::The scene opens backstage just after the taping of RWA:
Reloaded in San Antonio. We see the outside of the women's
locker room, where a young Asian woman is waiting nervously it
seems. She looks at a small slip of paper in her hands, and looks
at the door. She reaches towards the door handle, like she's
going to go in, but stops, and mutters something to herself in
Japanese. She backs away from the door again, looking not sure
of herself, whatever it is she's wanting to do. She paces a
little bit before the door to the locker room opens, and Sara
Pettis walks out. She sees the Japanese girl, and gives her a
nod before walking passed her. The Japanese girl looks at the
piece of paper again and begins to chase after Sara.::
Kotomi - Well my dealings with my father and uncle we not of the
best quality... In fact I had given up on actually having a strong
connection with my father's side of the family until I heard
about you. You are my last hope of having a positive feeling about
the Pettis family.
Sara - Well, I don't mean to put a damper on your plans Cuz, but
my dealings with the Pettis family haven't been too good either.
I don't really think of myself as a Pettis.
Kotomi - Neither do I. But I believe this may be our last chance
for both of us. Excuse me if I speak out of turn but from what I
saw of the ReLoaded when you faced Kamikaze you're stepfather is
not tpo happy with you and has all but ruined your feelings for
your mother's family as well. I still have my mother but I may be
your last chance at a positive family connection just like you
are my last chance at a positive Pettis connection.
Sara - Listen, Kotomi, whats going on with my stepfather isn't
what it looks like, I've had a very positive connection with my
family, this is just a rough patch I guess.
Kotomi - I'm sorry I spoke out of turn. But whether you consider
yourself a Pettis or not... you are one... and you are still
my last hope.
Sara - Well, what are yours plans for this relationship? I mean,
if you're going to be in Japan, I doubt we'd really be able to
have any kind of connection either.
Kotomi - Well I actually have left my schedule open for quite
some time... I was hoping I could be your manager and we could
get to know each other better. That's about as far as I have
planned ahead.
Sara - Really? Wow, thats kinda......different. I guess thats
ok. I mean, I do kinda need a manager, and I could really use
some help getting my life straight
Kotomi - Thank you very much. I will do what I can to help you
in your attempt to become a great wrestler.
::Kotomi bows again.::
Sara - And I guess I can help you become a...uh....Pettis.
Kotomi - Oh no I have no interest in becoming a Pettis. I just
wish to hopefully heal the wound that is the gaping hole of my
father's side of my family. If we are able to become friends you
will have more than helped me.
Sara - So....uh....are there any other Pettises I don't know about?
Kotomi - I do not know. But I hope that we may discover more
together Sara-chan.
::Kotomi smiles and the two of them continue to walk down the hall
leaving the arena. Kotomi mentions something about a local hotel as
the scene fades to black.::
Kotomi - Excuse me. Miss Pettis?!
::Sara hears her and stops turning around.::
Sara - Huh, yea thats me. Can I help you?
::Kotomi stops walking herself a couple of steps away from Sara.::
Kotomi - You're father was Amp Pettis. Yes?
Sara - If by "father" you mean, donated the DNA to make me, yes.
Kotomi - Then I have found the right person...
Sara - Listen, if you're looking for him, or his brother, I
wouldn't know where too tell you to start. I haven't seen either
of them in almost a decade, sorry.
Kotomi - No no you misunderstand. I am not looking for either of
them. I have already met both of them a little over five years ago
now.
Sara - Well, then what can I do for you?
Kotomi - My name is Kotomi Pettis. I am your cousin. I am very
pleased to meet you.
::Kotomi bows a little.::
Sara - Uh....You're Japanese?
Kotomi - Yes. My father is Michael Pettis. He met my mother while
the RWA was doing a show in Japan.
Sara - Wow, this is kind of weird. I never knew I had a Japanese
cousin.
Kotomi - I did not know about you either until one of my assistants
showed me a tape of you wrestling against Kamikaze.
Sara - One of your assistants?
Kotomi - Oh yes... I met my father when he was still in charge of
the RWA a little over five years ago. I spent time to get to know
him but as it was the more I talked to him the more my face was
on RWA television and when I went back to Japan a model agency
hired me and I became a professional model.
Sara - Oh, thats cool. But, why do you want to meet me?
