Thursday, June 26th, 2008 - TNA holds first successful show. Many more on the horizon?
"This past Saturday night, TNA held it's first show at the iMPACT! Zone in Orlando, Flordia. Many resources are saying that the show brought in a full house, exciting many people behind the stage, including Jeff Jarrett. With the World Heavyweight Champion finally making his debut with Total Nonstop Action, many people are expecting this week's attendance to match last week's. Also announced for this week are qualifying matches for the Gauntlet X match which will be held next week at the TNA Asylum. Stay tuned to watch more high-flying action only TNA can provide!"

Sunday, June 8th, 2008 - BREAKING NEWS. WCW Closes; TNA Signs Former Stars
"Brian Seigel, a Turner Executive, announces the purchase of World Championship Wrestling by Panda Energy. Despite the protest of WCW President, Eric Bischoff, the deal is signed and the merger takes place IMMEDIATLEY with the first televised iMPACT being shown on Spike TV! With the merger, TNA acquires the "Big Gold" Championship and all WCW owned property including the superstars' contracts, but only a handful has signed though. World Champion Mark Jindrak is slated to jump ship as is Scott Steiner, James Storm, and Christan Cage to name a few. What does this mean for the others that hasn't signed? Only TNA Executive Jeff Jarrett knows.
