**TNA iMPACT! comes back from a brief commercial break as the scene opens up inside the iMPACT! Zone. “Tear Away” by Drowning Pool is blaring over the PA system. A couple of minutes later, Jindrak emerges from the tube wearing his wrestling gear with a “Hot Commodity” tank-top. Behind him is his bodyguard Matt Morgan with the same getup. The fans boo the free agent as he walks down the ramp and enters the ring. He grabs the mic from a stagehand while his theme comes to a stop. The fans are still booing, but this doesn’t stop Jindrak from speaking anyway.**

Mark it on your calendar ladies and gentlemen, Slammiversary, the day that the “Hot Commodity” Mark Jindrak becomes the first ever TNA World Heavyweight Champion because after the night is over with, I am just that that much closer to gain the ultimate prize, the World Championship. It’s inevitable ladies and gentlemen, I will be a World Champion. I don’t care if it’ll be the WCW World title, the TNA World title, the NWA World title, or some cracker jack World title in Japan… the fact of the matter is this, I was put onto this planet to not only win matches, something that I am very familiar at doing, and to win titles, something that hasn’t happened like I thought it would. Granted, I am the last ever WCW United States Champion, former British Heavyweight Champion, and the first ever Unified Champ as I held four titles at one time, a first in wrestling history! That is a feat that nobody can never… ever take away from me, not even my opponent for the evening, Tayio Kea.

Kea, my respect for you has waned since the night has progressed. I practically praised you earlier tonight, and I am told that I have no spirit? What did I do to deserve that? I have plenty of guts! How else would you explain the simple fact that I was willing to give up my career in WCW if I lost the G-6 Summit last month? That took guts… that took an unsurprising amount of character to do that. Did I have to risk my career for a World title? No, not really, but I was hell bent on winning the damn thing, and to be quite honest, I still am.

But since Bischoff is a douche and wouldn’t let me have one final go at the WCW title, I had no other choice but to hop from promotion to promotion to see which one fits my style more, and I think I found it. NOT because of competition, but because of the fact that the title is up for grabs. That title could be anybody’s after Slammiversary, but I can save you the hassle and the head aches by telling you this… I’m walking out of that the winner!

I will do another first in my professional wrestling career by winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and giving it something that it awfully needs, a big name to give it the early prestige. You see, a name like Shane Douglas, or Christian Cage, or Tayio Kea will make that title worth anything, but having the “Hot Commodity” attached to it… that’ll make it huge! That’ll make it ever more prestigious then the WCW World Heavyweight title!

Ha! Ha! But this isn’t World Championship Wrestling, this is T…N…A. You wanna say that I choke when the situation calls? Ha! Ha! That’s funny. Have you been living under a rock for the past few months? It seems that every time that I had a shot at the title, one of two things would happen. One, I would get injured as I did when the behemoth threw me over the top rope, or two, I was screwed out of it in some way, shape, or form! It ain’t my fault that one of my opponent’s was pinned! It wasn’t my fault that the ref didn’t see my foot under the bottom rope! None of those happenings wasn’t my fault… they where all out of my control! But this little qualifiers bit, that is something that I can control! You see, over here, there isn’t as much back stage politics as it is over in Bischoff land, but the key words there are, “isn’t as much.” I am SURE that Cornette has his favorites, and as long as I don’t know who they are, then I am in the clear!

Kea, you have to realize this, I haven’t lost in over seven months… SEVEN MONTHS! Who else can say that? Certainly not you! I was the most severely under looked, severely underappreciated on the WCW roster, and it seems that right now, I am getting the recognition that I deserve! I am by far the biggest free agent in this sport! Bigger then those Japanese douche bags that I can no doubt beat the living hell out of them with one hand tied behind my back!

Kea, remember this one thing… I am the “Hot Commodity.” Everybody wants be, and they all want to be just like me! But when it all boils down to it, they can’t because I am indeed a one of a kind!

**Jindrak drops the mic as “Tear Away” is being blared over the loudspeaker. The fans are booing him as he exits the ring and makes his way to the backstage area. The scene fades to a promo for the next TNA PPV.**
