls back on his shoulders. 1...2... Razorblade sits up. He tries again to roll the hold over. Again, he falls on his shoulders. 1...2... Razorblade again sits up as chants of his name grow louder here.
Shannon Skanes - It's a like a handicap match. Rated R gets a break, is fresh for the match and Razorblade's hell never stopped. There could be permanant knee damage when this is all said and done.
Henry Lesher - Cry me a river. I think it's great to watch.
Razorblade finally manages to roll the hold over on his neck attempt. Rated R quickly starts pulling himself to the ropes while refusing to submit to the hold here. He manages to grab the ropes and the hold is broken. Rated R then gets to his feet and starts putting the boots to Razorblade. Razorblade grabs Rated R's feet and pulls him to the mat. Razorblade then lands a series of punches to the abdomen on Rated R before using the ropes to pull himself to his feet. Razorblade boot chokes Rated R next to the ropes with his good leg while balancing uneasily on the other. Rated R rolls himself out of the ring to escape. Razorblade drops and rolls himself out of the ring and limps after Rated R. Rated R turns and thumbs Razorblade in the eye, then picks him up by one leg, bends it and drops his sore knee on the steel ring steps before letting him fall to the floor screaming in pain. Rated R stands over Razorblade smiling, then grabs him by the hair and rams his head into the guard railing. Rated R then picks him up and shoves him back into the ring before pulling himself back in as well. Rated R then stands Razorblade up and lands the Restricted on him and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Razorblade! Rated R looks stunned and accuses the ref of trying to take his money. He then stands Razorblade up and again lands the Restricted on Razorblade. Again he goes for the pin. 1...2... Razorblade again rolls a shoulder out!
Shannon Skanes - I don't know where the hell he is finding the strength.
Henry Lesher - *shrugs* Stupidity?
Rated R boot chokes Razorblade in the ropes. Razorblade rolls himself out of the ring. Rated R follows and takes a thumb to the eye from Razorblade who then picks Rated R up and power slams him on the floor. Razorblade then rolls himself back into the ring and leans against the corner buckle, not able to put much weight on that sore knee. Rated R starts to get to his feet and Razorblade launches himself through the ropes with a la plancha that sends Rated R right back to the floor. Razorblade then rolls himself back into the ring as the crowd cheers him on in this valiant effort. Rated R gets to his feet and pulls himself onto the apron only to take a clothesline off of it from Razorblade who then pulls himself out of the ring. Razorblade grabs Rated R by the hair and slams his face into the guard rail and then rolls him into the ring. Razorblade rolls himself into the ring and sets himself up in the corner.
Shannon Skanes - Razorblade has Rated R set up for his finisher!
Henry Lesher - Get back out of the ring, Ryan! Don't get up!
Rated R starts to pull himself to his feet. We see Matt Classic sliding into the ring. Razorblade gives him the Razorblade Kiss.
Shannon Skanes - That bastard gave his own guys orders to attack him to get him the win by DQ.
Henry Lesher - He'll be a rich bastard.
Jake Evans slides into the ring, gets to his feet and he takes a Razorblade Kiss as well. Rated R spears Razorblade to the mat and hooks the tights as he goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Rated R is your winner of the million dollars and the title shot!
Shannon Skanes - Dammit! No justice!
Shannon throws his headset down, jumps onto the announce table and attacks Jake Evans as he rolls out of the ring with a clothesline from the table. Shannon then grabs a steel chair, folds it up and slides into the ring, clearing out Matt Classic and Rated R. Rated R laughs on his way to the back as he is officially announced as the million dollar winner in 2005. Shannon checks on Razorblade who can't even get to his feet and motions for medical staff to come out.
Henry Lesher - This has been a great morning. Remember to tune in again in four hours for tonight's big event which should be very interesting once twenty one people get to stew on Rated R as your newest millionaire. I couldn't have picked a nicer guy.
We fade to black on Shannon in the ring with medics and a pained Razorblade. Justice may not have been served, but violence was in abundance.
