OUT OF RING ATTIRE: Depends entirely on the situation. For the majority of the time he dresses in a very casual 'surfie' style that he developed growing up on the Australian coast- t-shirts of surf brands, denim shorts, jeans, boardshorts, etc.

Nowadays Steve has also adopted a kind of utilitarian style consisting of coats of blacks, beiges and browns, along with long-sleeved shirts, braces and pants to match.
IN-RING ATTIRE: In a rare move, Steve has changed his previously well-known style of ring-boardshorts for various pairs of long ring tights (pants, not speedos). Much like his previous clothes the patterns and colors vary, but the most popular would be jet black, with a silver criss-cross pattern descending down the legs. He wears two wristbands- one blue, one red- in addition to elbowpads and black boots.

On his way down to the ring, he wears a sleeveless vest with hood (ala AJ Styles) matching the tights he's wearing. He usually also wears a white-gold thin serpentine chain around his neck.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Competitor. Warrior. Lunatic. Die-hard. Revolutionary. Leader. Avenger. Any of these words and many more could be used to describe the man known as Steve Jason. Throughout the man's epic eight-year career, it can safely be said that the man has come to literally embody the spirit of competition in the X-Treme Wrestling Federation with such legendary moments as his Lord of the Ring win, the infamous S3 on Shane Carver that cemented his allegiance with the XWF over the CCWF, his historic third Universal title victory, his epic feuds with Bigg Rigg John Gambino, Cyren, the Black Order, Andrew Gibson, the Golden Boy and many, many others. For better or worse, Steve Jason has helped carve the very essence of the X-Treme Wrestling Federation itself.

Steve hails from one of the least likely countries to have a presence in professional wrestling, growing up on the beaches of the Sunset Coast, on the western coast of Australia, where his youth among the waves taught him the disciplines he is now famous for- like the very ocean itself, he's known for being calm yet intense, mellow yet assertive, amiable yet unrelenting. This is only augmented by his study of tactics and strategy, and his knowledge in the martial arts, all of which have helped him gain the complete control and unity of his skills and abilities to rise to success.

Inside the ring, Steve is a man who fights with honor, but at the same time is extremely intense, ice-cold and determined in his efforts to attain complete superiority in every match. He views all opponents in one of two categories- enemies, or objectives to plow through and take down in order to attain victory. There are no ‘friendly matches’ or ‘going easy’ in Steve Jason’s book. Rather than the arrogance of some wrestlers, he merely shows solid confidence and near-unshakable resolve to get the job done- and this carries through to his promos, where he varies anywhere from challenging his opponents to give him hell to ripping into everything about them depending.

Steve’s out of ring character depends on who exactly he’s dealing with. With friends, while he’s not necessarily the ultra-enthusiastic party man, he’s usually friendly, open and loyal almost to a fault. With acquaintances (and the vast majority of people he encounters falls into this category), he’s civil but can be quite reserved depending on the person. With hostiles, he’s downright cold- and that’s if you’re lucky. Depending on the occasion, he can possess a certain dry humor and sardonic wit.

Recently, Steve has been relegated to a supporting role within the XWF- first serving as Head Trainer and preparing the talent of the future, and then founding his own security company, Avenger PSC, which contracts with the XWF and provides high quality support and training for the XWF and its security personnel. Recently however, after being bound with the red tape of corporate life while watching his cherished home federation be laid waste to time and time again, he eventually decided to take action, returning and aligning himself with long-time friend Centurion and the Prophecy.

Sergei dresses in a very utilitarian fashion- lots of greys, blacks and beiges. Whenever he can get away with it, he wears warm weather clothing despite being far more tolerant to cold than any of the rest of the circle. Turtlenecks, thick jackets, long-sleeved shirts and the like.
ALIGNMENT: Neutral: Sergei is by no means a hero or a knight in shining armor. He works for money, and he's far more ruthless and relentless than the rest of the circle. His time dealing with the Russian Bratva in the past has taught him to do whatever it takes to survive, and while he tries to be 'good', he acknowledges he has to get his hands dirty for the common good sometimes.

ABOUT HIM
Sergei Volkov was first introduced to Steve Jason in 2008 as a bodyguard for the Philadelphia oil magnate James Augustus Diablo. At this time, they were on opposing sides, with Steve opposing Diablo at several turns. While Steve never engaged Sergei in combat personally, he did defeat several of his underlings, but he was able to convince the Russian to change sides, and he has aligned with Steve and his inner circle ever since. With the collapse of the Setsujoku-Kai and the formation of Avenger Private Security Company, Sergei now serves as Steve's XO.
 
Growing up in the closing chapters of the Cold War and witnessing the collapse of Communism first-hand, Sergei has had a considerably rougher upbringing than the rest of the circle. He's had to do drastic things to survive, and for a considerable period before escaping to the United States, he found himself on the wrong end of the Bratva, otherwise known as the Russian Mafia. Not much is known about this period, but Sergei alludes to the period of his life being a violent one. He's a gruff point-man- unlike the more colorful Dougy McNamara or John R. Dequindre, he rarely speaks and when he does, it's all business. But his loyalty is unquestioning, and he does his job efficiently and swiftly.
 
In an unusual move, despite being born in Russia and spending several years in the United States, he seems to speak in an Estuary English accent.

ATTIRE: Generally known for dressing in bright, flashy Hawaiian shirts and shorts, along with an ever-present red trucker cap that he rarely removes. Despite this, he's been known to adopt formal styles when the situation calls it, often adopting a Southern-style white suit and ten-gallon hat at such occasions.
ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Good: he's basically a drunken, boorish, women-crazy chaos-creating machine, but he has a heart of gold.

ABOUT HIM
Dougy McNamara is effectively Steve Jason's oldest and closest friend. The two of them have been friends since an altercation between the two at a Sunset Coast playground when they were two years old. Originally rivals for control of the park's climbing frame, the two eventually got on well, and went to the same elementary school. Since then, both men have found themselves tied together on the same path in life- with Dougy along for Steve's adventures and more than a few times Steve bailing Dougy out of trouble. Dougy is effectively the stereotypical 'Aussie bloke'- loud, happy-go-lucky and boisterous, the crazy party animal foil to Steve's cooler and stoic straightman approach.
 
Dougy's managed to make a name for himself independent of Steve, however, as he's started a chain of bar/cafe hybrids known as 'The Shack', based on a retro 1990s feel. He is married to Richards Conglomerate CEO Talia Richards, another good friend of Steve Jason.

ATTIRE: He's often dressed in quite a utilitarian fashion, something left-over from his exploring and army days. Khaki shirts/pants/tanktop combos, hiking boots, work shirts, t-shirts, dogtags, that sort of thing.
ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Good: During his time on the African continent working as a mercenary/hired security, John dedicated himself to the protection and interests of civilians instead of governments, and let his conscience decide who he worked for. That said, he still works for pay, and he still has a very broad independent streak that would safely place him under the 'chaotic' branch.

ABOUT HIM

In the late 1970s, the youngest sister of Steve Jason's father emigrated to South Africa, where she eventually married, settled down and had children. The youngest child of three was John R. Dequindre. He and Steve effectively lived independently of each other however, with both men on opposite sides of the Indian Ocean. It was only during Steve's time in Africa in late 2008 that he met John, who had been working with various civilian groups throughout Africa. John served in the military until 2008, at which point he went into business for himself as a contractor to aid and protect various civilian groups from their oppressors, particularly during the recent crisis in Zimbabwe. When Steve returned to America in late 2008, John decided to accompany him- whether temporary or permanent is yet to be decided.

 
Despite being a skilled soldier and a natural hunter, Dequindre is highly charismatic and charming, with a penchant for playing the ladies' man. When the time calls for it, he can be deadly serious, but he certainly enjoys the finer things in life when he can.
