SHOW #1
"THE DEBUT"
Hammerstein
Ballroom
Manhattan, New York
Commentary:
Shayla Meare, Danny Ocean, Tyrone Summers
“The time is now...generation after
generation, professional wrestling becomes an evolutionary sport,
bent on becoming the epicenter of professional wrestling each
promotion gathers the brightest, toughest and even most dangerous
stars to walk across the globe and promote themselves as the best.
Tonight, one promotion, one right and a whole sleuth of talent from
all over the world embarks on there story, there journey to the top
of professional wrestling—looking to revolutionize the sport that
there mother’s and father’s help procreate. Men and Women tonight
rise to the challenge, the sheer calling to fill there need for
competition and completive violence. Tonight, the new chapter of
professional wrestling unfolds as we step into the ranks of the
bold…the best…what picks up professional wrestling and sits it on
its head. WE ARE WESTLING, WE ARE P-C-W”
The promo ended opening and playing the introduction video too
Hostility, and from there the opening faded into the thousands upon
thousands of screaming fans who attended—a lot of them where curious
as to what product PCW and the view switched to the announcing table
which had Tyrone Summers, Danny Ocean and the best female analyst in
the business, Shayla Meare and the three where live in front of the
viewers for the first time. PCW’s atmosphere didn’t give off the
glitz and glamour of professional wrestling’s top professional
companies and it didn’t give off the total package of the gritty,
underground promotion and the air was filled with almost twenty plus
years of wrestling tradition that finally hit the airwaves via Spike
Television.
“Welcome to the debut-broadcast of PCW’s
Hostility. I’m Shayla Meare accompanied by both my broadcast
partners Danny Ocean and “The Blood-Red Messiah” Tyrone Summers.
Tonight we’ve got an outstanding card for you all at home, and we’re
surely not going to disappoint.”
“Tonight will be the night. Being from New York I know what the fans
like to see, and they like to see me in the ring but tonight’s not
about me. It’s about the superstars and divas of PCW getting it on
in that ring. Personally, I love the main event tonight and it’s
perfect for all those fans who want to see someone get busted up in
that ring.”
“Tonight Logan McManus an IEO Legend makes his in-ring debut after a
short time away from the ring. From what I’m told he’s one
incredible athlete for his size and build. If that wasn’t all throw
on the fact that ‘The Self Proclaimed, `Franchise” our boss threw
Chris Hero into the mix and claims he has a special surprise for one
of the lucky members of the roster. Just to sweeten the pot we’ve
got them all competing in that Hardcore match as Tyrone mentioned,
and it’s for BEST OF THE BEST”
In Ring:
“Quarter”
echoed through the arena, the Hammerstein Ballroom had come alive.
‘The Self Proclaimed, Franchise’ stepped out wearing a fresh black
Armani suit pants and jacket combo and proceeded to walk down to the
ring. Armed with a Microphone in hand he decided it was about time
to actually give people a more in-depth idea as to what Hostility
was going to mean tonight, although he was a bit reluctant to come
address the fans because of his estranged wife being on his back
about something he had chosen to add on to the Best of the best.
Stepping up the steel steps, each step was like mosses parting the
red sea and everybody fell quite once he stood in the center of that
ring brought that microphone to his lips, and began to speak. His
mind wasn’t as clear, it was frustrated and he decided to at least
give the fans a little more explanation then they bargained for.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, Children of All Ages…Welcome to the
messiah in professional wrestling, welcome to the death of
entertainment, and the death of professional wrestling all together.
Tonight marks the evolution of the sport, and the death of many old
traditions and that’s something you as the fans all need to witness,
first hand. No longer will we be mindlessly smearing our blood,
smashing in our faces blindly, but we’re becoming more civilized,
educated and more maculate. Tonight marks the end of chaos and the
beginning of an era where you take what you want, by the balls if
you have too and you make sure you prove it to the fans that you
mean something, I will not have anybody in my or my wife’s
promotion, so if you can’t follow that then you might as well get to
steppin’”
The fans were cheering, a bold declaration that was. “Thank You
Aldridge” joined there chanting and it brought a smile to Aldridge
in the ring, but was cautious to get too close because he saw what
happened when you connected yourself with the fans and didn't want
to be jumped from behind or undermined in anyway. Christiano pointed
at The Fans and gave him a verbal assault but the words could not be
heard.
“Anyway, the reason why I came out here…by the end of July
we’ll have Champions—champions you the fans can determine by
influencing the boys and girls in the back. Best of the Best is a
tournament that consist of a few things, and this tournament gives
you the fans the chance to see someone get what they want and in
return you guys get to see someone bust there ass all the way to the
top. Not only do they win the PCW Champion and are declared the
first ever PCW World Heavyweight Champion – they’re going to become
twenty-five thousand dollars richer; From my lips to you’re ears, I
know what every bodies in this business for and half the time it’s
not to entertain you. So what better way to make sure they entertain
you by forcing them to win the money? Trust me; this tournament will
make a star out of someone. One way…Or…another…”
Christiano stopped mid-sentence and let go of the microphone, it
thudded against the canvas. Christiano gave such a sinister smirk,
and his theme echoed through the arena once more giving the fans a
little something to think about much less the wrestlers, themselves.
Christiano quickly stepped down from the ropes, across and down the
steel steps and he made sure that once he actually got out the ring
he’d turn his back to the ramp and walk up it backwards looking
around with this almost irate look as if what he said was law and
this look in his eye was even psychotic even. Lord only knows what
he'd been thinking since this morning, his night wouldn't be ruined.
Exhibition Match
Tyler Drake vs. Fusion
» Tyler Drake took it to Fusion early on, using quick kicks
to the midsection and stiff shots to the head. Drake was using some
well-known old school tactics when he was using the Ref playing off
shots that he set up, using the ref. Fusion mounted quick offense
with clotheslines and used a Running Neckbreaker Drop, twice. As
Drake was being over powered, he rolled out the ring and was met
with a springboard Cross Body from over the ropes and the referee
implemented a ten count. Drake cheated, raking the eyes of Fusion
against the apron and he narrowly escaped further punishment. Drake
then Spinebustered Fusion against the mat on the outside, getting
the fans all riled up and ready to boo him. Tyler shook his head and
broke up the count that was around eight at the time.
» Fusion entered the ring again, this time being met with a
Running Facebreaker, against Tyler’s knee forcing him to stumble.
Drake rolled him up, but only got a one count and was already
reeking up the place with Desperation. Fusion’s body was compacted
with a Springboard Moonsault from Tyler, his body sliding against
Fusion’s and he missed the pin by only a few seconds away from a
three count. Frustratingly Drake was forced to follow that up with
an Eastern Stretch that Fusion was able to work out of, not the best
maneuver to wear someone down who was able to move like Fusion did.
Fusion battled back, throwing arms and legs at Drake one followed by
the other and then when he went for a Dropsualt something was well
timed. Drake aimed a Backdrop at Fusion and nailed this time
scooping the back of his pants and pulling him folded cheating and
getting the three count. But Fusion kicked out, and both men were
back to standing when out of nowhere Fusion nailed his patient
Superkick. Climbing the ropes he hit the 630 and pinned Tyler Drake
upsetting him for now.
Winner(s): Fusion
Aftermath:
Tyler rolled
out of the ring, and he was disappointed he threw his hands slamming
against the apron as he pushed the Referee out of the way. Fusion
was clapping, raising his hands and getting the fans behind him he
had beaten Tyler and gained his way into a match next week for the
Best of the Best qualifier that he should have had. Tyler was
disgruntled and wasn’t happy with the crowd slamming on him either,
they booed him all the way to the back where Fusion was left
standing in the ring, exiting the ring and heading up towards the
ramp he was still playing towards the crowd who’d been so grateful.
Backstage:
The Beautiful People were backstage with Madison, commenting on
Velvet Sky’s upcoming match with Christy Hemme. Velvet and Angelina
both weren’t very happy with the idea that someone like Christy
Hemme was allowed to “ugly” the place up with her fashion let alone
her face. Both women explained to Madison how much they appreciated
the fans support, but reassured them that they were better then
everybody. Going on Velvet and Angelina claimed once again there was
a treatment to people who weren’t as “beautiful” as they are and
were. So to commend this process, and to celebrate the first ever
diva getting a bag over her head Velvet and Angelina bagged Madison
who wasn’t too happy with the whole process, she was pushed out of
the line of the camera and Velvet and Angelina both kissed at the
camera and walked away.
Exhibition Match
Velvet Sky (w. Angelina Love) vs. Christy Hemme
» As Love had Hemme distracted at ringside, Velvet caught her
from behind with a strong forearm and a quick roll-up for a
two-count. Christy then missed with a right and was dropped on the
back of his head with a Russian Leg Sweep provided by Velvet, whom
was getting the better of there exchanges... Love tripped Christy
who had gotten up, into a brisk run and it was enough for Velvet to
stomp on her hand and cause her to roll around in pain. A Guillotine Leg drop lead to a
unique pin attempt by Velvet, and Christy didn’t look to hot.
Christy rolled around and Angelina slid a mirror on the apron,
Velvet concealed it at her side looking surprised and hoping the
referee didn’t turn. Soon enough she smashed it against Christy’s
head as she then took her up and came down with the Straight Jacket
Rear Mat Slam she was accustom to.
Winner(s): Velvet Sky
Aftermath:
Shortly after Velvet had pinned Christy Hemme,
Velvet and Angela reunited in the ring; both having a sense of
urgency, they both kicked Christy in the gut and both began to choke
and stomp her as a team. The bell kept ringing, and it didn’t even
get him to stop. Velvet pushed the Referee who was frail out of the
way, and kept putting to the boots to there latest victim and when
they where standing at the top of the ramp and that person just had
to of been Aloina Sanchez and she had witnessed The Beautiful People
beating down Christy. Aloina walked down to the ring, and there was
no wasted energy between walking to the ring and The Beautiful
People bailed because Aloina swung on them. And she was standing
alone looking back at Christy who extended her hand, slapping it
away the newest diva looked at her and decided against siding with
her.
Backstage:
Clara and Fusion were standing backstage, both having a very vibrant
and enjoyable conversation. Earlier in the night, Clara and the fans
of PCW witnessed Fusion winning against Tyler drake earlier in the
night. Clara was laughing and talking with Fusion, and he even made
her giggle and then that’s when Christiano saw and caught them both
in the act. He explained how much he would have appreciated if
Fusion backed off his wife and Fusion was laughing and joking so
soon enough, Christiano said he had something in store for Fusion
since he thought he could have backed up his little mouth.
Christiano was bombarded with Clara’s mouth, but it went unanswered
and unaccounted for because Christiano had heard enough.
Best of The Best Qualifier
(Exhibition Match)
Magnum vs. Joseph Colin
» During the match, MAGNUM came down to the ring behind the
behind Colin's back and pulled him around, giving him a Samoan Drop.
The bell rang and Colin’s wasn’t too happy, his offensive prowess
was so efficient. One stiff kick after another, Magnum chopped
Colin’s down and managed to get an early two-count and Mangum wasn’t
happy with that; instead he kept the onslaught coming. Colin’s
rolled to standing, but was caught with a Springboard Enzugri and it
echoed throughout the arena. Colin’s helped himself up with aid of
the ropes and Magnum whipped him into the opposite direction, and
caught him with a Kick to the gut, followed by a release version of
his patented Tiger Driver. Rolling his ankle around, Colin’s was
suffering from an STF which ended the match and gave Magnum the
submission victory.
Winner(s) by Submission:
Magnum
Aftermath:
The Referee
called for the bell and Magnum hadn’t released the hold yet. Moments
later he finally released the STF he had applied, Mangum was irate
in such a good mood because he had beaten Joseph Colin and in record
timing. Joseph held his neck, and the fans patted him on the back as
he crept away. The fans booed him, and Mangum didn’t care much and
it was all for being the first person to actually get into The Best
of The Best Tournament and the fans began throwing garbage and the
ring and Mangum finally exited with a cocky smirk on his face,
mouthing the words. “I Told You So…” And it wasn't long for Magnum
to disappear into the backstage the fans weren't as happy as Mangum
was that's a fact.
Backstage:
Carla Hurst-Aldridge was sitting in her office enjoying the show,
although earlier she had a dispute her husband. Speak of the devil,
when he had arrived at the office. He wanted to pay her back for
ignoring what he had to say. For one, they’d been beefing because of
some backstage details that where too far away form behind hammered
to Christiano’s liking. If that wasn’t enough he caught her flirting
with Fusion and didn’t have much choice but to actually admit to it.
The look of frustration on Christiano’s face disappeared as he
decided to devise a plot to get even with not only Fusion, but his
wife just the same. Sometimes the two didn’t seem to close, and
didn’t seem to see eye to eye or anything. To him, this was just a
bit of tough love to show her she wasn’t going to run him ragged and
she wasn’t going to undermine his authority like that.
“You know, you could have been a bit more
courteous to Fusion in the hallway. Since you’re going around making
matches, maybe I should make a match of my own?”
“You want to make a match, ok, how about this. If Fusion loses
tonight, he won’t get into The Best of the Best, pure and simple.
I’m tired of you acting like I don’t exist, maybe you need to get
you’re priories straight and look at the bigger picture. We’re
running a show and you fraternizing with the contracted talent
aren’t going to help matters at all.”
Best of The Best Qualifier
(School of Hard Knocks Match)
Chris Hero vs. Logan McManus vs. Fusion
» The Match started off at a fast pace, both Chris Hero and
Fusion both doubled up on Logan with a couple of double teams. Logan
fought both men off and knocks them down with a stiff kick to Hero’s
chest and a Side Suplex onto Fusion into the center of the canvas.
Fusion kicked out at one, but Logan got up with a smirk on his face.
Chris Hero was up again and clubbed Logan over the back with a stop
sign, each sickening shot thudded against his back and Logan didn’t
collapse and was just dazed. Moments later Fusion came up behind
Chris Hero and tossed him to the outside, Hero rolling against the
ground was able to stumble to standing and then Fusion lifted up
Chris Hero and dropped his face against the Announcer’s table and
the fans were cheering. Hero rested against the table and was able
to grab Ocean’s headset and used it to choke out Fusion. With the
wire around Fusion’s neck, Logan was able to slide out and whip Hero
against the guard rail behind him; running across the aisle way he
was able to Lariat Chris Hero over the guard rail into the fans
looking rather fired up. Fusion was able to remove the wire from
around his neck and roll back into the ring, his back to the canvas.
» Logan then rolled back into the ring, after Fusion and went
straight for the cover, it was an abrupt two count and Logan was
smirking—he enjoyed this as much as the fans did. Fusion kicked out,
rolling away and Logan walked over to the nearest trashcan fishing
items out of it. Chris Hero climbed out of the crowd, falling
against the guard rail. Fusion was already tired from earlier. Logan
was delivered a Running DDT by Fusion, and Logan slid out of the
ring, eyeing Fusion and Fusion ran diving at him, but Logan Overhead
Belly to Belly Suplexed him against the Announcer’s table and all
three members of commentary watched as the table was destroyed.
Logan got up, going to the shopping cart on the outside, looking for
weapons. Hero came through with a Kendo stick and nailed Logan in
the face, it took him a few shots and then Logan fell down. Fusion
got up slamming his forearm against Hero’s back but Hero turned
about and nailed him with a forearm. Hero nailed a Cravate Buster,
and went for the pin but it was interrupted by Logan who punted Hero
across the face. Fusion was attacked with a Clothesline, but missed
after he was standing up. All men rolled back into the ring after
minutes of battling on the outside, and Fusion was up first although
Logan wasn’t too far behind.
» Hero was whipped into the corner by Fusion, and then he was
able to grab a chair by the leg. Fusion kicked Logan in the gut,
clubbed him against the back and whipped him at Hero. Hero’s grip
slipped and Logan jumped over him in an athletic feat that shocked
the entire arena including the referee and announcers. Logan was
standing on the top rope, and looked at the fans with a serious look
Hero turned around and Logan ran up and both where knocked down with
a Flying Double Clothesline. Fusion rolled out of the ring, trying
to rest himself. Hero got back up ducking a clothesline and the two
that followed up and he couldn’t escape the kick to the head by
Logan which sent him stumbling. Logan followed by whipping him into
the corner, Fusion made his presence known by climbing the top rope
and walking across it but Logan clipped his leg by using his arm and
then proceeded to Roundhouse Kick, Fusion. Fusion was hung up at the
rope and then Logan proceeded to DDT Fusion off the ropes hung up
into a Stop sign that Hero had dropped earlier. Running across the
ring Hero came at Logan, but Logan was prepared and nailed him in
the face with a light-tube which shattered everywhere. Logan was
beginning to become tired and rested against the ropes, his arms
hanging over.
» Hero was laid out, and wasn’t getting up anytime soon. Fusion
was stirring, and noticed that Hero was laid out so he went up to
the top rope without the aid of his Super Kick. Fusion went to
ascend the top rope, and out from the crowd was Christiano Aldridge
who was dressed in a t-shirt, blue jeans and his hands tapped up.
Christiano pushed Fusion forward earlier as Logan was able to catch
him with the 630 and he nailed him with a Powerbomb. And, then it
was over Logan applied the Celtic Knot and Fusion tapped out in
front of so many fans who wanted to see him do the impossible.
Winner(s) by Submission:
Logan McManus
Aftermath:
Christiano cost Fusion the match, and wasn’t done there. There was
blood everywhere and Christiano kicked him in the head, Hero was
rolled out of the ring and Logan just stood there watching
Christiano Maul Fusion as much as he would have liked too. Grabbing
the microphone Fusion was bloody after being dropped on his face
against the stop sign. Christiano stomped and punched Fusion all
over leaving a blood mess behind as he got the same crazed look
cross his face and it wasn’t long before he went on the mic.
“Fusion, I hope you’re listening to me.
Because next week, you’re going to be in a handicap match against
two people, one I decide and another of McManus’s choosing since
he’s the first person to actually win the main event, here in PCW.”
The PCW logo flashed, rolling and the copyright notice showed up and
Hostility went off the air.
